Hola Lola! Disclaimers are as same as before, this is chapter 4. Enjoy!
PS. Got the "Cajun" insult from the animated 1992 X-men series. I don't know what it means but the word sounded hilarious. Lol x

Chapter 4

Friday morning came around and just as quickly, went. Musa threw her bag in the dorm room and rushed to her bedroom balcony. A minute later, Jared had arrived; "where do you want to go for lunch?"

Musa hopped on and said "wherever!" With plenty of joy in her voice. It was nice that she could have someone like Jared in her life, a friend. Like a brother.

"Pizza it is then!" In a just as joyful tone, coming from Jared; they flew off.

Meanwhile in the courtyard, someone's temper just kept boiling hotter and hotter.

"Dude! You're going to have to say hi to her eventually." Sky tried to explain while he fixed his hair from the helmet he just took off.

"Yeah, you can't hide from her forever" as Brandon extended on Sky's words.

Riven's arms tensed as he face Brandon with daggers in his eyes and said aggressively "who's hiding?! Ya'Cajun!"

Brandon faced up to him with a reality check "Riven, you're the one who's being a Cajun... tinky-winky hair..." Now Brandon did it now...

"What the fuck did you just call me!?" Riven was fuming and then came the calming voice of Helia to ease the tension.

"Maybe he's just having second thoughts about confronting Musa".

"Yeah...well... I'm not!" Riven struggled with another smart ass answer. And then Timmy made his most illogical decision yet, he decided to make a snide comment while holding Riven (so he wouldn't wimp out with some excuse about "getting back to training").

"Well according to my calculations, Riven, you have not looked at Alfea or mentioned anything about Musa since we rescued Bloom."

Riven shoved Timmy off of him with his forearm and nearly knocked him off-balance.

"So what?! I could get any girl I wanted and if Musa really did like me, she would so be asking me out. Just watch!" Riven's was so overly defensive until Helia suddenly said another interesting piece of advice to pacify the situation, "Riven, if you really liked a girl, you would just express to her your feelings".

"Yeah and write sappy little love poems and play with wonder woman's lasso of truth." His backlash on Helia and his specialist weapon was not a lot to anger him. However, it was just enough to bring out some of his steam and so he did...

"Well no wonder she hasn't talked to you yet! Look at yourself Riven! You really are the world's biggest dickhead. Mark my words that Musa will get tired of waiting for you or waiting for you to fucking care! Because in the end; Riven, some other guy will pick her up. And you're going to regret ever letting her go. In the end, its you who will be alone. Not unless you finally open up your eyes."

Riven was about to jump on his bike and leave when the winx arrived. All but one.

The Hero's silenced their so-called 'conversation' as each of them hugged and greeted their cute fairy girlfriends. Enough to make Riven feel sick. Not because it was clearly gag worthy... but because looking at his friends happy, all because of that one girl... it was something Riven really struggled with.

Riven looked around and looking back at him was all the girls. They were all quite surprised to see him back at Alfea to visit again after such a long time. Yet very quickly, their glances over Riven were sly and faded quickly; they were lost in the eyes of their lovers.

Aisha on the other hand knew exactly why Riven finally came and what he was here to do. She knew it wouldn't sound good and so she kept trying to beat around the bush until a good way of phrasing came to mind. Aisha dances with Musa a lot and if anyone knew her well enough, it was Aisha.

She looked at Riven in the most subtle way she could and then said "She's not here, I'm sorry Riven."

So Riven replied "Well I never asked now did I."

None of the girls could deal with his attitude so she decided to scrap being gentle and just say it. He should just get the facts; Aisha felt It would allow Riven more time to really think about himself as person than listen to someone else telling him who he is.

"I hope you know what's happening to Musa, right?"

"What?" Riven asked but knowing deep down it was probably about the awkward silence between the two since shadow haunt.

Aisha took a breath and explained to Riven about the tabloids in Melody, the media and the betrothal of Musa...

"...Her dad is planning for her princess ball to be her official wedding announcement too. He wants her back in melody on the first day of our 'packing to leave' week".

Riven hugely held back yet heavily tempted to go to melody and throw some sense into Ho-boe, himself.

"He can't do that... can he?" Riven questioned but he knew this is no way at all what Musa would have intended for herself and her future.

"This stuff happens almost all the time on Andros, its pretty backwards. But I'm sure she will find a way to convince her dad out of it".

Riven became slightly worried yet sceptical because deep down he knew marrying to a Prince would be way better than a former street kid, as he was. "How are you so sure?"

"Because Musa told me last night... ever since her mum died, Musa's dad has always tried to keep her safe and close. But this is not what her mum would have wanted. It's like her dad with music all over again. He'll have to come around eventually!" Aisha replied seriously.

Still keeping their conversation as private as they could from the others, Riven unfortunately caught Stella's attention and so acting like he didn't care, he shut himself up and put on his usual moody face.

Stella felt like it was the perfect time to tell Riven where Musa was in hope that maybe Riven would try harder to be nice towards Musa. Little did Stella know, Riven was already just as hot-tempered and stressed; turns out not even Helia's words of wisdom could pacify this magenta head.

So Stella continued towards Riven... "We'll look who finally decides to show his face around here again".

Riven was swearing and grunting in his head as Stella continued "F.Y.I. Riven, Musa is not here. You didn't show up for a while so she's gone out for lunch".

Riven's nerves settled down, knowing he won't need to talk to her just yet. "Tell me something I don't know". He replied, quite cynical.

Then Stella dropped the bomb, something Riven really didn't want to hear, especially after what Helia said...

"She's out with Jared". With that, Riven stormed off. He knew she would say that, where else would she go?! She clearly wouldn't want to marry that Prince James. Musa's eyes were clearly on Jared. What's the point?

Riven knew if he saw Jared, he would punch his teeth into crumbs. So under grit teeth, he heard enough "well good for her then".

Since Riven was forced on to the back of Timmy's bike since he refused to ride himself to Alfea. - He jumped on it, sharply chucked on his helmet and decided to go back to red fountain. Enough was enough!

"This was a waste of time! I'm out of here!"

"Hey Riven! Where are you going? That's my wind rider!" Timmy ran after him but it was too late.

"He's going to beat up the engine... oh no..." Timmy turned back around to Techna; Panicking over the aggression Riven was going to inflict on the bike.

But Riven was long gone.

Techna's jaw dropped to see Riven so worked up. She turned to Stella and said "well its a good thing you didn't tell him about Saturday night"

Timmy wondered "what's going on Saturday night?"

Maybe it was best that no one else let anything slip to Riven now. And before Stella could open her mouth to speak, Aisha slammed it shut with her hand and smiled while Bloom said "Oh! Nothing! It's really nothing! It just a...err..."

Flora quickly pointed up with a smile and said "a slumber party!"

All the girls gave a look towards Flora which read 'REALLY?!'

Techna with a palm to her face; stepped back to hide behind Flora. Bloom said "Well look at the time! Class is about to start, I guess you boys better get going now! Alright! Cya! Bye!"
