"Jace tell me you forgot to glamour your runes" Alec said in a worried voice " no Alec I assure you I did not forget" he replied "but she can't be" Isabelle exclaimed. A million thoughts were running through my head, what the heck is a glamour and why couldn't I see their tattoos before, but all of the thoughts were drowned with a burning pain as I started coughing up blood. I tried to breath but my throat was blocked I hacked and vomited ruby red blood "I knew something was wrong with her rib cage, she must have broken a rib and it has most likely punctured her lungs" Alec exclaimed. no I can't have done something like that i can't go to hospital but then the burning sensation returned more blood coated the car seat as I hacked, trying to breath.
I felt like I was drowning, I can't breath there's only blood, blood and more blood I am going to die. "Jace" Isabelle's determined voice cut through the sensation " heal her, mark her" she said " Isabelle she's a mundane she will die if I do" jace said. "She can see through the glamour and she will die anyway just try it, we will never make it to a hospital!". They are crazy, jace pulled out a long carved, morphed almost pen looking thing and with a deep breath put it to the burning skin just below my collar bone. I couldn't see what he was doing but suddenly the blood stopped and I could breath, the pain faded to that of a still painful but distant throb. Then I blacked out.
