Thank you so much for the reviews, they were awesome. It's so nice to know that you like my story. Now, this chapter is more of a filler chapter but there are some interesting things happening. Only one person got right Spencer's secret, so shoutout to tobyequalsawesomess and thank you so much for telling me to continue this story. I had almost given up on writing this because I had like zero ideas, but your PM's and reviews helped me go back. I would like you guys to check out a one shot I posted, it's called If Only I Knew. I wrote my theories about everything that happened to Alison before she disappeared there, so I would like to know what you guys think. I have a lot of ideas for this story and I hope it can grow to like at least 10 chapters. Happy reading!

Three hours later and everyone was gathered at Rosewood's hospital. Hanna and Caleb had arrived twenty minutes before with Spencer and Emily, Aria and Ezra had already been there for two hours. They hadn't had any news about both Spencer or Toby's condition and that worried the three girls more than anything. Hanna had been shocked to know that Toby had been shot by –A, but at least that was the start of an explanation for Spencer's strange behavior.

"How long is it gonna take?"Hanna asked impatiently. Nobody answered her question and Emily just shrugged her shoulders. Hanna sighed and went back to lying her head on Caleb's shoulder. She was nearly falling asleep when Spencer's parents appeared in front of the elevator. At the sight of them, Emily immediately stood up and walked in their direction.

"Where is Spencer?"Veronica Hastings asked as soon as she approached Emily. Her eyes held only confusion and fear, something that nobody who knew the Hastings was used to see. The Hastings were known for their intelligence and capacity of always staying calm and collected, even in the toughest situations. It seemed as if this situation was too tough for even Veronica handle it calmly.

"yeah, what's going on?"Peter Hastings asked after his wife. He seemed to be calmer than her, but there was also that shadow of fear in her eyes and the way his voice shook with every word should have been worrying.

"We haven't had any news yet about her, but the doctor say that she's gonna be okay."Emily replied, avoiding Mr. Hastings' question. She had no idea how they were gonna explain what happened to Spencer's parents, but she knew that she had Hanna, Caleb and Emily there to help her. Caleb seemed to sense her need of help for he came walking towards them.

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Hastings. I think you might not know me, but I'm Hanna's boyfriend, Caleb Rivers."He presented himself politely. It was really weird, coming to know Spencer's parents after knowing her for almost two years, but at least he was meeting them. Not that it was a very good thing because you couldn't say that the Hastings were the best parents in the world.

"You're right, we don't know you. It's a pleasure to meet you, Caleb."Veronica said as she smiled a small smile. She hadn't met any of Spencer's friends boyfriends and it made her happy to finally meet them. She was trying her hard to get closer to her daughter after everything that happened in the past two years.

After that very small talk, everyone directed themselves to the small hospital seats in the waiting room. Hanna was now wide awake and Aria was just staring at the wall with Ezra's arm wrapped around her. Spencer's parents shot an disapproving look towards the couple for they were not a fan of teacher-student relationships, but said nothing.

"So. Are you gonna explain to us what happened to our daughter?"Veronica asked after a few minutes of silence. She seemed more nervous than they had ever seen and that scared Hanna, Aria and Emily a lot. If even the calm, strong and collective Hastings were so afraid, how would they be able to cope with all that happened?

"There was an accident."Emily started, but her voice was not even a little convincing for she hadn't really thought about making up a story. She eyed the other with panic and Caleb thankfully talked for her.

"She and Toby were having a date great night, but when they were coming back to Rosewood, a car hit their car and Toby almost died because of the accident. Spencer stayed in shock for a few minutes, but then she called us to pick them up. The doctors are just checking to see if she has any serious injuries."Hanna shot him a surprised look for him having made up such a believing story so fast. The Hastings parents stared at him as if deciding whether to believe him or not.

"Oh my god!"Veronica gasped as she covered her mouth with her hand. She looked like she was gonna start crying, but she managed to contain herself. Peter just put a comforting hand on her shoulder.

"Who was driving during the accident?"Peter asked Caleb and his voice sounded threatening. He had hated Toby Cavanaugh ever since he started dating Spencer and now he finally had the proof he needed that the boy was no good for his daughter.

"That's not the point, Mr. Hastings. The point is that the car on the other side of the road was way faster than the speed limit and came crushing on their car. Nobody could have prevented this."Emily said trying to sound strong and believing. Peter just sighed and went back to comforting his wife.

The talked seemed to be over, so they went back to being in silence. Hanna sighed in boredom and decided to get the small back she had taken from Spencer and maybe start reading it. She had no idea what it was, but she knew that it had to be important if Spencer was holding it so tightly as if her life depended on it. She flipped the book over only to see that it was locked. Great! What she and no one else noticed was Ezra watching her with a creepy look. He couldn't believe that they had found the diary. If they read it, they would know the truth and that he could not afford. But right now, there was nothing he do except pretend to be the concerned boyfriend and friend that everyone knew. Well, not everyone.

Meanwhile, at Spencer's hospital room

She woke up feeling like she had been hit really hard. He whole body hurt and her head felt like a brick had fallen on it. Slowly, she opened her eyes to find herself sitting on a hospital bed with a doctor stranding on the other side of the room checking her notes. Why was she at the hospital? What had happened? She tried to sit up, but her body screamed in protest so she lay back down with a groan. The doctor adverted her eyes from her notes and her face lit up when she noticed Spencer was awake.

"Hello, Ms. Hastings. It's good to see that you are already awake."The doctor said as she slowly approached Spencer's bed.

"Why am I here? Where am I?"Spencer asked, confused. She couldn't recall anything that had happened.

"Well, it seems as if you don't remember, so I'll help you. You are in Rosewood's hospital and you were brought here forty minutes ago by your friends that come by the names Hanna Marin and Caleb Rivers, am I right?"The doctor asked her and suddenly, everything came crashing down on her like flashbacks, their trip to Ravenswood, finding out that Alison was alive, Toby being shot… Where was him?

"Toby. Where is he?"She asked in a low voice, worry burning her inside. If he had died, she didn't know what she would do. The doctor gave her a satisfied smile for she seemed to have remembered what had happened, but then it turned into a confused look.

"Excuse me, Miss. Toby who?"

"My boyfriend. He was… he was shot and I just thought that he might be here."She could feel the tears welling up in her eyes, but she knew that she needed to be strong right now. The doctor had a shock look on her face.

"I can check later if he is okay, just give me his last name and I'll ask the receptionist. But right now I think that we should be talking about your condition." Spencer's eyes shot in panic. So the doctor knew her delicate condition? Of course they knew, they were doctors. She just hoped that they hadn't told anything to her parents.

"According to the many exams we made, you have had a serious case of internal bleeding. This isn't normal between teenagers, which made us really worried but it seems as if you were under so much stress that you started bleeding. You're gonna be okay, but I suggest that you try to relax the most you can so it doesn't happen again. If it happens again, there are chances that you may not survive."Now she was really worried. How was she gonna stay away from stress with the way her life had been for the past two years? She started hyperventilating and the worried doctor picked the oxygen mask and put it on her nose.

She woke up again a few minutes later and the doctor was still sitting on the chair by her side. She slowly sat up and eyed the doctor.

"What happened?"She was so confused.

"You started hyperventilating then you fainted. " The doctor answered. Spencer realized how strangely the doctor was looking at her, so he tried to look anywhere else in the room.

"When can I get out of here?"

"You can go now if you want, your injuries have already healed. Just keep in mind what I told you. "The doctor checked her watch and she frowned. "Well, I have to take care of another patient right now, but I'll send a nurse with a wheelchair for you.

"Thank you so much, but I don't need a wheelchair."Spencer argued and she slowly stood up. Her hand grasped the bed while she tried to forget about the pain and show the doctor that she was a strong, independent woman. The doctor only scoffed slightly.

"Honey, from the looks of it you wouldn't be able to walk to the door."She was going to reply with an indignant look, but the doctor stood up and left the room before she could say anything. Five minutes later, a pretty looking nurse entered the room with a wheelchair.

"Here it is. I'll take you to the waiting room where your friends are."The nurse said and she gave Spencer a bright smile but Spencer wasn't buying it.

"Thank you so much, but I don't need this. I can walk finely on my own."She took a step towards the door but a sudden pain made her stop. It seemed that she would actually be needing the wheelchair. She sighed before sitting properly on the wheelchair and the nurse started guiding her towards the waiting room.

As soon as Emily's eyes fell upon Spencer, she immediately stood up and walked towards her best friend. Spencer's parents also stood up and Aria and Emily followed them towards the brunette.

"Spencer!"Emily screamed while sighing in relief. She had been so worried of losing Spencer, but right now it seemed as if everything would be okay. The other girl stood up from the chair and hugged Emily tightly. After everyone-except Ezra, who had left the room to get a phone call- had hugged Spencer and expressed their happiness that she was okay, they decided to go back to sitting down. Spencer's parents gave each a quick kiss to her cheek before leaving, claiming that they had to work. She knew better, tough. But she was already used to her parents leaving her when she needed them, so she didn't say anything. At least her friends were there for her.

"Where is Toby?"She asked the three girls that were more like her sisters than her friends. Emily and Hanna shared worried glances and that did not decrease Spencer's fear.

"We still haven't heard from him. The doctors said that he would need to go through surgery."Aria answered and Spencer's face immediately paled.

"But he's going to be okay, Spence, don't worry."Emily reassured her. It didn't work very well, though.

"He better be."She sighed and put her head on her hands."If he dies, I don't know what I'm gonna do."This sounded so desperate, so sad that Emily couldn't contain the sob that escaped her mouth as she wrapped her hands around Spencer. When they finally pulled apart, both were crying.

"Thank you, Em, I really needed some comfort right now."

"Always. But Spence, I'm serious. You have nothing to worry. Toby is a fighter and I'm sure he'll survive this. He would never leave you." Emily said, trying to cheer Spencer up.

"That's the problem. If he leaves, he won't be only leaving me."They shared confused looks at her words.

"What do you mean?"Aria asked. By now, Hanna had already figured it out. She was full proof that not only the smartest were able to figure out everything.

"I'm pregnant."The words left her mouth and they hanged in the air as everyone in the room –except Hanna- processed what they had just heard. Pregnant. Spencer Hastings was pregnant, she was going to have a baby. Well, this was definitely not what anyone was expecting.

Meanwhile, at the lair in Ravenswood

"What do you mean they have the diary?" The hooded figure screamed on the phone.

"I don't know. Maybe they found it on the lair."

"That's impossible! We monitored everything that happened here. They couldn't have gotten in here without us knowing."

"Actually, they could. When we went looking after Alison the lair was empty. They could have very well entered it and found the diary exactly where we left it, at the desk." The figure sighed, angry but then their face was replaced by a creepy smile.

"Well, if the bitches want to play a little longer, we'll play. I have something planned for them anyways. Come here when you can, I'll call the other members."

"Okay. I'll be there soon."They each hang out and the hooded figure walked to the front desk where the diary had been. That bitches were really smart, they were going to need to be very careful from now on. It was time to see what they had done if they had even come here. A video tape was watched and the hooded figure got more nervous after seeing that the bitches had been at the lair indeed and that they already suspected that –A was a man. They were gonna need to learn a little lesson.

With that, the figure proceeded in calling the rest of the members of the –A team because now was time for the real game to begin.

This chapter was shorter than others, but it is really more of a filler chapter. All the members of the –A team will be revealed and I may follow the show a bit, but there are some things that I just don't agree with. Since you were really good at reviewing last chapter, I'll post next chapter when I get seven reviews.
