Chapter 4: Lora!

A/N: So as I promised, a new chapter! Enjoy~!

Recap:

"What the..!" Natsu yelled angrily as he looked for the cause of his fall.

A young man with orange eyes glowered at him. His waist length black poncho waving in the wind.

"Who are you and why are you here?" He demanded.

"Are you people deaf, what is your business here?!" He repeated, his voice cold as his vermillion eyes flashed with anger.

Wendy shifted uncomfortably, absent-mindedly hiding behind Erza. Erza took a step closer making sure that Wendy was blocked from the man.

"We are here to see one of your guild members." She answered, her voice not wavering even under the man's intimidating glare.

"Marius what's going on?" a woman's voice sounded from behind the man. He looked behind him and quickly turned back to the group.

"Lora I was just taking care of-" He began but what happened next left him speechless.

Lora's dark brown eyes fell on a certain red-haired mage.

"E-Erza?" She breathed, her voice wavered a bit sounding almost like a whisper.

Erza suddenly felt a pang of nostalgia as flashes of this woman before her flooded her mind but she couldn't think of her relation to her. Before she could say anything she was hit by a body colliding with her own. Within the embrace she could here the woman weeping softly.

"I thought I would never see you again. After those men came to take you to the tower of heaven, I couldn't even save you!" She cried, all of the words tumbling out her mouth in a frenzy.

"Do you...remember me?" She asked softly as she pushed Erza away a bit.

Erza was about to shake her head 'no' until a memory made its way to her mind.

An eight year old Erza ran around the house with her older sister chasing after her.

"I'm going to get you Erza!" Lora playfully called out, as she continued to run after the scarlet haired girl.

"You can't catch me Lora!" Erza giggled happily.

"Lora?" She whispered, as she stared at the brown haired girl in front of her.

"It's me Erza, your big sister." She replied in content, pulling Erza back into the hug. She finally had her long lost sister back in her life.

Lucy and Wendy smiled at the scene before them, tears threatening to spill from their eyes. The boys of the group only looked in awe. To imagine the great Titania having an older sister.

Marius looked a bit uneased at the situation before him. He loved seeing Lora so content like this but he knew the predicament. She still wasn't free from his father's control. But he knew what he had to do.

"Lora?" He called, breaking the reunited sisters from their hug.

"I know.." Lora replied in defeat as she stepped away from a confused Erza.

"What's going on?" Gray asked.

"I can't leave with you all. I must stay here and play my part."

"Your part?" Erza questioned quite puzzled by her sister's strange behavior.

Lora refused to look at her as she stared at the dark gray sky above them.

"You all should go...It's going to rain soon." She said quietly, crossing her arms over her chest making her dark green dress lift a bit. Her throat gradually clenched up as she stared at her sister.

"Oi, We ain't gonna' leave you here. We just found you!" Natsu shouted, not backing down.

"I am needed here. Aiden needs me."

"Lora...please come with us. I haven't seen you in thirteen years!" Erza pleaded.

Lucy and Wendy nodded in approval. They as well as Natsu and Gray wanted the best for Erza. They wanted her happiness and knew it resided in having her sister back in her life. Marius knew it as well.

"Lora, go with them."

Lora's eyes widened at this. She looked to Marius but couldn't see into his eyes. They were covered by his long ebony hair.

"But Marius, your father..?"

"I'll handle that, just enjoy your time with your sister okay?" He said kindly, smiling her way. His eyes were coated in sadness yet he still put on the smile for her. Only for her. He loved her too much to watch her whither away at his father's guild. He had finally seen her genuine smile.

Lora had ran up to the young mage, hugging him tightly. He had gasped in astonishment. She rarely hugged him. Then she turned her head up a bit to place a kiss on his lips. His vermillion eyes widened but closed in content as he returned it. They stayed like that for only a minute but to him it seemed like hours of pure bliss. When she pulled away she had a deep red blush covering her tanned skin partnered with a sheepish smile.

"Thank you Marius."

'No, thank you...' He thought as he watched her leave arm and arm with her younger sister. He sighed as he then turned his heel and entered the guild.

On the train

The gang only could marvel at the two sisters. Erza had never been more happy in her whole life as Lora shared jokes and stories from their childhood together. Currently the gang was laughing at a childhood story of the two. Natsu having forgot about his motion sickness was sitting criss crossed while he leaned toward the older sister in wonder.

"And then Erza had ran out the bathroom without her-"

"Oh my, look over there everyone!" Erza quickly changed the subject, embarrassed by her sister's story.

Surprisingly, the group looked out the window except for Happy and Carla. Carla shook her head in disbelief. Happy looked at Erza with a knowing look as he placed a blue paw on his mouth, snickering to himself but immediately stopped once he received a deadly glare from the girl. Lora laughed at her little sister's antics as she placed an arm around her shoulder.

"So Erza... Do you have a boyfriend?" She asked mischievously. Her eyes not leaving Natsu and Gray, both blushing at the attention.

"I don't have a boyfriend and I don't need one." Erza said in a stern voice yet the light blush on her face made Lora smirk.

"Is that so? Well boys what do you think of my younger sister?"

"We have arrived in Fiore." the announcer called.

Immediately the boys scrambled off the train, racing toward the guild at top speeds. Lucy and Wendy only giggled at their behavior as they took their time to get off the train. Lora turned towards the two.

"Who do you two like?" She asked "innocently".

"O-Oh would you look at the time, come on Wendy I think Mira needed us for something!" Lucy stammered as she raced toward the guild with Wendy in tow.

"Now that we are alone, tell me Erza." She demanded, placing her hands on her sister's forearms as a evil little grin made its way on her face.

Erza looked at her in fake confusion, "Tell you what?"

All of sudden Lora went closer to Erza's face, examining her eyes.

"What happened to your right eye?" She asked in concern.

Erza was surprised. Porlyusica had created an exact replica of her original one. Even someone with keenest of eyes couldn't tell the difference. So how could she know?

"I am a manipulation mage Erza. I know how illusions, reality, spells, and objects intertwine. Now tell me how this happened to you." She pressed again, not standing down even a little.

Erza turned her head as she sighed in defeat,"I had received it during my time in the Tower of Heaven. It was my punishment."

She heard a sniffled which caused her to look at Lora once again. Lora had a tear streaming down her face. Her dark brown hair covered her eyes from the world.

"I could've saved you if I hadn't been so slow. If I had just ran a little faster I could've killed those men. I knew I could've." She choked, her hair shadowing over her eyes.

Erza embraced her sister.

"You did what you could. I'm just glad to be with you again. Besides, the past is in the past right?" She asked softly, squeezing her sister a bit tighter.

"You have gotten so wise Erza." Lora gaped in awe as she hugged her sister back.

"Now let's go to this guild of yours." Lora said in determination.

"Um, about that.." Erza trailed off her eyes shifted toward the river next to them.

"What? What happened Erza?"

"When I had heard about you I had basically defied the master's orders and left without his permission. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't want me in the guild anymore. I am such a child!" Erza had beat herself up over the events that had played out before.

"No Erza, If anything he will forgive you. You followed your heart. You cannot apologize for what you know was right. Besides I know those friends of yours won't let him kick you out. We can get through this together." Lora reassured her, giving her a bright smile.

Erza smiled back.

"To the guild."

At the guild

"So what is she like Lucy?" Mirajane asked, curious about Erza's sister. She was currently wiping down the bar table but her eyes never left Lucy's.

"Well, she is really energetic. I was expecting her to be shy but I guess since she's around Erza she feels at ease. Oh, and she seems to have a thing for shipping people." After Lucy said that Mira instantly leaned closer.

"Really?" She exclaimed eagerly as her eyes shining in hope.

"Yeah she had asked Erza if she had a boyfriend. But the thing is her eyes never left Gray and Natsu. She also asked me and Wendy too."Lucy admitted.

Mira had clasped her hands together in merriment, swaying side to side as she chanted 'My, my!'

Lucy sweatdropped at the white haired girl's antics. Though she couldn't help but feel uneased.

"Hey where are they anyway?"

Pagebreak

"Erza are you stalling?" Lora questioned as she watched her sister point at the fifth variation of strawberry cake she wanted to buy.

"N-no this is very important." Erza lied as she handed over the jewels needed to pay for the five cakes.

Lora sighed,"Well I hope you are willing to share."

Erza shifted uncomfortably.

"Erza?"

She moved the bag closer toward her armor plated chest.

"Erza?!"

The requip mage sprinted out the door, leaving her heartbroken older sister behind. "I'm showed up by cake!"she croaks in anguish as she crumpled to the floor.

Finally, Lora was able to catch up with her sister who was standing in front of the same building she had saw in her dream. 'So this is Fairy Tail? Nice.' She thought in awe.

"Come on Erza!" She urged, pushing the stiff girl through the doors. Suddenly, a table flew their way. Lora forced her hand from behind Erza's and punched it, making it explode into tiny wood chips. Erza snapped out her daze to look at her sister. Lora only smiled in return.

"Cooooool~!"

'Oh not him...' Erza sighed as she was met by the blonde reporter.

"Is it always so busy here Erza?" Lora asked tilting her head at all the commotion before them. Natsu and Gray were back in action, throwing punches at each other as well as insults. The rest of the guild seemed to join in the fighting by having their own brawls sprawled around the guild hall.

"Who are you and how do you know Titania~?!" the reporter practically sang as his blue eyes met her dark brown ones.

"I am in fact her older sister." Lora declared proudly, wrapping her arms around her sister's shoulders.

"Coooooool~!" He exclaimed, furiously writing everything down in his journal before moving onto the next victim.

'It feels nice being with her again.' Lora thought fondly as she absent-mindedly began poking Erza's cheeks. Erza only let her do it. I mean it could be worse right?

"Erza." a deep voice sounded over the guild causing everyone to stop what they were doing, Natsu looked toward the old man and then to Erza in concern. He was about to walk forward to defend Erza but was stopped by Gray, who shook his head in disapproval. The room had grown in thick tension.

"Master." She acknowledged pushing herself away from Lora to stand in front of him.

"I am sorry for my actions Master. I hope that you can forgive me." She apologized her head pointing down toward the wooden floor boards.

"It is alright child. Your heart and mind was in the right place. Just make sure that when I tell you to be wary of things, just do it okay?" He said looking at the requip mage. She was like a daughter to him, just like the rest of the guild members being his children. He didn't want anything to happen to them. It would break his poor old heart.

"Yes Master." She replied, nodding.

"Now let us welcome Erza's sister to the guild!"

"Aye!" the guild cheered as drinks were soon passed around and laughing filled the air.

'So this is what home feels like?' Lora thought in wonder as she watched her sister mingle with a young woman with light green hair. Looking to her right she saw Lucy and Gray chatting while Natsu and Happy ate away at their piled up plates.

Though she felt so welcomed, she couldn't help but feel detached from it all. She practically grew up in a dark guild where the only thing that she could look forward to was seeing Marius' kind smile and hearing his calm voice. She couldn't take her mind off of how he was holding up. It was selfish of her to leave him after promising she would stay by his side.

"...just enjoy your time with your sister okay?" his voice reminded, echoing in her head.

Lora had then decided it would be best that she did just that. She marched her way over to a young woman with long white hair with her bangs placed up in a cute little pony tail. The young woman gave her a kind smile in return, her blue eyes shining in curiosity.

"Hello you must be Erza's sister, I'm Mirajane." She said cheerfully.

Lora couldn't help but smile back, "I'm Lora," Even through her cherry façade Lora sensed her magical power. Mirajane had thought the same, especially after seeing the woman before her burst that table into tiny little pieces.

"So are you enjoying your stay here?" Mira asked.

"Yeah, its amazing here. I'm so glad I got to see the family my sister found for herself." Lora admitted as she glanced around the room again, she witnessed Natsu and Gray going at each other again.

"We have a huge family now but we will always be glad to take in another." Mira said as she stared into Lora's brown eyes, her face taking a determined look.

Lora only shook her head with a small smile. "I wish I could Mirajane, but I won't be able to. I am needed elsewhere. But, for now all I could do is just watch my sister be happy. I can't believe it's been thirteen years since I've seen her." Lora drew out a sigh. 'If only I had more time. Aiden should be back soon. Marius will need help once he finds out I am gone.'

Mirajane looked upon the older woman knowingly, "You know I have siblings too. That buff boy right there," She pointed to Elfman who was currently fighting with another guild member,"He's my younger brother. And I also had a younger sister, Lisanna but she had passed on." Mira said with a sad smile.

"I understand your pain Lora. Here at Fairy Tail we are all family, even though most are not by blood. We share each others pain. We cry together, smile together and live for each other. You are always welcome here" Mira ended with a bright smile as she held onto Lora's tanned hand, giving it a little squeeze.

During her speech the whole guild had stopped their actions and listened intently. By the end they had all cheered their approval. Suddenly, Makarov jumped on the table and lifted his arm, extending his pointer finger to the sky. The rest of the guild did the same. Lora could only let out a tear smiling to herself. She looked to her sister who looked back at her with the same smile she gave when they reunited.

'This is the great family of Fairy Tail. My new home.'

A/N: So Lora and Erza reunited. But we must not forget about Aiden, the man who even Makarov wanted to steer clear of. This is the chapter I wanted to post yesterday but stuff happened(sighs). Anyway I hope you enjoyed this chapter! Review & Follow!
