The next day

Dawn's POV
-
I walked over to my locker dreadfully, hoping there weren't anymore love letters shoved into it. Now that I know the culprit, I can't imagine I'll be getting anymore.
I opened the locker door, letting out a sigh of relief. The letter some of the cheer squad managed to see, was innocent compared to the other letters I'd received.. the culprit had written such intimate things in these letters.. things they wanted to do with me despite being too scared to admit to who they were.
I was disappointed it was Ash, he seemed like a good friend.. but those letters were so creepy..
I closed the door, once placing my bag in it and went to leave out the exit leading to the front of the school.
As I opened the door, I saw Ash who was about to walk past me. Not acknowledging him, I continued to walk through the door.
"Dawn, can I please talk to you for a second?" Ash asked, with a sigh, causing me to turn around. He held the door open, and I stepped back inside.
"Sure." I replied, as he looked down to notice I was wearing the bracelet he'd returned to me, before looking back up at me. "I did not send you any letters." The boy admitted, bluntly. "I have no idea what letters you're even talking about." He added.
I bit my lip, "Come with me then." I demanded, as I lead Ash to my locker. Once we got to my locker, I eyed Ash before putting in the combination lock. I opened the locker and reached my hand out to the pile of letters that lie at the bottom of my locker, before taking the top letter. I handed it to Ash, he took it, and began to read it in his head.
Ash's eyes widened at what he was reading, before he frowned, "Nope this definitely was not me.. god this is so gross." He admitted. "Besides, my writing is nowhere near as neat as this." Ash chuckled. I raised an eyebrow, not overly convinced. This caused Ash to sigh as he slipped his backpack off his back, "I'll prove it." He decided, pulling a lined notebook from his bag.
He flipped the page open randomly, as last weeks homework for our English class faced me. I looked at it, biting my lip as I compared the writing in the letter to the writing in the notebook. I then let out a sigh, "I'm really sorry."
"It's okay.. I forgive you.. It seems like you'd been receiving them for a while.." Ash admitted. "I have been." I admitted, scratching the back of my head as we dropped the conversation.
"Hey I'm.. sorry about what happened with you and Ursula.. you guys seemed really happy together." I said. Ash sighed, "We were.. I don't know why'd she'd believe such rumours." He admitted, visibly annoyed. "Did you really get kicked out of the Serpents over those rumours?" I asked, curiously as Ash just nodded, hesitantly.
"It almost feels like someone in the gang made the rumours up to get rid of me." The raven haired boy sighed. I bit my lip before speaking, "Could it have been Misty?"
Ash went to speak but our conversation stopped as Calem appeared suddenly, greeting us. My attention was now brought to Calem, as he wasn't wearing his Serpent jacket. "Calem, where's your jacket?" I blurted, into question. The boy turned to me, "I left the Serpents, I'm dating somebody that Misty disapproves of.. So I've left the gang to be with them." Calem answered.
My curious expression turned into a happy one, as a smile formed on my face. "That's so cute! Who's the lucky girl?" I asked, and for some reason, Ash chuckled at my question. Before Calem could answer, the double glass doors to the hallway opened and some members of the football team entered the building, taking his attention.
Calem quickly turned back, with a little smirk, "Guy." He corrected, before quickly stepping away to head to Brendan, who was one of the guys who'd walked through the door. My eyes widened before I turned back to Ash. "Calem is gay!?" I blurted quietly as Ash burst into laughter at my surprise. "Yeah he is, he's dating Brendan." Ash explained. "Aww! That's so cute!!" I admitted, clapping my hands together before closing my locker.

Normal POV
-
Calem walked over to Brendan, who was by his locker, next to Drew and Brock who were busy grabbing their books. Brendan heard footsteps approaching him and turned around, a little surprised to see Calem. They didn't usually talk a lot in school, because they didn't want Misty to grow suspicious.
"Hey Calem." Brendan spoke up, showing slight confusion in his tone. Calem stopped walking when he and Brendan's faces were centimetres apart, causing Brendan to become very confused. Calem then closed his eyes and he leant in to kiss Brendan on the lips. As much as Brendan wanted to kiss back, he pulled away in surprise.
"Calem!? Your gang!?" Were the only words the brunette could squeak out. Calem just shrugged, "What gang?" He asked, as Brendan realised the raven haired boy no longer wore his leather jacket. This caused him to grin, before the pair leant in to kiss eachother, this time a bit more passionately.
This entire couple of minutes had left Drew and Brock incredibly surprised, they had no idea that Brendan liked guys, let alone was dating one who seemed like the exact opposite from him. "Damn guys, get a room!" A voice teased, as May had wandered over to the small group. Drew just chuckled, before turning to his girlfriend to greet her. "Pretty sure you and Drew are going to be like that too, in a minute." Brock blurted, before closing his locker shut.

Serena's POV
-
Shauna and I walked through the double glass doors to enter the corridor of lockers. We'd become good friends and I was beginning to enjoy her company a lot... Despite how much she fangirls over Clemont and I. I swear every morning I arrive at school, she squeals once she sees me, saying that Clemont and I need to hurry up and get together.
"Man this locker room is full of surprises today." Shauna blurted, as we passed Calem, Brendan, May, Drew and Brock. Calem and Brendan were hand in hand, which was something I definitely didn't expect to see.. while May and Drew were in an embrace. I decided to be a smart ass, "What's so surprising about May and Drew? They've only had the hots for eachother since the beginning of time." I shrugged, as Shauna rolled her eyes, but also laughed, "Very funny Sere."
The other surprise Shauna had to of been talking about, was Dawn and Ash we're talking to each other.. happily? Last time I heard, Dawn found Ash pretty creepy.
My thoughts were stopped as I realised Iris and Hilda were approaching us, hand in hand. "They're so cute-" Shauna quickly whispered to me, as I couldn't help but laugh how quiet she was being.
"Good morning ladies~" Hilda boomed, "We're having a party on Friday night, we'd looove for you two to come!" The brunette boomed, as Iris let go of Hilda's hand to give us two invites. "The party's at Hilda's house." Iris explained. "You guys are welcome to stay the night if you need, that's a vixens offer only." The brunette admitted, with a wink. I read the invite, laughing quietly at the pink gel pen Hilda had written the invite with, as if we were in primary school.
"We'll be there!" Shauna announced. As I folded up the invite and gave the couple a smile, "We will!" I confirmed. "Yay! If you need to stay over, let me know." The brunette said, before the couple left, walking past them.
We continued to walk, heading to our lockers.

Timeskip to lunch time
-
"Serena!" I heard Shauna call. I turned away from my locker to see a short brunette walking towards me. "Hey Shauna." I smiled. "Do you have anybody to sit with at lunch?" She asked, as I shook my head. "You should come sit with me! I'm sitting with the rest of the Vixens." She explained. I closed my locker door, turning to face her, "Yeah sure!" I replied.
With that being said, we left to head to the cafeteria.

Dawn's POV
-
"Hey guys." I greeted, sitting down beside Iris and May. I would have felt like a major forth wheel if Lillie, Luna, Lyra, Rosa and Bianca weren't on the other side of the table, as next to Iris was Hilda and next to May was Drew. Brock, Hau, Cilan and Barry joined the table, Barry giving me a shy smile, to which I smiled back.
It still felt like we were missing people.. then I noticed Brendan walk over. "Hey guys, can Calem sit with us?" Brendan asked, a little sheepish. "What's the deal with you and Calem?" Lyra spoke up, with a slight grin. "We're dating." Brendan admitted, as half the table grew shocked.
I couldn't help but laugh at the reactions, as I had been pretty shocked too. "What? Since when did this happen?!" Barry boomed, the most surprised. Brendan bit his lip, "Well actually we've been dating for months, but as Misty kinda hates me, we've kept it secret. He chose to leave the group so now we're publicly together." The brunette admitted, as Drew wolf whistled, causing the boy to blush.
"Of course he can sit with us!" Iris spoke up, ignoring Drew. "Isn't this a Vixens/Bulldogs table?" Rosa sweatdropped. "Not necessarily." I spoke up, "Anyone is welcome, it just happens to be mostly cheerleaders and footballers that sit here." I explained, as the brunette nodded.
Brendan went to leave when I quickly called his name. The boy spun around to look at me. "If Ash is with Calem, invite him too." I suggested, as I knew Calem and Ash were friends.. and I worried since the incident, Ash was fairly lonely. Brendan nodded, "Yeah sure." He answered, before leaving the table.
"So Dawn, these rumours?" Drew spoke up, speaking with a grin. Barry looked saddened when he heard the mention of them. "They're fake. But Ash and I are friends." I admitted, as that shut Drew up.
"Hey, got room for us?" An eager voice spoke up, belonging to Shauna, as I looked up to see her and Serena. "Yeah, certainly." Hilda replied, with a smile, as Lyra and Lillie moved over for the pair.
Brendan then wandered over, with Calem and Ash beside him, as some of the group moved aside for the three. "Damn this table can fit a looot of people-" Shauna blurted.
I smiled, looking at the table full of my friends, including many new friends. This year was going to be a good year.

Normal POV
-
The rest of the day went by very quickly, after the break, there was cheer practice which everybody but Ursula showed up to.
The end of the day arrived and everybody was getting ready to head home.
Brendan walked up to Calem and Ash, who were at their lockers, he decided to surprise Calem by hugging him from behind. "Woa- hey babe I didn't hear you coming." Calem chuckled, before swinging around to hug his boyfriend back. After a couple minutes, Brendan broke away from Calem so the black haired boy could close his locker, and they could go.
"I wanted to ask if you guys wanted to join the football team!" Brendan boomed, "Tryouts are soon and our team has shrunken a lot." He added. "I'll give it a try!" Ash boomed, as he did enjoy playing sport. "I guess I can try.. I'm not all that good at sport though." Calem admitted, as he took Brendan's hand, after locking his locker.
-
Iris and Hilda were hand in hand, going to walk out of the school gates, when the brunette stopped, and instead faced the serpents, who sat by the gates in a group.
"Babe, you don't have to invite them." Iris admitted, as the serpents and the vixens weren't the greatest of friends. "I don't, but I also don't want them to think the vixens and the bulldogs are their enemies." Hilda admitted, facing her girlfriend, "Besides, what's the worst that could happen? They might not show up?" Hilda decided, before walking towards the group, still holding onto Iris' hand.
"Oh look who it is, the vixen dykes." Misty spoke up, as she was sitting on Gary's lap. Iris grit her teeth. Hilda closed her eyes, ignoring the comment before opening them again. "Hey guys, I'm throwing a party on Friday night." Hilda said, holding up an invite that she'd taken from Iris arms. "You're obviously not expected to come, but if you would like to, you're more them welcome." The brunette gave a smile.
Misty rolled her eyes before standing up. She paced over to Hilda and snatched the invite from her hand, before taking a look at it and then putting on a fake laugh. "That's hilarious." She admitted before looking back up at Hilda, "You think the Serpents and Vixens can get along? We don't want to be seen with some.. sluts." Misty declared, before ripping the invite in half, letting the two pieces fall to the ground. Hilda just shot Misty a glare, before turning around, taking Iris' hand again and leaving.
The rebellion group stood up, getting ready to part ways and head home. Gary stood up, putting his cigarette to his mouth before looking down at the ripped invite.
