Sired To My Love

I Do Not Own TVD!

Driving across the country reminded him of how he and Elena had drove from Mystic Falls all the way to Atlanta, after her car crash when Jenna had still been alive. Speaking of Atlanta he looked beside the winding road and saw a sign saying '46 kilometers to Atlanta'. This had brought back memories. Except he wasn't with Elena, but his younger brother. He sighed and continued to drive down the highway keeping his eyes on the road. He still had three whole provinces to get through to get to New Orleans. His brother better have an epic apology in place when he shows him Elena is not sired to him. Damon didn't need this non-sense, he didn't need to listen to his brother go about him being sired to Elena. He believed she loved him, and her feelings are finally breaking through. Stefan obviously was catch up in his own one sided love from now on and he couldn't take that reality. Damon sighed softly, just six hours and we should be reaching New Orleans.

Jeremy lay on his bed looking up at the ceiling in thought. One thing kept running through his mind. Killing those blood suckers. He clenched his fist tightly out of anger. He should of never listened to Stefan and killed that vampire, his sub conscious said to him. If he hadn't, he wouldn't be in this mess and having the urge to kill his own sister. He sat up and looked over at his dresser, on top; the picture of him, his sister and their parents sat. Standing up to his full height he walked over to the picture frame. Carefully he took it in his rough hands. Why did things have to turn out this way?

"Jeremy" The voice called. He knew this voice, it was familiar. It was as if he hadn't heard that voice for the longest time. He slowly turned around. There stood his mother and father. They smiled at him, Jeremy in the shocked state he was in he had dropped the picture.

"M-Mom? D-Dad?" He managed to stutter out. Jeremy walked over to his parents and his mother raised her hand to stroke his cheek lovingly.

"Things were supposed to happen for a reason, Things will all turn out good in the end. Don't let this eat you up inside" His mother said to him softly. "Don't get yourself into too much trouble sweetheart" His dad nodded at him in agreement and he patted him on the shoulder.

"Champ, protect who you love, don't let this mark change who you are" Jeremy's dad said calmly. "We have to go now, you shouldn't forget what we told you" He had spoken again before they had both disappeared. Jeremy touched his cheek where his mother's hand had last been. Was that real? Were they actually here? Tears welled up in his eyes as he backed up against his door. He slid down slowly as his hands went up into his hair, gripping his hair. This curse wasn't going to control him, he had to listen to his parents words, and control it. Tears fell down his cheeks, the droplets staining them. Never again was he going to be controlled. He would protect Elena and every one he loved, He wouldn't dare have anyone else die on him.

They drove into the road that leaded to the boarding house. They passed luscious patches of green grass and hedges. The giant trees were about fifty feet high maybe more or less. Circling to the front of the house, Caroline parked the car and took the keys out of the ignition. Opening their doors they got out of the car and walked to the large front doors and knocked before walking right into the house.

"Elena?" Bonnie called out into the house like mansion. She looked to either side and saw that Elena wasn't down stairs.

"She can't be sleeping its almost 1" Caroline looked around some more, deciding the only other place she could be was up stairs. Climbing the stairs with Bonnie a few steps behind. "Elena!" Caroline shouted out coming up to the top floor where all the bed rooms were. They stair ahead of them and saw that one of the doors were open. Making it to the end of the hall way Caroline noticed that the room was Damon's. Well that's not a surprise.. She thought to herself. Walking in she saw Elena packing away stuff into drawers in Damon's room. She defiantly knew those clothes were not Damon's. Elena turned around to see Bonnie and Caroline in the entrance of the bedroom.

"How did you guys know I was here?" Elena said, walking over toward them.

"Well I certainly don't think you would be home where your brother could easily drive a stake in your back" Caroline said sarcastically, crossing her arms. Elena's mood saddened at the thought of Jeremy trying to kill her for the second time. Elena nodded slowly, nibbling at her lip.

"So, where's Stefan and Damon?" Bonnie asked, she thought it was weird for Elena to be alone in the house by herself when the Salvatore brothers weren't home.

"All Damon said was that he and Stefan were going out of town and that he would be back tomorrow" Elena shrugged softly. "I know there's a reason behind why you're here so tell me" Elena said with a laugh. Bonnie and Caroline nodded an Caroline started to talk.

"We came to kidnap you away from these problems so we can have a girl's night" Caroline said with that smile of hers. "Just the three of us" Bonnie finished, smiling brightly.

"Really? You're going to stop your magic for today?" Elena said wide eyed.

"Yeah, I really need to get out of all the practice, we need girl time" Bonnie said softly, grabbing Elena's hand.

"Get your stuff and we'll go to my house, moms not going to be home so perfect for just us" Caroline said happily. Bonnie let go of Elena's hand and Elena went over to the drawers and grabbed her PJ's and a pair of clothes for tomorrow. Also a few more things that she might end up needing while over there. She put it a duffle bag that she used when she brought her things from her house.

"Okay I've got everything" Elena said as they all walked out of the bedroom, down the flights of stairs and out to the car where Elena put her bag in the back of the car and got in. The other two girls got in and Caroline put the keys in the ignition and revved the engine and drove away down the path back to the high way.

Welcome to New Orleans the sign over head had written out. Those six hours had taken forever. Finally they had made it safe and sound. It was time they search for Charlotte. Turning on the street with the famous name, Bourbon Street we set out our search. The street changed from over 70 or so years; of course it would. Modern day New Orleans had a lot of new things on this street. He barely recognized the bar he's been in when he had met Charlotte. Turning into that very bar from 1942, he parked and pulled the brake. He took the keys out of the ignition and opened his door stepping out onto the cement roads, Stefan following suit. They had nowhere to start except this bar. Pushing open the door he noticed how much this place had been remodeled.

"How do you expect us to find a girl we knew 70 years ago?" Damon complained sneering at Stefan. Walking into the bar he searched around for any one with red hair. Without any luck he met back up with Stefan who was also searching around.

~Hours Later~

Walking into a crowd outside and Damon shoved his hands deep into his pockets. It was getting dark and he was losing hope for this search. He spun around and eyed Stefan.

"Is it impossible to think that she can have feelings for me?" Damon questioned, eye brows knitted together glaring back at Stefan

"No, it's impossible for her to be so blind that she doesn't see how wrong you are for her" Stefan said with emotions spilling from his words, one of them being jealousy.

"Are you doing what's best for her or what's best for you?" Damon spoke again. His brother was being lousy. After a moment of them both sulking Damon spoke up.

"This is useless, we are not going to find a girl we-" Damon stopped mid-sentence by a familiar voice that filled the air.

"Damon?" The star stricken vampire turned around slowly to find a girl with her hair let loose. Her hair was red with colliding curls running over her shoulders. She dressed casually unlike from 1942 where the clothes were so old fashion, but back then it was what was popular.

"Charlotte?" His voice calm and collected, his tone changing.

Laying down the last blanket Caroline and the other girls sat down with a bowl of popcorn.

"So Elena are you okay with all of this? Moving away from Jeremy and having to move in with Damon?" Bonnie asked taking a handful of popcorn and placing it on the blanket, taking pieces now and then. Elena exhaled heavily.

"I'll be find Bonnie, I'm probably staying with Damon from now on I can't walk in the house, I might get staked by Jeremy.. I can't take that risk" She said fiddling with her thumbs. Caroline put some popcorn in her mouth and munched on it listening to Elena.

"Matt's going to be staying there to keep him in check" Elena continued. Bonnie nodded as her phone went off. She took it up and looked down at the screen.

'You need to keep practicing Bonnie you can't quit out on magic for one night, come over and keep practicing' The message said, and it came from the one person she didn't want to get bothered by. Professor Shane. Bonnie got annoyed by him and ignored the text. She smiled up at the girls and grabbed the bottle of vodka that they planned on drinking.

"Well what are we waiting for?" Bonnie said pouring the liquor into a plastic cup and handed it to Elena and poured another one for herself and Caroline.
