Episode 4: The Woods
DISCLAIMER: I don't own any of the characters. Also, this story is rushed and just me writing something for fun, sorry in advance if you don't get enjoyment out of it.
THE DECK
Chris comes onto the deck, "Hello! Are you ready for another epic episode of Total Drama? Yeah, I know you are. Anyways, last time the teams had to last a long time on water skis! Soaring Seagulls finally won and Eva was sent packing because she still hasn't gotten rid of her anger issues! Another loser will be added to the list on Total! Drama! At Sea!
(Intro Plays)
NOAH AND ZOEY
Noah walks up to Zoey, "Hey Zoey."
"Oh… Hey Noah."
"I just," Noah rubs the back of his neck sheepishly, "I just wanted to say sorry. I started off as a jerk. That's just how I deal with new people. I'm kind of an introvert."
"Oh it's cool! I really just wanted an apology is all. Thanks for apologizing. We should probably go get some breakfast."
DINING ROOM
The Soaring Seagulls were all sitting together with Sierra just taking her seat.
Sierra speaks up first, "So we finally won a first challenge! I'm kinda sad I helped send Topher and Lightning home. I didn't really like Lightning when I saw him in season 4 but I was still a fan obviously. I mean, I have to like all the contestants because I need to be unbiased when I post on my blog. Now I won't get to knowsome of their secrets y'know? Hey Scott and Zoey tell me some secrets."
Scott snickers, "Hey, you know annoying contestants get voted off right?"
Zoey slaps him in the arm, "So do mean ones! Just look, Eva was voted off last night."
Scott looks back at the other team, "They have to be pretty brave to vote her off."
"No kidding.." replies Zoey.
Noah clears his throat, "Hey, Eva isn't that bad. Whenever I talked to her she seemed pretty cool."
Gwen laughs, "I was never on a team with her, I just know she has some serious issues."
CONFESSIONALS
Zoey is sitting in the confessional booth, "I'm real happy Noah decided to apologize. He said it was because he was an introvert and doesn't deal with new people very well. He also doesn't seem to have many friends, so I should try and be nice and be his friend."
Gwen is sitting in the booth, "I've never played this without Leshawna or Courtney. I feel so lonely. Though Courtney hates me now after I hooked up with Duncan. I could really go for some conversations with Leshawna right now. Jeez, this is so miserable.
DINING ROOM
Most of the Swift Swordfish are sitting down, but Sky and Dave are still waiting in line. Dave gets his food and walks away. Sky gets her food and tries to catch up, but Dave bumps into her causing her to drop her food.
"Whoops!"
Sky looks upset, "What was that for Dave?"
Dave looks scared, "Okay, I know that seems like something I would do, and believe me I totally would, but that was an accident. Here, you can have my food!"
Sky smiles, "How about we split it?"
CONFESSIONALS
Dave, "I am not forgiving her for what she did, but I can't cause a teammate to go hungry so.."
Sky looks worried, "Dave is still super cute. What is wrong with me? I should be mad! Well, I am mad! Though I also kinda still like him. Keith and I broke up because of what happened in Pahkitew. Why can't I just hate Dave?"
DINING ROOM
Dave and Sky take a seat at the table, Geoff, Trent, and Owen are talking whilst Heather looks annoyed. Heather looks at the two sitting down.
"Finally some people to talk to other than those three airheads. Dave have you given any thoughts about what I asked a few episodes ago?"
"Uhhh I don't know…"
"Owen decided not to be a part of the alliance, Sky are you in?"
Sky looks uncertain, "Well, if it helps me get further in the game.. Sure."
Heather looks back to Dave, "Alright so are you in?"
Dave looks sad, "I guess if I have to be. I don't want to be voted off.."
Heather smiles, "That settles it!"
CONFESSIONAL
Heather is smirking, "I finally have some losers to trust me so I can get them to do my bidding. Dave seems to be kind of smart but also kind of wimpy. Sky could be an issue but I won't keep her around long enough to be. Plus they will never team up against me because they hate each other! Perfect!
DINING ROOM
Meanwhile, Geoff, Trent, and Owen are not talking about anything as serious.
"No! Batman would totally kick Spiderman's ass!" shouted Geoff.
Owen laughs, "You are forgetting that Batman has no real powers!
Geoff stands up slamming the table, "It doesn't matter dude! Trent! Back me up here!"
Trent looks amused, "I'm not taking a side."
All of a sudden Chris burst into the dining room, "Hey guys! Time for the next challenge! We have made our first stop! Uh, don't ask me where we are cause I don't know, it's just some random forest. We took the cruise ship into the forest and we're gonna drop you off there and the rest of the challenge will be making your way back to the ocean where the cruise ship will be. First team to get to the cruise ship wins."
SOARING SEAGULLS
"Alright, we should probably just follow the river to get to the ocean." said Noah, stating the obvious.
Beth looks over at the Swift Swordfish on the opposite bank of the river, "Looks like they have the same idea we should probably get moving."
"Nice going Noah!" says Zoey and the team runs off. Gwen was tying her shoe so she fell behind everyone else. As she was about to take off someone snuck up behind and put a bag over her a dragged her away.
CONFESSIONALS
Gwen was sitting there, "Of course there was a twist."
SWIFT SWORDFISH
"Alright guys let's just go down the river!" commanded Sky running off followed by the rest of her team. Eventually the came across a waterfall.
"Hate to be a party pooper but pretty sure we're gonna have to climb down." Said Geoff.
Owen looked scared, "Can't I just stay here? Or jump into the water?"
Trent patted him on the back, "That's way too dangerous buddy, we're gonna have to climb down."
Owen gulped. The team started to decline. First Sky, then Heather, followed by Dave, Geoff and Trent were next. Owen was last and as he was passing by a cave something pulled him in causing the rest of his team to gasp.
SOARING SEAGULLS
Sierra was looking around, "Hey where's Gwen?"
"Don't know and I don't care," replies Scott.
Zoey looked concern, "We should probably go look for her."
"And lose the challenge? No thanks. We need to go on without her," says Scott.
"Guys! Waterfall! Cliff!" shouts Beth.
Noah looked down, "The other team is down there! With a notable lack of Owen."
Suddenly Zoey was pulled into the air by a rope around her feet.
"Zoey!" shouts Sierra. They all look up and realize she's gone.
SWIFT SWORDFISH
The Swift Swordfish were running through the woods and Dave and Sky are talking.
"You know Dave, I'm glad we're getting along."
"Me too! I guess you finally realized what you did was really wrong."
"Wait, what I did? Are you kidding me, Dave?"
They both stopped and started glaring at each other. Dave was about to respond when they got bagged and pulled away.
CONFESSIONALS
Sky is angry, "I can't believe I thought I was going to start LIKING him again! He makes it out to be MY fault. Unbelievable."
Dave looks upset, "Does she really think it's my fault? Because that's just dumb."
SOARING SEAGULLS
Soaring Seagulls were walking led by Scott followed by Noah, Beth, and Sierra. They hear some rustling in the leaves.
"Oh gosh, someone's about to be gone," said Beth.
"Don't be such a wuss!" responds Scott.
"Uh, don't mean to alarm you guys but Sierra is gone." said Noah.
"Well, crap," says Scott dejected, "well, I can use this opportunity to offer you guys an alliance. I'm sure you're tired of being in the bottom Noah."
"Well, I'm in." replies Noah.
"Wait really? That easy?"
"Yeah."
"Alright! Beth?"
"Uhhhh, if Noah is in it I can be in it!" she shouts.
Suddenly a rope wraps around Beth's head and drags her off. Noah and Scott run off.
CONFESSIONALS
Beth is sitting there giddy, "Guys! I got an alliance! Yay!"
Scott is chuckling, "Great, this time I'm gonna actually try to win by being nice. This alliance is my first step.
SWIFT SWORDFISH
Heather, Trent, and Geoff are running through the woods. They see the shoreline. They begin running but a Trent steps in a rope and is dragged off. Heather and Trent rush onto the beach where they see the cruise ship in the water. They also see Noah and Scott come out of the woods too.
"Give up losers!" shouts Heather
"You guys will be the ones that will be losing!" responds Scott.
There's a single long wood ramp from the cruise ship onto the sand and they all start making their way for it. They meet up right at it and as Noah is about to walk up the ramp the sand below him falls from beneath him. Heather and Trent look in and don't see a bottom. Scott looks in from a distance and runs up and pushes Trent into the hole.
"You just pushed my teammate in a hole!" shouts Heather.
"Yeah! Now I'm gonna win the challenge!" replies Scott as he begins running up the ramp, but being followed quickly by Heather.
"Give up Scott!"
"I'm ahead of you, why would I give up?"
"Ugh! Shut up!"
Scott and Heather are running up the ramp, Scott is about to make it but he's quickly lassoed from off screen and pulled into the water and Heather makes it onto the cruise. Chris is waiting up there for her.
"And that means the Swift Swordfish win!" Heather looks around and sees all the captured players, except for Scott who can be heard screaming from below and Izzy who was the one capturing all of them. "How the heck did you get Noah and Trent so fast?"
"TV magic! Soaring Seagulls I'll see you at elimination."
CONFESSIONALS
Gwen looks mad, "Lost again! Can't be mad at anyone in particular.. I have no idea who I'm voting for."
Scott looks kinda happy, "Sierra is kinda annoying, but isn't really a threat.. Hm..
Sierra is sad, "I don't want to vote anyone out! I haven't had enough time to know Beth, Zoey, or Scott yet so I don't want to vote them. So it has to be Noah or Gwen.."
Zoey looks confused, "I have no idea who to vote. I guess it has to be Scott as he's very devious. Noah apologized so I forgive. Anyways I'm getting sidetracked! Scott it is and I'm telling Gwen to vote the same!"
Noah is looking at the camera plainly, "I'm voting for a big threat. Sorry."
DOCK OF SHAME
"Alright, you guys won one challenge and can't do it again. You actually suck. Anyways you know the drill, I have five sushi rolls here and whoever doesn't get one is out of here! The first sushi roll goes to… Noah! Wow not in the bottom for once."
"Shut up Chris."
"Anyways.. Next one safe is Zoey!"
"Yay! Thanks guys!"
"And Beth!"
"Whoo!"
"Sierra you're also safe!"
"Yay!"
"Gwen, Scott, one of you are about to go home. Scott, you kind of have a reputation after Revenge of the Island. Gwen, people see you as a threat I guess. Anyways the last marshmallow goes to…

Scott! Sorry Gwen but it's time to go! Also Izzy will be joining you."
Gwen looked confused, "You guys voted for me? Dang it! Well, no hard feelings guys! Good luck with the rest of the season!"
Izzy runs and leaps off the dock of shame. Gwen walked down the dock of shame and jumped off the plank of shame. Chris walks up in front of the camera, "Another exciting episode down! Who will go home next? How will those alliances work out? Find out next time on Total! Drama! At Sea!"
Post Note:
Alright! Another episode down! I don't know if this series is very satisfying to read or whatever, but I enjoy writing it and that's all the really matters to me. As you can tell I'm not very good at making the episodes longer and I don't really know how to fix that.
Reasoning for elimination:
I don't know if you guys like Gwen or anything, if so I'm sorry for eliminating her. I originally planned for her to get all the way to third, which I think is absolutely absurd thinking back on it. I only included her in this season to interact with Zoey, Noah, and Trent, but I didn't get to do that last part. I'll probably save the Trent and Gwen plot for another season. I didn't think it warranted her going to third or even making merge so I cut her before she gets a chance to talk to Trent. I should have put them on the same team considering that was gonna be practically her only plot, but I thought I could add something in-between then and now but alas, I couldn't. I could have always done a classic team swap or something, but I feel like that would have been forced ya know? So anyways tldr I should have put Gwen and Trent on the same team but I didn't think about what Gwen would have been doing pre-merge and she just acted as a friend to Zoey.
