He went up to the very same rooftop again. There were no sign of her anywhere. He gave a low sigh. It has been a week since he last saw her that night.

"I guess it was really just a dream. Or maybe I was hallucinating."

However, it became a habit for him to sit on that rooftop and wait for her to appear again, even if it's just a dream, illusion or hallucination. Once again, he sits down at his same waiting spot. He places aside a bottle of milk onto his right while he drank another bottle of milk that he had just bought earlier before coming up here. The extra bottle of milk was for Saya. He hopes he would get to enjoy being by her side again and chats away happily while she enjoys her bottle of milk. It's her favourite after all. Tonight, it was a half-moon shape. He lies down and watches the moon. His thoughts started to drift away again every time he lies down on that rooftop. It makes him think back about his life's event after Saya's passing. His sweeper life with Sven and the little princess, his yearning of revenge on Creed, and the final showdown during the Eden Project's incident.

"What are you thinking about now?"

Train arises quickly, shocked by her sudden voice. It was her. She was kneeling down right next to him. He did not felt a single presence at all earlier. It makes him wonder how Saya got so near to him without him knowing. Was his senses dulled that badly?

"Nothing much." He sat up properly while scratching his head.

"Hmm...Oh, really?" she asked curiously.

Having said that, she settled down beside him. She was wearing the same yukata again, and now that he looked at her properly, she does seem cute in it. He did not realise that he had started blushing again at the thought of it.

"Why are you staring at me like that? Don't tell me I'm looking very cute now that you have fallen for me?" she asked excitedly.

"Baaaka, there's no way I would fall for you who likes to wear that weird clothing?"

"Damn it, why can't I just be honest and praised that she is really looking cute in it?"

"That's so rude. This is one of the symbols of the Japanese you know." Saya pouted.

Train gave a laughed at her pout. Saya was surprised by his laugh at the moment but she gave a smile back too.

"Here, I bought this bottle of milk for you. It's your favourite right?"

"Aww, Train. Thank you ... it's been so long ... since I last had a sip of milk." Saya thanked him as she graciously took it from his hand, but suddenly, she dropped the bottle of the milk as it lefts Train's hand. Luckily, Train was fast enough to grab the milk before it dropped and rolls down from the rooftop.

"Careful, here you go." He gave her back the bottle.

"Teehee! Thanks Train ... jee, it's kinda hard to grab it properly somehow." This time she holds it properly in her hands, uncapped it and drink.

Train did not understand the meaning of her words, however, he never gave much of a thought about it. She's here, that's all it matters now.

The both of them then look up at the sky together in silence. He was slightly fidgety as he does not what he should say to break the silence. Then, Saya decided to break the silence.

"You have changed, Train."

"Me?"

"Yes, in the past you were much more quiet and gloomy. Now, you're so open-minded, so cheerful and lively. I like the way you are now."

"Did she just say that she like me? No, no no no. I'm sure her meaning of 'like' is different than what I'm thinking now."

He pushes the thought aside and replied. "It's all thanks to you Saya that I have changed."

"Eh?"

"Yes, it was you who changed me to the person I am today. You have taught me what it is like to care for someone. To live a free life not bounded by anything. You, who have taught me to make decisions on my own free will. Right. It is all thanks to you. You taught me one of the most wonderful feelings in this world. Love."

"Ne, Saya, do you think you could sing that weird song of yours again?"

Saya have been looking at Train for a while, not being able to comprehend what he had said so far. Train looks at her face with gentle eyes that she had never seen before. His piercing golden eyes seemed to be able to read her mind, knowing what she was thinking about now. Train waited for Saya's reaction with patience.

Finally, she just smile and replies, "Okay."

Back to when Train and Saya was having their sweet moment of life, on the dark street, a car was driving really slowly closing onto a streetlight lamp. The beetle car looks so worned out and rusty. It was making a short bopping sound every minute and black smoke was coming out from the front of the car. One of the front car's light was broken and dangling out meanwhile one of the wheels seemed to be to rolling out from the car any moment.

BOOM.

The car finally gave it. The front's engine exploded as if it just had a wrong mixture of chemistry. The sudden explosion and shock made the car's wheel come off, rolling down the street away. Inside the car, there were three people who immediately open the car's door, came out, started cough and breathing for fresh air.

"Oi, Rin." Sven called with an annoyed tone.

"What?" Rin answer while still coughing away.

"What are you going to do about this?"

"Huh, what do you mean? Oh, oh ... haha, I don't get your meaning, ahahaha…"

"DON'T ACT STUPID! YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! MY CAR!" he was yelling at the top of his lungs. Rin clasped both her ears tightly.

"Sven is angry." Eve mumbled softly as she rearranges her messy hair.

"Okay, okay, I'll pay for it, jeez. Relax. Chill. You do not need to yell at my ears. I am not deaf you know?" Rin waves her hand at Sven's face, as if trying to fan away his anger.

"WHAT RELAX?! MY CAR BECAME LIKE THIS, NO THANKS TO YOU! YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE DIRECTION OR WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR JOB'S LOCATION! YOU MAKE ME DRIVED IN CIRCLES IN A FOREST, THEN, TRYING TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE STEERING AND MADE US CRASHING INTO TRESS. WORST! WE EVEN NEARLY DROVE DOWN A CLIFF!"

"Sven, calm down, you'll have high blood pressure." Eve patted his shoulder.

"That's right, you could even have a heart attack now."

"I. Am. Having. One. Now." He mumbled. "You're always like that! Every time you-"

As Sven continued to grumble away, Eve looks up and saw two human figures on one of the rooftop. She immediately recognises one of the figures. Her eyes widen at the sight of what she was looking. Truly surprising for her.

"Sven…" She grabs his sleeve and said "Up there…" as she pointed to the direction of the two figures.

"Not now, Eve. What is it?" Sven pats Eve's head. He and Rin look up to the direction that Eve was pointing to. Both of their eyes widen and their jaws wide open that even a mosquito can fly in.

"Train." Rin uttered softly.

"It's him." Sven replied. Both of them were, somehow, awkwardly taking turns to say something.

"And beside him…" Rin narrows her eyes to have a better look at Train's partner.

"Who's that girl?"

"Sven, did he ever tell you that he got a girlfriend?" Rin asked.

"Never. Him? A girlfriend? He had never mentioned anything about girls….oh wait! There was one…but that girl had died…killed by Creed. I heard that it was a girl who wore an eastern clothing known as a yukata."

He looked at Rin. She looked at him. His partner was obviously wearing that clothes as mentioned. Suddenly, both of them felt a chill in their spine.

"Hehe…no way right…I mean...de-dead people can't come back to life." Rin said while forcing a smile on her face to Sven.

"Yeah…you're right."

"Ahe..hehehe..hehe" they both laughed. Worriedly.

"Ne, Saya?"

"Yes, Train?"

"Well…I have heard from the townsfolk that there will be a festival coming up soon and...there will be a lot of fireworks too. Would…would…you mind…eer…co-co-com-coming wi-with m-me to the festival?" Train stammered his word. It was his first time inviting her out. It...it was like a date itself.

"Ohhhh, really?! There's going to be fireworks? Yeah, sure, I will go with you!" Saya jumped out happily.

"So…you're coming with me?"

"Yeah of course, this time you're going to watch it with me as promised! The last time I invited you, we couldn't make it in the end." she gave him a wide happy grin. "I can't wait for it! It's going to be amazingly fun! Oh, if I'm not mistaken, it's a special night because it's right after an eclipse! A full moon night after an eclipse! Isn't that amazing! "

In his view, she seems so happy and excited. Just like a five years old child going to her first festival. However, something felt wrong to him. Behind those happy smiles, he could sense a feeling of loneliness. It was a bad forbidding. A calm before the storm. Instead of feeling closer to her now, he felt farther away.

Away…

From her….

It's as if she will be going away soon…leaving him behind…once again.

Then, a hard smack came upon his back that woke him up from his thoughts.

"Come on, what are you thinking now, Train? Aren't you going to bid me goodbye? I'm going now. See you soon!"

"Oh, okay. See you soon, Saya. Goodbye…"

In a flash, she was gone.

"See you soon." He thought. He can't stop this emotion burning in his heart.

Is this how it feels to be in love, he wondered.

At the harbour, stood Saya. The salty sea breeze softly blows her hair. She gave a long, sad sigh and smiled weakly. She look up to the moon and thought,

"So, the time has come...that night of the full moon."
