Elle's POV

After I was back on my feet I glanced in my cousins' direction with a disappointed look on my face. That Jaden kid is pretty strong.

"Jaden I'll be looking for a rematch very soon."

He turned to me with a cheesy grin on his face,

"You're on whenever you're ready."

I turned my attention back to Chazz,

"Can I get my hand back now please? I kind of need it."

His eyes widened and he dropped my hand and crossed his arms over his chest and turned his face away from me with red cheeks. Everyone started laughing at the scene and Chazz walked off.

Chazz's POV

What the hell Chazz? Why'd you walk off? Stupid girl embarrassing me like that.

"Hey boss are you ok? Your face looks red."

"Go away."

"Do you have a fever boss? You should be in bed. Come on let's get you to bed so you can rest."

"I said GO AWAY!"

Later that night with Ms Dorothy

"I should be able to close the shop now."

As I turned my back to finish cleaning the shop a cold wind blew past me. I turned to find nothing there. Strange. Making my way to the broom closet I found more than just the broom in there.

"What is that?"

I reached out to touch the blob of glue when a pair of eyes stared at me. A mouth opened and two rows of teeth pulled me into the blob as my vision blurred.

Jesse's POV

Everybody was heading back to Jaden's room when we were disturbed by Ms. Dorothy.

"Something wrong ma'am?"

She didn't respond instead she activated the duel disc on her wrist.

"Um is this how the staff greet new students Jesse?" Faith leaned over to ask me.

"Not at all. Something's wrong. Ms. Dorothy doesn't duel at all."

At the same moment she summoned a monster and sent it to attack us. I activated my duel disc and sent Topaz Tiger after the monster headed our way. Topaz destroyed the monster and returned back to my hand as I deactivated my duel disc. Jaden stepped forward,

"Ms. Dorothy what happened?"

She summoned another monster to attack us but an angel and Diamond Dude destroyed it.

"Maybe we should run."

"Good idea."

As we turned around a corner everybody almost ran into a purple blob sitting on floor. Shay used a hairpin to poke it and eyes and a mouth appeared as the hairpin was consumed. Almost immediately a similar hairpin was spit out of the blob while the original hairpin was still in the blob.

"That doesn't look right."

As I said that the hairpin jumped at Shay to attack her.

Shay's POV

The hairpin jumped at me to attack me but a book blocked it's path. I looked to my side and saw Jaden looking at me with a cheesy grin on his face.

"You good?"

"I think so."

I looked back in the direction of the hairpin to see it crawling away.

"Ok so anybody care to explain what's going on here?"

"I wish we could but we're just as clueless as you three are." Alexis spoke up.

I looked around to find everyone with a blank expression on their faces. What's going on?
