Time to Go To the Ball.
I lay in bed dreaming of a time when Kol and I were humans when life was simple when we were not ruthless killing machines-not that I don't like the killing and feeding part.

"Come sister" Kol says to me as he leads me though the Forrest to the river.

As we come to the river I notice my other siblings are there, Kol and I run over to them.

I sat next to Rebekah and Klaus on the grass. Kol had a look in his eye – this can't be good.

He picked up Rebekah and chucked her over his shoulder while Klaus picked me up to do the same.

"On the count of three" Klaus said to Kol. I was kicking Klaus but he wouldn't put me down.

Elijah, Henrick and Finn were laughing even after I tried to get them to help us.

"One, two, three" Klaus said. After three Klaus and Kol chucked both me and Rebekah into the freezing cold river.

That whole day was spent in the river playing and enjoying our selves, but as soon as we got home father was there and he was not happy.

my bedroom door creaked open to reveal my little sister walking in.
"get up sister we must shop for the ball"

I groan but get up knowing how ruthless Becka can be especially about shopping.
I change ( cgi/set?id=13901... ) and get ready to leave 'luckily'

Rebekah was already waiting 'patiently' down stairs for me.

"Finally sister lets go shall we"
we pass Elijah and I mouth 'help me' he just simply chuckles. TRAITER!
to tell you the truth shopping was not that bad, I actually had a lot of fun with my little sister, while we were out I forced her to go to the book shop-one of my many passions is reading .at the store I found a thing called a 'comic' I read the first couple of pages and I was hooked so not only did I buy my ball gown I also bought some comic books by the name of 'batman'. I found them very interesting.
As it was the weekend we took our time shopping and once we arrived home it was 2pm.

Kol and Klaus were the only ones in the house; Rebekah dropped me off and went to the grill to ask the boy she likes -Matt to the ball.

I sat next to Kol on the couch.

"What did you buy Amelia?" he asked while snooping in my shopping bag.
I snatched the bags off him and he pouts.

"I bought my ball gown and these" I picked up the comic books and showed them to my brothers" look, they are so interesting this one is about a man that is a bat" Kol looked as amazed as me while Klaus smirked.

"Dear sister, you have to watch the movies" Klaus gets up and grabs some boxes which I learned contained discs that play on the TV.
He hands them to me. One says Batman Returns and the Dark Knight.
I smile in wonder and Klaus chuckles. I
have so much to learn.

A knock sounded out the mansion. The door was answered by one of our many compelled servants.

"AMELIA!" Klaus shouts.
I glide down the stairs to see Jeremy Gilbert waiting for me at the Bottom of the stairs.

"Well hello" he blushes, that's so cute!

Klaus gives me a stern look as if to say 'don't hurt him' I drag him outside and we get to know each other, surprisingly he is nothing like his older sister he is actually nice and doesn't want to hurt us.

Once the ball was under way I had to gather on the stairs, I stood between Kol and Rebekah as Elijah got the traditional dance under way.

Jeremy and I twirled around the dance floor casually talking, but I couldn't help but notice his deep brown eyes that were so easy to get lost in.

Kol was dancing with Megan and she seemed to have the same affect on him, I smiled at the thought of Kol being happy he deserved it.
I was sent twirling into my next partner's arms and that just so happened to be Klaus.

"Hello sister I do hope you are not planning on hurting the Gilbert boy"

"Of course not Klaus"

He seemed to take notice that I was deadly serious.
The dance ended and she went to talk to Jeremy yet again getting lost in his dreamy eyes.

Their mothers order a toast and I was not one to complain to some more champagne.
Our mother talked about how happy she was that we are together again then we drank the champagne.
I spotted Elena talking to Elijah so I excused myself from Jeremy and went to them.

"Hello Elijah why don't you introduce me to your friend"

"Oh of course sorry, this is Elena Gilbert, Elena this is my sister Amelia"
she gives me a fake smile "hello" I nod.

"can I tell you something, leave Jeremy alone he doesn't need to be involved in whatever little game you are playing"
Elijah's eyes widened

"Excuse me Elena but I am not playing a game with your little brother I actually think he's quite nice"

Elena scoffs " your just playing him, your even more pathetic then Rebekah"
Elijah stepped in between us both.
" there is one thing you should know Elena , and that is you Do not harm , be rude about or threaten my siblings or the will be a price to pay this is your only warning" I

Walk away not even giving a second glance back.
I hear a scuffle outside and along with the rest of my family I run outside to see Damon Salvatore snap Kol's neck. HOW DARE HE! As soon as Kol's neck was snapped I snapped Damon's hard.

I turned to see Elena "I told you Elena, mess with my siblings and there will be a price to pay"
Elena went to Damon's side while Finn picked Kol up and put him inside.

Jeremy went after me.
"I hope that doesn't change your mind about me" I say quietly.
He chuckles before moving slowly towards my lips and I kiss back. It must have been about 10 minutes when we stopped (of course stopping for air).
I rested my forehead against is and smile.

I lay next to Kol on his bed while he is still unconscious.
He starts to groan and I realise he is waking. He sits up with a start.

"I am going to snap Damon Salvatore's neck" he then notices me next to him.

"Already done it brother" he smiles. We twins we stick up for each other.
