Chapter 4: Another puzzle piece.

It was now 12:00 AM, and the night shift started for Robin. He sat in the chair of the office, the fan was still active and the used drink was still there, honking the poster also lifted his spirits into finishing this job. Meanwhile he had remembered that Samus had a bad time here, seeing as the animatronics are gonna become active and try to find him, luckily he made a strategy for the four robots.

The monitor would always be set on the Prize Counter, once he opened it up, he would be able to wound up the music box, then he could check on the stage for the three animatronics, and get a clear view of the entire restaurant to look for them or survey the room a little, once he was fine with that, he could go back to the prize counter and wound it up again. When the monitor would be set down, he would use the flashlight to point at the main hall and the vents to check if any animatronic monster was approaching him, and then put the Freddy head on if necessary.

As Robin tried to stay at his best for the night, the sound of a phone began to appear, alerting him of a caller trying to get in contact with him. He would've answered it, but it was nowhere to be seen, so he just waited for it to leave a message.

"Uh hello? Hello hello?" The same phone guy from last night replied in the message. "Uh...See I told you your first night wouldn't be a problem, you're a natural!"

"Uh...no need to tell you, but you're talking to the wrong person." Robin said, only trying to be nice.

"Uh, by now I'm sure you noticed the older models...sitting in the back room. Uh, we just used them for parts now..." It was a coincidence that the smashers actually found out about them just today, pretty lucky for them.

"The idea at first was to repair them, they even started retrofitting them with some of the new technology, but they were so ugly you know, and the smell...uh, so the company decided to go in a new direction, and make them super kid friendly."

Robin thought to himself, 'Well, Samus thinks otherwise about that.'

"The older ones shouldn't be able to walk around, but if they do, the whole Freddy head trick should work on them too, so whatever." Robin definitely needed to change the strategy after hearing this, he wrote down something on the map, and marked the Parts and Service room with the names of the old animatronics.

"Heh...I love those old characters..." The phone guy chucked, "Hey, did you ever see Foxy the Pirate...oh wait, was it...oh yeah Foxy!"

"Listen, that one is a bit twitchy, I'm not sure if the mask...would work on Foxy," Robin was not expecting that, the mask was now proven as a useless item to the animatronic fox, but conveniently, the phone guy felt his worried and said an answer to that problem.

"So in case you see him in the hallway, just flash your light at him from time to time. Those older ones would always get disoriented with bright lights, it would cause a system restart...or something." Robin wrote down something on the notebook to keep that in mind.

"Uh, come to think of it, you might want to try that on any room where something undesirable might be...it might hold them in place for a few seconds...that glitch might be in some of the newer models too." The thought of the criminals using this advantage against those things might get them a good time to escape in case they needed to and take down the database they had inside of them. "Oh and one more thing, don't forget the music box."

The guy's voice became a little bit unsafe as he reminded the listener about the weird looking machine, "I'll be honest, I never liked that puppet thing...it was always...thinking, and it can go anywhere...I don't think the Freddy mask will fool him, so just don't forget the music box."

"Anyway, I'm sure it won't be a problem. Uh, have a good night and I'll talk to you tomorrow." The call was shut off and this left the tactician alone for the entire night with no help other than the advice and the notebook. He was partially worried since the footage his friends were able to look at earlier yesterday(since it was now the next day), If this was going to be what Samus experienced, then things were going to go wrong for him too.

"Just stay calm Robin, you can do this." He muttered to himself, about to pick up the monitor, he had to do this for Naga's sake, and also for Lucina's, Chrom's and Morgan's since they were most important to his life. He took a deep breathe one last time and went to work.

The monitor's systems were all set towards the Prize Counter feed, and the music fox was very close to being at half a gauge, he hold down the wind button and it started winding itself up, keeping the puppet in it's proper place, the camera switched over to the show stage and the three main animatronics were present, doing their signature moves of doing nothing on stage, it was the one job they were not meant to do at all.

The next camera was turned on when the monitor set it's sights on the Parts and Service area, The flashlight showed the three older counterparts, of course Robin might need to keep an eye on them just in case they became active, Foxy could be in there as well, but he was not shown.

The camera switched to the Game area, where the one animatronic with the balloons was shown, the staff called him Balloon Boy, or BB for short, due to his known ability to give children balloons or something like that, he is rarely seen without those items. Since he heard that he was also part of the Fazbear family tree, he needed to watch out for him, but he didn't get any info from the Phone guy.

Next was Kid's Cove, where Mangle was present, there was no real confirmed answer if it was a guy or a girl, since it wore lipstick and was a possible resemblance to Foxy, but he didn't get to see him yet, so he needed to wait. Then he finally went back to the Prize counter and filled up the music box to it's full capacity. Once that was done he put the monitor down and took out the flashlight.

The life was brighting up the main hallway, but nothing was present in it's area, even the two vents had nothing on them, so far it looked like things were going to be okay. Robin was going to have a bad feeling for the rest of the night as he knew that the music box was going to decrease it's length of music so he needed to put it back up and wind it up.

once that was done, he set his eyes on the stage camera, the robots did nothing, but they decided to ignore the vital signs of nothing and let the camera get covered in static. Robin only stayed on the feed and when it was done being malfunctioned, it was revealed that Toy Bonnie had left the stage and gone out to hunting.

"Not good." He said to himself, the first signs of his sweat were shown, but he stayed focus on the task, he switched over to Party Room 3, where the light blue bunny was shown with his electric guitar, looking straight at the camera. Once he saw this, he switched to the Game Area, BB was still there, then he checked Kid's Cove, where Mangle was still present, and then he wounded up the music box to keep the same song going.

The monitor was set down and the flash light was out, pointing at the dark hallway, no life was shown so he went back and looked at the Prize Counter, holding the button down a couple of times when it lost only one bite of it's meter. However, the static screen was covering up everything again, and this time once it stopped, he checked the stage to see that Chica was gone, once again it was a sign of intense worrying.

"Why do they have to come out here how, i don't even think it's twelve anymore." He muttered, then checked on the music box again and then pointed the flashlight at the hall, where nothing was shown to him. He checked back on the monitor and found Chica on the Main Hall on Camera 7. The female robot looked at the camera and did a successful impression at making a smile in the most creepiest way possible.

Robin checked on the prize counter again, but this time once he did, someone, or something was around the place. Hanging on the ceiling was the animatronic Mangle, and below it was the Prize Counter, that made him cringe a lot seeing that things move, but he was also shocked to see that something broken was able to move, as well as the others.

"Why did this have to happen to me!" Robin wounded up the music box for the something-ith time and fired his flashlight at the hallway, and nothing dared stepped foot in the light for the moment. The tactican checked the monitor and this time he checked on Toy Bonnie, he was how in Party Room 4, it's staring motion was botehering him, seeking it's eyes into his soul, so he switched into a different camera to see that Toy Chica was located Party Room 1, and it showed off her cupcake as it looked like she would step right in the air vent, which was close to the office.

He set the monitor down and then flashed the light at the hallway, but the same thing happened, and the threat of Foxy was nowhere to be found for the time being, his main focus now was to get rid of Chica. He checked the music box one more time, noticing that Mangle was gone again, and then heard the sound of something stomping it's foot, perhaps it seemed like the chicken animatronic finally stepped foot in the vent, and it was proven correct when the camera switched over to the left where Chica was crawling.

Robin put the monitor down and put on the freddy head to make sure that she goes away, he gripped the head a little and then he heard the sound of the vents being stomped on again. Slowly taking the head off, he walked over to the vent and put the light on, luckily the animatronic was gone, so he rushed back to his desk and put the monitor back up to wound up the music and keep it going.

"Hello." Someone said out of nowhere, he stopped and then looked around to see who was saying that, but no one even came around here, not even the possible sight of Foxy was the one causing the sound, it seems to come from a kid. He checked the Game area where BB was, it was still smiling like it had no purpose in life other than to do just that.

He looked at the monitor to see that in camera 8, All of the broken robots were still present, but no Foxy, he even checked to see if anything was happening to Toy Freddy, but he was still standing there as well. He checked the Right air vent to see Toy Bonnie approaching the room, so he set the monitor down and put the helmet on to avoid his death. The light blue animatonic stood up and looked at him with it's eyes as room's light flickered on and off before disappearing and then letting the tactican catch his breath, "Why was this place even invented."

"I don't want this." He told himself, "I don't want this." He flashed the light at the distance, only to find out that nothing was there other than Toy Chica who kept the cupcake in her hands. He flashed the light numerous time at it before he looked at the monitor and kept doing the usual momentum of winding up the music box despite the fact that it hasn't even reached anything lower than forty percent.

"Morgan, if you find out about this job, then you might not want to come here." He mentioned his daughter's name for the time, then he heard the sound of feet being moved in a quick fashion. He set the monitor down and flashed the light at the hallway to finally see the arrival of Foxy, a member of the Fazbear family.

The creature's head had a tear on the left side of the face, where the eye was present, and also the eye patch hid the other eye, symbolizing that he was a pirate. The ear was also revealed, and it's body was shown to have multiple cuts on him, and there was a hook replaced as a hand on the right arm, and the legs were cut off to reveal the metal parts that allowed him to walk.

Immediately, Robin pressed the flashlight button many times to restart the animatonic's systems and it stayed where it was as it was phased by the light. He continued this for about a few more seconds before he stopped and then noticed the prize counter feed have a caution sign to show that it needed to be wounded up so he did and then he looked at the cameras to see who was coming closer to him, and it looked like Mangle was going to be the one. He was located around The forth Camera and it was very close to the camera, it's two heads, one with the head and one without the added helmet, were looking at the camera.

He set the monitor down and then fired the flashlight at the hallway, Foxy was gone and then he did the same thing as he wounded up the music box, then he looked at Party Room 3 to see that in the dark, Bonnie had returned and it was ready to rock out with it's guitar, he then did the same thing with the music box, being afraid of Foxy being around the place.

"Hi." Someone said again, Robin set the monitor down and then flashed the light everywhere, only to find out that nothing was present at all, he sighed and then heard the sound of the vents being stepped on by something. He checked the left vents to see someone approaching the office, which was surprisingly, Balloon Boy, who did not have his balloons and was about to approach the room at a slow pace.

He finished wounding up the music box and then checked to see if Balloon Boy was close to him, so he pressed the light button but nothing was shown other than a balloon, a single balloon that was in the color of blue and that was it. He felt a little worried, and then he heard the sound of a child laughing, so he backed away and then checked the monitor, so far, the other animatonics were still in place, but to make sure, he flashed the light at them to make sure it stays that way, he also kept the light flashing at the music box and woudned it up at the same time.

He heard the sound of the vents so he clicked on the left vent, nothing was there other than the balloon, and then the right air vents revealed the broken Mangle, it's head looked straight at the camera and he could see that it only had one of it's eyes intact. It was getting close to the office so he had to worry about that, just then he heard someone laughing.

"Huh?" He slowly looked at the office and then saw the animatronic that was with him, Balloon Boy. It's face was directed towards Robin and it was laughing at him continuously, he was worried that he was doomed at this point, But Robin still had a chance to get out of this, he kept the monitor set on the music box and then wounded it up, still hearing the kid laugh a lot. He set the device down and then noticed that the robot was not leaving the place or even attacked him, it just stood there.

Not keeping his eyes off him, Robin took out his flashlight and pointed it at the hallway, but unfortunately it did not work, "Why isn't this-" he shook the item in his hands and then banged it on the table before trying again, but whatver BB did, it was no longer functional. This meant that Foxy could be approaching him soon, so he hid behind the table and then put on the Freddy head as his last resort.

"Please make it! Please make it!" He whispered to himself, preparing for the worst, but luck was on his side when he heard the sound of the clock. The time was finally Six, and then the sound of kids cheering was audible for him, he stood up and out the head away from him, "Oh thank Naga." He muttered and then he looked to see BB was gone, and everything was back to the way it was supposed to be.

Without even checking the monitor in case things were still running wild, he already started walking away from the office and towards the exit, he didn't want to deal with anymore of this place for now.

It was about seven in the morning, when Robin stopped the car right at the parking lot in front of the motel, inside was probably the smashers waking up to the morning calls, and the guy who clearly owned the entire place to get his ten dollers. The tactican sighed heavily before taking the keys out of the ignition and then stepped out of the car.

He blamed himself mostly for thinking it was a good idea to stay here and working for that pizzeria, because that place was not going to let them off easily, and try whatever it can to ruin their lives. He would've just sticked with any other job than this, and they would've decided to just go on and stick to the bank robbery thing or the pizza delivery, or even just working for the police department, but this was the best they could do.

Robin lost himself while he was thinking and walked forward to the door to see the other smashers, however once he was in, he bumped right at a wall. "Ow," he looked at what he just bumped into, only to see that the wall did not match the walls of the motel, "Wait a minute," he said and looked up the ceiling.

There was a lamp installed and it's light was not properly lighting up the room right, all it did was try it's best to shine up the room. Robin was noticing a pattern along the walls when he noticed them, they were clearly like the Pizzeria he was just in, and he felt a chill once he figured out.

"Not this again," he backed up and tried to pry the door open, but it was held shut from the inside, and any chance he had of someone noticing him for the outside was not that great, "Hello! Open up, I'm trapped here! Somebody!" He stopped pounding on it, and just stayed right where he was, only hearing the light as it made the only sound it could ever think of...nothing, or the fact that flies were flying right around it.

"Here we go again." The tactician had not much choice but to keep moving himself forward to see where he could escape or see what this place has to offer, but mostly just to escape. As he walked, he could see that the place had a bunch of posters placed around the walls to show the children's artistic skills or promotional material. Some of the posters had pictures that said, "My day at the New Freddy Fazbear's Pizza." And below it was a drawing of either an animatronic, or the kid with an animatronic as it did something memorable.

The other posters had just a picture of an animatronic that mentions new as well, of course Robin had suspicions about that since they have not yet looked at what happened in the old location, and this place wasn't even buy him any answers. As he moved further, he heard the sound of children laughing, but he feared that it sort of resembled BB's laugh, he forced himself to shrug that off and keep moving.

"Hello? Anyone?" He said as he peek through the corner, expecting to see something unusual or anything like that, all he got however was a door that led to somewhere, and once he walked over there and turned the door knob, it was open and inside was nothing but a table and a television screen.

Robin stepped inside the room a little bit more and shut the door, walking over to the table was where a remote was placed. He picked it up and pressed on the power button, expecting to see something bad on there, because if he heard of every other horror movie, the TV would show him a murder link that was connected to this, however it didn't all it showed was...something unusual.

"Hello everyone and welcome to Balloon Boy News." The TV was showing the news with Balloon boy shown on there, without it's mouth moving or his eves or head even moving away from the camera, Robin almost dropped the remote when he saw this, and nearly fell but he managed to stay standing, feeling a little bit scared of seeing something like this.

"And now here's Ballloon Boy with the weather." The screen changed to another Balloon Boy as it held a stick and pointed at the weather behind him, even though it was obviously a green screen, "It'll be raining Balloon Boys overnight and it'll be cloudy with a chance of Balloon Boys by next Sunday-" at this point, the channel was changed.

"What the heck is going on!?" Robin said out loud, not expecting an animatronic such as BB to be shown on the television, in fact that sounded ridiculous. The channel he changed was now on something else.

"And welcome back to Championship Balloon Boy Boxing!" The screen now showed two Balloon Boys heads pasted over real wrestler's heads and they were fighting each to end with fists, one of them was taken down. "Ohh, that's gonna leave a mark."

The channel was changed, Balloon Boy was acting as an animal researcher, "Here, capturing in film for the first time, we meet this wild Balloon Boy Bird." The camera pointed at a bird with BB's face and instead of a noise a bird makes, it just laughed, Robin as getting a bit annoyed as he changed the channel.

The screen showed BB as Thor, and his mouth wasn't moving, but he was talking. "If you believe in peace, then let us keep it."

The next scene changed to Ultron, and he unfortunately had the BB face, "I think you're confusing peace with quiet."

"Uh Huh," Iron BB said, "What's the Balloon for?"

"I'm glad you asked that because I wanted to take this time to explain my evil plan." Robin had enough and changed the channel, and instead of anything else, BB's face fitted the whole scream and the eyes just started right at him. The tactican backed away and heard the robot's laughter as he felt the door.

He grabbed the door knob and shut behind him, glad to be out of that room of BB insanity, but he wasn't done yet as he was now in a room where there was a curtain with a sign below it that said, "Out of Order."

Immediately, the sound of playful music was audible, and then the curtains opened up, revealing the animatronic Foxy, which made Robin back up from it's sight and stand in case he needed to defend himself, but it posed no threat to him whatsoever. The fox animatronic was repaired and it's eye patch was still in place, the feet was also covered in the robotic shoes that matched it's style. It started running over to the end of the hallway and Robin followed and once he arrived, the robot was greeted with five kids cheering as he arrived, throwing out confetti to him and with smiles on their faces.

The tactican can see a kid with a hat that looked like it belong to Freddy's, and his hair was brown and he wore a suit. The girl had blonde pigtails and she was jumping up and down once she saw Foxy. A black haired boy was throwing the confetti to celebrate the arrival of Foxy, and another kid was clapping for joy, dressing up with an eye patch similar to Foxy's. The last kid was cheering and clapping, having brown hair and a hat similar to the other kid only without a suit, and with a streamer that was used for parties.

Robin wanted to know what was happening, but before he could even come up with something, the lights fell back, and then he was back at the same hall once the lights returned. He looked around to see that everything was the same as it was before, and the curtains was closed again with the same sign that sort of lied about Foxy, they opened up again and the Fox animatronic ran to the same hall and Robin repeated the same process.

Once he reached his same spot, he could see the kids cheering again, the same five kids were there, but someone was off about this. The one that had a hat and a streamer was replaced with someone oddly familiar, she wore some robes and her hood was down, revealing her hair as a blue color and a face that looked almost similar to Morgan, but that was because she was indeed her.

"Morgan?" Robin walked closer to her daughter and then stopped once he was in her sights, but it didn't look like she was able to see him since she might've been distracted by Foxy, he walked a bit closer and once he was able to get close enough, he stopped. "Morgan, what are you doing here?" The girl said nothing, she just clapped for the animatronic, and unfortunately for Robin, the lights cut off again.

The same thing happened again, and Robin was back at the same hallway, but instead, there was someone walking away from the hallway and to the door. He was dressed up in a black coat with violet gloves and he tipped down his cap and smiled a little bit as he put down something in his coat and walked away, this gave off a bit of fear to Robin, and when he looked at the curtain, the sign was changed to something else.

"Help Them." Robin saw this and then, Foxy emerged from the curtains running to the kids again, and this time there was no sound of them. Robin ran over there and saw the five children, who were now lying on the floor with a pool of their red blood still dripping from their bodies. The first kid's hat was tipped over the pool, the girl's face was covered with it, the one who used to throw the confetti was lying face down on the floor, blood came from underneath him, and the Foxy fan was on the ground, his last breath was made trying to reach for someone and get help.

His eyes noticed that the girl in the robes was also on the floor with blood all over her, "No, Morgan!" He ran around the room and reached for what could be his daughter's corpse, he brought her body up to his and noticed that her hood was up, covering her face. He didn't want to see what was under the hood, but he slowly did pull it off, and right before he could see her face, he was suddenly punch on the side of his face.

"Dude, wake up already!" Samus shouted, she was dressed up in uniform and and her cap was off, Robin felt the pain that he received.

"Ouch, what happened?"

"You started hallucinating or something and you were crying out something about Morgan." Marth appeared right next to the bounty hunter, "And you were close to crying."

"Wait, is Morgan alright?"

"Uh, I don't know but she-" The tactican pushed the prince aside and ran to the motel, busting through the door and running right to the kitchen where he took out a phone and dialed a phone number.

"Pick up, Pick up, Pick up." He muttered nervously, the phone ringed out and he hoped that the girl would answer it because he didn't want to believe that illusion he just went through, and there was no way that she would be dead, she couldn't be.

"Hello?" That was Morgan, "Who is this?"

"Morgan, thank Naga you're still here." The father said and sighed of relief.

"Of course I am father." Morgan could hear Robin's gasp of relief, and asked, "Is...everything okay?"

"Yeah, it's fine...it's just that...nothing." The voice was unfortunately detectable to the young tactican, knowing that he was lying about something, but she didn't want to ask about it if it caused him to worry even more.

"I guess he had a nightmare too." Marth said, they didn't had any time to ask, so they just had to do their usual day shift now. "Robin, We'll see you later, okay?" He didn't hear them, he just stayed on the phone with his daughter while the two left him alone in the house with Peach and Toon Link.

At least Robin made it.

Well, I'll be back for the next chapter and maybe it might take a long while since there's something I really need and want to do.

Hope you enjoyed, please review, compliment on sone things and I'll see you guys next time. Bye.
