Sorry for taking so long to update I just don't know what's been wrong with me! See what I'm doing is, writing two chapters at a time then putting the first one on, then writing the third, then putting the second on, then writing the forth, then putting the third on Do you know what I mean? So then there should be (hopefully) I steady stream of chapters. Thank you for reading my story and sorry for taking so long :/ When there talking English it'll be written in bold.

I don't own vampire knight

Emilia POV

I walked into the room, smirking inwardly at the expression on the prefects face, I don't know why I was being so rude to him, well I do actually, and he was rude first so why should I be polite to him. Headmaster Kaien Cross smiled warmly when he saw us come in.

"Ah Miss Ammar and Miss Hanazono" He stood up gesturing to the seats in front of him. I said down gracefully, Masaki faltered for a minute then sat down in the chair next to me.

"You wanted to see us Sensei" asked Misaki, Kaien smiled warmly as he sat down across from us.

" Yes, there have been completes from your dorm about there being disturbances coming from your room at night" I could feel him looking to look at me as I just stared blankly at the table, I didn't need to look up to know Misaki was probably staring at me as well, I didn't bother looking up.

"Emilia sama suffers from nightmare Cross sempi" Misaki decided to explain.

"Ah" Kaien said in understanding, "I figured it might be something like that." He said smiling pityingly at me, I ignored him. Undeterred by my rudeness he continued. "So I've decided to move you into the spare room we have here."

'Hmm that I wasn't expecting to be honest, I suspected that he'd maybe move me somewhere but I'd expected it to be somewhere far away from everyone else though.

"Wont that just disturbed you?" I decided to ask.

He smiled

"I'm sure I can handle it, I've dealt with a few nightmares in my time."

I scoffed inwardly, looked away to look around his office 'why is there a crack in the table?' I pondered, then inwardly shrugged 'I don't care, anyway I suppose disturbing one person is better than disturbing the whole dorm, and It's nice for Misaki to have a break, she doesn't need me around, she need to be able to go to bed at night and actually get some sleep, hell if I was Misaki, I'd be celebrating right now, I'm surprised I was even in there so lon…

"EMILIA SAMA" Misaki practically shouted in my ear.

"What!" I hissed grabbing my now aching ear.

"I've been calling you for the last few minutes" She smirked crossing her arms.

"Oh yeah, and nearly turning me deaf really helps" I muttered.

Misaki laughed.

"Stop over exaggerating"

"Annoying girl" I muttered in English.

"Now, now, whose fault was it for not listening" Kaien said in amusement.

'Hhh, he can speak English' I thought, 'Oops.'

He grinned, but then pouted as he picked a book up off his deck,

"I thought that with you being English and practically moving in here we could start a study group! You're learning Japanese, I'm learning English" He exclaimed excitedly.

"I'm alright thanks" I deadpanned and turned back to Misaki who was looking between us confused.

"The headmaster wants me to help teach him English, so he can harass English people as well as Japanese people."

"Emilia sama, that's rude!"

I turned away and went back to looking at the desk,

"Hm, I was learning it especially for you too" he pouted.

I rolled my eyes inwardly, is this guy really allowed to run a school? He sounds like a pervert.

The headmaster expression turned serious.

"The rooms already been prepared, it's up to you to decide when you want to move."

"Have I enough time to move tonight?" I asked.

"Ha, I'm I really that bad a roommate?" Misaki asked, doing a very bad job, in my opinion, of hiding the hurt in her voice

"No, I just thought you might like some sleep for once."

"I don't mind" Misaki said smiling slightly.

"I know." I sighed .'I know she doesn't mind, that's the problem, she should want me gone, the only thing I do is cause her problems. She's too nice for her own good.'

"Umm, well if you're sure." The headmaster said hesitantly, looking between us I nodded and got up to leave, "You'll be sharing a bathroom with my daughter Yuuki and my ward Zero" He paused maybe waiting for me to say something, I could see the sky darkening though his window.

"Do you need help bringing your belongings?"

"No thank you, I can handle it." I said bowing my head slightly and turned to begin walking out the room, Misaki following at a slower pace behind me.

"Are you sure about this Emilia Sama, you can stay, I don't mind."

"I know you don't, but I do, I'll still see you in lessons, nothing will change that much, it's just that instead of you looking dead on your feet the headmaster will instead" I turned to look at Misaki who was looking down sadly "Misaki, I want to move, to be honest it's embarrassing waking you up every night, it's embarrassing knowing the rest of the dorm can hear me too, at least at this new room less people will be bothered by it." I smiled slightly at her.

"Fine, but promise that you'll come see me sometimes."

"You baka (Idiot) I'm only moving to a different room, not a different country."

"I know that" Misaki protested. "I just meant it'd be nice…

"Kaien said he wanted me to help you move your stuff." I turned to see that annoying prefect from earlier stood at the door

"Ever heard of knocking" I said scowling slightly.

"Ever heard of hurrying up." He said scowling right back

"Why? Worried someone will nick your stash of manga's?"

"Piss off"

"No, why don't you, you baka"

"Who are you calling a baka."

"Wow, maybe an idiot is putting it lightly." I sighed, turning to continue putting my clothes into my small suit case. I could see his jaw clenching at the corner of my eye 'he's angry, good'

"Well I'm not the one who has to leave the dorms because she's a cry baby." Zero said cruelly. I stiffened slightly, not letting my anger show; instead I turned to him and tilted my head.

"Funny, you call me a baby yet whenever Karun appears and talks to Yuuki you jump about like a child a jealous puppy, I'm surprised she lets you hang around her the way you stand over her like a jealous brainless dog."

Zero growled and walked up to me threateningly

"Now no need to fight" Misaki said nervously stepping in-between us, "There's no reason for you guys to be throwing insults at each other, you'll soon be leaving near each other right, so you should try and get on." She said hurriedly.

"Vicious dogs should be put down" I said blandly, turning away to zip up my bag

"Nut cases should be locked up" Zero countered

"Did either of you listen to a thing I just said?" Asked an exasperated Misaki

I didn't answer choosing to just pick up my bags and start to walk past Zero.

"Are you going to show me to my new room or what? Or are you just hear to cause a stench?"

Zero this time chose not to answer, instead he just turned around and walked out the room, snapping at two passing girls to get back into their rooms.

"See you in class." I said as a goodbye to Misaki

"Yeah" Misaki said, watching in bewildered silence as she watched me follow a fuming Zero. I sighed slightly 'If I could be bothered, I would laugh' I thought gloomily.

Zero POV

I fumed silently as I walked the bitch down the corridor. How dare she call me a dog, if anyone's the dog it's her, she's almost as bad as Karun 'Well as least she's not a vampire' another part of my brain decided to add, 'Well that's true' I thought 'Saying that if she was a vampire at least I'd have an excuse to shoot her.' I smirked inwardly. I stopped, pointing to the door which led to her new room.

"In there."

"Arigatō" (Thank you)

"What no snappy insult?" I asked mockingly as she walked past. Emilia didn't say anything, just walking past into the room. I frowned deciding to wait by the door, leaning against the door frame as she dumping her suit case onto the bed 'I wonder if she's bipolar' I thought, 'One minute she's insulting me then the next she's like a emotionless break wall, I wonder if it's because there's no one around for her to impress.'

"Is there some reason you're standing there like a gormless idiot?"

'Hmm, that's a no then.'

"I'm here to make sure you don't take a detour while you're getting your stuff"

"Oh yes, I need to add more photos of the night class to my collection" Emilia said mockingly.

"Thought so" I smirked

"So how many pictures do you have."

I swung round and glared at her angrily.

"None, nor would I lower myself to that level, especially with 'them" I hissed angrily.

Emilia though smirked

"No…" She began to walk away but then turned round to face me, her face having gone back to its usual blank look "But you'd have a few of Yuuki though wouldn't you?" She then turned and carried on walking away. I watched her go, successfully holding myself back from shooting her. I debated following her, just to get on her nerves but in the end decided not to. '

"What you doing here Zero, I thought you were supposed to be helping Emilia with moving?"

I turned round to watch Yuuki as she walked up to stand next to me

"I hate her."

"You hate everybody."

"Not like her."

"What did she do? She always seems so… cold and distant."

"Hmm, well I hope Kaien doesn't think I'm looking after her." I scowled walking outside with Yuuki

"I've seen her dreaming before." Yuuki said shivering

"Hmm"

"It was like she was being attacked, she looked terrified when she woke up"

"I'll petrol this way" I said pointing towards the gardens surrounding the classrooms."

Yuuki nodded

"Ok, I'll go this way." She waved slightly then began to head towards the sun dorms. I watched her work away, 'I can't tell her about what I'm becoming, and it would be unfair to her. I turned and began to patrol the grounds.

"Hey did you hear about Ammar?

"What about her?" Voices came from behind a bush near one of the class room windows

"I heard from Maki and Chiya that headmaster Kaien has made her move into another room.

"Hm, I do feel sorry for her."

"Why?"

"Well you know she screams because of her family right"

"Nani?" (What)

"Well I heard that her family was killed right in front of her."

"No wonder she's so cold."

"Hmm, when do you think Kaname Sama is going to come past" The girl held up the camera in her hand. Even without a mirror I was pretty sure a vain was popping at the side of my head.

"Is it just me or was it got a bit cold" One of the girls said shivering slightly

"Yeah"

"You two must have a death wish." I scowled, looming over the now cowering girls threatening

"Ze…Ze.." One of the girls stuttered, edging away to hide behind the other and more stupid, in my opinion girl, more stupid, because this one looked like it was going to try and stand up to me.

"Go away Prefect! It's unfair to keep us away from the night class like this, just because you want them to yourselves!"

I froze, a vain beginning to show at the side of my head, the other girl must of known her friend had made a wrong move because she began to back away looking for an escape route in panic.

'I was so pissed I wouldn't even come up with a response, so I just grabbed the girls by the back of the scruffs of their coats and began to drag them to the headmasters office, not even breaking stride as they pulled and heaved trying to get away, ignoring there pleas for mercy and at one point to my annoyance one of them started pleading for her life. I scowled, looking back as I turned round the corner to see Kaname watch at me through the girls had previously been under. I scowled at him and continued dragging the girls away, not liking the way he'd watched me almost calculating as if watching an experiment running around its cage.

Right I have a question, in the animas or manga's does Zero sometimes actually man handles the girls? I have read and watched it, I just can't remember. And I don't want Zero to seem too OCC by doing so, when I was writing it just I think seemed to fit in there, if you know what I mean. Thank you for all the reviews and favourites so far a special thank you to Alaria von Ravencroft, Myra k kuran for your reviews, it's very much appreciated
