Guess whose back once again!

Graduated school and now I have a job and a car and *insert freak out* I'm a fucking grown up!

But all that aside, MDVG is back once more. And as promised, I would pull out more of my works and chapters to my 'on hiatus' work. Starting with my Finding Nemo story. I'll have much more to say when my all new profile is up and running.

But for now, here is chapter 4

The van came to a screeching halt, pulling Nemo out of his somewhat peaceful slumber. If you could call it that, anyway. He wasn't even aware that he had been sleep for so long. It just felt like it had been hours. He groaned, trying to rub his head. But he quickly noticed his hands were still bound. Then reality hit him hard when he realized his situation. He was kidnapped, that much he remembered. But by who was another story.

The door to his seat opened and he was dragged out quickly, the bag removed from his head and his eyes shut tightly at the sudden bright, neon lights. Neon lights? Say what now?

Nemo's left eye opened to try and see where they ended up and all he could see was a bright neon blue sign. Too bright to even see what it said. But the man pushed him inside the building, which was what Nemo instantly grew concerned about.

While the outside of the building was a white building with a bright sign, the inside was a pinkish display and had numerous men sitting at random spots. Some had women on their laps, some had men. Either way, they were dressed in lack of clothing and Nemo saw more then he really needed to. The man guided him past a hallway of rooms, rooms that had some odd noises coming from them.

"Hey, Chris! You're back already?"

The man turned, Nemo as well, and saw a burly man with red hair coming towards them. He seemed happy to see this man, Chris his name was.

"Yes, I am. It was a short trip. But it wasn't without merit."

"I can see that. You brought us back…..a kid? You brought us a kid?"

The man knelt to Nemo's level and the boy cringed a bit, trying not to show fear. He wouldn't get out of this mess if he did. The man got a little closer to him and he shut his eyes tightly, feeling a tongue on his cheek. That was probably the weirdest thing that had ever happened to him…..he assumed it wouldn't be the last.

"Christ, he's just a kid. Why did you bring him here?"

"He was playing where he shouldn't have been playing. Barracuda's nest. Plus, he looked like someone Sherman could use. Is he in?"

"Afraid not. He's gone on family matters for a few days. Has to keep up the whole, 'I'm a dentist' wrap. He doesn't want them knowing what he really does."

"I gathered. As much a sadistic man that he is, he has his family's best interests at heart…..anyway, where can I drop the kid off at? I'm tired of having him in my van."

The man nodded a little and looked Nemo over once more, taking in his features.

Nemo's orange hair was defiantly an oddity, but it might just be heredity. No kid dyes their hair at this young age, unless their parents approved of it for some god awful reason. But with those chocolate eyes, that could draw in a few potential customers.

He noticed the kid was wearing an orange and white hoodie. No lie, it was adorable, but a probable eye sore for clients.

He sighed and rubbed his neck.

"Drop him off in Wing 4 and give him to Gill. If anything, he'll know what to do with him."

"Gill? You still have him? I could've sworn Sherman kicked his ass out ages ago."

"He refuses to. He brings in some of the highest paying clients and Sherman can't afford to let him go."

"Ugh, fine. Let's go, brat."

Nemo was roughly turned around and was dragged down the hallway, passing by many rooms with loud noises….moans, screams, Nemo blushed at the noise. He had a good idea of what was going on, but he knew if he ever said anything about it, his father would have his head.

Father…..Nemo felt his heart wrench…..why didn't he listen to Marvin when he should've…..

Chris dragged him by the collar of his hoodie and soon, they were in front of a door with the letter 4 written in what looked like old roman numerals. The man took a deep breath and opened the door, throwing Nemo in and said,

"Have a nice life, kid. You're gonna need it."

And with that, Chris was gone. He shut the door and left the boy in there alone. Just like that, Nemo was alone….

He stood up and rubbed his arm, suddenly realizing his binds were gone. That was the least of his worries right now though. He looked around the room, breathing heavily, like he was hyperventilating.

The room was a calm sea blue, the furniture looked like it was decorated for underwater themes. There were two…no….8 vanity desks, complete with large mirrors, make up, body spray, etc. He could see beds in the other section of the room and walked towards them. They all had names on them and they had little decorations on the bulletin boards above.

Nemo walked towards one of them and looked at the bed name.

Bubbles

Bubbles? What kind of name was that? Nemo scoffed and ran his hand across the board, noticing it was covered in bubble wrap. Nemo ran his hand across and popped one little bubble.

That pop earned a loud cry.

"MY BUBBLES!"

Nemo jumped and screamed out as the source of the noise ran towards him, pushing him away and ran his hands across his wrap soothingly, mumbling,

"My bubbles…my bubbles….."

Nemo, shaking like a leaf, back away slightly from the man. He had blond hair that was cut into a bowl cut, wore a yellow dress shirt and black pants. He looked like a bee.

Nemo backed up until he felt his back hit something…..or someone, because he heard a woman say,

"Sorry, he likes his bubble wrap."

Nemo screamed again and backed away, falling to the floor, crawling towards the door. He eventually stood and ran, but he slipped and bumped his knee, falling to the ground with a crash.

He couldn't move. His knee was on fire….he heard more voices.

"Oh god. You guys, I think we scared him half to death."

"The hell? He's just a kid? What's he doing here?"

"I guess Sherman's gotten sicker in his fantasies then we thought."

Nemo felt a hand on his cheek and he opened his eyes, meeting the blue eyes of a woman who was smiling at him. She had long purple and blue hair and wore a black night dress with blue shoes.

"Sorry we scared you kid. We weren't expecting anyone in here. Usually, we're given notice about new people."

She stood and said,

"I'm Deb by the way. I'm the head dresser of Wing 4."

She pointed to the woman Nemo ran into. She was an older woman with greying hair, but with a slight hint of pink. She wore a dark pink jump suit set and was bare foot.

"That's Pearl. She's not in the business anymore, but she's the medical advisor for the whole establishment. She just loves us and moved in with us. She's super sweet."

She looked up and laughed. Nemo looked with her and saw that blond man, still rubbing his bubble wrap.

"You've met Bubbles already. Everyone calls him that cause of his love for bubble wrap. He's kinda….eh in the head, but he's actually really smart."

She looked around and pointed to a large man in a brown shirt. He wasn't LARGE large, but he did carry a small bit of weight. But he smiled and extended his hand, saying,

"Names Bloat. Well, it's actually Bill, but everyone calls me Bloat. I'm the nutritional counselor here. Strange huh? Me on nutrition counseling. I could use it myself, haha."

Nemo smiled a little. These people weren't so bad. They were actually increasingly sweet. Deb looked around and said,

"Jacques and Gurgle must still be working. I don't see them in here. And god knows were Gill is. But anyway, who are you and why do you look like you're in kindergarten? Do you have some kind of condition that makes you unable to grow?"

Nemo laughed a little at that, shaking his head. While Deb was indeed sweet, she seemed like she was kind of an oddball.

"No….I'm um….I'm 7 years old actually."

The entire room broke out in gasps of horror, much to Nemo's confusion. They all started talking about how young he was and why he was here. Nemo heard many different theories. All of which had something to do with where ever he was at.

A sudden bang at the door startled them all and Nemo turned to see who it was. It was that same man who spoke to Chris out in the loud hallway. The group inside got to their knees and held their heads down, though Nemo wasn't sure what to do. The man came over, grabbed him by his throat and pulled him forward, looking him over.

"For a little kid, you sure are a pretty one. Maybe we can use you. Welcome to T.G., your new home kid. When Sherman gets back, oh, he'll have some plans for you. No doubt about that. All of you, be sure he's ready by Friday! That's when the boss'll be back! Is that clear?!"

In unison, they all replied,

"Yes, master."

With that, he left, leaving Nemo even more confused than ever. He was shaking and scared….Bloat set his hand on his shoulder and said,

"I'm so sorry kid. But I guess we have to start prepping you for the boss man's return."

"Wh-what? Who's he? And why do I need to get ready? And what for?"

"Sherman always breaks in the new people. And with our business, he gets rough and nasty when people put up a fight. Even so much as whipping them with his belt."

Bubbles visibly shuddered, rubbing his shoulder blade and trying to keep his tears in. Nemo saw his body shaking and it all suddenly clicked.

The neon lights, the men on the couches with other men and women around in skimpy clothing. The noisy hallway that made him blush. The weird talk of 'getting ready' and rough.

He was in a coed brothel…and he was the next student.

Nemo's heart started racing and he began to panic. This couldn't be happening. There was no way….

"No…..no I can't do this! I need to get out of here! I have to find my dad!"

Nemo shot up and ran to the door, opening it and ran out, screaming to no body. He ignored the calls for the others and he heard them run after him, but he needed to get out of there. This was all too much. He was only 7 for goodness sakes!

He ran until he ran into someone, knocking him back on his butt, whining that it hurt. Then he heard a mocking chuckle, followed by,

"You think your ass hurts? Kid, you have no idea what you're talking about."

Nemo looked up and his eyes widened, a blush approaching on his cheeks. He heard the others run up behind him and he heard Pearl say

"Gill. There you are. Rough night?"

He smirked.

"Very rough, Pearl. I might need one of your tonics before bed tonight."

The boy was stunned at what, or rather who, he was looking at.

In front of him was a man who looked to be in his mid-twenties. He was thin, lean muscled and at the moment, shirtless with only black leather jeans and black boots. His hair was black, but his bangs were white, along with a few strands of white. Needless to say, his hair was quite long. It was in a low ponytail and it reached his mid-back.

But what Nemo was focused on was his face. His eyes were red, naturally red and looked as though he could glare into your soul. If that wasn't what drew Nemo to his face, it was the scar going down Gill's left eye and across his nose. He even had scars on both sides of his neck.

Gill's eye perched as he looked at the boy below him.

"Who's the kid?"

Deb stepped up and said,

"That's the new arrival, I'm assuming. I guess the master's friend brought him in and he wants him ready for Sherman on Friday."

Gills eyes grew wide for a moment, then stared at Nemo. He looked scared about something, something Nemo couldn't quite read.

"Why the hell does he want a kid? Has Sherman gone mad or just more twisted then we figured? Ugh, no matter. We'll discuss it later. I'm tired. Jacques and Gurgle are with their last clients and they'll want to go to sleep pretty soon. I'll meet you there."

The others nodded and turned to walk away, leaving Gill with their new arrival. And needless to say, he looked slightly pitiful.

Nemo was more scared than he was when he was put in the van with no sight. His orange hair was so disheveled it was crazy. Gill sighed and helped him up, wincing at the pain in his lower back. Nemo saw him give a small hiss, but didn't say anything…..he just watched as the man straightened up and sighed, not even looking at Nemo as he spoke.

"Listen up kid, lets get one thing straight. You're a noob here, and that's never a good thing to be, especially not with Sherman. The mans as sick as you are young, odd as it sounds. He plays off this sweet façade because his day job is working as a dentist. Don't let him fool you."

He walked past the boy and said,

"Oh and try not to get in my way of anything. Just cause you're a kid and new doesn't mean I'm going to instantly warm up to you or anything like that. In a business like this, all you can depend on is yourself."

With that, he walked down the hallway, with a confused Nemo right behind him. This wasn't how he had planned to make a good first impression, but oh well. Right now, he didn't care….he couldn't cry right now. Not now.

Gill and Nemo walked into Wing 4 and he quickly walked into his own room, shutting the door. Nemo tilted his head and heard Bloat say with a laugh.

"Oh don't mind him. He's always in a sour mood when the client isn't a gentle with him as he'd like. Gill's really sensitive about his body and he bruises like a banana. Don't let him get to you."

Nemo looked up and gave a small smile. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad. The crew seemed very nice, though he had yet to meet the other two.

Yes he was stuck in a brothel, but hopefully the master wasn't as sick as everyone made him sound. Hopefully, he'd see Nemo and instantly have a spring of conscious.

"So kid, you got a name or something?"

The boy looked up at Bloat and rubbed his neck, giggling. He said with a smile on his face, his eyes gleaming,

"I'm Nemo."

Meanwhile

The most Marvin ever ran in his life was his junior high and high school track teams. And even then, it didn't feel like much of a challenge.

He and Dory ran for what seemed like hours before they finally stopped to rest against a tree. They both knew by now they were far from Middleton so there was no turning back now, but they had to escape from those madmen.

Marvin set his hand to his chest, looking at Dory, who was trying to catch her breath as well. How this whole thing came about was partially her fault, but then, he shared the fault as well. Had it not been for her, they probably would've been dead.

-Backtrack 3 hours-

The limo pulled up to a large warehouse, one of which Marvin was skeptical to go in. But Bruce and his friends got out laughing and cracking jokes, while Dory got out smiling and pulled Marvin out with her, saying that it would be ok. The man sighed. Somehow, there was no saying no to this woman and he followed her.

The group walked into the warehouse and through an old doorway, leading into a room that consisted of 3 couches, 4 recliners, a large end table and boxes…lots of boxes.

Bruce and his friends sat around the table, motioning for the two to sit around them. Dory, ever so ecstatic, sat down quickly, pulling Marvin down with her and they waited.

After a few moments of silence, Bruce sighed and stood, saying,

"Alright, I'll go first. We've been doing this for a few months and this right here has become a tradition where we sit in this spot every Monday and you know….kinda vent a little. So I'll start. Phew….hello, my name is Bruce."

Anchor and Chuck, in unison, said,

"Hello Bruce"

Marvin looked around, scratching his neck.

'God, it feels like I'm in a rehab group meeting. Oh well…..play along and maybe they'll let us go.'

Bruce began telling about how he had been a crack addict for most of his life and how it lead to his stay in prison. He talked about how he felt he knew he had to change for the better of himself and how it could help his friends in the long run. Marvin could see he was truly serious about this. He could see a tear in his eye as he talked about losing his wife and children because of his addiction. It was sad to think about how people could hit this low in life to lose it all.

Marvin looked over and saw the other men were trying not to cry as well. It seemed like they had gone through a similar situation. He could see now that this was their own little support group, like they couldn't do this with other groups.

He saw Dory with a look of deep concern of her face and it baffled him. Not in a bad way, but to where he started thinking Dory had a family member going through drug use. Then it dawned on him that Dory didn't even remember who her family was, or so she said.

Finally, Bruce was finished and wiped his eyes, taking in a deep breath. Chuck and Anchor got up and hugged him, patting his back and giving him supporting words. This made Marvin smile.

'Maybe they're not so bad after all….I shouldn't have been so quick to judge them.'

"Ahem….oh gosh, I'm sorry guys. That always gets to me…..anyways, who wants to go next?"

Marvin felt wind pass by his face as Dory's hand shot up, waving about, a smile plastered on her face.

"Me! Me! I want to go!"

The three men smiled and told her to start whenever she was ready. So she stood, brushed the dirt off of her blue shirt and said,

"Hi, I'm Dory."

"Hello Dory."

"Haha, and um…..I don't think I've ever done drugs."

That earned a bit of silence before the men clapped and applauded. Marvin rolled his eyes. Figured she would be so calm about a situation she knew nothing about.

His eyes trailed over the room, trying to keep his mind occupied as they all talked….he wondered if Nemo was ok. He inwardly prayed that whoever took him away wasn't hurting him. Nemo was only a child.

Marvin sighed and shut his eyes, running his hands into his pockets. Suddenly, his fingers brushed something. And it made his eyes snap open when he pulled it out.

It looked to be a dog tag. He didn't remember owning something like this. And he couldn't read what it said; the writing looked distorted. Where did this come from?

He then suddenly remembered that just before he hit the dirt as Nemo was being taken away, he grabbed something from the man's belt buckle. Could this be the thing he yanked off from the man's belt? Did he really even take anything from him?

He jumped when he felt Dory's hand slam on his back.

"Hey there, buddy. Whatcha got there?"

"I….I don't know. I found it in my pocket. I think I might've grabbed it from the man who took my son away. I don't know….I can't even read the damn thing."

Dory tilted her head and snatched the item from his hand, much to Marvin's shock. She looked at it for a few minutes before saying,

"I think I can read this, but I'm not sure. The lights kind of dim here. When we leave, we'll go find a bright place to look at it."

She put the tag in her boot and stretched, walking around the warehouse for a few minutes. Then she sat on a box and kicked her legs about like a child. Marvin could swear he heard something in those boxes. Not like human something, but like a powder.

He walked over to her, not knowing Bruce was watching them.

"Dory, what are you doing?"

"I'm bored. What does it look like I'm doing, smarty pants?"

"It looks like your sitting on a box that might have something in there. We should probably get going. We don't want to interrupt their, um, whatever this was supposed to be. A sobriety party I guess. So c'mon Dory, let's get out of here. I need to find Nemo."

Dory stared at him with a blank stare before nodding and jumped off the box. Well, she used her arms strength to push her off of the box, but the box broke under her and she fell backwards into white powder. Marvin gasped.

"Dory! My god, are you ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine….what's all this white crap?"

She licked a small bit off her finger tips and grimaced.

"It tastes awful."

Marvin, slightly confused, gathered a tiny bit off his fingers and licked it. His eyes widened and he shuddered.

"It's cocaine….my god…..what the hell?"

He quickly helped Dory out of the box and brushed it off her clothes. Then, they heard footsteps.

"So, you two found my little stash I see….that's too bad for you."

They turned to see Bruce standing there, arms crossed and a dark look on his face. His friends looked at him with wide eyes of shock. Anchor stepped forward and said,

"Bruce…..what the hell! We swore away from drugs and yet you were hiding them?! In our support warehouse!"

"Yeah yeah, I made a no-no, ok? I had these dreams of just giving in and going back to that life style….I had these boxes put in here so I had a safe place if that day ever came back. But I don't regret this, boys. I do, however, feel bad that these two…..now have to die."

Marvin felt his blood run cold. He could feel Dory shiver a little.

Bruce chuckled, reaching into his jacket and pull out a handgun. As he loaded it, he spoke.

"I thought you both were such nice people. Then you had to go and ruin my little piece of safety. Sorry, but that means….you might go to the police and tell them about my warehouse of drugs. And I can't let that happen. Chum, Anchor, you two sit back. I'll deal with you later."

But they didn't sit back. They screamed and held Bruce back with their arms, struggling as he tried to break free. They tried telling him that they were there for him and to help him, but Bruce was a lot stronger then he seemed to be. He broke free and charged after the two.

Within seconds, Marvin and Dory ran the other direction through the ware house.

Since the warehouse wasn't that big, they had to trust their instincts about where to run and hide. Gun shots were heard behind them. They could even feel them zipping by, telling them that Bruce was very skilled with a gun. They could hear his laughter behind them and for a moment, Marvin thought they were not going to make it.

Suddenly, he felt himself being pulled around a corner and sat on the ground, a hand pressed against his mouth. He was shaking violently, sweat beading from his brow. He heard Bruce run by madly, swearing up and down.

Marvin shivered as he let out a shaky breath once the hand was gone from his mouth and he turned to see Dory sitting next to him. She was also a little sweaty from fear, but she didn't seem as scared as he was, which was shocking. But he didn't question it. Instead, he allowed her to take his hand and guide him through the ware house and out the front door with a slam. They didn't stop running though. They continued to run until their legs could carry them no more.

They ended up outside a small town, neither of them knew which town, but they stopped against a tree and caught their breaths. Marvin never felt his heart pounding that fast before in his life. This isn't how his life looked in his eyes. But then, he never thought Nemo would be taken away from him like this. He clutched his throat, finally feeling it open to let air in and he let out a shaky sigh, catching sight of Dory, leaning against the tree, staring up at the sky, then down at him, smiling.

"That….was the most fun I've had in such a long time! God, who knew you were just a bundle of excitement."

"M-me? Dory…..we almost died back there! How the hell was that considered fun in anyway?!"

She grinned at him and Marvin found himself blushing, feeling like an idiot.

"Silly willy, life's no fun without risks. Yeah, that was kind scary, but it was still such a rush!"

"…..You're such an odd ball…oh! The tag! Where's the dog tag?!"

"What dog tag?"

"The tag you took and stuck in your boot! Give it here. We can finally read the damn thing and see where that man took my son!"

The Marvin's face dropped at the look on Dory's face. He knew that look. It was the same look she gave him when they first met. The look that said,

I can't remember what you're talking about.

He groaned. Of course, of all times, her short term memory loss got in their way of their next clue. The man let out a sigh of defeat and slid to his knees and hid his face in his legs. This whole day was becoming more nightmarish then he thought. First he lost his son, was nearly killed by a so called recovering drug addict and now his only clue was gone.

Could nothing ever go right?

"We didn't even read what it said…..did we?"

"It said P. Sherman…..42 Wallaby Way…..Sydney."

Marvin's head shot up and saw the look of shock and pride on her face.

"I remembered! I usually don't remember things like this, but oh my god! I remembered!"

Dory started jumping up and down, her blue ponytail bouncing around in glee. Marvin was stunned, but was so happy she actually took the time to read the tag and actually remember what it said. She pulled him up and spun him around for a minute. He actually started laughing. His heart was singing now that they had a location.

But then he quickly realized that Sydney was a long ways from where they were…..where ever they were.

He stopped spinning and stood like a statue, trying to figure this whole thing out. Dory notice he wasn't participating anymore and she pouted.

"Hey now, what's this? We know where we're going next, so why do you look so down?"

Marvin looked at her and bluntly said,

"Dory….please just go home. I need to finish this by myself."

"Huh? Wha-why? Did I do something wrong?"

"No it's nothing you did. It's just…..Nemo's my son. I need to find him myself. And I already risked your life along with mine. And I don't want you getting hurt cause of me…."

Marvin was expecting anything along the lines of tears, crying, pleading or anything like that. What he got was a kick in his left knee and he yelped, falling to his right knee.

"What the hell was that for?!"

"Listen up, you. Just because I have a hard time remembering things doesn't mean I'm totally useless. I'm the reason we got out of the warehouse alive. Now you can go and mope around about your son getting kidnapped all you want. I'm still going to help you find him. Why you may ask? Because like I said, you're just a bundle of excitement and I haven't had this much fun in years. So try all you want to get rid of me. It's not happening, Marvin. You're stuck with me until we get Nemo back in your arms."

The orange haired man didn't know what to say. He barely knew this woman and yet, she was going to stick by him and help him find his child. She was really going to help him through this.

He smiled. He never really had a friend to help him with anything since Coral died. This was defiantly a nice change. He got to his feet and hugged Dory to his chest, feeling her hug him back. He laughed a little.

"Thank you…..thank you for this. You don't know how much this means to me."

She smiled and pulled away, giving him a thumbs up and he chuckled, wiping his eyes. Crying time was over. It was time to get serious. He exhaled and said,

"Ok…..Sydney….that's where we need to go, huh? I wonder how we get there."

"You've never been before?"

"Not since I was really little. You?"

"If I did, I don't remember it."

Marvin rubbed his head and looked around the small town, seeing people walk around with their lives. He thought for a moment.

"Ok Dory, here's what we'll do. We'll split up and ask around for a quick way to Sydney. But first we need to find out where we are. Can you remember that?"

Dory tilted her head and gave him a look that said, 'duh.' He smiled and said

"We'll meet back here in 15 minutes and figure something out. Ok? Let's go."

She nodded and took off down the left portion of town while he took the right. Marvin asked multiple people about where they were and how far it was from Sydney. Dory went around asking the same thing, but also gathering pamphlets about the place and about nearby cities.

After 15 minutes, they regrouped and Marvin sighed, slightly disappointed with what he found out. When he asked Dory about her findings first, she said something about them being in a town called , which was still a good ways away from Sydney. It made Marvin feel more dishearted, but he then voiced that they would have to either walk or hitch rides when they could. Dory, however, thought ahead of the game and showed Marvin a large sum of money.

His eyes widened.

"Dory….where the hell did this come from?"

"Haha, see? I can still remember a few things. I remembered my pin number for my banking account from a while ago. I put a lot of money away from emergencies. I think this counts as such. We have enough to get bus passes, train tickets, hell even a rental car if we need to. See, I got your back, Marvs."

She smiled and put the money in her pocket, waiting for something else to do. But even Marvin didn't know what else to do at this point. He did recall a path that an old woman told him about that was one of the quickest ways to Sydney, but she said only take it if they were willing to carry weapons.

Apparently, the path was called 'Stuns Way' and had a group of misfits camping out there. They were people who ran away from mental institutions who couldn't be detained. They all had one thing in common, oddly enough. They all carried stun guns and were never afraid to use them if trespassers rolled through.

The woman said that while Stuns Way was the quickest way to Sydney, she also explained a way pass Stuns Way to avoid the conflict with the group and get to Sydney safely. It was called the East Australian Pass. Find that pass and it'll be safer. She said the way to find it was to follow the smell of rose wood and find a tree in the shape of a large turtle. That was how the locals found it.

As Marvin and Dory walked to rent a car for a while, he thought about his son and how he was faring. Nemo was a strong child, no matter what, but he was still a child. Meaning he was still frightened of many things. And the thought of his son in Sydney without him scared Marvin a bit. No, actually a lot. Sydney was a huge city. Nemo could easily be lost, scared, confused with no one to help him.

Marvin shook his head. He had to believe Nemo was unharmed. He had to be sure to tell himself that. If he kept saying it, it must be true…..

Right?
