Bari groaned as the piercing eyes of dawn looked into his, the pupils in his irises shrinking as he sat up. He hadn't gotten that great of a sleep. But hey, what would you expect when you're basically laying on a wooden floor? Well, if anything, I know that Sophia is most likely up and cheerful as ever. But those thoughts were soon destroyed when he saw the aforementioned faunus's face.

"S….Sophia? Are you alright?" Bari could tell that Sophia didn't have a good nights sleep. AT ALL. Her eyes were slightly bloodshot despite her having gotten over twelve hours along with her hair being extremely frazzled, groans escaping her lips. "Um…...time to wake up….i...if you aren't already." His foot slightly tapped the sleeping bag, but the reaction he got was an extremely loud and hostile hiss as Sophia glared daggers at him.

Bari would then feel a hand slightly shove him to the side, him seeing the woman from last night. She was now wearing a gray officers uniform, the buttons a shining brass while her arm was covered in the armor of an Atlesian soldier, the same going for the black armor covering her stomach. At her waist was a small pouch that was zipped up, its grass green matching the long flowing skirt that went down to a pair of grey military boots. Her left arm however was only covered in a gray sleeve, the shoulder being protected by a piece of armor that was safely strapped down to her torso. On her hand would be a red glove, the insignia of a wolf with wings, which matched the insignia on her beret, laid on the top of the hand of said glove.

"Excuse me miss faunus." She would be standing right over Sophia, her having a canteen in one hand as she used her other hand to brush away a few of her curly brunette locks. "If you do not get out of the sleeping bag within the next ten seconds, I will be pouring this water on you." She would emphasize the fact by making a few drips splash onto the sleeping bag as she counted, which within a matter of seconds, Sophia was out of her slumbering domain and in the bathroom, her quickly beginning the start of her day.

"Looks like that cat is out of the bag!" Once Bari heard this, he would groan as he rubbed his eyes, him along with the woman now giving the blonde from last night death glares. Almost as a reflex, and surprisingly at the same time, they said a single thing.

"I hate you so much right now." Once that single phrased had escaped their lips, they looked at one another, to which the DJ would extend his hand to her.

"The name's Bari Cantus. May I have your name?"

The woman took his hand, her grip being firm as she shook hands with him. "Synthia Chrysan."

Bari nodded as he stretched, them now seeing the man from earlier, his large stature slightly hard NOT to notice. His upper torso was covered from the waist up in steel-like plating, two straps similar to Synthia's crossing over his chest while they went under and into his shoulder plating, leather armor covering his legs and feet. On his left breast plate was a symbol; a gold leaf with monarch wings attached to it.

"Oh look, Mr. Comedy club is up." Synthia groaned a bit as she rubbed her temples, Bari already beginning to walk with a now perky faunus in tow, Synthia soon joining the two.

"Looks like someone is Emerald with envy." The male chuckled as he caught up with them, much to the dismay of Synthia.

"And what is that supposed to mean you blonde imbecile?"

This would only elicit a chuckle from the man, a gold ring with an emerald within it slightly glistening in the morning sunlight, the small group of four now going to each of their weapons lockers.

"Trust me, you'll see"

"Pfft, whatever." Synthia rolled her eyes as she tapped a code onto her locker, the door opening to it. Once she had it opened, her hands quickly reached inside and brought out a weapon; it's current form being of a katana, but when she flicked it forwards, the handle became the butt of the gun while the blade split into two, said katana now having taken the form of a crossbow. "Either way, I think it's time that Momma takes Serenity out for a spin."

Bari would look at the weapon curiously, but mostly at the strings which looked very similar to a guitars strings. During this entire time, Sophia had already gotten Whisper out of her locker before sheathing the giant needle in its inactive form before smiling, the blonde nearby having a double barreled shotgun with a large, cylindrical round carrier under the two barrels.

"Would all First year students report to beacon cliff for initiation. Again, all first year students report to beacon cliff immediately."

The wind on the cliff whipped against each of the new students faces as Ozpin spoke to them, his signature coffee mug in his hand.

"For years, you have trained to become warriors. And today, your abilities will be evaluated in the Emerald forest."

Synthia intently listened as she stayed in a relaxed stance, her arms behind her while her feet were slightly apart as Glynda began to speak.

"Now, I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of team's. Well, allow us to put an end to your confusion. Each of you will be given team names. Today." This caused Bari and Sophia to look around at all the other students while the blonde from earlier just smirked as he adjusted a pair of sunglasses he had hidden in his pocket.

"These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon. So it is in your best interests to be paired with someone whom you can work well with. That being said, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next four years. After you've partnered up, make your way to the Northern end of the forest. You will meet opposition along the way. Do not hesitate to destroy everything in your path, or you will die." ozpin looked at each of the students reactions before continuing. "You will be monitored and graded for the duration of your initiation. But our instructors will not intervene. You will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several relics. Each pair must choose one, and return to the top of the cliff. You will guard that item as well as your standing, and grade you appropriately. Are there any questions?"

"Um...yeah, si-" The unknown boy with blonde hair and a black hood was almost immediately interrupted by Ozpin.

"Good, now take your positions." At that, each of the students would take a different stance, which would cause Bari to look around questioningly, his arms to his sides as he held Tranquility in its melee form, and eventually, the boy was able to get answered. "No, you will be falling."

"Wait, what?" Bari was able to get out a few words before he was launched into the air with a couple other students, only a curse or two being heard as he was soon a tiny black dot in the sky.

Although When Sophia was launched, she would make a 'pitchoo' sound as she flew through the air, her final line being a single word.

"AAADVENTURE!"

"Well, I've been through worse." At that, Synthia was launched, her calm yet serious expression never leaving her face while she felt the wind whipping against her skin.

"And this will be fun." The blonde would grin as he was launched through the air with the rest of the remaining students, each of the students soon becoming tiny dots within the skyline.
