Yes I know it's been forever... But better late than never?
She let hair down, both physically and figuratively. Olivia Pope was having fun. After winning a few rounds of flip cup between her and Quinn, she had gotten on a nice buzz.
When she first walked down the stairs, she was shocked to see none other than Edison, Jake and Billy there. According to Tanner the 3 of them had practically forced themselves in. Without wanting to fight in his house and risk them damaging or breaking anything, Fitz bit his tongue and ignored all three of them.
Her stomach turned as Jake asked her to join him for game of beer pong.
"No thank you." She replied.
"And why the fuck not?"
"Because I can't stand you.", and with that Olivia turned away and made her way back up the stairs. She was surprised to see Fitz at the door with a pizza man. Olivia watched silently as he paid and carried three boxes of pizza into his kitchen before noticing her.
"Hi." He smiled at her. She didn't respond but his smile didn't falter. "Are you hungry?"
She was starving, she hadn't eaten since breakfast. "Yeah.", she nodded her head softly.
He smiled eagerly, motioning for her to come over. "What do you like? I ordered cheese, pepperoni and sausage."
"Pepperoni's fine.", she said softly. Fitz immediately tore her off a few slices and handed her a plate. She gave him a curt smile and accepted the plate. A large part of her knew drinking on an empty stomach was never a good thing.
He was quickly learning that Olivia was touchy. So after handing her the pizza, he lifted up the three boxes with paper plates in his hand Fitz headed towards downstairs.
"Olivia."
She lifted her gaze.
"I just wanted to say I'm sorry for what happened in the library." He said sincerely with a weak smile. "I never meant to upset you."
She could only nod her head and watched as he smiled sweetly before going down the stairs. Her throat tightened and before she knew it her eyes were now watering.
Why was she so close to crying yet again? It couldn't have been the alcohol. It was him. Why on earth had she nearly allowed herself to cry in his presence twice? What was he doing to her? Olivia had barely known this boy yet he continually brought out emotions in her she tried desperately to hide.
She immediately sucked those tears back into her eyes and joined the party back downstairs.

It worked. His apology worked. After apologizing to her upstairs Olivia was definitely being more receptive towards him. She even asked him to be her partner for a game of beer pong against Mellie and Tanner. Although Fitz hated beer pong, he was just thankful for the opportunity to get know her a little better.
"You're shit." She laughed as they lost the game.
"I know." He admitted with a goofy smile. "I hate beer pong."
"Then why did you play?"
"Because you asked me to."
The weight of his words hit her again but she refused to cry in such a public setting. As there eyes met again she'd never felt such a strong pull towards anyone before. She physically felt herself being drawn towards him; like a magnet. Olivia had to blink away quickly, looking back down at her shoes.
"EVERYONE!" Abby yelled drunkly, having come with Jake. There was no way she was going to allow Jake and Olivia to have a chance at being alone together. "LETS PLAY SPIN THE BOTTLE."
Everyone groaned. Spin the bottle was a game for 13 year olds.
"Shut up Abby." Mellie mouthed off.
"Okay how about 7 minutes in heaven."
Immediately everyone made a circle at the hub of Fitz's basement. Abby being the wannabe dictator she was, took charge of the room. She pointed to the game closet right before them.
"If you're chosen you have to go in there for 7 whole minutes." Abby pulled out her phone and set a timer. "When the times done you come out and we move on, and you can only have one turn."
Fitz was sweating hard. As he sat beside Tanner his heart was beating out of his chest. He wanted more than anything to be chosen with Olivia but knew against it. He just hoped and prayed that Olivia wasn't chosen to go in with Jake. That would destroy him.
"I'll choose first." Edison grinned widely as Jake stopped whispering in his ear.
"Yeah right!" Abby wasn't a stupid girl. She knew Jake probably told Edison to put him and Olivia in the closet together, which is why she had to act fast. "I picked the game so I go first, and I choose Olivia and Fitz."
The room was dead silent. The tension increasing with every second. Fitz could feel Jake glaring him down angrily.
Olivia shrugged got up from her seat and made her way into the closet without a word.
"I dare you." Jake hissed loudly looking directly at Fitz. Fitz gave him a dry smirk before getting up and joining Olivia in the closet, closing the door behind him.
It was pitch black, he couldn't see a damned thing as he walked forward cautiously. "Where are you?" He asked softly.
"Behind you."
He turned around and instantly felt her presence. "Hi." He stuttered out nervously.
"Hi."
It got very quiet and very awkward extremely fast. He was overthinking and overthinking only made him more nervous. "Listen Olivia, we don't have to do anything at all." He took a few steps back from her. "I'm fine with just talking, or not talking. Whatever you'd like."
It was almost a full minute before she responded with a choked up voice. If he didn't know any better it sounded like she was crying.
"Why are you so nice to me?"
He furrowed his brows, not understanding what she meant. "What do you mean?"
"I mean every single person here treats me like shit. Why are you so nice to me?"
Fitz began to wonder if that stupid Ballard had upset her while he wasn't looking. "Ignore Jake." He told her. "He's... He's pathetic."
But it wasn't just Jake, but she let it go.
"Why are you so nice to me Fitz I've been nothing but horrible to you since you moved here."
He shrugged. He didn't really have any answer for her. "I don't know. I guess... I don't know. I like you."
"You like me?" She chuckled humourlessly. How could anyone on earth like her. She couldn't even stand to look in the mirror half the time.
"Yeah. I think you're funny, smart, mysterious. You're beautiful." He'd always been a lightweight but Fitz didn't think after 2 beers and a game of flip cup he'd be spilling out his heart.
She didn't say anything as the tears again began to roll down her face. After a few moments she gathering herself, she turned around and left the closet leaving Fitz confused.
"Everybody out." She ordered them.
"What the hell are you talking about?!" Abby growled as she stroked Jake's arm. He was furious.
"EVERYBODY OUT." She roared even louder this time telling them know she meant business.
Fitz was confused, but didn't dare to challenge her. Instead he came out of the closet and watched as Olivia kicked everyone out of his house.
"I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE!" Jake roared.
Olivia had just about reached her limit with Jake. She wanted nothing more than to take a bottle and clobber it right over his head. Instead she took a deep breath, "get the fuck out."
Abby shrugged, pleased with everything going on. She took hold of Jake's hand, "c'mon." She whispered in his ear. "Let's go. You, me, Amanda and Billy can all come back to mine."
Jake didn't say a word. Instead he growled angrily at both Fitz and Olivia before allowing Abby to guide him outside like everyone else was headed.
Once outside Abby quickly cornered Amanda who seemed to be texting her mother. Abby immediately snatched the phone out of her hands hastily. "You're coming back to mine."
"What?" Amanda raised her eyebrow. "I'm going home."
"No." Abby tried her best to hide her irritation with Amanda. "You're coming back to mine with Jake and Billy."
"Billy?!"
"You're going to entertain him while I take care of Jake." Abby was using her smarts. Olivia had repeatedly rejected Jake multiple times throughout the night, and had just chosen Fitz publicity. It didn't take a rocket scientist to put together that Olivia was about to rock Fitz's world, in more ways than one. An opportunity like this wouldn't come along again, she had to strike when the iron was hot.
Amanda stood there confused as ever. "Why do I need to come back with Billy? If you want to hook up with Jake, just hook up with him yourself."
"Because Jake and Billy are in separable. If you hang out with Billy, Jake will have no choice but to have sex with me." And with that Abby dragged Amanda towards Jake and Billy who had kicked over Fitz's trash can.
"Hey." Jake said dryly, clearly still pissed about Olivia.
"Are you guys ready to go?" Abby smiled prettily while gripping tightly Amanda's hand.
"I guess." Jake shrugged. For the night if Olivia was refusing to cooperate, he would force himself to settle for Abby just for the time being.
"Great."

Fitz had never been so nervous as he currently was. After kicking everyone out, Olivia asked him to lead her to his bedroom which he did cautiously and carefully. He watched nervously as she sat on his bed and looked around his room.
"Have you had sex before?" She asked him bluntly after minutes of an awkward silence.
He shook his head frantically. "No.", he said quickly. "Have you?"
"Nope."
He swallowed hard, a little caught off guard by the question. "Do you want something to drink? Water or—"
"We should have sex." She told him, sitting up right. "Like now."
"What? Why?"
"Do you not want to?" Her voice was starting to get cold.
"I do but, I didn't think you liked me very much. Aren't you supposed to like the person you lose your virginity to?"
Olivia eyed him carefully, avoiding his question. "Sit."
He did just that, sitting right beside her, and a moment later they were kissing. Her warm tongue slide perfectly into his mouth and he responded immediately, pulling her into his lap. His hands went to her shapely ass which he massaged and caressed, eliciting moans from her. He clapped one hand on each cheek, feeling the soft skin there.
She bit down on his bottom lip aggressively, while slowly removing his shirt. Their lips only drifted as Olivia pulled the item of clothing above his head before disposing of her own.
"Are you sure about this?" He asked her as she got underneath the sheets, clad only in her bra and panties.
She nodded her head. "Get in here."
He did just that. Slipping out of his boxers he joined her inside the double bed as she removed her undergarments.
"Condom."
"Oh right." He grabbed his pants and nervously pulled his only condom out of his wallet. She watched intently as he placed it on.
He was big. Much bigger than she had expected. Much bigger than she'd ever seen. Momentarily she wondered if he'd be able to fit, only to have him kiss her neck sweetly.
"We don't have to do this." He told her with a weak smile. "I didn't... I didn't think you would even talk to me tonight let alone—"
"I want to."
And that was that. He smiled at her and she smiled back. He rolled on top, got into position and teased her entrance with the tip of his penis. She moaned, rolling her hips upwards.
"This is going to hurt." He frowned. "I'm sorry."
"It's okay. Just, go slow?"
He nodded, bringing his lips to hers softly. "Of course."

Silence filled the air as they both laid on their backs, staring up at the ceilings.
"You okay?" He asked nervously having remembered her wincing at the start.
"Yep." She said softly. "You?"
"Good." He nodded his head awkwardly. At this moment in time Fitz didn't know if Olivia was going to start to be nice to him, or go back to being cold.
"I should probably go."
"You can stay." His words shot out of his mouth rapidly. "I'd like it if you stayed."
She gave him a weak smile, turning on her side. "We have school tomorrow."
"I know." He brushed a sweaty hair off her face, pleasantly surprised that she didn't pull away. "But I'd like it if you slept over. If that's okay."
"Can I have some clothes?" She said slightly embarrassed. He chuckled, jumping out of bed to his dresser. Fitz pulled out a bright red T-shirt and a pair of black basketball shorts.
"Is this okay?" He asked with a half smile.
She nodded, accepting the clothes with a bashful smile. Quickly, Olivia pulled the shirt over her head and slipped on the shorts. "Thanks."
He couldn't believe the sight before him, Olivia Pope; the most beautiful creature he'd ever laid eyes on him was now laying in his bed. This was hands down the best day of his entire life.
"Can I ask you something?" He said awkwardly, getting in the bed next to her.
"Um yeah...sure." She replied nervously as they laid beside each other, looking up at the ceiling. A certain vulnerability came with losing their virginities to one another, which made both of them nervous and awkward.
"Was I... Was I any good?"
And just like that the awkwardness was gone as Olivia bursted into a fit of laughter. His question as honest as it was, was quite simply the funniest yet sweetest thing she'd ever heard.
"I'm serious." He chuckled. "I want to know... I mean I hope I wasn't bad."
"I'm pretty sure you made me... You know." Olivia blushed at the thought.
"What?" He raised his eyes brows, unsure of what she meant. The last thing he wanted to hear was that he wasn't in fact good, or that she was faking it.
"You know..." Olivia couldn't remember the last time she had giggled, laughed or smiled so hard. "You made me cum Fitz."
"I did?!" His voice nearly broke at the news as he turned on his side immediately to face her. "Did I actually?!"
"Yep." Olivia turned to face him as well. Although she'd never had an orgasm in her life, nor come close to ever having one before him; she was certain that was what had just taken place. Her entire body had felt to explode into a million and one pieces, in the best possible way. "You made me cum."
"Awesome." He said eagerly with the biggest possible smile on his face.
"Did you..."
"Yeah." He chuckled shyly.
"Awesome." She smiled back at him.
It felt good to let her walls down slightly for him. To laugh, joke and smile with him. Fitz was sweet, and he was kind, not to mention gorgeous with a 3rd leg. Olivia was certain Fitzgerald Grant was perfect. But if there was one thing she learned, if something seemed to good to be true, it probably was. Good things rarely happened to her, thats just how it was. But for now, in this moment, she was just going to enjoy and laugh. Reality could wait.
"I'm glad I lost my virginity to you." Fitz said honestly. "You're absolutely stunning."
"You're not that bad yourself."
"Goodnight Olivia." He smiled, leaning in and kissing her softly. It wasn't rushed or full with angst, just a simple and nice kiss. A large part of him couldn't believe he bad the nerve to kiss her as such.
"Goodnight Fitz." She said softly as he pulled away.

News of their night together travelled like wildfire throughout the halls of the school. Most people from the party assumed what had taken place between both Fitz and Olivia, and it didn't help the situation when Fitz walked in with golf ball sized hickeys on his neck.
"Well well well." Tanner smirked, joining his friend at his locker. "Look at what the cat dragged in."
"Shut up." Fitz chuckled as Tanner made the effort to backhand the love bite on his neck.
"So how was it?" Jason grinned widely. The two boys were both desperate to hear the nitty gritty details.
"I don't kiss and tell." Fitz said curtly. He had enough respect for Olivia, not to air her out. It wasn't that he didn't trust Tanner or Jason, but he wouldn't dare risking what he could potentially have with her.
"Everyone knows you too did it." Tanner huffed. "It's so obvious. She didn't kick everyone out of your house to play checkers."
"Enough." Fitz frowned. In all honesty he had been feeling anxious since waking up to an empty bed. He knew Olivia had to get home, but he just wished she had said goodbye first. He only hoped he hadn't gone too far with the goodnight kiss. Perhaps to her, he was simply a hook up and nothing more.
"Fine fine." The two boys held their hands up jokingly. "We'll stop."
"Thank you." Fitz smiled, gathering his books and fixing up his backpack. As he waved his friends goodbye, he couldn't help but notice practically all eyes on him as he made the trip around the hallway to Olivia's locker.
There she stood. Standing alone as she collected her biology and calculus text books. With her hair in her signature high ponytail, this girl continually took his breath away.
"Hi." He smiled her shyly.
She turned and breathed a sigh of relief. For some odd and strange reason, seeing him put her at ease.
"Hi." She smiled back.
They stood there smiling goofily at each other for what felt like ages.
"I had a really good time last night." Fitz said lowly, knowing that were prying ears all around.
"So did I." Olivia nearly shivered at the thought of reliving last night. The man he became when the two of then became one was out of this world. He was so aggressive, yet passionate and careful.
"I meant what I said Olivia. I like you. I really do. And I'm not saying it for you to say it back, I'm saying it so you know that I'm here for you." He was getting nervous and quickly looked to the floor. "I'd love it if maybe we could hang out again."
"Just the two of us? Alone?" She asked, tilting his head up so they regained eye contact.
"If that's okay with you."
"Find me after school." She said with a bat of her lashes before slinging her school bag across her shoulders.
"I have practice." He sighed.
"I'll wait.", and with that she smiled coyly and swiftly made her way to class.

"She fucked him." Ballard hissed as they all watched Fitz and Olivia sitting together at lunch. The pair were in grass making small conversation while listening to music on his iPhone.
"We know." Abby rolled her eyes, she couldn't have been happier. Now with Olivia involved with Fitz, Jake was now hers.
"I can't believe it. I've been pining after that for years.. Finally get a kiss during the summer, only for her to go and fuck him. What the fuck does he have that I don't?" Jealousy and rage steamed throughout his voice.
"Who cares." Amanda said bitterly. "Can we please change the subject?"
"No." Jake cursed. "I'm going over there." And before anyone could stop him, Ballard had stormed over to the two of them like a mad man.
"What the hell?" Olivia snarled as Jake practically ran over to them.
"You must think you're hot shit Grant." Jake hissed, staring Fitz directly in the eye.
"What on earth are you talking about?" Fitz said completely confused. A second ago him and Olivia were listening to Radiohead, and now it seemed Jake was hungry for a fight.
"You come out of absolutely NO WHERE, take my SPOT on the team and fuck MY GIRL." Jake was now yelling for everyone to hear.
"I'm not your girl." Olivia frowned. "Don't be disgusting."
"Shut your whore mouth." Jake spat inches from her face. The thought of her fucking Grant was enough to turn him off her forever.
"Get out my face." Olivia growled, having the shortest temper out of the three of them. Before she could slap the snot out of him, Fitz jumped the gun, sucker punching Ballard to the floor.
"Don't you EVER speak to her like that again!" Fitz howled, hovering over Jake angrily. He couldn't help the overwhelming protectiveness he felt towards Olivia. He would be damned to have scum like Jake, speak to her like that. Before he could get in another punch like wanted to, he felt her hands pulling him by the back of his shirt.
"Leave it." Olivia said dryly. She knew if Fitz continued, Jake would simply run to Coach and get him kicked off the team.
Fitz listened, managing to pull himself up and off Ballard, whilst trying to cool down.
"Leave her alone." He warned Jake as he stumbled to his feet. At this point Jake was both shocked and disoriented to say the least.
"Leave us both alone." Olivia piped in, warning Jake for the final time. Turning to Fitz she took his hand in hers and the two of them made their way inside, attracting the attention of the entire field.
Abby watched the two of them leave the table with disgust. "Such a little whore she is."
Amanda remained quiet, keeping her eyes on her ham sandwich. She was starting to think her budding friendship with Abby was doing more harm than good. "She's not all that bad."
Abby rolled her eyes. "Your my friend. Don't defend her."
Amanda nodded, remaining silent. She was starting to wonder what kind of a friend Abby was pimping her out to scum like Billy.

"You okay?" Olivia examined Fitz's hand in the boys changeroom. It was swollen and red, she was almost certain it was broken. She'd expected Jake to be the one to throw the first punch, him being the hot head that he was. But she was pleasantly surprised to see Fitz jump to her rescue and defend her. No one had ever done anything like that for her in her life. It made her feel warm and fuzzy inside. It put a genuine smile on her face.
"I'm fine." He smiled. His hand was stinging but he'd encountered far worse.
"You know you can't go around punching Ballard whenever you feel like it."
"He was rude to you."
"He's always rude to me."
"Well thats going to change." Fitz replied. He'd be damned if Jake were to ever look at Olivia again, let alone talk to her. He would protect what was his at any cost.
She smiled softly but it didn't reach her eyes. He was truly sweet and kind, something she wasn't familiar with.
"You let me know if he talks to you again."
Olivia looked and him before giving in and nodding with a chuckle. "Fine." He cupped her face with his bruised hand sending shivers up her spine.
"Can I have a kiss?" He was being bold, tossing caution to the wind. Anyone with a pair of eyes could tell there was something going on with them. He felt no need to hide it.
"No."
"No?"
"No."
"It's empty." Fitz chuckled as they stood in the change room completely alone.
"It's not about that." She folded her arms. "You could have gotten yourself kicked off the team for punching Jake."
He grinned smugly, pulling her in even closer. "Aww, you care about me."
"I didn't say that."
"You didn't have to." He kissed her right then and there, pulling her into him. She responded immediately, allowing herself to kiss him momentarily before pulling back.
"Be my girlfriend." He stated simply.
Her mouth hung open, as if she didn't hear him. "What?"
"I like you. I like you a lot Olivia. I wanna protect you. I want to hold your hand and kiss you in front if everyone. I want you to wear my jersey during my games. I want you to be my girl."
Protection. After hearing that, her mind blanked out. That was what she needed. She needed protecting. She needed to feel safe and wanted and warm, and Fitz did that for her. Was it too soon for them to get into a relationship? Yes.
But she needed protecting. From everyone, and herself.
"Okay. I'll be your girlfriend."
A lot happened in this chapter! Liv and Fitz had sex... I really couldnt get into the smut for their first time, but there will be smut to come! Don't worry! Feelings towards Liv and her treatment of Fitz? Yes they are in a relationship, no it will NOT in any way be peaches and creme. Liv still has a lot of issues to deal with, and dating Fitz won't fix any of them. Jake isn't going anywhere anytime soon... I have plans for him. But NO Olivia will not be in a stupid love triangle. She hates Jake as do most of us. Thoughts on Amanda and Billy? Abby?
