Six months after they met that Sebastian finally asked Blaine out on a date. Sebastian would deny that he ever got flustered.

One evening Blaine had just asked Sebastian "So when are you going to ask me out?" while they were watching a movie.

Sebastian was flustered by the question unable to answer for a while but had soon recovered and taken Blaine out on a date that Saturday. No extravagant of declarations or unrealistic expectations. It was simple sweet and heartfelt.

For their first date Sebastian took him biking along the Golden Cove trail to Pointe Vicente Lighthouse in Palos Verdes. They had dinner at a small open terrace restaurant near the pier enjoying the sunset before they drove back to downtown LA.

It was a truly magical date followed by a lot more interesting ones. Of course not all their dates were amazing. Some had really disastrous consequences like the disco Roller Park when they had to call Hunter to pick them up since both had managed to fall and sprain their ankle and were unable to drive. Yet they were both happier than they had been in a really long time.

Sebastian wasn't big on talking openly about his feelings and Blaine had been left speechless when one night told him about all the things he had ever felt for Blaine. When Blaine agreed that he too had felt something for Sebastian when in high school. Though they both agreed that a relationship between them at that time would have been a disaster.

As Blaine had been looking for his fairy tale love story and Sebastian was in no state for a actual relationship. He had been childish and very skeptic about even the idea of even being in a relationship. Things were different now though they were both mature and had no unrealistic expectations.

Though Sebastian was more reserved with how he felt he had opened up to Blaine a lot. Blaine was one of the few privileged to the more sensitive and vulnerable Sebastian. The first time Blaine truly got to experience Sebastian's insecurities was when Blaine told him that he loved him for the first time.

They were at Blaine and Cooper's apartment since Cooper had taken Alex for a weekend with his godfather. After dinner while they had been lounging in the back patio Blaine had told Sebastian he loved him. Sebastian's eyes had glistened with unshed tears under the string lights.

The awestruck expression had vanished soon after he kissed Blaine with all the feelings he couldn't verbalize just yet still wanting to convey that he felt the same.

The first time Sebastian said the words was a lot more dramatic as it was after their first fight. They don't even remember what they were fighting about but it had soon escalated into a shouting match.

Blaine got back home his eyes red and swollen as he had spent over fifteen minutes in the car crying. Before Cooper could ask what happened they were interrupted by loud banging on their door. Cooper opened it to find a distressed Sebastian.

"Seeing you walk out made me realize how much I want you. Need you. All I've ever experienced are goodbyes B. You are the best thing that ever happened to me and I don't ever want to say goodbye to you. I love you."

They stood there clinging to each other at the front door until Cooper had had enough.

As time passed by Blaine and Sebastian grew closer. There were good times bad times some really fun times. As his relationship with Sebastian grew stronger so did his rekindled friendship with Thad, Jeff and Nick. He even found a close friend in Hunter.

All of them including Cooper, Alex and Dylan Cooper's best friend and Alex's godfather had sort of now become weird little family. Since all of them excluding Dylan were estranged from their families. They had formed their own family of sorts and they couldn't be happier.

Both Blaine and Sebastian enjoyed this easy companionship. Being in a relationship with Sebastian was very different from all of Blaine's previous relationships. Sebastian wasn't demanding and he was always very patient with Blaine and completely understood when things would get too much for him.

Sebastian wasn't very experienced when it came to relationships his longest had been six months on during his first year of college. Which hadn't lasted as the other boy found Sebastian flirting with everyone too much to handle.

Sebastian was a very attentive boyfriend as well as easy going. It wasn't that they never fight. They do but both of them would find it difficult to stay angry at the other for long.

Things were going so well for Blaine that he was sometimes sure that things would go horribly wrong the next minute. But to his relief nothing of that sort ever happened
