AN:

Sorry for not updating in.. over a year.. Yeah, I don't have much to say for myself, but at least this is something! Enjoy!

Foxstrike hissed at the cat who had spoken to them. Great, ShadowClan! As if I didn't already have enough trouble pretending to like my sister! At least ShadowClan should still have some of their sanity..

"Wait a minute," the ginger tom paused. "Are you Rainbowblaze?"

Any amount of hostility Ranbowblaze had faded in that instant. "The one and only." Foxstrike inwardly face-pawed.

"Then you are welcome to ShadowClan! The parade is later today, remember?"

"Parade?" Foxstrike echoed.

"Of course, silly!" Rainbowblaze responded. "All the clans are coming together to hold a parade in honor of me!"

"That's great, sis!" Foxstrike said. She paused for a second, "Uh, I just have a question.."

"I suppose I can make time for it," Rainbowblaze sighed.

"All the clans? Aren't we supposed to be fighting?"

The other two cats stared at Foxstrike in shock. "Fighting!?" Rainbowblaze shook her head many times. "Ever since I became deputy of ThunderClan, the rest of the clans made a truce for as long as I live! Didn't you hear?"

Foxstrike looked baffled, for whatever reason. "A.. truce? For as long as you're alive!?"

"Of course!" Rainbowblaze cheered, "What's wrong? It's a good thing!"

"That's it," Foxstrike backed away, shaking her head many times. "That's it! I've had enough of this! Enough pretending that you're cool, and the most perfect being alive! Enough trying to act like the other cats, just so I have a place to fit in! I- I can't take this anymore! The clans.. they can't just stop fighting! It's not right! None of this is!" She turned around, dashing away.

The ginger cat padded up yo Rainbowblaze, his tail pointing in the direction Foxstrike had gone. "Whoa. She cray." Rainbowblaze nodded.

"I think I'll send a few warriors to grab her later. For now, you have a parade to set up for me!" Rainbowblaze sat on top of a pretty-looking stump, a crown of flowers on her head.

"Yes, Rainbowblaze. Any wish of yours is my command. I will make sure ShadowClan does their part in making this the best parade ever!"

~Back in ThunderClan~

"Move it a little closer to me!" Bramblestar ordered. "It must be as perfect as Rainbowblaze if we are to use it for the parade!" The ThunderClan cats nodded, moving the float.

Lionblaze burst through the camp's entrance, "Foxstrike has run away!" he huffed.

"What?" Bramblestar asked. "Why?"

"Something about it not being right for the clans to have a truce. It's all insane words, really. What should we do?"

Bramblestar thought about it for a second, "If she is to run away, especially at a time like this, then she is a traitor to the clans! We are to never accept her back, and kill her on sight if she is seen again!"

"Isn't that a little overboard?" Cinderheart asked. The rest of the cats gave her strange looks. "N-nevermind! It's a suitable punishment for betraying her own sister!" The cats looked at her normally again.

Suddenly, a sharp stick blew into the camp, hitting Bramblestar hard in the neck, and instantly drawing blood. The clan gasped.

"Uh.. Should we help him?" Lionblaze asked.

"It's either we help him or he dies and Rainbowblaze becomes leader," Jayfeather responded.

"Doesn't he have more lives, though?"

"Nope."

"Oh. Okay, let's let him die, then."

"Yup." As Jayfeather said that, Bramblestar drew in his last breath.

"Horray!" The clan cheered. "Now Rainbowblaze will be leader!" As if on cue, Rainbowblaze swiftly went into the camp.

"Did I miss anything important?"

"Bramblestar died," Lionblaze said nonchalantly.

"Oh. Okay, then. I'll go to the Moonpool." Rainbowblaze went out.

"Good luck!" Lionblaze called after her.

Trying to blend into a bush many tail-lengths away, Foxstrike looked towards the camp in horror. How could they just let Bramblestar die like that?! All these cats are insane! And they'll kill me if I come anywhere near them? Well, then, I'll just have to get some.. outside help.
