Author's Note: ANOTHER few drabbles I wrote at work. Gotta have a serious talk with my boss ;) ... so anyway, this is my take on a a few scenes between Laura and Bill, hope you like it (if you do please leave a review :). Still need another beta-reader by the way, so write me if you're interested.
He's going to kiss me.
All I can see in his eyes is love and respect, and I'm sure it is reflected in mine as well. My heart is beating fast and my hands tremble.
We thought we didn't have a future but he kissed me anyway.
Now we're bound to each other by the vows we just made and the rings on our fingers. Without doubt this is the happiest day in my life. He lifts the veil and when his lips close over mine everything else ceases to exist.
The future is ours. And we'll face it together.
