I've finally found it~! Sorry guys, I lost a bunch of the updates due to myself being a derp-brain and saving each file as pointless things. But here it is~! It's finally been found~! I know that I should have really just re-written the chapter, instead of keeping you waiting, but you need to understand that people like me are extremely lazy.

Finally, I give you Dei-Dei. I can't believe I went 4 whole chapters without writing our 'lil blonde bombshell in. T^T Bad Cloud. Bad.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter, please review~!

Sasori's POV

The old woman chuckled, sitting down in the helicopter, waving as the door closed. "Love you, Chiyo baa-san!" I cried, blowing the woman a childish kiss.
I watched the woman chuckle, blowing a kiss back in reply.

The helicopter began taking off, and I stepped back with the man, a tear trailing down my cheek. Granny was crying too.

My attention then snapped toward a large bang. I jumped, crouching down. Was it a bomb? What was happening? Looking towards the left, I noticed the bridge over the sea, shattering to the depths of the ocean. A large explosion went off in the middle, sending the whole thing down. People were rioting. I knew this would happen.

I ducked again as I watched a few military planes fly above my head, they were either off to fight, or carrying the "more important" people away from the miserable atmosphere which was currently occurring. Just as I began to believe things were calming down, another explosion erputed. This time, I watched a large skyscraper plummet towards the earth with an almighty crash. I could hear the painful noise of screaming and crying, which didn't seem to stop. I could hear my pulse rising, and I began to feel dizzy.

Alarmed, I stared at the helicopter Granny was in. The vehicle was currently about 15 meters in the air. Why was it being so slow? Why couldn't it just fly away? It seemed the explosions had also caught Granny's attention, as the woman was staring at the fallen skyscraper with great terror. It was rare to see this expression plastered across my dear grandmother's face. When Granny Chiyo was worried, you know something's wrong.

I wanted to break down and cry at that very moment, but too much was going on.
"Sasori!" The muffled cry of my grandmother came into contact with my ears, and I snapped my attention back to the helicopter. The elderly woman was staring at something far away, and at that moment a high pitched scream arose, and another helicopter came into sight. Bald, pale-looking beings were clinging to the helicopter, which was spinning at an alarming rate. These "people" were letting out ferocious cries, climbing onto the top of the orange helicopter. It was at that moment I realized I had to do something about the virus, or the world would have no hope.

I watched with wide eyes as the spinning helicopter got closer to the one Granny was in. I wasn't sure what to do. At that time I felt so weak. I had no idea this would be the last time I would ever see my grandmother.

Everything went black when the helicopters collided.

"Nn...?" I groaned, slowly opening my eyes. What the hell had happened? I'm sure I had died. I was sure.

I seemed to be laying on something soft, somewhere light. Sitting up, I realized I was on my sofa, in the living-room. How the hell did I manage to get here? Was this the afterlife or something? Surely not. My attention then trailed to my leg, which was aching with pain. I let out a hiss, clutching the wound, which was now fully dressed and bandaged. Still hurt like hell though. Who, or most-likely what, had done this?

I jumped as a loud crash suddenly emerged from the kitchen. Tobi! Of course, this had all been a dream! I couldn't retain my happiness as I sat up, still feeling slightly dizzy. "T-Tobi!" I grinned, hopping into the kitchen. "Tobi, you're ali-

"The fuck is Tobi, un?"

My eyes widened at the sight of a feminine male, sitting on the counter. He was watching some old tape on the television with mild interest. The man had very woman-like features, yet a deep masculine voice. His hair was long and blonde, which was tied up in a ponytail. However some of it was resting freely down his back and over his shoulder. I looked him up and down, noticing he was wearing a pair of pajamas. This had to be a dream. There was no way this person was possibly sitting before me. No way.

I was completely lost for words, and continued staring at the blonde in utter fascination. It was only when I noticed that the blonde was eating one of my Mars bars that I said something.

I stared at the chocolate with wide eyes. "M-My..." I muttered darkly, stepping closer. The male simply frowned, taking another bite. "Y-You...Y-You're...Eating..."
"I'm fucking starving, un!" The blonde grinned with his mouth full, taking another bite of the chocolate. "And you have chocolate! The heavens have answered me!" I felt a vein pop at that remark, and simply continued to stare, slowly tilting my head.

"You retarded or something, kid?" He smirked, rolling the wrapper into a ball and throwing it at my head. I barred my teeth, hissing at the male.
"You ate my fucking chocolate!" I screeched, limping over to the blonde at the fastest pace I could manage. (Which, let's face it, wasn't a lot.)

Strangely, the blonde found this hilarious, and simply kicked me back, a large grin plastered across his features. "I wouldn't even try it, squirt." He smiled. "I'm Deidara Iwa."
"You're a fucking brat, that's what you are." I seethed, picking up my tray of Mars bars and slamming them on the table. "Mine." I hissed, pointing to the chocolate.

The blonde, now known as Deidara, simply chuckled, sitting down at the table. The idiot even thought it would be funny to prop his bare feet up on the table. I glared at that, picking up a Mars bar. "Take your feet down this instant. Do you know how rude that is?". Deidara simply chuckled, poking my cheek with his big toe.
"You love it really, squirt~" He grinned.
"Take your feet down now!" I bellowed, attempting to push the offending foot away.

"Calm down, Mr. Hormonal." The blonde pouted, taking his feet down. "What's your name anyway, un?"
"Sasori Akasuna." I grumbled, taking a bite of my Mars bar.
"...Isn't that the name of some dead old woman?" The man smirked, tilting his head. I scowled at that, shaking my head.
"That's my grandmother, Chiyo. I'm her grandson, Sasori. I don't know how you managed to get those names mixed up."
The blonde huffed, waving his hand. "I don't really care who's who, un. She's a stupid bitch and I'm glad she's dead. She didn't even try to find a fucking cure to this mess."

My eyes widened at the blonde's harsh remark, and I stood up, slamming a hand down on the table. "Don't you dare say that!" I seethed, staring the man in the eye. "She didn't deserve to die! I'm her replacement, It's me who had to find the cure, and I'm still trying! It's harder than you think!" "It can't be that hard!" The blonde snapped back, also standing up. "Just give up! Everyone's dead! No-one's coming back, so there's no point trying!"

I stared at the blonde for a few more seconds, before slowly looking down. He was wrong. They weren't dead. They were just infected. I could still bring them back, and I would. "You're wrong, brat..." I muttered, sitting down. "I'll bring them back. Just you wait and see.""Whatever, un..." The blonde replied, making his way over towards the oven. As he opened it, I was greeted with the heavenly and familiar scent of bacon.

My last and only source of real fucking meat.

Instead of replying, I simply looked down at my lap, lost in thought. Who was this blonde really? And how had he managed to survive? It then hit me that he was most-likely immune to the virus, like me and my grandmother.
"Listen, un..." Deidara began, removing the tray of bacon from the hot oven. "I'm sorry...I guess I got a little over-excited...I haven't spoken to another person in...Well, since the outbreak."
Pursing my lips, I let out a soft sigh, shaking my head. "It's fine...I guess this is strange for both of us."

Deidara nodded in reply, transferring the bacon from the tray to a plate. As he sat down, I looked up at his attractive features again. He seemed a lot calmer. "How did you find me anyway...?" I frowned, reaching for a piece of the pink meat."I've been hearing your broadcasts for ages now, un..." He replied, already chewing on a slice of the bacon. "I thought you were just another dead guy though, so I never bothered coming back."
"Coming back?" I tilted my head. The blonde nodded in reply.
"I used to live here, un. Anyways, whilst driving the broadcast came on again...I felt different when I heard it that time though. Something told me to go to the city, just to see if you were still alive. I waited by the bridge all day, un...When you weren't there, I began to doubt it all, and started making my way out of the city, just as it was about to get dark..."
"Go on."
"...And then I spotted some fucking idiot driving into a hoard of infected patients."

I glared at that, chewing harshly at the bacon. "Shut up."
"You told me to go on, un!" Deidara chuckled, shaking his head. "I saw you in the car, and went out of my way to save you. You should consider me as your hero." The blonde smirked, looking proud.
"I wanted to die." I growled lowly, chewing on my second piece of bacon.
"Don't we all?" The blonde grinned, leaning back in his chair. "It's nice to meet you anyway, kid."
"I'm not a kid..." I sighed. "But either way, it's nice to meet you too, brat."

And so that was that.

Sadly, they didn't have gay sex on the table; Sorry...T^T
