The team had not heard from Emily and Drew for several hours now, they should have been back to the station 4 hours ago since the day before they had hoped that they would of learnt their lesson, they had told them that they could come back tomorrow which was today since it happened yesterday.

The team had started to worry, since they had not come to the hotel that night. Another thing that was giving them chills was that they had found the body of two teenagers this morning and new that the man would have already gotten another two people as he killed the ones he had after he got their replacements.

" JJ Morgan, Did Emily and Drew tell you where they where going yestaerday?" Reid asked.

JJ blushed instantly when Reid looked her way.

"Yes, they said that they where going to do some exercise then they would go to the park afterwards. Why?" Derek said as he realised that JJ was love struck my no other than Reid.

"Garcia can you see if you can track where they went with their phones or cameras?" Reid said, he had noticed something about Emily and Drew that looked similar to the victims. He did not say that he had a bad feeling about this, the timing of the two dead teens followed by that yesterday, the unsub would of gotten his next two victims yesterday! The day in which Emily and Drew where not here and that they had not been seen since had mad him think straight back to this case.

"By their Phones GPS, it says that they are still in the park, have been since yesterday. Don't worry Rossi I am already on it. I will hack into the cameras that are placed around the park. Hotch we have already heard that you are sorry, they understand that you are not completely with it." Garcia said after Rossi was about to ask for the camera views and hearing Hotch in the back ground cursing about what he had been like with them and that if anything ever happened to them that he would never forgive him self for acting like a total jerk to them.

"OMG, he took them, he took my gumdrops! My little G-man and girl have been taken by that sick fuck!" Garcia all but screamed out. Everyone dropped what they where doing, literally to the floor and raced to the cameras and proceeded to watch the camera footage repeatedly hoping to find any clues. However it seemed that for this once that they had luck on there time as the camera caught a clear...

"Garcia, there stop it there, see that, its a clear picture of the kids faces and the guy which knocks them out before he actually does. Looks like we have luck so far. Give me every single facial recognition app you find on him. There's a high chance that could be our guy." Stated Reid.

"No need Reid, I Can tell you everything about him all ready." Garcia stated, "He was the guy who went mental on live T.V. His partner slipped on the ice when doing a complex stunt landing on a fatherly large crack in the ice, she fell, later when dancing with said partner again she fell on the due to injuring her foot from skating moments prier. He went ballistic because of it. Turned out that it due to faulty equipment but the damage had already been done. While she was still able to find other partners and was able to get back on her feet, he basically flopped. No-one would team up with him or mentor him since. Gerry Lank lost everything the moment he screamed at his partner on Live T.V." Garcia all but recited. "Guy lives 3 block from here and also owns a sports place which was closed approximatively 4 month. And er Boss-man it says it included a swimming pool, and various sports devices which as horribly as this sounds, could have been used to torture someone. Oh and lastly his bills for that place have stayed or increased even though its been shut for 4 months." Garcia finished

"For one person, that shouldn't have increased let alone stayed the same. And may I ask why it closed?" Reid asked.

"Er, it says here that there was an accident involving a teenage girl and boy who where swimming and died fro drowning. Classed as a faulty drain that hadn't been repaired properly. The police report states that the girl got caught on the drain, the boy tried to save her but both ended up drowning. Turned out that they where upcoming skating and dance stars who where partners there for training." Garcia said with sadness. "The boy was 17 and girl 16. It doesn't mention names. Guess the names where asked to be kept secret."

"Great work Garcia. So that most of been what triggered it." Hotch said when he got strange looks from the rest of the group he conituned, "think of it this way, in his mind his female partner fell twice, they lost big time and he blamed her, I can only imagine how much training it takes as well as pain you have to go through all year around to only have your partner fall twice and not even coming home with anything let alone on top 10, then lose your anger momentarily, on live T.V. None the less, your partner gets back on her feet like nothing happened, she is T.V stardom again, yet your hard efforts ended up for nothing, back to being nothing after having everything. So he blamed his ex-sports partner until this day but got on with his life, then after all his hard work and effort once again he's had opened a huge gym which is making profits, to the have another sports partners come in and what wouldn't you guess, dancing can skating partners none the less. Then the girl ends up getting herself stuck to drain, boy tries to help and they both die. All he is thinking is how his sports partner years ago screwed his chances at getting somewhere with his dreams then another sports partners end up dying at your gym because a girl decided to get caught on some drain. Regardless if he hadn't got it checked or not. That's what sent him down his spiral. Somewhere he believes that he is helping someone out there or himself either way what ever he's is thinking its why he is killing these teens probably the age he was at the time and these kids who died at his gym. Maybe he's more aggressive to the female as he blames them for mistakes." Hotch explained. Everyone agreed and waited with baited breathe for Garcia hoping she could confirm if indeed it was the place.

"Address, and yes they are there," Garcia said.

20 minutes later they where searching through the gym. Until they heard screams and shouts, all started to hurry looking for their missing mini friends.

While Hotch, Reid and Rossi searched the houses Drew was screaming at Gerry to leave his girl alone, only for Gerry's attention turning from torturing and drowning Emily to Drew.

"Shut up, want another round do you, well, do you?" Gerry said while beating Drew with a bat. Drew kept moving away as best he could, thankful that Emily wasn't being beaten and tortured for the 100th time, the pain he was feeling was nothing that had been inflicted compared to his girl, was the only thing that kept going through his mind.

"STOP PLEASE!" Emily scream/shouted/sobbed after getting her breath back. Gerry was beyond pissed as he heard her scream at him to stop, who did she think she was to talk to him like that she was the reason why everything was why it was now, the girl getting all the love and fame while he lost everything over and over again. Stopping mid swing he turned his attention from Drew back to Emily, smiling maliciously, he stalked to the girl, ignoring Drew's shouts to turn his attention back to him he carried on towards the girl and picked her up by the girls hair making her get to her feet and smashed the bat against her Ribs, cracking every single one of them creating horrifying cracks and screams from Emily. Two of said ribs coming through the skin and on display to see. The girl stood stock still trying her best to stay still so not to cause any more injury to her ribs and chest. Drew and Emily watched as he picked up the rock and lifted it above his head. Emily panicked seeing it aimed at her head, oh god he's gonna kill me with a rock to the face.. she thought, Drew tried to lunge forward but missed no he'll kill her is the hits her head he thought.

"FREEZE, GERRY" Hotch all but screamed at the sight he and his fellow colleagues where witnessing.

"Put the rock down Gerry" Rossi said, and Reid made his way to Drew making sure he was alright. Everyone shared the panicked look that was from the the scene infront of them since Gerry looked like he was gonna aim it Emily's Head

"My pleasure" Gerry's answer came with such glee followed by a wink and malicious smile followed by throwing the rock into the deepest part of the swimming pool followed by pressing the button in his hand. Everyone let out a the breathe they where holding. Htoch went to arrest Gerry but Rossi was confused by the still alarming panicked look on Emily's face which was the reason he was still rooted to his spot. Out of the corner of his eye he could see the swimming pool cover start to cover the pool but he couldn't fathom why that was coming through his mind as important and that he was missing something, that they all where, Reid and Drew where standing up again with drew leaning heavily on Reid.

"OMG" "Holy Shit" came the replies from behind him realising that Derek Morgan, JJ and Penelope where here. Then he saw the rope rapidly moving towards the water, he realsied that the rope was attached to the rock...

"Guess how deep I made that pool" Gerry laughed everyone was staring at him confused "Deeper than 2 double decker buses" he laughed out.

In them few seconds he realised that the rope that was attached to the rock was also attached to a certain brown haired girls very pale ankle, named Emily. Within seconds he screamed Emily's name while running to her with everyone watching cofused until the saw the rope yank Emily's feet from under her, and pulled the screaming girl into the swimming pool just before the glass cover reached the end of its task. Officially sealing Emily to her fate underneath the water...

The whole ordeal from when the agents had shouted freeze to Emily had been dragged under water lasted not even 5 minutes. Now all that was heard was screaming coming from Penelope, JJ and Drew. Derek jumping onto the the glass trying to break it with Rossi while Reid and Hotch screamed at Gerry for answers how to open the cover so they could save Emily.
