SO. Yeah. I'm kinda out of ideas.
Just a reminder that the chapters are not related. They are completely different one-shots.
Hope you like this.
Amy and Dan Cahill certainly weren't the most popular kids around school. They weren't famous... or have famous friends or family. Well, that was the whole school population thinks.
All they know was that they were both orphans, and that Amy was a nerd and Dan was a dork. They certainly didn't know that they're millionaires, or that they have famous relatives and any other part of their life as a Cahill. Amy made sure that no one would know. The siblings tried blending in, maintaining a low profile, and avoiding attention. Dan did it quite reluctantly but Amy was firm, she didn't want the attention.
That was about to change.
See, these two siblings have some cousins, distant they may be, but still family. They were all well-known and have quite a lot of fans. Hamilton became famous because he won a lot of competitions involving sports and because he was also related to all their more famous cousins like Jonah. Ian and Natalie Kabra were models and sometimes starred on movies, commercials and TV shows. The Starling triplets were known for being geniuses and child prodigies and Sinead once joined a national beauty pageant and won. Jonah Wizard was known by the whole world as a talented rapper/singer. Only Amy and Dan avoided the spotlight.
They both made sure to not be discovered as related to them even though they all became quite close after the clue hunt and had remained in contact.
And these cousins had a plan.
"Hey Dan, was it just me or did Hamilton sounded a little weird when we talked earlier?" Amy asked quietly, while sitting on the grass. They were in the fields, seeing as both had a free period at the same time.
"I don't know. He seemed to be hiding something but..." Dan trailed off and shrugged. Amy had a troubled look on her face, her eyebrows furrowed and lips pursed as she thinks.
"Hey, don't worry about it so much" Dan stretched his legs on the grass, relaxing.
"It's just... I feel something will happen... I don't know if it's good or bad" Amy muttered. "But something that can change our lives..."
Dan rolled his eyes.
"Stop being so dramatic, Amy" He snorted, and laid on the grass while Amy remained seated, hugging her knees to her chest.
Amy sighed.
Both sat in silence, revelling in the peaceful air.
A couple of minutes later, Amy stood up and extended her hand to Dan.
"C'mon, classes will start soon"
Dan sighed but took Amy's hand and stood up. Together, they walked back inside the school.
Classes are over and the two Cahills rode the school bus to home. As soon as the two entered their house, they were tackled into a hug by none other than Hamilton Holt.
"Oomph" Amy let out a muffled, surprised sound as they were both being crushed in Hamilton's bear hug. Hamilton released them from his hug and stepped back with a wide smile on his face.
"Not that I'm not happy to see you, but what are you doing here?" Amy asked, looking up to her cousin.
Hamilton didn't look unfazed from her question.
"Oh nothing, I just want to visit you guys, it's been more than a month when I last saw y'all"
"O-kay" Dan dragged the word, his voice had a little suspicion in it. "Where are the others? You usually visit us all together"
Hamilton suddenly looked a bit nervous, as he fiddled with his thumb.
"I think they'll be coming tomorrow, they're busy today..." the last sentence came out as a question.
"Okay, so you'll be staying here overnight then? Don't you have school?" Amy asked, a little demanding.
"Oh, we don't have anything important to do tomorrow so I just decided to not go tomorrow" Hamilton replied happily.
"Cool!" Dan exclaimed. Amy turned and gave Dan a glare and then looked at her cousin disapprovingly.
"Hey, don't give me that look. School is just so boring when you've went on an adventure with life-threatening situations. You know that" Hamilton said defensively.
Amy just sighed and nodded.
"Sure, okay, we'll be going upstairs now, I need to change and do my homeworks. Dan should too" Amy gave his brother a pointed look. "You still know where your room is, right?"
Hamilton nodded.
"Okay, don't make too much mess. Behave yourself" She gave him a warning glare and turned around and went upstairs.
Dan rolled his eyes at his sister but went and followed after her anyway.
"That was a little bit weird, don't you think?" Amy asked Dan as they climbed up the stairs.
Dan shrugged. "I guess it's a bit weird"
Amy pursed her lips, her eyebrows drawn together.
Dan nudged her shoulder. "Don't think so much about it, it's probably not like a huge thing to worry about"
"Maybe" Amy replied though there was still a hint of doubt in her voice.
"Do your homeworks, Dan" They had reached the top of the stairs and were about to enter their own rooms.
Dan groaned and rolled his eyes. "Sure, sure, you dork"
"Dweeb!" Amy shouted at him just before Dan closed the door to his room with a chuckle.
Amy entered her room and sat on her bed.
She stared at the picture of her and Dan with all of their other cousins, on the wall.
She shook her head as she looked away.
She still can't shake the feeling that something was going to happen soon.
NEXT DAY AT SCHOOL
Amy and Dan were at the cafeteria as they have their lunch break at the same time.
They were both eating in silence when they heard their principal's voice over their speakers.
"Good Afternoon everyone" Her high pitched voice were heard all over the entire school. "I have some exciting news to tell you and I'm fairly sure that you'll all gonna love it"
Her tone was really excited now. The students began to stop eating or talking as they listened to their principal with rising curiosity and interest.
"The classes are cancelled this afternoon-" The students whooped and yelled happily.
"Wait, I'm not finished yet. No, you aren't going home yet" At this, the students groaned.
"We'll all be going to the main hall to meet some special guests. Some very special guests"
The students began muttering to each other wondering who the guests may be.
"All students will go to the main hall at exactly 1:00" She said, her voice filled with contained excitement. "See you there"
As the announcement ended, the cafeterias were suddenly bursting with noise, talking about what the principal means.
"Who do you think the 'special' guests are?" Dan asked his sister.
"I don't know, but I have a bad feeling about this" She frowned looking at her brother.
"How bad could it possibly be? The principal did say we're all gonna love it" He reassured her.
"I hope so, Dan..." Amy trailed off, tuning out their schoolmates talking.
Dan's right, how bad could it be?
1:00 PM
All the students were walking down the corridor to the main hall. Dan almost lost Amy in the sea of students, who were all buzzing with excitement and confusion to their mystery guests.
They all stood in the main hall waiting for the mystery guests.
All talking died down as the principal appeared on the stage. The principal was almost jumping in excitement.
"I know you all want to know who the special mystery guests are" She said. "So I'm not going to stall any longer, Let us all welcome the famous cousins! Jonah Wizard, Hamilton Holt, The Starling triplets and Ian and Natalie Kabra!"
As the said people came on stage, the students began shouting in happiness. Some of the die-hard fans even started crying.
Amy looked at Dan in horror as she realize that their cousins were the special guests.
"What are they doing here?" Dan asked her in confusion with a bit of amusement.
Their famous cousins were waving and smiling at the crowd, talking to the students.
"I-I..." Amy was speechless as the siblings watch their school fawn over their family.
They watch in dumbfounded silence as their cousins move around the stage. Jonah had began to rap and the others rapped along, clearly practiced because it was once a well know fact that Hamilton and Natalie couldn't rap.
These went on for a couple of minutes. After they finished rapping and performing whatnots, they began to answer some of the questions the students were yelling out and came down the stage to sign autographs and take pictures.
As their cousins neared them though not seeing them yet, Amy couldn't help herself but ask loudly.
"What the hell are you all doing here?" She asked in a frustrated and annoyed tone.
The students around them glared at her. A girl, who looks like she was obsessed over their cousins, snarled at her.
"Do you know who you're talking to? Is that your way to get their attention? Well, let me tell you, they'll never notice a loser like-" She was cut off by the Cahills walking towards them. The girl turned around and smiled at them innocently and opened her mouth to talk but she never got the chance to before Jonah Wizard went past her to hug Amy tightly that she was practically lifted off the floor.
The entire school population's jaws dropped at confusion and jealousy.
Amy squirmed in Jonah's hug, aware of all the eyes on her. "Let go" She muffled out. "I can't breathe"
"AMES" Jonah yelled excitedly as he finally let go of Amy and went to hug Dan next before he could even react. "Dan! I miss both of you so much. Like we haven't talked in ages or even visited you or-"
Sinead cut him off, taking pity on the Cahill siblings.
"We're here to visit you" She explained to her. "We haven't visited you for months"
"And you couldn't have warned me? Or told me that they'll come at our school?" Amy turned to Hamilton, annoyed. "You went slept at our house yesterday and you couldn't have at least mentioned it to us?"
"We wanted to surprise you" Hamilton said sheepishly.
Amy scoffed at him. Dan put his hand on her shoulder to calm her down.
"Wait, uh, how do you know them?" One of the students in their year spoke up.
Ian began to laugh but stopped when he saw their genuine confusion.
"How do we know them? You mean you don't know?"
Before Amy or Dan could stop him he already spoke up.
"They're basically the leaders of our family, even though they're younger than most of us. They're our cousins" Ian exclaimed out.
The entire mass of students let out a gasp, eyes bulged out, and jaws dropped in shock and surprise.
Dan face palms and Amy hid her face in her hands and they both groaned.
"Yeah, they're our cousins and we're actually all here to come have a little family reunion since we haven't seen them in like four months" One of the male starling triplets told them.
"Anyway, we're done here, Thank you for having us! We love you all" Jonah yelled to be heard. The famous Cahills began to walk away, the students parting like the Red Sea to give them space.
Hamilton turned around to Amy and Dan, who weren't moving from their place.
"And Amy, Dan! We'll all go directly to your house which you refuse to call a mansion. We'll all be staying there and we'll try not to break things or make a mess. See you later, Byeee"
And just like that the cousins disappeared leaving Amy and Dan to face the school alone. They were all still staring at them in shock, disbelief and jealousy before they started talking and asking questions all at one and all hell broke loose.
Dan groaned.
"I officially hate them" Amy grumbled out.
Dan nodded. "Ditto" and he took Amy's hand and ran, dragging her, and escaping the annoying students.

Anyway, I hope you like this, I know this is similar to the last chapter but still...
