Hello my lovlies!

It feels so good to be publishing again! And I know, it has

been months since I updated. I'm really sorry, but if you don't already know this, you will soon, high school sucks. So, it's taken a while, but here we are. I'm really hoping this was a good one, but i won't know without you guys, will I? Anyway, here's to hoping that it won't take so long next time!!

Disclaimer:

I do not own RotG, or any of the characters associated with them (sad face). I do, however, own my OC character(s) (I'm not sure it there will be more, we'll have to see) please, do not steal her/them.

A few days later, I was hanging out with Taylor, again. Who could've guessed? He loves to play all sorts of pranks. But there was one prank he'd always wanted to implement, for lack of a more understandable word. I would never do it, and whenever I said no, he wanted to know why.

"Why are you so against talking about them? You won't even mention their names." We were sitting side by side on the logs where we'd first met.

I looked at him sidelong, and looked away. "It's not necessarily bad, it's just not something I like to remember."

"Then you lied to me, there are other people who know you." I could feel his gaze burning on my face, and I started to trace patterns in the snow with my boot.

"No. I never met them, per say. There was none of the 'oh hi, who are you' crap. No time, because the first thing North learned about me was that I was related to Pitch. I think I'm the only one to have ever seen him mad, and live to tell the tale. Russians are vicious."

Taylor gave up. "Okay, okay, no more talking about the Guardians, sheesh. But I still say that Jack is going to make you pay for that."

"For what?" I ask, smiling sweetly, the picture of innocence.

Taylor threw his hands up, and stood. "I give up. You are impossible to talk to, you insufferable girl!" He sounded angry and exasperated, but when he turned around he was smiling.

"Leaving so soon?" I asked

"Yes." He sighed, rubbing his head. "There's a lot that happens when I'm with you. Sometimes I'm not sure it's worth it." I stood up too.

"But?"

"But then I come back here, and go play pranks on the poor people with you, and I remember why I put up with you." He gave me a crooked grin, and I gave him a hug. He disappeared.

The rest of the week, I kept seeing Jack. He looked like he was forever puzzling over something, and I felt slightly bad. Once he came close to seeing me, and I had to quickly hide in the shadows.

Now you may be wondering, what does that mean? It's not really possible to hide in a shadow, unless it's night, right? Well from Pitch, I inherited the ability to bend shadows to cover and hide me. I just don't use it very much because a, it's not very pleasant, especially for long periods of time, and b, I feel a little like its cheating.

Eventually I gave up, and accepted the fact that Taylor was right. Again. I needed to go talk to Jack, lest it come back to bite my delicate behind later. So I went to the pond that I'd run into Jack at, thinking that he would probably be there later. But, lone behold, there is not one, but two people. One of them was very obviously Jack, kneeling at the edge of the pond; the other was very, very familiar.

The person that was walking up to him was a girl. She had long, slightly bushy, light brown hair, with dried leaves and flowers woven into her hair. She wore a white, loose shirt, and a faded, worn, torn, a-little-past-knee-length brown skirt. And she didn't wear any shoes. Well, this was going to be interesting.

I climbed a nearby tree, while she walked up to Jack.

"Hey Jack, are you okay? You've been here most of the day. Most of the week actually."

He stood up, and turned to face her. "Actually no, I'm not okay. I think I'm going crazy." When the girl didn't reply he went on. "Sometime last week, I was just standing, somewhere in this area, when I fell over and passed out. I think I might have had a hallucination, where this girl… I'm not even entirely sure what happened. But ever since then I've seen here everywhere I go. I'm almost 100% positive that I'm going crazy."

The girl blinked. "That was a very long speech, did you by any chance catch what this girl look like?" She looked perfectly angelic, which meant that she was slightly annoyed.

"Well, she had orange eyes, and looked a lot like you, now I think about it."

Mother Nature, or Natty as I like to call her, buried her face in her hands.

"Are you okay?" Jack looked very concerned.

"Oh yes, I'm totally fine." She lifted her hands up. "so are you. You may or may not have met my…"

She squeezed her eyes shut. "Your… what?"

Natty rubber her eyes. "That may or may not have been my… sister."

Jack probably would have stared at her, except he didn't have the chance. He leapt into the air, and stayed there, as there was a pop beside him, and another girl materialized out of a could of flower petals

"Ooh, you have a sister?" The girl that had appeared, seemingly out of nowhere, was very hyper and happy and bright. She had very long, golden hair. Her bright dress ended just above her ankles, and started out yellow at the top, but faded to green, and blue, and finally purple at the bottom. Her bare feet never touched the ground.

"Summer!" Jack yelled as he floated slowly down "I'm already freaked out enough as it is! Don't. Do. That."

Summer giggled. "But it's so much fun to scare you Jack. Anyway, Natty, how come you never told us you have a sister?"

Natty glared at Summer. "Because she's not exactly the most sociable person on the flipping planet."

Summer just smiled brightly. "Oh. Is that why she's hiding up that tree? I wondered..."
