A/N: Yo! Here is the next chapter of my Nephilim Harry story. I am sorry that it took so long to get to, but I was busy with school, had writers' block over the summer, hadn't played the game in a while, and am now in 4 AP courses, so, as you can see, I have a bit of a busy schedule.
Now, I shall answer reviews for the story!
Thank you edboy4926, mattcun, Ace trainer Jessie, sarah, scott, Laura, Aaron Leach, Ashley, DaughterofDante, Rain, Di's Lexic, Vampirehary the 2, Saissister, letifer89, Darth Renascentia, .popo, knight25, god of all, dick, mark, guest Yuna's reincarnation, kenka, L Lawlet, and Yami Aries for the good jobs.
Ultima-owner and shunshinking, I definitely agree with you about that.
GaijinSamurai, I like the ideas that you have put up and will take them under consideration. Also, I am fine with the long reviews and am pleased that you have taken the time to write this out for me.
Chapter 4
Harry finally got back to the surface out of the chamber. By that point, he had placed the armor into wherever it was the devil arms went to when they disappeared.
Dante and Kat were there as well and Dante just looked apathetic, but you could see the hint of concern in his eyes, while Kat was way more open about showing her concern for him.
"What took you so long?" Dante asked nonchalantly.
"Nothing much, but did you get anything out of the demon that you killed?" Harry asked curiously.
"Yeah, I got a pair of fists." Dante said and then briefly showed them.
This wouldn't have worked in the real world, but since Kat hadn't dragged them back from Limbo, they were fine.
"Let's get out of here." Harry suggested, looking around for any demons that may have appeared.
Kat just quickly pulled out two sheets of paper and used a spray can on it.
The two flashed into the real world and Harry briefly felt the same tug that he had whenever he had gone into Limbo the first time.
"Is that…magic?" Harry asked, nervous and excited.
"Yes, Vergil let me join because I can do a good bit of magic and am able to make gateways to Limbo." Kat said, proud of her skill.
"Can you teach me that and other magic?" Harry asked excitedly.
"I don't know, only certain people can do it while others can't." Kat said uncertainly.
"I think I can. I think I dragged myself into Limbo about six months ago." Harry said uncertain of his power.
Kat actually fell back a little at that.
Harry frowned and asked, "What's wrong?"
Kat looked at him in awe as she said, "That kind of power is almost unheard of. There are groups of magical people who can teleport between two spots in the real world, but to travel into limbo…"
Harry blinked, he didn't really think that it was that impressive, to be honest.
"I didn't really do anything," He protested to the two of them.
Kat just sighed and decided to explain things to him.
"Harry," She said gently, "what you pulled off was an uncontrolled burst of magic that shows your true power compared to other wizards that exist today. If left untrained, I am pretty sure that either most of it would die out in the next year, or that you would be completely hindered for the rest of your life thanks to it rebelling against its confines."
Harry was shocked at the potential pain that he could go through if he did that.
"Hey, kid, I need to talk to Kat for a few seconds, go buy yourself a drink and some food." Dante said while taking some cash out of his pocket.
Harry walked off and immediately after Dante was sure that he was out of hearing range, he turned to Kat.
"So, then we need to train him then?" Dante asked curious of the answer.
"Yeah, Vergil's not gonna like this…" Kat muttered.
Dante snorted and said, "He'll like it more than you think. After a brief moment of shock," Dante added at the end of the statement he had made.
"How so?" Kat asked with her arms crossed.
"Look at him closely and then take a look at me." Dante commanded, a bit surprised that she hadn't noticed.
Kat did as he said and then took a second look just to be sure.
"Oh my god, he looks like a younger version of you." Kat whispered in shock.
"Guess dad had another child with mom before they died by Mundus." Dante said with a shrug.
"We need to tell Vergil." Kat said.
"Not yet, train him up a bit before we actually reveal him to Vergil." Dante said to her.
"Why not yet?" Kat asked him, a bit surprised at why he was saying no to that.
"After he gets over it, what do you think that he'll do to Harry?" Dante asked her as he pointed to him.
"He'll just send him on the frontlines." Kat said with a shrug, not seeing what the big deal was about that.
"Exactly, and think about that for a moment, both of us have trained relentlessly for years to get to where we are now, but Harry, he's only been at this for less than a week. He's not ready for it just yet. We need to get him some weapons and training before we do anything else for him." Dante said as he stared Kat down, willing to compete with her on this.
"Fine," Kat said.
"Yo! Harry, over here," Dante called to Harry after a minute of planning silently.
Harry jogged over from the vending machine where he had gotten a drink from and asked Dante, "Yeah?"
"How would you feel about training up?" Dante asked.
Harry blinked before saying, "That would be awesome, why?"
"I can train you and get you a few weapons; I just need to know what kind of weapons that you want." Dante said with a shrug.
He knew plenty of arms dealers around, and several of them had been able to perform maintenance on Ebony and Ivory, meaning that they knew how to work with demonic weapons that would hurt demons, as well as be disguised in the real world.
Harry got a gleam in his eyes as he explained several of the different weapons that he was interested in having.
At the end, Dante placed a hefty order on his dealer.
Done! I hope that you all enjoy this chapter!
Please read and review!
Also, before I ask, I already have several weapon ideas that will be used.
Try and guess one of them, I dare you!
Here's a clue: It is not one already used in the game.
