Let me tell you a tale of a lost story, a tale of a writer in need...
arRozs: cut it Shakespeare, the fans don't read this things anyway
Me: you never let me have my fun!
arRozs: Now that's just a lie
Me: ¬¬... well, I'll better apologise for how late this chapter is but really many thing happened and well, I visited my family and got home on the first to fall asleep on my bed (they made me get up to early) so I couldn't write much
Making dialog for this two was really hard, especially since they're both so... ugh!
Now, here's your chapter
NarNor: New year's resolutions
If there was one thing Narvik loved most than anything else, that had to be the nightsight. Yes, the Aurora, akka:: the Northern lights, was the favorite thing for the normally unexpressive blond, and could you blame her? They are quite the sight [i]
However for a different person the lights weren't much for his eyes were on the beautiful girl underneath, have you ever seen something or someone that left you speechless, that was what was bothering Norway right now. Now, normally he isn't one for words and he has a hard time expressing his feelings, so one can only imagine how much harder it gets for him to be completely speechless when trying to approach the person he likes, poor Norway
Narvik felt the other's presence and turned to look at him, she was rather curious as he seemed to have something in his mind
"Do you want to sit down?" asked Narvik
It was a silly question but she feel the need to do it, besides he nodded and sat beside her on the snow-cold ground
"You seem rather quiet" said Narvik
He raised an eyebrow causing a small smile to grace her face
"You know what I mean!" said Narvik
He sighed, well they were on the new year's eve, so he could start by that
"I've had been worrying about the end of this year" said Norway
"Have you not finished with last year's resolutions?" asked Narvik
He nodded, she looked up before looking at her with an eyebrow raised
"Was being quieter in your list, because really that's not something you should worry about" said Narvik
"It's not that" said Norway
"Was it trying to make Denmark more quiet? Because that's seems like something impossible, even if it would be nice" said Narvik
Norway couldn't help but smile at the suggestion, even when she was right, thinking on how calm would be everything if he got Denmark to shut up. But then denied, that wasn't what bothered him right now, it was something much more important. He had promised that he would confess to her before the year ended and so far he hadn't had much luck
He did try, mind you, but every time he was about to say what he needed to say something ruined the moment, one of the many things that had stopped his attempts was the sudden appearance of a certain Argentinian who felt to the ground with a cloud of pink smoke [ii]. After some coughing and a long apology from CABA, in which she explained that Arthur had slipped the spell to her and that she was still getting the hang of it, she left after another pink cloud of smoke, and Narvik remarked that she hadn't thought smoke could be pink
Now however it was just the two of them, well also some faeries, but they knew better than to disturb the two right now, actually they were hopping Norway will get this over soon so that he would go back to his usual self
"Actually I needed to tell you something" said Norway
He had a serious tone and Narvik got a little worried
"You didn't get yourself into war, did you?" asked Narvik
He denied and she sighed in relief, he took a deep breath and looked directly to the greyish-blue orbs in front of him and he felt deep getting lost on a sea
She looked back at him, it was rather easy to get lost in the blue eyes too, she couldn't help it, she was really in love with him, how could she not? But of course she was probably just like a sister to him, or so it seemed. Seriously, they lived surrounded by all kinds of mythological creatures, things that belonged in fairy tales, so where was her happy ending? Was it tu much to ask, to have the guy she likes to like her back [iii]
Such is the faith of those who aren't brave enough to talk, but wait! As the hours pass there's a change in the view and the sky is filled by different lights, and Norway is woken from his daydreaming (even though it's not day) and took a brave action, which made Narvik turn ten shades of red
But just to finish this tale, I will tell you that it all ended well

Have a great 2014

[i] Or so I've been told, I never really visited anything outside my own country

[ii] CABA's magic is pink thanks to he aura, I think I might explain this deeper some other time

[iii] We all wonder the same Narvik, don't we?
