A/N: Huzzah! It's here :D Ok, I want to apologize for the briefness of this, but I wanted at least one chapter that focuses on Rose. And in case you're wondering, I couldn't fit that clever title so I had to settle with something shorter :( OH WELL!
Navi: RedroseNYAN does not own Legend of Zelda or any of its characters.
Uh, you were supposed to wait.
Navi: :P too bad! I'm going to the freaking spa today, thank you very much!
o_o ooookay... I'm not going to ask how, but fine by me. just be back in time for chapter 6 or 7, ok?
Navi: yeah yeah. *Leaves*
_ Well, on with the story, I guess.
Rose POV
I couldn't believe my eyes! I actually had my favorite Links all right here in my computer! As I watched them exchange stories, I leaned back in my swivel chair. Hearing their experiences almost made then sound like real people, but I know they're just video game characters. Which reminds me, I should begin preparing the program! I click on the minimize button and shrink the viewing box so that I can still watch them while I figure this thing out. I double-click on the custom Hylian shield icon and open the program.
Welcome to the Character Playroom!
I smile at the loading screen. My techie friend did a great job putting this together. I wonder what surprises he has for me to exploit. The words disappear, a selection screen taking its place. After a quick browse, I click on the button labeled "Labyrinth".
Welcome to the Labyrinth Creator!
Please choose which Labyrinth template you would like to use or design your own custom labyrinth.
I glance at the viewing window and see the Links laughing over some joke. I smile and look back at the options. There are three choices: "A to B", "Common Goal", and "Jail Break". Under each option is a sample picture. There is also a button that says "Custom" and "Merge". After a moment of consideration, I click "Merge" and select "Common Goal" and "Jail Break". An hourglass icon rotates for a few seconds before a circular labyrinth appears.
Is this ok?, it asks.
I click yes.
Please place the characters at the starting points.
A box opens on the lower screen, containing chibi representations of each of the Links and Princesses. Grinning, I clink-and-drag the icons to the designated places. I've made sure to place each Link with a different partner, which ends up being five groups with a Four Sword Link in each one. That's fine with me, except there is six princesses, if you include Tetra. "Hmm...Well, Stella was kind of like a companion in Spirit Tracks, so I'll have Stella in Spirit's team." I place all the other princesses in the center circle. I click done.
Please place the obstacles.
The empty chibi box is replaced by a list of options separated into four groups: Puzzles, Traps, and Enemies. With each team in mind, I designate each obstacle for maximum entertainment. Then I click done.
Thank you for using Labyrinth Creator!
Saving...
I sit back and smile, glancing briefly at the viewing window. Once I launch the program, they will be transported to my little torture chamber of fun.
"Hehe, this is gonna be awesome!"
A/N: Man that was short _ Ok, so most of the time I spent that kept me from uploading this yesterday was because I was drawing up a freaking labyrinth from scratch! geez that thing took forever. But I did it for you guyz! anyway, I uploaded the hidden copy on my deviantart account, Redrose55x. Check it out! Oh, and I am still looking for more ideas, so if anyone thinks up something I can put in the labyrinth, let me know!
Laters! ;D
