That night Reaver was throwing a party at the Manor. Wine and beer flowed richly, some people where already drunk. Music was played in the background and folks were dancing.

Logan sat on a chair next to Reaver, he still couldn't keep his thought from Corner.

"Enjoying yourself?" Reaver mocked.

Logan just gave him a stern look and ignored his mocking.

''Hello you majesty," a girl, who would not be much older than 20, said. "Care for a dance?"

"No thank you," Logan replied. The girl left and as soon as she did Reaver stood up. "Care for a dance Logan?"

"Reaver I'm not in the mood for this."

Reaver noticed the empty wine bottle next to the king. "Still concerned about your lover, we can deal with that if you like?" He gave Logan a smug smile.

Logan stood up himself and faced Reaver. "Just one dance, after that I'll be going."

"Sorry Sweet Sugar!" Reaver laughed. "Didn't think you would be mad at me."

Reaver grasped Logan around the waist and dragged him over to the dance floor. Reaver was quite an amazing dancer, swaying across the floor with such elegance.

Corner had heard about the party that Reaver was throwing this evening. He was curious about him. Was he really that horrible?

Dresses in his best outfit, Corner went to the Manor, getting in with ease.

The music that was played was a slow waltz. Drunk people everywhere, dresses in their best outfits, which they would eventually ruin with wine or beer.

Corner walked past the tables, which were filled with every food or drink that you could imagine. Past all the drunk people and the waiters. And then he saw it! Was this real?

On the middle of the dance floor stood Reaver with Logan in his arms, swaying to the music.

Logan had told him a was the only one for him. Who that had been a lie!

Logan looked up from Reaver and caught his eye. He looked shocked.

Corner decided to turn around, he wished he had never seen that.

Logan had caught his eye. Was he so drunk? Was he now imagining his lover?

He pushed Reaver away and ran towards Corner, who was now walking faster away from him. "Corner?" His voice trembled.

"What are you doing Logan?" Corner's voice was like a knife, cutting through his mind.

"I thought you would be long gone by now. I missed you so much!"

Corner didn't believe him, the bastard! "And now you just replace me? For that!" He pointed at Reaver who was now standing behind Logan.

"That's not true!" Logan screamed. If the people surrounding them hadn't been drunk, they would have turned around to look what was happening.

"Corner, nice to meet you. Reaver is the name. I've heard a lot of stories about you." Reaver stepped in, offering his hand to Corner.

Corner just gave him an ice cold look. "Okay. Come with me." Reaver grasped both their wrists and dragged them towards a bedroom. Closing the door behind him, Reaver looked at both of them.

"Now darlings, I think it's time to discuss this issue."

"I'm not going to listen to anyone. Clearly not you!" Corner snapped.

"Corner." Logan sobbed now, tears spilling from his eyes. "You misunderstand. Reaver invited me here, to get my mind of you. I can't deal with you being away from me. I really, really love you."

Corner turned his head to face Logan, who was still sniffing. "Hush now Logan." Reaver whispered from the other side of the chamber. He took off his hat and sat down on the bed.

"Corner. Logan has missed you so much."

"Stop playing games with me Reaver!" Corner said.

"Maybe you would some time alone, hum?" Reaver smiled.

"Please," Logan whispered.

Reaver stood up, unlocked the door and left.

"I love you Corner. Please forgive me for my own weakness." Logan's breath smelled like alcohol.

Logan leaned in and pressed a soft kiss to this lips. Their softness almost forgotten by Logan.

More tears came streaming down his face, wetting his clothes and the mattress. "Hush, baby. I will forgive you." Corner whispered softly in this ear, biting the tip.

"Love?" Logan looked at him with wide eyes, red and puffy from the tears.

"Yes?" Corner answered.

"Can we make love? I missed you so, so much."

"I think we can, although you're drunk…"

"I'm fine. Please." His sad look did the trick.

They made love that night at Reaver Manor in Millfields, but what they didn't know was that Reaver himself was looking at them, through a small hole in the wall.
