Ever Lasting Love... Or is it?
Ouran Story
Chapter 4
Unwanted guests
I sighed and stretched as I stood from my seat, school has just ended and I was ready to get home to my babies.
"Raven!" screeched a loud voice, followed by a glomp, and a kiss to the cheek. I turned my head to get a small view of my brother. I glared at Tamaki and elbowed him in the ribs.
"Knock it off!" I hissed and gathered my things.
"Raven," said Tamaki completely ignoring the fact he got elbowed. "You should come to the Host Club!"
I slung my bag over my shoulder and headed toward the exit. "No thanks, I've got my own club to go to." I called over my shoulder.
"What could be more fun than seeing your brothers club?" he whined.
"Taking over the world, and killing my dad." I mumbled.
"What?" he asked confused.
"Nothing!" I replied in a chipper voice leaving the class room and going down the hall. "I said my own club!"
"And what club is that?" He questioned.
"The Black Magic Club." I replied instantaneously. My brother screamed a rather girlish scream and was rooted to the spot.
"WHAT?!" he screeched grabbing hold of my shoulders and shaking me.
"Stop, Tamaki!" I pushed Tamaki away and backed up a few steps, hoping to stop the room from spinning. "What's wrong about that?" I asked regaining my composure. Before Tamaki could even say anything a voice called my name down the hall.
"Raven-chan!" I looked over to see Nekozawa-san walk quickly and creepily down the hall. Tamaki screeched and hid behind me.
"Ah! Nekozawa-san!" I said in surprise, waving to him as he stopped in front of me. "What are you doing here Nekozawa-san?"
Nekozawa-san smiled underneath his cloak and said, "I'd figured I would come and get you, I didn't know if you would remember where the club room was at." He replied.
I nodded with a smile, "Good thinking Nekozawa-san! I don't think I remember quite where I found the room." Nekozawa-san nodded and motioned for me to start walking as he smiled at Tamaki. I waved a goodbye to my brother as I walked down the hall with Nekozawa-san not far behind me.
In the Dark Magic club, I received the most awesomest dark cloak I've ever seen and I loved it, a book of rules and all the stuff that comes with the club. The club room was very dark as all the curtains were drawn and the only lights were the few candles that lit the room. Then went through some initiation and became a full fledged member of the club. They ran me through all sorts of things such as the spells and curses and all that. I sat down and talked with Nekozawa-san for the rest of the time when we didn't have anything to do. He told me about some training I would have to go through starting tomorrow.
The club had ended about an hour after that and I waved good bye to Nekozawa-san and the few club members as I made my way to music room three. I promised Haruhi-chan I would take her home after my club was over and she told me to meet her in music room three. I walked up a few flights of stairs and down several hallways until I came to the right location. I could hear squeals and talking coming from the inside. I placed my hand on the door knob and opened the door. Rose petals flew all around, some hitting me in the face. I glared at the entrance and expected pixies and unicorns to come prancing out. Luckily for me it didn't happen. I cautiously stepped inside the room and glanced around. Inside were tables with tea and sweets on top of them and chairs and couches with girls sitting in almost all of them. The few spots that were not filled with girls were six boys and one cross dressing girl. Haruhi-chan, Hikaru, Kaoru, Hunni-senpai, Mori-senpai, Kyoya, and my twin Tamaki, and they were flirting with the girls that sat with them. I stared blankly at the scene before me, sure Haruhi-chan has told me about what she does after school but I didn't expect it to be like this.
"Sister!" cried a cheerful voice. I stiffened as I seen Tamaki run towards me. Just as he jumped to give me a bone crushing hug I stepped aside so he fell on the ground.
"Please refrain from hugging me." I said as I stepped over him and walked over to Haruhi-chan's table. "Oi, Haruhi. Are you ready to go?"
Haruhi-chan smiled apologetically and said, "Sorry, I still have stuff to do here."I nodded in understanding.
"I'll go chill in the corner till this place closes." I turned and went to the nearest corner.
"Raven-chan!" yelled a voice just as I was about to sit down. I was suddenly rushed by the short blonde haired high school senior.
"Hello Hunni-senpai." I greeted as I was hugged by the small teen.
"Raven-chan! Come sit with me and eat some cake!" He ordered tugging my towards his table. I giggled and nodded.
"Okay, I'm in the mood for some sweets." I let Hunni-senpai drag me to his table and sat down across from me.
"What kind of cake do you want?" Hunni-senpai asked as he reached for a piece of cake.
"Mitsukuni." came Mori-senpai's voice. "Let Raven pick first..."
I looked over at Mori-senpai and smiled. "That's alright."
"Ah! Sorry! Raven-chan what kind of cake do you want?"
I hummed and looked at the sweets before me. "I guess I'll take the strawberry shortcake."
Mori-senpai nodded and handed my what I asked for. "So Raven-chan, how do you like it here?" asked Hunni-senpai in his cheerful voice.
I shrugged and replied, "It's not so bad."
"And what about the Host club?" I could feel the anticipating stare coming from my twin who looked over from the behind the couch he was sitting on, thinking I couldn't see him.
"You mean this is a Host club?" I asked dully and sarcastically. I could feel my brothers tears of depression as he squatted in a corner. I picked up a near by fork and thrown it in his direction. It lodged into the wall right next to his head. "Quit sulking, you cry baby!" I yelled.
My brother cried some more even though I could've killed him with the fork I sent flying his way when he didn't do as I said. I growled in frustration and finished my piece of shortcake, but the frustration didn't last. Due to Hunni-senpai, he made me laugh and forget about the ignorance of my annoying twin. Ha, I liked this kid. Good kid. I smiled at something Hunni-senpai said. It was something him and Mori-senpai did. Although the happiness was short lived as a pair of arms wrapped around me from behind making my face go into a sour expression.
"Why don't you laugh like that with me?!" whined Tamaki.
"Because you're annoying, we have nothing in common to laugh about." I stated taking a sip of my tea.
"Sure we do!" he countered.
"Oh yeah?" I asked. "Like What, brother."
To be honest even though we've been separated for a long time we had a few things in common, and I just love teasing him.
"Well we're-" he began but was inturrupted when I raised my hand and put my finger on his soft lips. Not looking at him and taking another sip of me tea I said, "My mistake, what is it that we don't have in common?" He gave it some thought but didn't get to say anything due to me speaking first.
"I'm raised as a commoner, and you were raised as a spoiled rich kid. I had to work to get what I wanted and you had it handed to you on a silver platter. Father hates me and tried to kill me off but he loves you with all his heart." I kept naming off things, probably pointing out the most obvious.
"I am a nobody, you are a somebody. You have a future and I have revenge that dirties my hands to the point of murder-"
"What?!" everyone yelled out shocked.
"I meant to the point of taking over the world and showing that bastard he made a mistake." I smiled and stood up.
"Haruhi-chan, I'll be waiting out by the car, I have something to do." She nodded reluctantly and nervously. "Good day." I said dully waving as I walked away and out into the hall. I stood out in the hall for a bit before walking the other way I was suppose to go.
I stared at the door in front of me with a golden plaque that said 'Chairman' I felt my eyes narrow into a glare wishing that the door would burn down with the person residing inside. I slammed the door open not bothering with this thing they called, knocking. Inside was the chairman who jumped up in fright hearing the door being slammed open. I walked inside and stopped in front of his desk. "Well, If it ain't my old man!" I smiled at the shocked man before me.
He stared at me for a while before coughing and trying to play like he didn't know what I was talking about. "I'm sorry, who are you?"
"Who am I? I'm the little girl you left in London I am!" I hissed. "Ring any bells?" I could practically feel the sneer that was tugging at the corner of my so-called fathers lips.
I mirrored the sneer and gave him a death glare worthy of death himself. "You better watch yourself old man! I'm going to make you pay for all the suffering you caused me and no one will be the wiser." I hissed out. Before my father was about to say something but I spoke again. "You kick me outta here news will spread that you gave out a scholarship to an orphan then kicked her out after her first day. You'll go down in ruins or better yet tell the truth." I calmly walked out the door and down the hall not bothering to say good bye. Hell he didn't deserve one. I walked calmly down the stairs but anger could be seen radiating off of me. I walked out the front door and crossed to courtyard to the gate. I got into my car and waited for Haruhi-chan to get down here.
Not long after getting in my car Haruhi-chan and the rest of the Host club showed up. I smiled at Haruhi-chan and dropped the smile at rest of the Host club.
"Alright Haruhi-chan, lets go." I ordered turning on my car. She nodded and got in, buckling up as she closed the car door.
"Can we come?" asked Tamaki, Hikaru and Kaoru.
"No." Haruhi and I answered immediately.
"The last thing I want is more people to know where I live. It's bad enough he, " I continued sneering at my brother. "knows where I live."
"He does?" Haruhi asked.
"Yeah." I nodded. "Freak was in my house when I got home last night."
"Really?" they all asked surprised. I nodded. "Anyway let's get going Haruhi-chan. I believe we've got shopping to do." Haruhi nodded and I floored it speeding off.
After shopping for tonights dinner and dropping Haruhi off at her apartment I went home. I grabbed my groceries and went towards the front door getting out my keys and unlocked the door. I walked into my house only to be greeted by six guys.
"Oh you have to be kidding me." I hissed out. My groceries were taken away by Mori-senpai. Yup, that's right. It's the bloody freaking Host club. Joy.
"Thank you, Mori-senpai." I smiled as I glared at the rest of the boys.
"May I ask what you are all doing in my home?"
"We came to visit you!" cheered Hunni-senpai, who hugged my legs. I blushed and patted the top of his head.
"Uh, okay." I mumbled not sure what to say. I pried the boy off me and made my way to the kitchen.
How am I suppose to get rid of these people?! I leaned against the counter with a hand to my head trying to sooth my oncoming head ache. I could hear the bouncing from Tamaki coming into the room and hugged my shoulder from behind me.
"What are we having for dinner, sis?" Tamaki asked excitedly. I shot Tamaki a look.
"We?" I asked raising an eyebrow. "There is no we, just me."
Tamaki whined and wrapped his arms around my waist where he began to sob. I tried my best to get the fool off me with no progress at all. "Oh come on you insufferable idiot! GET OFF!" I yelled.
When he didn't get off I had to drag the fool with me to the living room where I searched through a near by table drawer. I threw some things out and I moved some things out of the way before I found what I was looking for. The rest of the Host club watched silently as Tamaki whined while I searched.
"Here it is." I smirked.
I pulled out a tazer that I kept on hand for freaks and intruders. And my brother fell into the freak category. I put the device to Tamaki's right side and let the electricity shock him until he let go and fell unconscious. I stretched and placed it back in the drawer.
"Now that's better!" I went back to the kitchen ignoring the men in my house and proceeded with preparing dinner as I heard the laughter from the Host club. Honestly do I have to cook for this lot too? Ain't like I got myself to worry about!
"Do I even have enough?" I mumbled under my breath glaring at the door leading into the hall.
I sighed as Kyoya came in followed by the rest of the Host club, except for Tamaki who was still unconscious.
"Please forgive us for intruding on you so suddenly." apologized Kyoya pushing up his glasses revealing his gray eyes. "But we simply wished to get to know Tamaki's twin. So if there is anything you need us to get for dinner we'd be happy to go get it."
The Host Club nodded, except for Mori who gave his usual silent stare as an answer, and waited for my answer. I sighed and gave a small nod.
"Alright fine!" I huffed. "I suppose you can help me go get MORE food." I stomped back into the hall and grabbed my keys off the little table and opened the door.
I looked to my car and sighed. There is no way I can fit all of them in there there's only enough room for four or five people at most if you squeezed 'em in right. I walked over to my garage and opened it up, it was a big enough garage to store two cars and a motorcycle at the most and I just so happened to have another car and a Harley Davidson. I guess it'll do, might have to put someone in the back with the groceries.
I unlocked my black hummer and got in. I haven't drove this thing in a while! I smiled as I put the key in and turned it. The car started within the few seconds and I stroked the steering wheel. "Listen to that purr!" I gushed. I buckled up and put the car in reverse then backed up into the drive way where the Host club was waiting, with Tamaki who finally came around.
I rolled down the passengers window and yelled out to the group, "Well are you gonna get in or what?"
They stood there before Tamaki, Hikaru, Kaoru and Hunni-senpai made a mad dash for my car yelling,
"SHOT GUN!"
When they got to the door they opened it together and began to fight over who got front seat. I stared at the with a look of disbelief. Oh my god, if they're like this when we're leaving I can't wait for the ride home. While the group of children were distracted Kyoya got in and closed the door, which alerted the four childish teens.
I smirked as Kyoya pushed up his glasses again and said with a smirk of his own, "Shot gun..."
"HEY!"
"That's not fair! We called it first!"
Mori walked toward the car picking up Hunni-senpai on his way before getting in the car and buckling himself and putting Hunni-senpai in his lap.
"I don't care!" I yelled. "Just get in already!"
The grumbled under their breaths and piled in when I heard the doors closed I locked the doors and rolled down my window.
"Heh, ya'll are gonna have a fun trip." I told them adjusting my rear view mirror while giving them a toothy grin. I reached over Kyoya and got into the glove compartment and pulled out a pair of black shades. I offered another pair to Kyoya, "Want a pair? It's all apart of the 'shot gun' privilege."
Kyoya gave me a smirk taking the pair of shades and swapped them out his glasses for the black shades. I giggled at how cooled he looked as I put mine on. I could hear the whines coming from my brother, the twins and Hunni-senpai. I snapped my head in their direction, giving them another grin.
"Don't be such sore losers!" I put the car in drive and turned on the radio, twisting the nob to blast the music that came on but not too loud. I slammed my foot on the gas just when Pump it by The Black Eyed Peas started to play. I drove out of the drive way and made a right turn to go back to the grocery store and you almost had to cover your ears from the deafening screech that came from the wheels as I turned.
When I drove into the parking lot of the Grocery store, I gave a sharp turn into a parking space slamming the breaks and perfectly parking. "Aw yeah, baby! She still runs good!" I squealed turning off the car and pulling the keys from the ignition and turned to the people in the back.
Hunni-senpai was clapping saying "Again, again, again!" while the twins were hugging themselves, still screaming, Tamaki somehow manage to get upside down in his seat and was twitching, and Mori-senpai had a shocked expression and he held onto the door handle for dear life. I giggled and looked at Kyoya who has a solid expression and was the only one to not jerk around while I was driving he gave me a smile and took off the shades putting both mine and his in the glove compartment.
"Excellent driving, Miss Raven." he complimented as he put on his regular glasses and got out fixing his uniform.
"Why thank you, Kyoya!" I giggled unbuckling and getting out. The others shakily got out not long after I did when they finally realized the car had stop, minus Hunni-senpai who was still cheering.
The twins and Tamaki kissed the still ground the minute they got out, "WE'RE ALIVE!" They yelled.
Mori-senpai looked like he wanted to too but restrained himself. I was laughing as I locked up the car. "Now hurry up!" I called behind me already heading inside with Kyoya.
"Or no candy!"
I was joking but Hunni-senpai was the first to run in followed by the twins and Tamaki then eventually Mori, Kyoya and I at a walking pace. Inside was a chaos of children running around gathering as much sweets as they could, by children I guess you know who I'm talking about.
"Alright then normal people, follow me."I sighed motioning to Mori-senpai and Kyoya to follow me. They silently followed me as I went down a few isles picking up some more meat and vegetables that I got for tonights dinner.
I double checked the items I got and waited at the car for the guys to come back and get in the damn car. They came out not long after with Kyoya leading the pack I nodded at my victory, note to self send Kyoya in again if my brother and his friends take longer then it should have. Mori was holding a whole bunch of bags filled with sweets as the twins only had two, one for each of them, and Tamaki had three. Geez, like sweets much? I giggled and got in the car. I buckled up and waited for everyone to get in... OH GOD WAIT?! I snapped my head to look at the group arguing about who got front. Kyoya, Mori-senpai and Hunni-senpai took the back seats leaving the twins and Tamaki to fight. I rolled my eyes and started the car.
"You've got two seconds to get in or I'm leaving!" I called out bobbing my head to Gangnam Style by PSY that started playing.
They huffed and pouted and looked at the awaiting door and made a dash for it and they all tried to squeeze in the passengers side at the same time.
"HEY!" I yelled gaining their attention. "If I find a single scratch, dent, or chipped paint I will personally see you meet your demise early!"
They looked at me and Hikaru manage to squeeze in and kicked Tamaki and Kaoru out the door and shut it. He stuck his tongue out at the two as they got in the back seat.
"Ready?" I asked before shifting into reverse and pulling out and pulled out shades for me, seeing as Hikaru is going to freak out. I patted his head and shifted into drive. I kept the car still for a few seconds as Poor Unfortunate Souls from The Little Mermaid started to play and I sped off with the screams, haha, What a perfect song!
An hour after we got home dinner was prepared and already served to the... unwanted... guests of my home. I sat at the crowded dinner table which was full of laughter and jokes. Some compliments on the food and the occasional whine from Tamaki when he asked me something and I said no to. And soon dinner was finished and I had hell trying to get everyone to leave. Tamaki, being the worst and the last to go.
"Come ooooon!" I pleaded trying to push him out the door. "I want sleep! We've got school tomorrow!"
"Then why don't I stay here!" he suggested with a bright smile. I gave a few more tries before throwing my hands in the air.
"FINE!" I screamed giving up before storming away from him to finish cleaning up the dishes. I could hear him cheer from the hall and next thing I knew he was dragging something in. I set another dish in the dish washer and dried my hands before I looked out into the hall. The door was closed and locked and Tamaki was nowhere in sight. I walked toward the living room and looked around but didn't see him either. I scratched the back of my head before rushing up stairs to check my room. I slammed my door open and seen Tamaki stripping out of his shirt. I screamed and slammed the door closed and blushed as I stood outside. I heard shuffling and falling from inside the room before my door slammed opened.
"What's wrong?!" asked Tamaki gripping my shoulders, before looking around. I noticed he didn't gave his shirt on and blushed redder.
"Put a shirt on!" I screeched pushing him away and turned on my heels to walk back down stairs.
"But this is how I always sleep." Tamaki mumbled.
"Not in my house, brother!" I called walking down the stairs and finish up the dishes. Not even a second after I touched the landing I was tackled to the ground.
"You called me your brother!" squealed Tamaki.
I gasped and struggled underneath him. "Don't get use to..." I crawled out from underneath him. "IT!"
What a pain! I walked into the kitchen and loaded the rest of the dishes into the dishwasher.
After starting up the dishwasher I wiped my hands cleaned and went upstairs with my brother trailing behind me. I went into my room and pulled out a pink tank top and black shorts. I went to my bathroom and changed. I quickly swapped my clothes and brushed my teeth before leaving the bathroom. I stopped short when I seen my brother laying in my bed already. He was holding a teddy bear and already sound asleep.
"Seriously?" I mumbled shaking my head and walking to the other side of the bed where my dogs and cat were. The lifted their heads and moved down to the foot of the bed and I climbed into bed. I layed there awhile before closing my eyes and falling asleep.
