AN: I wanted to let you guys know that I will be using bold lettering for when the zero tails speaks and thinks.
Chapter 4
In the dragon temple of Warfang we find four dragons, talking around a pool of water that appeared to be carved into the stonework.
One is a purple dragon with what appears to be golden wings and underbelly.
"And that's what happened." The purple one finished explaining.
"That is quite an interesting story you told Spyro." said a green dragon with a pale orange underbelly and wings, and what appeared to be spike club for a tail.
"I now want to study this creature and its weapons." A yellow dragon with an underbelly the color of electric purple same as the highlights on his wings and horns.
"This very well could be a trap or a spy." A frost blue dragon said who's body looks like it was partially made of crystal.
"Anyway, where is Cynder? She did come in the temple with you."
"She's keeping any eye on that creature we brought here. I can show you." Spyro said
Crash's P.O.V.
In Crash's Mindscape.
I was getting up from the ground looking around. The environment looked like a snow covered field with a raging thunder storm overhead. In the center of the field laid what appeared to be a dark purple leech like serpent from a distance curled up. I walked towards it knowing clearly what it was. It was the Zero tails. When I got close enough I could clearly see the mask on its face, it didn't seem to happy.
"Dosu!"
"How many times have I told you to call me Crash?"
"Hmm... let me think about that." It said to me before pausing. "495 times." It said to me chuckling.
"And how many more time will it take for you to call me Crash?
"I say 5 more times."
"Anyway, Zero can you fill me in on what happened since I blacked out?"
"You were knocked out by a black Kirin that was holding your clan's sword in its mouth. After you were knocked out it put your sword back into its scabbard before entering your sword."
"Well, that does explain my splitting headache. Anything else happen?"
"Yes, you were taken into a temple that's in the center of a city by two strange creatures I didn't recognize also your swords were taken by them when they got to the temple."
"Okay then anything else you want to add possibly insult related maybe?"
"If your body was the perfect host for me, I would have left long ago. You're too damn emotionally stable. I would cause instability if you weren't the perfect host."
"Okay then Zero. Anyway, I need you to start producing and storing dark chakra."
"How many tails?" he asked me with a sigh.
"Well, I don't know how many so try exceeding 10 tails and if you can do that keep going until we're able to get back home. I won't be relying on it I'll be using my own chakra unless I truly need it." I said making the mask it was wearing turn to an annoyed frown.
"I fucking hate you at times."
"I know you do. It happens to everybody." I said "Well, I think I should probably wake up and throw somebody out a window for touching my clan's sword."
"Yeah, you go do that. I'll be here making chakra. I'll let you know if anything interesting happens by that mental link we don't normally use."
"Okay then see you later." I said before finally leaving.
