Littlies Chapter 4: At The Pool

Author's Notes: I don't own Uglies. This chapter especially is written for very little children.

Peris and Tally were at the pool.

So were Tally's friends.

They swam and swam.

They went off the big diving board.

They played with each other for hours.

"So," said Tally. "Are you enjoying this Peris?"

"Yes, Tally," said Peris. "I'm glad you let me come."

"Are you feeling better?" Tally asked him.

"Yes," said Peris. "And next time those boys try and bully me I'll be sure not to let them."

"So you'll tell the teacher?" Tally asked.

"Of course, but I'll also make sure I'm wearing a hidden camera."

"See? I knew you could do it," said Tally. "Now, let's go and play with the noodles."

"Okay," said Peris.

They got up and went to get the noodles.

They took them back into the water.

They played with the noodles.

Then they went into the deep end.

They were really brave and made it through.

Tally and Peris then went to play with Tally's friends.

They had lots of fun.

Then they went to Tally's house.

"I hope we do that again," said Peris.

"Me too," said Tally.

Then, Peris went back to his house.

"Did you two have fun?" Tally's mom asked.

"Yes we did," said Tally.

She hugged her mom.
