So here is another chapter YAY i am on a roll with this. any way continuing from that i have to do something i despise.

p.s. i this chapter is going to be quite long cuz a lot of stuff is going to happen...maybe.
Chapter Four
It's been a couple of days since the accident. My little brother finally got out of the hospital, which is a big relief for me. I was sweeping the front of the daycare center while the kids played on the playground, listening to them laugh and giggle. I sighed as I finished sweeping and wiped the back of my arm on my forehead.
"Ms. Unohana! Ms. Unohana!" I turned and saw Hiyori and the rest of the daycare children running up to me.
"What is it Hiyori?" I asked kneeling down to all of their levels. The children were smiling big some showing their lost teeth. Ami held my hand in her small one and started to tug my hand toward the building.
"It's time for music!" she said excitedly, having a little skip to her walk. I sighed and smiled. How could I forget. The children love it when I sing to them.
"OK, but this time i want everyone to sing. Last time we had music none of you guys sang." I scolded them lightly. I was answered with a chorus of "Yes, Ms. Unohana!" I laughed and continued to follow them inside to the colorful room.
"Alright everyone get in a circle so we can start."
All the kids scrambled to get into a circle as I sat criss-cross-applesauce in the middle. I looked around the makeshift circle seeing all their smiling faces, waiting for me to start.
"So class what song should we sing today?" I asked them and automatically all their hands went straight in the air. I giggled at this. I pointed to a boy with dark brown hair and green eyes.
"Yes, Kaito?"
He smiled big, showing his missing front teeth.
"I want to sing 'Hello, How are you'."
I smiled sweetly at him. He blushed and looked down but kept glancing at me.
"That is a wonderful idea Kaito!" I told him then turned to discuss the rest of the class. "What do you think class?"
"Yes!"
I stood up from the circle and went to go find one of the CDs that had Kaito's song. I flipped through them trying to find the right one.
"Aha!" I exclaimed, which caused the class to erupt in giggles. I smiled sheepishly at them and walked back over to them. I placed the CD in the CD player. I pressed play and quickly sat down with the children. some laughed at how childish I was being. The tune started to play.
"Is everyone ready?" I asked the class, they all nodded their heads in return.

All the kids started to smile big as they sang. They started to clap to the beat. I laughed and started to clap with them.

This was the kids favorite part they liked to sing, I leaned into the circle and the students followed the action.

I smiled at all the kids while they smiled back, still singing. This is how I wished it could be. Peaceful. This reminds me of a story in the Bible, the one about Adam and Eve. Sometimes I wished Eve would have never bitten the apple. There would be no sin. I wish the devil didn't tempt her to eat it. Eve should have just listened to Adam. I mentally laughed. I should love the world how it is. Even with its flaws.

I stood up and started to walk around the kids swing my hands dramatically as I walked. The children followed, forming a line behind me and following my movements. I laughed along with them as I sang the song.

I missed the flash of red that walked by the window as I danced around with the children.

I didn't hear the door open.

I didn't see the person come in and sit on a chair.

I didn't see the person follow my every movement as I danced.

I continued singing with the children as they sang back. I never noticed the person in the back of the room. I never noticed the green eyes that followed me with interest.

I continued to dance and dance. As I danced I was getting closer to the mysterious person; and closer and closer.

As I took one step back, I tripped on a piece of carpet that got bunched up and landed on something soft with a loud 'oomph'. I heard a chuckle as I rubbed my head. I looked up and met the most beautiful shade of green. I blinked once then noticed everything else surrounding that shade of green. I saw the beautiful face of a young woman with red hair.
Red hair...
...
Red...
...
the color of blood.
Flashes of Yusuke's body appeared in my head. I shook slight, my eyes widening in fear and quickly got away from the position I was in, which was on her lap, and the young woman. A look of confusion appeared on her face. I silently gasped and quickly shook away the horrid pictures and gave her a slightly shaky smile.
"I-I'm sorry I didn't hear you come in." I told her with a small laugh.
The young woman smiled and that's when I noticed what she was wearing. She wore the pink Meioh Academy uniform. I tilted my head in confusion. Why was she wearing the boys uniform? I didn't question her about it and asked something else instead.
"Are you here to pick up one of the student?" I asked politely.
"Yes I am." she said. I blinked once more. she had a slightly deep voice for a female.
"Shuichi!" I turned and saw Hiyori running up to the woman. The woman smiled as she hugged the small girl. I smiled slightly. It reminded me of how Jubei would always come to greet me when I came back from work. That reminds me I have to pick up some stuff at the hospital for him.
Mr. Takashi walked in and noticed the woman, Shuichi, and me.
"Oh, Shuichi welcome back!" He said with a smile, he then turned to me "Thanks for coming today Cherumi, you can go home now, I'm sure your mother is worried." I smiled and nodded my head. I turned to Shuichi and bowed to her as well.
"It was nice to meet you Shuichi." I said with a smile. I glanced at her hair tried not to shake. I then turned to Hiyori.
"Hiyori I didn't know you had such a pretty sister." I told her. I missed the confused look Mr. Takashi and Hiyori had and the surprised but amused look Shuichi had. "Don't cause too much trouble for her, Okay?" I said with a giggle then turned to the rest of the children.
"I'll come back tomorrow class be good to Mr. Takashi." I told them.
"Yes Ms. Unohana!" They chorused.
As I walked out of the class room I gasped loudly and ran back into the class room whipping the door open.
"I remember you!" I exclaimed pointing a finger at the now surprised woman. "I bumped into you while walking on my way home."
Her green eyes sparked with recognition. "Oh, yes I remember now."
I smiled sheepishly at her. "Once again I'm sorry about bumping into you and about earlier when I fell on your lap."
Mr. Takashi laughed. "Oh Shuichi. Always having girls fall for you."
I tilted my head confused but shrugged it off. I said sorry again and went on my way to the hospital. As I walked through the busy town I started to notice more of those people in cosplay. Some had green skin, some had dark blue skin and teeth popping out of their lips. They even wore some weird loin cloth. The strangest thing is that people don't seem to notice them. Their hight was impressive too. Some of them were buff beyond belief. I stared at them a little while longer then continued on my way to the hospital. Not noticing their hungry gazes they sent me. I walked into the hospital and went up to the woman at the desk, who was filing her nails and chewing the gum she had so loudly it made a smacking noise.
"uhm, excuse me, miss? I'm here to pick up some medicine for Jubei Unohana."
The woman looked me up and down with a raised eyebrow then started to click away on her computer her gum still smacking.
"If you go down this hallway there will be a medicine room on your left, there will be a bag with Jubei Unohana written on it." she said never looking at me and continued to file her nail. I gave a small smile and followed her instructions. Once I found the room I walked in and quickly spotted the bag right away. I grabbed the bag and put it in my school bag to take home. I walked out of the room closing the door quietly. As I turned my eyes met ruby ones. My eyes widened and I gripped the strap to my school bag tightly, my knuckles turning white. Flashes of Yusuke started to appear again. I closed my eyes and tried to wipe the picture away from my mind again. I my eyes once again and saw nothing. No red eyes anywhere. I looked around the small hallway I was but didn't see the ruby eyes anywhere. I loosened the grip on my bag and continued to walk back to the entrance.
My eyes were lidded as I was deep in thought. I didn't see the person walking in front of me and bumped into him/her.
"Oh, I'm so sorry! I wasn't watching where I going." I looked at the person and blinked.
"Shuichi?"
Shuichi smiled at me. "Good evening Ms. Unohana." She said politely. "I see we bumped into each other again." She said with amusement in her voice.
I flushed and scratched my cheek. "I'm sorry about that, again."
I looked back at Shuichi and noticed her hair once again. It was a really nice color and matched really well with her green eyes and her striking beauty, but i couldn't help but shake slightly. It looked like blood was running down her head. I shook my head of that thought and asked her a question to get my mind off it.
"So Shuichi what are you doing here so late?" I gave her a smile trying to hide my uneasiness. She looked at me with her emerald eyes then looked back at one of the doors. I looked along with her.
"I'm visiting my mother. She is very ill at the moment." I looked at Shuichi then back at the door.
"I hope she gets well." I told her patting her arm gently. She looked down at where I touched her then back at me.
"What are you doing here so late Ms. Unohana?" I smiled at her and patted my bag.
"I came to get some medicine for my little brother." I said.
We continued chatting as we walked down the hallway to the entrance. Shuichi is a very intelligent person. I think she is the smartest person I ever met. She is very knowledgeable about flowers. She seems to have a great interest for plants. I was so invested in talking with Shuichi I didn't even notice that we were already at the entrance.
I looked to the woman behind the desk and smiled at her.
"Thank you, I hope you have nice night." I told her while bowing.
She did not seem to notice me and was staring at something behind me fluttering her eyelashes and giving a flirtatious smile. I blinked then looked behind me. Then looked back at her. Then behind me once again.
I guess she likes women. Shuichi smiled at her but it seemed kind of strained and uncomfortable. I quickly thought of a plan and went to stand next to Shuichi.
She gave me a curious look but then it turned to surprise as I linked our arms together and rested my head on her shoulder.
"Come on, Shuichi let's go before we are late." I said throwing her a smile.
I felt the murderous glare the woman was giving me as we left the building. I looked behind me and let go of Shuichi's arm.
"I'm sorry about that Shuichi," I said while scratching my head. "but the woman was making you uncomfortable right? I could see it in your smile."
She looked shocked by what I said but quickly replaced it with another one of her smiles.
"Thank you Ms. Unohana." She said smiling. I waved my hand at her.
"You don't need to call me that unless I'm at work." I held my hand out to her. " My name is Cherumi, nice to meet you." I gave her the biggest smile I could give her.
She took my hand and lifted it to her lips and placed a gentle kiss on it. I blinked slightly then looked at her with confused eyes.
"It's nice to meet you, Cherumi." She said.
"I didn't know you sung that way." I told her rather bluntly taking my hand back from her grasp. She blinked at me with wide eyes until she started to laugh. It was one of those laughs that made you clutch your stomach from not being able to breathe. I gave a small laugh with her.
"What's so funny Shuichi?" I asked her once she calmed down.
She looked at me, still chuckling from the aftermath of laughing, with her emerald eyes and waved her hand at me.
"I'll tell you later." she said. "How about I walk you home?"
I waved both my hands frantically in front of me. "You don't need to do that!"
She smiled and linked our arms together once again. I looked at our linked arms then back at her.
"I insist." was all she said and we started walking.
( Time skip cause i couldn't think of anything for them to talk about. SORRY!)
Once we stopped in front of my house, I tuned and gave Shuichi a big smile.
"I had fun talking and hanging out with you Shuichi, it was fun." I then bowed to her
"Thank you for bringing me back home." she smiled at me.
"I had fun as well, you are a very interesting character Cherumi." I blushed at the comment, I think it was a comment.
"Well I hope you're safe when walking back home. Tell Hiyori I said 'hi' please." With that gave her a wave and started to walk up the stair to my door. When I was about to open the door Shuichi's voice stopped me.
"Cherumi?" I turned to look back at her.
"Yeah?"
"I'm a male." She said with a smile and walked off saying nothing else.
I stared at the spot she was standing at.

My face turned as red as a tomato as I covered my face with my hands.
"No way...she-he is way too pretty to be a man." I mumbled.
well that was an interesting chapter. cherumi got to see our lovely kurama once again. and another fellow demon who i shall not name because u might kno already.
