Power Rangers Harmony

Ch.4 Equestria Meets Pollution

I do not own MLP:FiM, ATWFAJ, or the kids you'll be meeting in the Land of OOO. The kids belong to Gorbash150. But I do own Xavier Frost, Crystal Star, and I also own the Element of Hope. So on with the story. Enjoy and review.

Gerda was standing with Fluttershy in her garden, helping her plant all kinds of plants. Fluttershy turned to her new friend and said, "I really do appreciate this Gerda." The princess of the Ice Kingdom smiled and said, "No problem Fluttershy. I enjoy helping my friends. It makes both myself and them feel good." Fluttershy smiled and said, "Since you've been such a big help, I want to show you my best plant ever."

Gerda looked over toward the yellow pegasus and watched as she walked back to the cottage. She then watched as Fluttershy walked out, carrying a unique looking flower. It had red petals and blue seeds in the center.

Fluttershy stopped beside her and put the flower infront of them. Gerda looked at her and asked, "What is it?" Fluttershy said, "It's called a Healing Orchid. It's extremely rare. One sniff from it when you're sad or sick, and you'll be back to health and happiness in an instant. And I want you to help me plant it." Gerda smiled and said, "I'd be happy to."

Gerda dug out some dirt as Fluttershy carefully lifted the flower out of the flower pot. She put the flower in the ground and Gerda covered the roots with soil. Gerda turned to the pegasus and said, "It's a beautiful flower Fluttershy." Fluttershy smiled and said, "Thank you Gerda. Now how about we go get some lunch? My treat." "Sure." Gerda said before she stood up and followed Fluttershy back to the cottage to change her clothes.

With Xavier and the others, they walked around the safe part of the Everfree Forest. They stopped at the lake where Sol, Frey, and Gumball got a drink. And after finishing the water from their hands, Frey moved his hands through the water and said, "This water is so pure and completely clean." Gumball said, "Yep. It's a lot better than that back in OOO." Sol nodded and said, "That's for sure."

Confused, Xavier asked, "What do you mean guys?" The three stood up and Frey said, "Well you see. Back in our world in the Land of OOO, much of the world has been damaged by our hands for many years." Sol said, "Over the years, our Earth has had its waters polluted by factories and its onzone layer damaged by gases from fueals." Xavier said, "That's terrible." "Yes. But still today, our kind is still looking for an alternative fuel and a way to repair the Earth," said Gumball. Frey then said, "That's why Equestria is better than OOO. Since they don't have cars or factories, it's clean and healthy here." Xavier nodded and thought about how Equestria would be if it had all that kind of damage.

At Changeling Castle, the Lich was walking around the meeting chamber while Sombra and Chrysalis sat in their chairs. Lich said, "The has to be a way to beat those rangers. But how?" Sombra stood and said, "They have grown stronger with every battle. We need to find a weakness in them." The Lich said, "Agreed. But we also need a way to bring these ponies to our mercy."

Lich then turned to see a plant growing out of the ground. He stared at it for a minute before he smirked. "I know what to do now. We poison the environment around them." Chrysalis asked, "What do you mean?" The undead king said, "Back in OOO, the planet is being intoxicated by litter to forest and trees along with waters being polluted by dumped garbage and chemicals. It makes it to where chemicals can enter the bodies of everyone in OOO through water and oxygen."
Sombra stood and said, "So if we can contaminate the waters and trees of Equestria with very powerful chemicals we can intoxicate the ponies to weaken them." Lich said, "Exactly. And I know the perfect general. Toxirela!"

The portal opened and a monster that had green sludge for skin, blue sludge for hair, wore an armored unitard, red eyes, held a staff with four blades on the end in one hand and a blaster in another jumped out. She bowed to the Lich and asked, "How may I serve you, my master?" Lich said, "I want you to intoxicate and ponies to poison them. And when the rangers show... DESTROY THEM!" Toxirela smirked and said, "It would be my pleasure master." She then jumped up and disappeared.

She reappeared in Fluttershy's garden where she say Fluttershy and Gerda doing more gardening. She pulled out her blaster and shot a the area around Fluttershy, sending her backwards a little. Gerda heard this and ran over to her pegasus friend, asking, "Are you okay, Fluttershy?" She nodded to friend, saying, "I am."

"Not for long." They turned to see Toxirela walking towards them. She moved her gaze from Fluttershy to Gerda and said, "And if I'm not mistaking, you're the Yellow Harmony Ranger. Right?" Gerda stood infront of Fluttershy and said, "Not only that, I'm also the one who's gonna bring you down."

She ran at Toxirela and threw a punch, but the undead general grabbed her by the wrist, twisted her arm, and kicked her to the ground. Toxirela then ran at her and swung her staff. Gerda ducked and managed to dodge more blows while trying to counter. But eventually, Toxirela found an opening and kicked Gerda to the ground again. She pointed her staff at Gerda and asked, "Is that all you've got?"

Gerda stood up and said, "Not even close." She pressed her morpher and said, "Equestrianize Harmony!" Her suit appeared and she pressed her morpher again and said, "Kindness Blasters!" She ran at Toxirela, shooting both blasters at the same time. Toxirela deflected every shot with her staff until Gerda reached her. Gerda swung her blasters at her, but Toxirela blocked it and tried to hit Gerda with her staff only for Gerda to dodge it. Gerda tried to kick her in the head, but Toxirela ducked and pointed her blaster at Gerda's chest. "Venom Blast!"

An orb of energy shot out of her blaster and hit Gerda's chest, sending her back. Gerda then ran and jumped into the air while shooting at Toxirela. Toxirela jumped up as well and dodged all of Gerda's shots. "Poison Strike!" Toxirela called as the blades on her staff began to glow and she jabbed Gerda in the chest with it.

Gerda fell to the ground and her suit disappeared. Fluttershy ran over to her as Toxirela said, "Now. Since you can't stop me, I'll show you what I plan on doing to Equestria before I finish you." She shot out both her arms and tentacles shot from them. One went into the soil of Fluttershy's garden while the other went into and near by water tank. Gerda asked, "What are you doing?" Toxirela laughed as she said, "I'm polluting the water of your pegasus friend and as for the soil."

Fluttershy watched in horror as the plants in her garden began willowing. She asked, "What's happening?" Toxirela said, "I'm injecting toxins into the soil to kill the plants of Ponyville."

Suddenly, a powerful jolt of electricity shot through the tentacle in the soil and hit Toxirela. Her tentacles returned to her as she stumbled back a little. She looked at her smoking hand and asked, "What could have caused that?"

She began looking around until she spotted what she was looking for. Fluttershy watche in horror as Toxirela stared at her Healing Orchid. Toxirela walked up to it and pulled out her blaster, saying, "Well? When I can't kill a plant with my abilities, I do it the old fashioned way." "NO!" Fluttershy called as she watched the laughing Toxirela pull the trigger and destroy the flower.

Suddenly, a red blast hit Toxirela and stopped her laughing. She stumbled back and looked up to see the other rangers with Xavier holding his Phoenix Staff in blaster mode. Frey ran over to Gerda and Fluttershy to help his girlfriend up. "You okay?" Gerda nodded and said, "Yeah. I'm good. Just let me morph real quick. Equestrianize Harmony!" Her suit appeared and the two ran up to join their friends.

Toxirela said, "Five rangers all together. I'd love to stick around. But I have more toxins and poisons to spread around this place. So... Ta ta." She started running away and Xavier said, "Wait. Come on guys. We have to stop her." Everyone nodded and started following after the undead general as Fluttershy just sat in her garden, still crying.

In Ponyville, Toxirela shot her tentacles into a welll and into the ground as the rangers showed up. Sol asked, "What is she doing?" Gerda said, "She's polluting the soil and poisoning the water using her chemical toxins." Xavier said, "And that well connects to Ponyville's entire water supply. If we don't stop her she'll poison all of Ponyville." Gumball stepped forward and said, "Then let's make sure that doesn't happen. Honesty Cannon!" Gumball pressed his morpher, grabbed his weapon, and shot at Toxirela, causing her to break her connection.

She stumbled back a little as Xavier said, "Nice shot G." He turned to Toxirela and asked, "You think we'll let you harm Equestria by spreading wastes. Well guess what sister? You're dead wrong." Toxirela chuckled and said, "I don't remember asking for permission to do what I do. Changelings! Attack!"

Changelings jumped out of nowhere and ran at the rangers. Xavier used his Phoenix Staff to block the spears of three Changelings before pushing their spears up and slashing them across the chests with the claw end. He then jabbed it into the ground and started kicking them using the staff to spin.

Frey was holding his own with his Generousity Axe. He slashed two to the ground and said, "Rhino Spin!" He held out his axe and started spinning in a tornado fashion. He began moving and slashed every Changeling he came in contact with.

Gumball blacked the spears of some Changelings with his Honesty Cannon. He pushed their attacks back and pointed his cannon at them. "Wolf Blaze!" He called and pulled the trigger; shooting a sphere of blue fire that struck every changeling infront of him.

Sol was using her Laughter Bow as a staff to block and attack the Changelings around her. She then pulled her string back and called, "Tiger Arrow!" An arrow with a tiger head at the end appeared in her bow. She let the string go and the arrow land head first in the middle of a few Changelings. It then shot out a wave of energy that struck them all.

Gerda was blasting Changelings left-and-right with her Kindness Blasters. She shot both her arms out to the sides and called out, "Fox Shot!" She began spinning and shot repeatedly, blasting every Changeling around her. She soon stopped and every Changeling was on the ground.

After the Changelings disappeared, the rangers charged at Toxirela. Xavier swung his staff only for her to grab it and used it to block Frey's axe. She then pulled out her blaster and shot them both. Sol then tried to swing at her with her bow but Toxirela blocked it and slashed her with her staff. Gumball ran at her tried to blast her, but she pointed the cannon up, punched him in the stomach, and kicked him away. Then Gerda ran up and tried to punch her, but Toxirela caught her fist.

"I still can't get over the look on your friend's face." Toxirela said, "The way she cried when I destroyed her precious Healing Orchid. Priceless!" She began to chuckle as she heard Gerda growl. Gerda broke from the hold and tried to kick Toxirela, but Toxirela blocked it before pulling out her staff. "Poison Strike!" She called out before her staff began glowing and she jabbed Gerda in the chest, sending her to the ground with her friends. Toxirela said, "Now to finish my job."

Suddenly, she saw her skin starting to fade. Toxirela said, "Whoops. Lunch break. Catch you later losers!" She then disappeared. The rangers dstood up and powered down. They looked around as the Mane six ran to them. Twilight asked, "Are you alright?" Xavier nodded and said, "We'll be okay. We have to get to Canterlot and warn Celestia about her plan." Rarity said, "Flash overheard her plan. He's already told Mayor Mare to inform everypony about our water being poisoned."

Then Flash came flying to them and said, "They've informed everypony in Canterlot in case their water was poisoned." Twilight walked to him and said, "Good work. Let's head to the library."

At Changeling Castle, Toxirela was absorbing energy from the portal. The Lich walked up to her as he said, "Well done Toxirela. How you killed their plants and poisoned their waters was brilliant. And though they have informed them of your poison, they failed to inform them in time. From what the Changeling scouts have told me, there are already thousands in hospitals from drinking the poison."
Chrysalis walked in and said, "Not bad for a trash general." Toxirela smirked as she said, "I wouldn't be talking if I were you. Especially since I could easily bring you down." Chrysalis growled and asked, "What was that?" Sombra walked in and held Chrysalis back, saying, "Calm yourself Chrysalis. She is doing a good job." Chrysalis calmed down and said, "Fine." The Lich said, "Now that's done. Toxirela? Get back out there and spread more chemicals." Toxirela stood and said, "Yes sir!" She then jumped up and disappeared.

Back a the library, Celestia and Luna had arrived with the identification scroll and were talking with the rangers, the mane six, Cadence, Shining, Crystal, Astro, and Spike. Xavier asked, "So which general was that?" Luna opened the scroll and said, "According to the scroll, that was Toxirela. She has the abilities to pollute and poison our water and kill plant life by poisoning the soil." Celestia then said, "But unlike Toxiscorp, her chemicals will fade if you can destroy her."

They all then heard a sniff and turned to see Fluttershy weeping in the corner. Rainbow said, "I don't see what her problem is. It was just another flower. She should just-."

Suddenly, an ice blast went over mouth and silenced her. She glared at Xavier, who held his hands up in defense and said, "Don't look at me. I didn't do it." "I did," Gerda said. She walked up to the cyan pegasus and said, "I did it because that plant ment alot to her. She went through the Everfree Forest just to get that plant. Maybe you should learn to keep some things to yourself."

Twilight unfroze Rainbow's mouth and said, "She's right Rainbow. It may not have been much to you, but it must have been something to Fluttershy if she went through the Everfree by herself."

Then Scootaloo ran in and said, "Everybody! That monster is back. She's in town central." Gerda turned to her friends and said, "Let's go guys. We've got to stop her." They all ran out of library and headed to the center of town."

In the center of town, Toxirela was walking forward as the ponies of the town ran away in fear. Toxirela chuckled as she said, "Ah. The sweet sound of terror and panic. And soon, the sweeter taste of pain from my poison.

"Not if we can help it!" Toxirela turned to see teh rangers running into view. Toxirela said, "Well, well, well. The rangers have come to their end." Xavier said, "You might want to rethink that Toxirela. Ready?" The others said, "Ready!" And in union the pressed their morphers, saying, "Equestrianize Harmony!" And with that they're suits appeared.

They brought out their weapons and ran for Toxirela. Sol tried to blast her with an arrow, but Toxirela knocked her bow out of her hands with her staff and blasted Sol in the chest. She then saw Frey and Gumball running at her as Frey swung his axe. Toxirela grabbed the axe blade and slashed Frey across the chest with her staff, causing him to let go of his axe. She then threw the axe at Gumball and it struck him in the chest.

Xavier ran at her with his sword but she blocked it and her staff began to glow. "Poison Strike!" She jabbed him in the chest and caused him to drop his sword, which got stuck in the ground as he fell to the ground.

Gerda ran up and threw a kick to Toxirela's head, but Toxirela cuaght it, spun Gerda into the air, and kicked her to where she landed by her friends.

Toxirela pointed her blaster at them and called out, "Venom Blast!" She shot a charged beam at them and knocked them to the ground. She then pointed her staff toward them, started walking toward them, and said, "Now to finish the job." Starting with yellow. And you know what? I can't wait to see the look on your pegasus friend's face when she hears you're gone."

Gerda then clenched her fist before she grabbed her blasters and forced herself to stand. She spotted Xavier's sword in the ground and came up with an idea. "I'm gonna make you sorry for what you did to Fluttershy." Gerda the started running to Toxirela. When Xavier's sword was in reach, Gerda threw her blasters into the air and pulled the sword out of the ground.

Toxirela tried blasting her, but Gerda deflected her shots with the sword until she reached the shooter. She then used teh sword to knock the blaster out of Toxirela's hand and began slashing her constantly. Then Gerda spun around, stabbed the sword into the ground, caught her blasters, pointed them straight at Toxirela, and called out, "Fox Assult!"

After she said this, two blue charged beams hit Toxirela in the chest. The blasts destroyed her staff and caused her to fall to the ground.

The other rangers, after recovering, ran to Gerda's side. Xavier pulled his sword out of the ground and said, "Nice work Gerda." Gerda said, "Thanks X. Now let's finis her." They all turned back to Toxirela, who struggled walking, as she said, "You can't do this to me. Who do you think you are?"

Xavier said, "Wings of the griffon. Harmony Red!" Sol said, "Strike of the tiger. Harmony Pink!" Frey said, "Horn of the rhino. Harmony Black!" Gerda said, "Stealth of the fox. Harmony Yellow!" Gumball said, "Howl of the wolf. Harmony Blue!" Then in union, "Defenders of Equestria. POWER RANGERS HARMONY!"

Toxirela picked up her blaster and said, "Defend against my Venom Blast!" She shot at them, but they all dodged it. She then saw Sol and Gumball aim their weapons. "Honesty Cannon!", "Laughter Bow!" The two rangers shot their attacks and hit Toxirela directly.

She then saw Xavier and Frey run at her with their weapons: "Loyalty Saber!", "Generousity Axe!" The two called before slashing her across the chest and jabbering her in the chest in union.

Then Gerda jumped off Frey's shoulder toward Toxirela. "Kindness Blasters!" Gerda called out as she blasted Toxirela all over until she rolled onto the ground. The rangers joined Gerda as she said, "Let's put 'em together guys!"

Sol's bow appeared in the end of Gumball's Honesty Cannon. Then Gerda's Kindness Blasters attached themselves to the bottom of Sol's bow with the handles attaching to the cannon. Frey's Generousity Axe attached to the bottom of the cannon. And finally, Xavier's sword attached to the top of the cannon. The rangers held the weapon and said, "Harmony Striker!"

Toxirela barely stood up and said, "Wait! Hold on!" "QUINTOPLE ELEMENT STRIKE!" Xavier pulled the trigger and the blast hit and destroyed Toxirela.

Sol then put her hand on Gerda's shoulder and said, "Good job Gerda." Gerda smiled and said, "Thanks Sol."

At Changeling Castle, the Lich said, "It's not over yet." He sent an orb of green energy into the air, saying, "Sphere of Power Descend!"

Back in Ponyville, the orb stopped and blasted Toxirela's remains with lightning. In a flash of light, a skyscrapper tall Toxirela appeared. "Now I'm deadlier than ever." She said as she looked down at the rangers.

The rangers said in union, "Harmony zords. Rise!" Their zords came from their areas and the rangers entered their cockpits. "Harmony Megazord formation." The Rhinozord's legs folded in to reveal wheels before it seperated at the center and unfolded to become the right foot, both knees, and waist. The Foxzord's tail and legs folded in as it become the left foot. The Griffonzord's back legs slid into its torso while it front legs folded around the back to where the talons were on the shoulders and the wings remained at the back, forming the torso. The Wolfzord and Tigerzord formed the arms by folding in their legs in and their tails folded to their backs. Finally, all the zords connected and a warrior's head came out of the torso. In union, the rangers said, "Harmony Megazord. Ready!"

Toxirela brought out her tentacles and began spinning as she repeatedly struck the megazord. She then retracted them before kicking the megazord to the ground. She pulled out her staff and pointed it at the fallen robot as she said, "Goodbye rangers."

She brought her staff down only for it to be caught by Gumball's Wolfzord. Gerda then said, "Not today, Toxirela!" The megazord then kicked Toxirela in the stomach with the Foxzord and pushed her back before standing up. Xavier said, "Harmony Megazord Saber!" The megazord's weapon appeared in its hand and it advanced toward Toxirela.

"Try this," said Toxirela as she began shooting at the megazord with her blaster. The megazord deflected the blasts with its sword before slashing her blaster in half. It then swung the sword at her and she lifted her staff to block it.

To her suprise, her staff was broken in half and the megazord slashed her chest. She stumbled back and said, "You can't win. How do you plan to stop me?" Gerda said, "Easy. In the Land of OOO, we have a saying. 'We don't make trash, we burn it.' Xavier!" "Right!" Xavier said as he ran out.

On the megazord's shoulder, Xavier pulled out the Phoenix Staff and threw it into the air. "Phoenixzord. Rise!" Xavier said as he shot a beam from his braclet. In a flash of light, the staff transformed into the Phoenixzord.

"Sky Phoenix Megazord formation." The Phoenixzord flew to the megazord as its legs, tail, and head separated from its body. The tail split in half to form blades. The blades attached to the arms before the legs and claws attached to the arms over the blades. The phoenix body attached to the megazord's back and phoenix wings folded over the griffon wings. Finally, the megazord's head folded in and the phoenix head replaced it before opening its beak to reveal a new warrior's face. The rangers called in union, "Sky Phoenix Megazord! Ready!"

Gerda said, "Phoenix Wristblades!" The megazord's wristblades slid out and slashed Toxirela repeatedly before throwing her into the sky. The megazord then flew higher than her and stopped infront of the sun. The megazord crossed its arms as the rangers said in union, "Double Solar Slash!" The megazord's wristblades began to glow. "FIRE!" The megazord swung its arms and created an X shape of energy. The blast hit Toxirela and she exploded when she hit the ground. The megazord landed and Xavier said, "Harmony Rangers. Peace is restored."

At Changeling Castle, the Lich was throwing Changelings out of his way as he said, "Another failure. Those rangers are getting on my nerves."

Meanwhile, the rangers arrived at Fluttershy's cottage to see the mane six looking around. Twilight said, "You did it guys. All the ponies are healthy again and all the plant life is back to normal." Gerda noticed Fluttershy sitting beside one spot of plain soil. She turned to Applejack and asked, "Why is Fluttershy still upset?" Applejack said, "Well. Since it was destroyed instead of poisoned, it didn't grow back." "It?" Gerda asked before realizing Applejack was talking about Fluttershy's Healing Orchid.

She continued watching as Fluttershy sobbed beside the empty soil. Then and idea popped into her head as she thought, 'That might make her feel better. But I'm gonna have to wait till tonight and I'll need some help.'

That night, Gerda had just left Fluttershy's cottage without waking her and was heading to Sugarcube Corner. She entered the guest room through the window where Sol was sleeping. She walked over to the bed and began shaking her. "Sol? Sol! Wake up!"

Sol opened her eyes to look at the ice princess and asked, "What is it Gerda? Can't it wait till morning?" Gerda shook her head and said, "I need you to come with me to get something." Sol groaned and said, "Well find someone else. I'm going back to sleep." To emphasis her point, Sol turned her back to Gerda.

Gerda grinned as she said, "It'll be an adventure through a dangerous are with all kinds of vicious night creatures." Sol shot up and said, "I'm in." She got up to get dressed as Gerda thought, 'Works everytime.' The two then went out the window.

The next morning, Fluttershy woke up and made her way to Gerda's room to wake her up. She gasped when she found Gerda was gone. She turned to Angel Bunny and asked, "Angel? Do you know where Gerda is?" Angel shrugged his shoulders and shook his head.

The two then heard the door open and made their way to the living room. They saw Gerda walk in and close the door as Fluttershy asked, "Where did you go?" Gerda put her bag down and said, "I went out to get this." She opend her bag and pulled out something that made the pegasus gasp.

In her hands, Gerda held a fresh bloomed Healing Orchid. Fluttershy stuttered, "H-how did you-?" "I asked Sol to come with me to get a new one for you. I hope it's just as good." Fluttershy stared for a moment before saying, "No... It's even better knowing it came from one of my new friends."

Gerda smile as Fluttershy said, "Come on. Let's go plant it." Gerda nodded and said, "Sure." The two then walked outsided to plant the new symbol of their friendship.

Here's the fourth. Next time, Gerda and Sol get into a fight before Gerda is robbed of her soul and is turned to stone. It will be up to Sol to find the key to restoring Gerda's soul to her body. Will she succeed? Find out next time on Power Rangers Harmony.
