chapter 2: a slick heist
we bowed down in front of the king. " I have a mission for you. you have to go to the barbarian camp and steal the plans for their next invasion. you'll have to lead a group of 10 my royal guard on your journey. you got that. and green knight while you're there give the kid some pointers." "yes, sir. also, may I request we bring along someone else." "And whom might that be." "pink knight"
we trudged through the battlefield between our kingdom and the camp. we fought hard to get there. on the journey, we temporarily recruited some townspeople to help with the heist. in about a week or so we stopped in a 5-mile radius of the camp with 21 soldiers (mostly villagers with pitchforks and hatchets, and for some reason pink knight) and devised a plan.
"ok," said, green knight "here's the plan. we'll have 2 planes come out and we'll jump out and land somewhere near the tent where the plan is..." "whoa" I started "now as epic as that sounds, you need to remember this is the 5th century, not the 21st." "do you got a better plan than" "yeah I do actually"
so we went through my plan. first, we snuck up to the front where 4 barbarian guards where sleeping. so 4 of us went up to them, grabbed the pillows from underneath their heads and suffocate the guards. was it really ethical? ehh 50 50. when they were down the rest of the unit went in and we looked all around for places to hide. why you may ask. well because of thats next part of the plan. the guards won't be able to see us. we ninjad our way into the camp taking out guard along the way.
after a few minutes, we were within 20 feet of the castle until one of the villagers with a pitchfork fell and accidentally stabbed a man killing him. well if I didn't do anything it would look like the end for him. so I jumped down and killed the soldiers around him. "your welcome. now lets pon these guys" I whistled to the others signaling for them to come out and fight. we were doing good until we weren't. we lost 9 men in the fight. we were at arrow point when their leader came to us. hatty hattington "hello there. it was a pretty slick heist you tried to pull off there except that I'm hatty hattington the richest man in the world" "but do you have what we have" a sudden noise could be heard in the background "back up"
all of a sudden a purple beefy man ran in and wrecked them all "hey green how long does the sandwich last" "with my new formula it'll last a minute." taking this advantage I ran through the chaos into the tent where the plans are which were being guarded by a couple of barbarians. after a really complicated fight scene that we don't need to go into details (*cough cough* so much violence *cough cough*) I got out the plans and saw that the men we had left were puncturing barbarian brutes. I turned to pink knight "the h-e double hockey sticks (we can't cuss this is a kids fic) happened here." "well, purple knight's beefiness ran out just as hatty brought out his beefy men (whos beefiness last forever for some reason). so we just decided to take them down. and here we are" "ok then" so I joined the fight and to make a long story short there were only four of us left. pink knight, green knight, me and purple knight.
"no my army you'll pay for this I swear about this" "alright shut up," I said before leaving him. then I noticed something. "hey are we just gonna leave these bodies here" "no we're not savages." said green knight "somehow (which I am not explaining) the king's men come and take their bodies and then we give them a proper burial." "Ohh I've always wondered what happened to them" well we went in and I placed the plans on the king's desk "that guy over there is evil. if he ever attacks then you'd best be prepared" the king looked at me shocked "why do you think I had you go after the plans. this is how we'll be prepared." the en... just kidding.
we cut to hattys castle where we see him going into a portal leading too... battle block theatre where a bunch of people were punching each other. "hello performers. it's time for a change of scenery"
