Chapter 4: Day before the Night
Location: Beacon Academy
Place: Beacon Gym
Time: 0940
Jaune sat in the gym holding the punching bag after going 8 rounds with it, and two rounds to go. He was dripping sweat and was out of it, but currently his rage at a certain silver haired playboy was driving him on. For the past four days he had Seen Ruby in the company of that... that... ASSHOLE from Haven. Jaune knew that he was acting like a Jealous jerk right now, he knew that he wasn't Ruby's boyfriend and that she had every right to chose who she hung out with as well as who she dated, but he wasn't going to just give up. He couldn't.
"Take it easy Jauny-boy. Your going to break your wrist at this point," said Cardin walking over.
Jaune turned to Cardin with a bit of rage. Ever since the incident at Forever Falls Cardin and his team had turned over a new leaf. They no longer bullied people or acted out against the Faunus, but they were still jerks to a degree. Cardin and Jaune were on understanding grounds at the moment.
"I'm fine," said Jaune as he looked at the clock. He had another 2 minutes of cool down.
Cardin frowned, before grabbing his hand and removing the glove showing busted and bruised knuckles. "These hands say otherwise," said Cardin.
Jaune snatched his hand away. "Back off Cardin. I'm fine," said Jaune.
Cardin leaned on he wall. "Not my business, but ever since that guy Mercury started hanging with the shrimp you've been walking around like your girl dumped you which might as well have happened," said Cardin.
Jaune didn't say anything, but turned to his bag and began to beat the hell out of it.
Cardin shuck his head as he walked away. While he was still something of an asshole he was apart of Beacon academy and as a member of beacon he had a responsibility to help out his classmates. Maybe he would pay Mercury a visit along with a few friends of his.(1)

Weiss walked to the room with a purpose, She was almost running! She got an urgent text over her scroll from Yang. Throwing the door open Weiss walked in and looked around. Sitting on her bed was Yang her school jacket and vest off, with her shirt undone down to the third button showing the black sports bra she wore underneath.
"Yang what's wrong I came here as fast as I could!" yelled Weiss.
Yang pointed to Blake's bed. "Sit," said Yang in a way that was completely unlike herself.
Weiss went to open her mouth, but a glare from the blonde had her sitting faster then Ruby after stealing a cookie. Weiss had only seen Yang use that look once and that was on Ruby when she refused to do her homework. Yang had turned Ruby's bottom... well ruby red.
"What did you want to talk about Yang?" asked Weiss crossing her legs and folding her arms. If this was about to be a long conversation then she was going to get comfortable.
"This is about Naruto. I want to clear the air between us here and now," said the Blonde brawler. "Tomorrow we are going to hit the streets looking for information on a terrorist Organization, a sophisticated thief, and Oum knows what else. The last thing I want on either of our minds is the thought our unique situation,"

Yang was up and on top of Weiss pinning her to the bed. As she did she looked at the blonde above her and saw that her eyes were not red. They were their normal lavender. And unlike the normal playfulness that sat in her eyes, there was something there that Yang had rarely seen in the blonde's eyes. Calm. And while she would never admit it this scared her more then anything else. (2)
"Yang what are you doing?" asked The heiress
"Before you say anything know that I love Naruto with all my heart and being. He is the 4th most important thing in my life behind my sister, father, and Uncle. If you ever suggest that I leave him then I will hurt you Weiss," said Yang.
"Then what is this your doing?" asked Weiss.
"THIS? This is just a bit of incentive to keep me around should Naruto be forced to break up with me," said Yang.
Before Weiss could re-taunt she found her lips captured in a passionate kiss. Weiss's eyes widened as she tried to free herself, but Yang was naturally much stronger then her. As she felt herself become dominated by the blonde her resistance turned into acceptance as Yang let go of her hands as they roamed over her body and found their way to her panties. Yang's touch was hot ans she was so close to her most personal spot.
Just as quickly as it started it ended as Yang backed away and quickly got properly dressed. Walking to the door Yang opened it, before winking at Weiss.
"Oh and if you don't want to end up a useless lesbian or worse a glorified dead fish I suggest you learn to kiss and move your hips a little," said Yang as she shut the door.

Sheele finished her paper and closed her book. She strached allowing her spine to pop. Maybe she would take a shower. She didn't have anymore classes for the rest of the day. Jack was busy doing what jack does and Nagisa was training with Naruto. Stopping her starching her thoughts drifted to the two boys of her team.

Sheele could honestly say that she was sexually attracted to both Naruto and Nagisa. She was even sure that Jack had looked at her with hungry eyes. She would never admit it to it out loud, but a part of her wanted a rather... raunchy sexual experience between her team and herself. Her mother had told her on a few occasions that her team had been all males with her being the sole focus of their sexual frustrations and release. Yes Sheele was not opposed to the Idea of the entire team having a foursome simply because she knew that none of them had feelings for each other.
Sheele shivered as the thought of Naruto and Nagisa spit roasting her came to mind, or Jack 'forcing' her to eat her out. Yes Sheele may have been innocent in some ways, but she was a young woman who still got incredibly horny from time to time.
As she turned the corner she collided with someone as her glasses went flying. Sitting up she searched for them only for them to be put on her face.

"Thank you for helping Me Cinder-san," said Sheele.
Cinder raised an eyebrow at her. "You know of me, yet I have no idea who you are Nee-chan," said Cinder with a light smile.
"Sheele. Sheele Faye Ling of the Faye Ling Family of Shiro City," said Sheele.
"You speak using proper Mistral terms and even used the greeting of the old families. I'm impressed since the Old Mistralian Language is becoming a lost,"
"Thank you. My mother is a teacher and made sure that I learned proper edicite for Mistralian culture," said Sheele.
"Even though you don't know who your father is. It must have been hard for your grandparents to have a grandchild not knowing who her father was. It must have been hard growing up Sheele-san," said Cinder hiding amusement behind her eyes. (4)
Sheele's eyes gained a dangerous glint. "Please re-frame from mentioning my parentage Fall-san," said Sheele reaching for the knife hidden in her books.
Cinder's eyes followed her hand to her book and had a good idea of what she had. "Goman Faye Ling-san. Ill see you around," said Cinder never knowing how close to death she came

Mercury sat on a chair wiping the sweat from his face and body after finishing his workout. His 'relationship' with Ruby was progressing slowly. By now he would have already had other women dropping their panties or lack there of in some cases. No he was having to play the long game. It was another month till the Vytail Festival and the Vytail Tournament. Until then then he would be slow, loving, and sweet. A few kisses here, a few kisses there. Maybe he'd just have a bit of fun the day before the finale.
"Glad to see that you don't got your team with you," said a voice from the door.
Standing their was Cardin and his goons. All decked in their regular Gym clothes. Mercury smirked. While he couldn't kill them he could defiantly show them a taste of the things to come.
"I can only assume that your here about the girl... Ruby that's her name," said Mercury.
Dove growled. "Stay away from her and any girls you got your eyes on playboy or else," said Dove.
"Or else what?" asked Mercury standing up.
"Or we beat your ass and send you back to Haven in a medical transport," said Russel popping his knuckles.
Mercury shrugged his shoulders. "Sorry, but Ruby enjoys my company a bit to much for me to stop seeing her. Who knows? Maybe she'll be calling me daddy soon," said Mercury smirking at the four boys
Cardin glared at Mercury. "Listen here punk. We're giving you one last warning, stay away from Ruby or you take your lumps. Stay away from Ruby," said Cardin.
Mercury didn't replay, before he vanished and appeared before Sky and did and dodging a corkscrew roundhouse kick to his face that sent him flying into the glass, spider webbing it! Dove glared at the young man, before charging in and throwing a punch, Mercury easily deflected the attack, before jumping and kneeing him in the face. Cardin signaled to Russel to charge at Mercury, the two charged and throw punches that made them look like amateur boxers compared to the skill Mercury showed. Stopping Cardin's Momentum with a well placed stomp to the knee, Mercury flipped while spinning in the air and doing an axe kick on top of Russel's head, dropping him.
Mercury creaked his neck, before turning to Cardin. "Try that again and beacon will be missing four students," said Mercury putting his boot to Cardin's face.
The last thing the -Former- bully saw was darkness.

And cut. That is the end of this Chapter. Next chapter will have all of the fun and happiness of the Mid-season of Vol 2. I will however be doing more things with the teams, Cerberus, and the Vale Council. I know the thing with Cardin probably won't be a popular chose, but i wanted to do it.
A/N
1: I wanted to 'redeem' Cardin in a way. He's still an Ass, but more friendly. This comes from personal experience where a former bully of mine became more tolerably after I nearly knocked his teeth in for messing with my brother.
2: I figure that Yang is more or less most unpredictable hen she is calm as opposed to her angry self.
3:Yes I teased a Lemon, sue me. Also at this point i've heard of Weiss being called a Useless Lesbian so many times that I don't even remember where it started.
4: I know Litchi is more conservative then that, but ALOT of people pertray her as a slut or something along those lines in fiction. Also I wanted to give her a bit of a contrivrsal past. So far in RWBY most of the man cast have had fucked up back stories to some extent, except Pyrrha
