Chapter 4: Natsu vs. Gremory Clan!
"Wha?! I thought all the guilds were destroyed when the war began?" my voice was thick with confusion "Nope. They didn't get Magnolia, it's the only guild left. It's a wizard sanctuary now. Freed set up some magic walls no mortals can get in or out." Gray cleared up for me. "nice" I said and we walked in silence till the sun started to peak between the trees.
I yawned inside Horologium. It was cramped and kinda uncomfortable, but it was still a lot easier than walking. I blinked slowly and rested my head on the wall. "Miss. Lucy, I must be going now." "What no I wanna sleep!" Horologium disappeared and I fell on the hard dirt. "Owowowowowowow my butt!" I yelled rubbing the sore muscle. "Aww Lucy you want me to kiss it?" Natsu asked. "SHUT UP AND GO AWAY PERV!" I screamed. Gajeel blinked his eyes open "Wha, where am I?" "Your with a band of wizards going to the wizard sanctuary." Gray said dropping Gajeel's legs. Natsu let go of his arms and Gajeel fell with a thud "Dammit what's your guys problem?!" "Well you are the one who tortured us for the past two years." Levvy reasoned. he harrumphed and started walking behind her. Natsu stopped and waited for me and my sore butt to get up to him and took my hand. I love it when he's sweet!
We stopped around three in the afternoon at the edge of the forest to rest till nightfall.
Natsu laid down right next to me, so close I could hear his heart while I slept, and I unconsciously scooted towards him because I woke up to his snores in my ear. I stood up and shook off the dirt from my body and walked to the little creek for a drink and to wash up a little bit. I splashed water on my face and shoved my feet in the water, getting the prison uniform all wet. I pulled it off and scrubbed everywhere, hating the feeling of dirt on my normally oh so beautiful skin. I heard some whispers and rustling, "Natsu Dragneel if that's you I'm gonna smack the living daylights outta ya!" I called. giggles. I quickly pulled the gross orange jumper back on. "I'm gonna get you, you flaming idiot!" I called again, kind of nervously this time. "Nats-"
NATSU'S POV:
"Natsu! Wake up!" I rubbed my eyes and looked up, Gray was standing over me, a worried look on his face. "What is it?" I asked popping up. "Lucy, Levvy and Juvia are gone man!" I almost passed out "Whaddaya mean gone?! HOW THE HELL COULD THEY BE GONE!?" We both looked over to where Gajeel was sleeping. "GAJEEL! WAKE UP YOU IRON IDIOT! WAKE UPPPPP!" We shook him and he stirred, wiping the drool of his chin, I stifled a giggle. "Dude, do you know where the girls are?" Gray asked "Nah, aren't they here?" he asked bewilderdly "No we don't know where they are! That's why we are asking you!" I explained "Even Levvy?" We nodded and his face contorted in a look of rage. He sprang up. "Let's get looking!" He barked and started walking back towards the forest.
LUCY'S POV:
"They'll find us ya know!" I yelled into the blackness. The men only chuckled. "Lucy don't." Juvia said simply. I could hear her silent tears falling on the floor of this grungy dungeon place. "Don't worry. You girls are only bait! Once we get the boys we can sell ya to Erza for a hefty price." One of the thugs affirmed your worries. "When I get down from here I'm gonna kick your ass!" I yelled into the blackness. The men chuckled. "Well you are pretty stupid, I mean even I could track us down, you guys aren't very smart, are you? I bet the others are coming here right now." Levvy stated matter-of-factly. I heard the sound of skin against skin, they'd slapped her. "You shut up bitch!" The men yelled at her. "That's not a very nice thing to say to a lady, is it?" Natsu! "Natsu?" I called out. "I'm comin' baby!" He yelled "what do you think your doing?" I heard the men scream at Natsu and the others. "ICE MAKE SWORD!" Gray shouted and I could hear the fight start. "FIRE DRAGON FIIIIIIST!" There's Natsu, that blithering idiot. "IRON DRAGON KIIIIICK" Gajeel, I think! How could he be a wizard! He'd be locked up if He were a wizard! What is this!
About five minutes later, I was in Natsu's arms. I kissed him softly and he kissed back, only for a moment though, I broke it off to check on the others. There were passed out men laying everywhere on the cold dungeon floor. Juvia was kissing Gray passiontley Levvy was thanking Gajeel and blushing heavily.
"Hey Gajeel!" I called and he looked over at me. "Yea Lucy?" He answered "How do you have magic and be a guard at the prison instead of being a prisoner?" I asked. He looked nervous. "I'll tell you all when we get to Magnolia." He said looking back at Levvy curiosity etched on her face. I sighed and looked down at the men on the ground. I picked up one of their arms, Gremory, was etched into his skin. I checked several other arms. Yup. This was a previous wizard clan. "Natsu! Remember the Gremory clan?" I called "Yeah! Those dudes were alright." He answered walking over to me. "You just beat the crap out of those dudes." He looked shocked "They're traitors?" His face looked pale. "Well they did say they were gonna sell us to Erza." I said. "What in the hell is going on here?" Levvy asked. "I'll explain it all, when we get to Magnolia." Gajeel said and we stared at him. "We should start walking then." Gray said and we walked out of the ruins of the Gremory guild hall.
