We're back to Trip, still in command, and still worrying.


Life has decided to confabulate, not cooperate; Trip's sure this damned day will go on forever. That's the problem with living one day at a time, in order. He wants to go berserk and detonate every chronometer on Enterprise, or set them three days ahead– but that would just be a versisimilar gimmick that won't do a damned thing to get T'Pol home any faster – or any safer.

Her understated logic and impassivity often drive him crazy, but now he wishes he knew for sure she still has them, and can use them. Or just to be there with her….
