Thank you all for the reviews.

Doragon-chan, your question will be answered later. For now let's just say that his Angel side didn't want to risk pregnancy while in an unsafe situation.

I'm happy to elaborate via PMs if you want.

Any other questions will be answered too.

Chapter Four

Yami paced around his room while waiting for news, bitting his fingers nervously.

'Why did my brother set me up like that? I just know he planned this, but… why?' Yami asked. 'Father will get me off the hook, won't he?'

Hours had passed since he had been forced into his chambers.

A knock finally sounded on his door.

"Enter!" Yami called, looking towards the door.

The two guards and another man entered the room.

"Come with us, Prince. Your father has requested your presence in the throne room," the man said sternly, the two guards grabbing Yami's harms.

"Doesn't look like I have a choice," Yami muttered, almost being dragged out of the room by the demons with larger legs.

The man ignored him and led the way to the throne room.

Yami blushed darkly when he noticed servants looking at them.

Boy was it embarrassing to be escorted like this down the hall like a criminal.

Some whispers reached Yami's ears, most questioning what he had done.

Yami bowed his head, staring at his feet as they walked.

Two more guards opened the door to the throne room and the group entered the room.

Yami looked up at last and saw Atemu standing to the left of Aknamkanon, Aknamkanon sitting on his throne.

Yugi, Heba and Solomon were all sitting on a chair on Aknamkanon's right and at the bottom of the stairs.

"Prince Yami, you are accused of illegally having an Angel slave. How do you plead?" the man that had fetched Yami asked.

"Not guilty," Yami replied.

"Yami, stop. Just admit to it and a lesser punishment may be able to be worked out," Aknamkanon said, rubbing his head.

"I didn't do anything! Why am I being punished for a crime I didn't commit?" Yami asked. "Please believe me."

"I wish I could but the Royal insignia has been engraved onto Yugi's ass. Only three people have this insignia. It wasn't me so that leaves two options. Atemu wasn't the one caught with Yugi's scent all over him so that pretty much proves it," Aknamkanon replied. "Just admit it, Boy."

"Never! I didn't do it! Atemu framed me!" Yami replied, getting louder as panic started to settle in.

His father didn't believe him.

"Why would Atemu frame you?" Solomon asked.

"Because he hates me," Yami replied.

"Enough, Yami. He doesn't hate you," Aknamkanon growled. "Last chance for lenience. Admit that you held Yugi as your slave."

"I did NOT hold anyone as my slave. I merely let him stay the night because Atemu had kicked him out so that he could entertain his whore," Yami replied.

"Don't you dare speak of Kei that way!" Atemu snapped, glaring coldly at his brother.

"Agreed," Aknamkanon said. "Very well then. Seems you refuse to see reason. Your unmodified punishment is three months or two hundred years in the Cinta Realm, whichever comes second."

The Cinta Realm is a dangerous realm for the innocent and paradise for the truly evil.

The innocent's time progresses in the Cinta Realm a lot faster than on Earth which is why Angels are never sent to this realm of torture.

The evil's time progresses in the Cinta Realm a lot slower than on Earth, which is why the two options appear.

They didn't want Yami released too soon, less than three months, but they also wanted him punished which is why the 200 years option.

They didn't know how dark Yami's soul truly is.

The colour drained from Yami's face and he found his voice gone.

"Any last words?" Atemu asked with a mental smirk.

Yami shook his head in disbelief. 'Two hundred years in the Cinta Realm? I'm fucked,' Yami thought.

Yugi tilted his head. "I have a bad feeling about this," Yugi said.

"Everything will be alright," Solomon promised.

"Well then… See you later, Yami," Aknamkanon said.

Yami panicked when he was engulfed by pure black magic, a scream echoing around the room before he disappeared into thin air.

Yugi winced; his bad feeling worsening after Yami had disappeared.

"Now what?" Atemu asked.

Aknamkanon sighed and looked over at Solomon. "Should we retire for the day or did you want to start the peace negotiations?" Aknamkanon asked.

Solomon looked over at him. "We can start the negotiations," Solomon replied.

"Of course. Atemu, Solomon, please follow me," Aknamkanon said, rising to his feet.

"Heba, come with me," Solomon said as he rose to his feet. "Would you like to join us, Yugi?"

"Sure," Yugi replied with a smile. "It would be interesting to see what happens during one of those things."

"Of course," Aknamkanon said. "This way."

The group walked into a meeting room across from the throne room and took seats around an oval table.

Aknamkanon sat at the 'head' of the table with Solomon. Yugi sat between Solomon and Heba and Atemu sat directly across from Yugi.

The negotiations started with them going over the previous treaty and aspects that no longer appealed to the two parties.

Yugi realised quickly that these meetings were boring, and he found himself drifting off to sleep.

Yugi woke up with a yawn hours later and slowly opened his eyes, looking around the dark room in confusion.

Sitting up, Yugi found himself on the bed closest to the balcony within their temporary chambers.

Both Heba and Solomon were snoring softly while they slept on their beds.

Yugi got out of bed and went onto the balcony.

The city was in complete darkness, not even the moon out this night.

Something about the night felt off, like something was missing within the Demon community.

Yugi lent against the wall with a yawn and tried to force himself to remember anything from the past 37 years.

His eyes glazed over as a memory returned to him.

Yugi was obediently standing beside his master, waiting for news on the Queen.

She had taken ill after her visit to the outskirts of the demon kingdom several hours prior.

Atemu was worriedly pacing the hall as he awaited the news, nervously chewing his lips.

A loud cry from a baby startled them both and they looked up, the door to the chambers opening a few minutes later.

Aknamkanon exited the room with a small bundle in his arms.

He quietly sat down beside the young human boy his son had been gifted a few days prior.

All angels look like Humans and have no sign of wings or magic until they're fourteenth birthday, even if they've been through their first mating season.

At this point, Yugi is only thirteen.

"W-What is that?" Atemu asked, coming over to look at the bundle in his father's arms.

"Meet your new brother, Yami. He's very small and weak. He was born too early," Aknamkanon replied.

"Can I hold him?" twenty-three-year-old Atemu asked.

"If you're gentle," Aknamkanon replied, gently handing the child over to the crown Prince.

Atemu smiled down at the cute boy, pink eyes looking up at him innocently.

Isis left the healing chambers with a sad face. "I'm sorry, Pharaoh. We couldn't stop it," Isis said softly.

"Stop what?" Atemu asked.

Aknamkanon turned to Atemu sadly and took the child before Isis told Atemu what had happened.

"Your mother passed away. She's gone," Isis replied softly.

Atemu's eyes widened and tears filled his eyes. "N-No! She can't be!" Atemu exclaimed, running past them into Aknamkanon's chambers.

"I'm so sorry," Isis said softly.

"There was nothing anybody could do," Aknamkanon said sadly. "Will you help me raise Yami?"

"You're going to keep him?" Isis asked.

Aknamkanon nodded. "He deserves to have a family. This wasn't his fault and he shouldn't be punished because of it," Aknamkanon replied.

Isis smiled. "I'd love to help you raise your newest son. What will you tell Atemu?" Isis asked.

"Nothing. As far as Atemu is concerned Yami is his brother. No need to ruin that. I have a feeling Yami is going to need all the help he can get," Aknamkanon replied.

"He will. Who knows what health issues he may face later in life," Isis said.

Aknamkanon nodded and looked over at the slave boy. "Do not tell your master anything of what we have been discussing, do you understand?" Aknamkanon asked.

"Yes, Sire," Yugi replied softly, nodding his understanding.

"Good," Aknamkanon said with a nod of his head.

Isis smiled when she was handed the baby so that the Pharaoh could say farewell to his beloved Queen.

Yugi blinked as he returned to the present. "Yami is only 37 years old?" Yugi muttered. "And his birth resulted in his mother's death? Wait, is that even what the Pharaoh and Isis were implying?"

Yugi sighed and shook his head, his head starting to hurt.

A small slip of paper under a pot on the balcony caught Yugi's attention and he retrieved it.

-Fivorge me for wtirnig tihs iatensd of vnbsalreiig it. I faer taht my btoerhr wlil hrut the Agenl if he fuond out taht I had spnet tmie wtih you. He mtresatis the boy. Pslaee, set him fere. He dsoen't devsere tihs ftae. Pseale hlep him.

-YMAI

"Yami? Is the angel me? Who mistreated me?" Yugi wondered.

Yugi looked up at the sky, hoping for an answer that wouldn't come.
