I figured that you guys deserved two today. I'm keeping steady with the editing process, but right now, I have class. A college student's work never ends, I swear. Enjoy. Review!

Sakura sat in the interrogation room, playing with the sleeves of her blouse. The captain was about to escort Sasuke Uchiha in the room so she could begin her evaluation.

To say she was nervous was a huge understatement.

The door swung open, causing her to jump.

She stood up quickly, facing the captain as he entered. He gave her a small smile.

"Sakura Haruno, I'd like to introduce you to Sasuke Uchiha."

As the captain moved out of the way and Sasuke came into view, Sakura's breath caught in her throat. He really was beautiful.

Sasuke looked at her, bored and slightly pissed. If he didn't want therapy back then, what made anyone believe that he wanted it now?

Sakura gave a small smile, motioning to the chair across the table from her.

Sasuke just raised his eyebrow, not having any intention of moving, until the captain physically pushed him towards the other end of the table and shoved him in his seat.

Sasuke sent him a death glare and the captain smiled back at him.

"Okay, Sakura, he's all yours. Call me if you need anything," the captain said cheerfully, patting her on the head. Sakura glared in Sasuke's direction, causing Sasuke to raise an eyebrow.

"Thank you chief," she said in a phony happy tone, waiting to hear the door close behind her until she rolled her eyes.

She made eye-contact with Sasuke, smiling at him. He just stared back blankly.

"Hello Mr. Uchiha, my name is Sakura Haruno and I am a certified criminal and non-criminal psychologist. Over these next couple of weeks I will be asking you a series of questions in relevance to your life and your recent actions. I ask you to cooperate and work with me that way our sessions can be as useful as possible. I assure you that I am thoroughly trained as I graduated from-"

"I don't care," Sasuke said in a monotone voice.

Sakura tightened her lips, nodding, and began scribbling on her notepad.

She looked up at him and smiled again, folding her hands together on the table.

"So, Sasuke, how are you today?"

Sasuke stared at her like she was an idiot.

Sakura nervously chuckled.

"Okay then," she started, clearing her throat. "Do you wanna talk about last night?"

Sasuke scoffed and leaned back in his chair.

"This is a waste of my time," Sasuke snapped, shooting her a glare.

Sakura narrowed her eyes and pursed her lips.

"Mr. Uchiha, if you do not answer my questions I will make sure to draw out this appointment as long as I possibly can. I don't want to be here any more than you do," Sakura seethed, glaring right back.

Sasuke was taken aback, although he didn't let it show on his face. This was the first time that anyone, outside of law enforcement and Itachi, had ever talked to him that way, and to make the situation even worse, it was by a little girl with pink hair.

The smirk that appeared on Sasuke's face was sinister, and it unsettled Sakura. She shifted in her chair.

"You want to talk about last night?" Sasuke all but growled. "Do you want me to go into detail about how it felt to shoot my brother right between his eyes and feel nothing but joy? Is that what you want to hear from me?"

This was not the worst thing that Sakura had ever heard, but for some reason, coming from Sasuke, it was making her uncomfortable. But she was good at putting on a show, and put on a show is what she did.

"Is that what you want me to hear?" Sakura mocked, her face straight.

She would not let this man get the best of her. Men have been getting the best of her a little too often lately.

"Look Sasuke," Sakura started, her tone nothing but professional, "you are not the first person that I've come to face to face with who has killed someone. In fact, I don't believe you at all, when you say that you enjoyed killing your brother. I've dealt with a lot of people like that, and you are not one of them."

Rage was bubbling up inside of Sasuke. Who the fuck did this girl think she was?

"You don't know anything about me," he sneered at her, leaning forward in his chair.

"So teach me," Sakura breathed, leaning forward as well until their faces were only about a foot away from each other. "Let me help you, Sasuke. You need someone to help you."

Sasuke searched her face, and not an ounce of insincerity was written on it.

He leaned back in his chair, and continued to stare at her. She did the same.

"Itachi killed my family," Sasuke reluctantly let out, looking away from Sakura.

Sakura nodded, ecstatic on the inside that this man was letting her in, but completely stoic on the outside.

"Is that the reason that you…?"

"Killed him," Sasuke filled in, his tone and face dark. "I killed him."

Sakura hesitantly nodded again, not breaking eye contact.

She was sure that Sasuke already knew that Itachi was never even a suspect in the murder of his family. She felt a need to bring it up, but she resisted. Too much to fast would only make him hostile.

To both of their surprise, the door flew open, causing Sakura to jump and Sasuke's eyes to narrow.

"Sakura," Aoi said angrily, stomping over to her, "I told you not to worry about this."

Sakura stood up, pushing Aoi out of the room and into the hallway, slamming the door behind her.

"What the hell, Aoi? I'm doing my job, that was completely unprofessional."

Aoi shook his head.

"I don't want you around him, Sakura, and that's final. Tell my dad you can't do it and go home."

Now Sakura was seething. This could not be happening right now.

"No, I'm gonna do it because I want to do it. I'm not telling your father anything. This is my job."

Aoi glared at her, running a hand through his hair.

"I'm trying to protect you!"

"I don't need your protection!" Sakura hissed, crossing her arms. "How many other criminals have I evaluated before? Murderers? Rapists? What the hell is the problem now?"

"He isn't like the rest of them, Sakura. He's seriously messed up. He killed his brother. He's on his way to prison."

Sakura rolled her eyes.

"This isn't a concern of yours, Aoi. It's my job to help. This isn't my first time around the block, okay? Let it be."

Before he could respond, Sakura walked back into the room, locking the door behind her.

Sasuke looked at her, slightly amused.

"Trouble in paradise?" he mocked, a ghost of a smirk on his face.

Sakura glared before clearing her throat and straightening her posture.

"Well, Mr. Uchiha, unfortunately I'm going to have to cut our session today a little short. We'll pick this up in a couple of days. Do you have any questions for me?"

Sasuke remained silent, staring at her once again like she was stupid.

Sakura nodded, collecting her notepad and pushing in her chair.

"Very well then. It was a good session today. I'll have the chief escort you back."

Sakura turned and left the room, slamming the door shut.

She was fuming.

She stalked toward the front door, her face red and her fists clenched.

"Hey Sakura, how'd it-"

"Get the chief to escort Sasuke to his cell." She said to Kiba, not even looking at him as she threw the police station doors open and stomped out to her car.

She had some serious evaluating to do, and it had nothing to do with Sasuke.
