A/N: And I am back at it again with another chapter! TheSteelMushroom thank you for the kind words and you do have some interesting theories there, all your answers will probably be answered in the next chapter, if not further down in the story. I really do enjoy reading what you have to say so thank you for the lovely review! Enjoy the chapter everyone and be sure to read the end author notes because I do have a question for you guys!

The sky was just starting to get dark when she next opened her eyes. Blinking blearily, Brittany realised that they were well out of the inner city and were now passing by grassy hills with nothing but grass. Occasionally there would be a few trees but other than that there was nothing else.

It was actually pretty fascinating for the sisters as they usually stayed within highly modernized areas and bustling cities. She noticed the car steer off route and onto a dirt path and looked to see that it was now Simon driving the car instead of Theodore. Hmm, I wonder when they switched…

After another 30 or so minutes of driving, the car finally stopped at what looked to be an abandoned warehouse surrounded by trees. Simon shut off the car and then turned to the girls sheepishly "Well ladies it seems as though we have made it. I promise we won't be staying here long. It's just until tomorrow so that things could settle and authorities lose track of Alvin. Hopefully he will not get caught and he'll learn to stay out of trouble next time." Simon says rubbing a hand over his face seemingly annoyed at the last part.

Brittany was quite curious about who he was talking about and what it was this Alvin guy did that had guaranteed a search for him. He better not be some criminal, Brittany certainly didn't want herself associated with such people. She had a reputation to uphold, and having relations with a criminal was going to give her a bad title.

"Oh and just a warning, Alvin can be- well to put it lightly, very childish at times so just don't mind him." With that he opens his door and gets out of the car, opening the door for Jeanette and then going to the back of the car and pulling some bags out from the trunk.

Theodore opens Brittany's side of the door and smiles to which she smiles back, nodding her head as a silent thanks. Brittany doesn't fail to notice how Theodore grabs Eleanor's hand to assist her with getting out. She could've gotten out just fine but it seems like her little sister had an admirer.

Walking past the four who were now animatedly chatting in pairs, Brittany decides to head straight into the warehouse and check out the place for herself. Plus, she really could use the alone time at the moment and she's glad for that.

Pushing the large, black doors open, Brittany walks into the seemingly deserted place. It sort of resembled a barn on the inside, however the whole place was made from ebony coloured wood. There were small corners that contained piles of hay, which were not in the least bit tidy or stacked properly. As she walked further into the dark place she could see a few old posters of superheroes from old comics hanging up and a few old newspaper articles. By 'old' she means they were well over 80 years old. Most of the posters had a yellow colour to it, which further proved her thoughts about this place being very much old and abandoned.

It seemed as if there was a second story to this warehouse but the black stairs were so badly damaged and missing some steps, so she decided to opt out on trying to see what was on the second level. There were no lights in the place and it was getting dark fast, so it was beginning to get increasingly harder for her to see what else was in here.

Walking further into the large place she also noted that there was a small, rusty kitchen complete with a sink and old fridge. Close by to the kitchen was a toilet that looked surprisingly new and clean so she guesses that must've been recently installed, thank goodness for that.

Not too far from the kitchen she found another pile of hay that was spread out with some pillows thrown all over the place. In front of this makeshift bed/ couch thing was an old tv that was turned on. Brittany blinked looking around but couldn't see anyone.

She wasn't sure if she should close it or check again to see if she missed someone who was indeed in front of her but as she scanned the area again, she could not see any sign of movement or a person.

It was strange to say the least. Brittany usually always had this sense that could tell her if there was a presence of a person nearby. She usually has to close her eyes and think about it before she could tell, something she hasn't done since she was a kid as she started growing up and seeing that it wasn't normal for other humans to have that ability. So instead she tucked it into the back of her mind and let herself forget about it. It was a lot easier for her to use when she was younger as she would think about it often.

Sometimes she didn't even need to close her eyes to think about it and she would be able to feel the presence of other people. Other times their aura felt off and she would think that they were another sort of being. But obviously that's not true and her "power" was only something she led herself to believe she had, when in reality she never had it.

Too caught up in her thoughts she suddenly felt a presence standing right behind her. Why didn't she sense this before? The person was literally right behind her, she could feel their breath fan across the back of her neck. She was also getting major deja vu. Like something similar has just recently happened to her.

"It's not much but it's okay" the person suddenly spoke as Brittany jumped and made a small "Eep!" sound while quickly stepping away from the person and turning around looking right at them. Well in this case it was just one guy. And she was just about to make a rude retort at his loud laughter at her and him pointing at her face and saying "You should've seen the look on your face!" but instead her breath got caught as her eyes met with his and she let out a small gasp.

"I-It's you!" His laughter subsided as he wiped a stray tear from his eye. She'll get him back for that later.

"Yes, it's me in the flesh. It's okay I'll give you an autograph, geez no need to be all fangirling." At that Brittany lost her temper and stomped her foot while puffing her cheeks and glaring at the taller male.

"How dare you! I don't know who you are and I honestly couldn't care less about your stupid autograph! I just wanted to know what happened yesterday and if it was real or not." With that she crosses her arms and turns around not facing him, she could feel her face heat up with anger. The nerve of this guy, and here she was calling him handsome and hot when in reality he's a jerk!

At this she hears the male sigh as he walks and sits on the hay while patting the spot next to him but not looking back. "I was just messing with ya. And if you really want to know if it's real then yes. Yes it was."

Brittany stood there looking astonished. Her folded arms dropped in defeat as her brain began to focus on the events of the following night. So the whole thing was real? Wait so does that mean the tiger thing was real too? And what was the creature called and what did it want from me?

The more she thought about it the more surreal it got. She just couldn't seem to wrap her mind around it. Before she could get out another word, the male speaks up again "I can't tell you anything now, but we- me and the guys, promised to explain everything to you girls after dinner tonight. So you might as well just sit down and relax for now because I'm sure you'll be in for one hell of a discussion tonight."

"By the way, the name's Alvin." And with that Brittany knew that her life was never going to be the same again.

A/N: I know this chapter was awfully short, that's because it didn't exactly merge too well with the rest of the chapter and also because the next chapter is going to be quite long (I think about seven pages). My question to you guys is would you guys rather me respond to your reviews through my authors notes or respond to you personally? I'd have each of your names written and put it at the end of the chapter but just wanted to see which one you guys would prefer. Again thank you for all the lovely reviews, I'm glad everyone's enjoying the story :)
