Friday went as fast as it came. It was currently 3pm and Gemma was picking me up at 7 for the clubhouse party. At first I was unsure whether I was going to go or not, but I had started to really like Gemma's company and its not like I know anyone in this town anyway so it will be a great opportunity to meet people. With four hours to spare I decided to soak myself in a nice hot bath with a glass of red wine.

By the time I decided to drag myself out of the bath, the water had gone cold and 1 glass of wine turned into 3 and I guess you could say I was feeling a little tipsy.

Gemma had mentioned that her boys were putting on a barbeque so I didn't bother about having dinner, ,however a little snack probably would've been a good idea.

Another couple of hours had past and I was finally ready, I work a plain black choker top with an open chest so a little cleavage was showing, a pair of distressed acid was skinny jeans with some plain combat boots topped with a cropped leather jacket, for my makeup I decided to go with a bronze smokey eye with a nude lip, I decided I better make and effort and leave a good impression.

Seen as I still had another half hour to spare I decided to finish off the bottle of wine with one last glass and light myself a joint. I guess you could say I was a little nervous to say the least, not entirely sure why though.

"Good to see your ready baby" I heard Gemma's voice behind me and jumped making her laugh

"Jesus Gemma!"

"Sounds like that bottle of wine and pot is getting to you sweetheart, By the way, you should lock your door, you ready to go"

Pulling myself off the couch I turned to Gemma "Ready as I'll ever be! I'll just put these away"

When Gemma and I arrived the party looked like it was in full blow and everyone looked as if they were having a good time. As Gemma pulled up I noticed a few men in leather approach the car, one of the men being Jax from the other day, also Gemma's son.

"Hey ma'" Jax kissed his mother on the cheek and gave her a hug "Isobelle, nice to see you again; my mother has been talking about you"

Jax also placed a kiss on my cheek as another two men greeted Gemma

"Clay, Chibs, this is Isobelle" Gemma introduced me to Clay; whom I assumed was her husband as she had talked about him before, and Chibs, who I noticed had two scars on each side of his mouth

"Gidday Lass, Chibs; nice to meet ya'"

"So your the one who my wife has been disappearing with, nice to meet ya sweetheart"

"Nice to meet you Clay, Nice to put a face to the name. Also nice to meet you Chibs, Scottish or Irish?"

"Ah I see the lass has a good ear, Scottish born and breed, but moved to Ireland with my ma' when I was just a young Lad"

After the introductions, the 5 of us wandered inside to the bar and grabbed something to eat

I was sitting at the bar with Gemma having a drink when Clay walked over and put his arm around Gemma's shoulder and whispered something in her ear "Be back soon baby, call if ya need me" and Gemma went off with Clay, I didn't even want to think of what they were doing.

I looked down at my phone and seen it was just past 10pm, surprisingly I was having a good time and decided to order another drink from the prospect at the bar, Half sack I think they called him.

"Hey darlin' my mother left ya to fend for yourself already huh?"

I turned to see Jax sit beside meand gave a chuckle "Yeah, Her and Clay gone off to do something"

"Oh please don't tell me the gory details, you having a good time?"

"Yeah I am actually, it's been a while since I'v been out, my second year of college I think" I smiled at the blonde, I'll admit, he's cute but not really my type

"College huh? What did you study?" Jax enquired, to my surprise he genuinely interested

"Nursing! I specialise in Oncology, Pediatrics and Emergency, Got a job offer at St. Thomas so Ill be doing paediatrics and oncology and emergency when they need me"

"Wow, smart woman! You play cards?"

"Ah, I used to back in college, I was pretty good but it's been a while"

"Why don't you come play, I'll introduce you to some more of the boys"

Jax grabbed my hand and basically dragged me to a table where a number of men sat with kuttes on.

"Boy's this is Isobelle, Isobelle this is Tig, Opie, Bobby, Happy, Juice and you've met Chibs"

Each of the men greeted me with a round of Hey's and Hello's, and even a couple of whistles which made me chuckle

"Deal us in Hap" Jax said to Happy
