'I can't say I enjoy writing this one, after stumbling on how badly someone messed up Harry Potter, I ve decided I am going to give you what she wouldn't, yes that's right! I am giving you every Harry Potter Fans a real story you rightfully deserved! This chapter was very painfully hard to write, beyond any doubt, as I published this, I am trying very hard not to cry my heart out, which almost rarely happens, this is where the Romance really begins, hop on! Chapter 4: Baptism of Fire.
Harry opened his eyes seeing Elsa fighting the darkness, using every bit of her power, beams of light and fire, the beams split themselves midway searing into the eyes of every demon, their bodies exploded within a split second, she unleashed multiple barrages of lightning surging in all directions igniting the demons around her ablaze, despite their best efforts were unable to stop her, upon closer inspection she was clad in golden armour, her shoulder pads shaped in the form of a snowflake covering her entire shoulders, emitted burning white light, the crystal in the middle of her gauntlets glow brightly enabling her limitless divine strength used it punching every demon in the skull shattering them into pieces, and her spear-like crown radiating in all its glory blinding all the demons around her, she eviscerated them without mercilessly with her sword any who stood in her path was instantly decapitated, slice in half or worse vaporised immediately by the might of her power, Elsa zone in her eyes seeing both Ginny and Ron souls being sucked in by a gargantuan black hydra beast, its ten heads glittered crimson red, its height was enormous and its thick armoured hide covered in black diamonds, every soul struggle desperately trying to escape its pull but it was to no avail, Elsa raced towards them determine on saving them, all nine reacted spewing massive black fire at her, she raised her hand shielding herself from the flames, mere inches away from Ron and Ginny, she tried getting closer, however she felt the flames getting stronger, her shields began buckling under pressure, the beast seeing how close she was to stealing their prey, immediately changed tactics, they combined their power into a single powerful crimson beam, breaking through her shields, Elsa now vulnerable didn't have time to react before being knocked back by the sheer force of the beam , seizing the opportunity it mocked her before escaping into the dark abyss leaving the billions of demons behind, Elsa let out a thunderous roar before going on a brutal rampage, slaying every demon in sight until there was none left. Elsa slowly turn towards Harry.
"Wake up." her voice suddenly changed into a very familiar voice.
"Wake up."
"Wake up!"
"Harry Potter! WAKE UP!" Shouted Hermione, whacking his arms with her pillow, Harry gaze at her, she was dressed in a red collared shirt with a black blazer and black long pants, he tried to tell her something before she cut him off.
"Get up Harry, we are going to be late!" Harry took a quick look at the clock beside him.
"Hermione, it's seven in the morning, and what are you blabbering about?"
"Elsa wants us at breakfast by eight, she won't say why you absolutely need to get dress and Harry, you should stop talking into your sleep or the whole castle will know your secrets."
"Yeah? And what did I say exactly?" Hermione remain silent but toss him a towel, grab his arm, pushed him into the bathroom locking the door behind him, breathing heavily smiling to herself blushed uncontrollably sat down taking out a book on the history of the twisted nethervoid, started reading it eagerly while waiting for him to come out. Thirty minutes passed, she wondered what was taking him so long.
"Harry, are you done yet? It's been thirty minutes, hurry up!"
"Five minutes Hermione almost~"
"Three minutes Harry, move faster… time has not stopped!"
"You think? I haven't notice, next time give me my clothes before you shove me into the bathroom." Said Harry sarcastically.
"One minute Harry."
"Argh! Come on Hermione, just need to find my glasses, where are they?" Hermione rolled her eyes, holding his glasses in her hand.
"They are with me, move faster Harry, you are almost out of time…" Harry came out the bathroom, with his hair messy dressed in a black blazer, white collared shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a white tie, which nearly made her blushed.
"You are handsome for the lord of Gryffindor Harry, except you are missing something." Hermione placed his spectacle on his face while adjusting his hair.
"There! Wait… What happened to your eyes, they are all red?"
"Oh the soap went into my eyes, it's erm nothing really, can we have breakfast I am~" Hermione folded her arms staring at him.
"You should take better care of your eyes." Taking out her wand pointing it a few inches away from his nose.
"Let me fix that for you, Occulus!" The red veins in his vanished bit by bit until they were nowhere to be seen. Harry gaze into the mirror with much surprise before turning to face her.
"You~You are absolutely brilliant Hermione! I won't know what to do without you." Her heart leaped yet she restraint herself from hugging him instead kiss his cheek, Harry blushed slightly, stroking her hair.
"It's more likely where you'll be without me, you won't make it past the first year without me." Harry held her hands gently, kissed her cheeks tenderly, his lips pressed against her skin she closed her eyes as time seemed to stop, what felt like static running throughout her face.
"Harry Potter, you are mine! No one is going to steal you away from me, I WILL take great care of you no matter what it takes, I am never losing you like I lost Ron." Hermione said to herself mentally.
"Your collars are a bit out of shape, let me adjust them for you." Hermione observe his every move, enjoying every second of it, felt a warm feeling stirring inside of her, stealthily cross her arms around his hips before Harry could react, she pressed him towards her chest their lips a few inches away from each other.
"Hermione and Harry, it's eight, where are both of you?" Elsa's voice startled them as they both kiss each other noses.
"Harry, your skin is awfully dry, when we are done with this meeting, we are going to get you a new skin moisturizer…" Harry rolled his eyes, Hermione noticed it.
"We are getting a moisturizer like it or not, you need to take better care of yourself."
"Hermione, it's a waste of time and I have no use for it." Hermione shot him a disappointed look.
"Fine, I'll get it, but seriously is this really necessary?" Grumbled Harry.
"If you want to be the next Frankenstein then yes, come on Harry." Both of them apparate straight into Elsa's office, the floor plated in solid white marble, the walls decorated in glittering pearlescent, the ceiling richly decorated in pure gold, in front of them stood rectangular shape table, with two royal chairs in front, with food and drinks and right before them stood Elsa herself.
"Good morning Hermione and Harry! You both are very well dressed and smart today, hungry? Have some sausages, scrambled eggs, bread and bacon, they are super delicious. I don't have much appetite for food than usual." said Elsa enthusiastically, handing them two plates, as they both sat down.
"How can you not eat your majesty?" Said Hermione.
"When I transformed, my body underwent drastic changes, flesh and bones were never enough to contain this kind of power I wield and command, my body requires a different kind of sustenance, food is just an appetizer compare with the kind of food I eat." Hermione studied Elsa carefully before proceeded asking the next question.
"Can you make stars, planets even a whole solar system from your palms here and now instantly?" Hermione smirked, Elsa stretched out her hand, bright glowing stars formed, the planets began taking shape starting with their core, then the crust followed by the land, sea, forests, rivers, oceans then the skies, the sun took shape within seconds, Elsa plotted a course for the planets to orbit around the sun she finished it with creating moons for every single planets. Hermione stood stunned amazed by what she deemed as the creation of a solar system no one has seen before, Harry was blown away, Hermione felt his presence took his hand.
"Incredible!" Harry and Hermione said together.
"This is barely considered a great feat, there much more I can do, let's discuss the real issue at hand… your ranks as lord and lady are significant for your fellow students and friends but here it's the lowest of the hierarchy, in my kingdom, respect has to be earn, life will be extremely difficult if you remain within the confines of lord and lady."
"I have no intention on undoing the lessons you learn at Hogwarts, over time I have observed how magic is being practised there, mostly your beloved headmaster Albus Dumbledore was a flawed man he made mistakes which could be inevitably solved if he had taken the time needed, nevertheless he was a great man, the houses at Hogwarts will remain as they are… with a few changes coming soon, new lessons of the utmost importance will be incorporated for all Hogwarts students, royal politics, the rules of state affairs, tactics and leadership, aristocracy one in one, the essential guide to royal etiquette and the importance of rank and hierarchy is going to be added in the coming future."
"Hermione Grander, your intellect and talents are superior in fact better than the royals here, its not just me who is aware of what you are capable and can do given the right circumstances, most.. I sensed are bitterly jealous, a great number of royals have fought an entire deck of cards stack against them, they will try and will do everything they can to hinder your progress." Hermione remained unfazed.
"If they think they can stop me, I like to see them try," Hermione said audaciously, Elsa smiled elatedly.
"This is why I choose you Hermione… you~ ARGHHHH!" Elsa felt excruciating pain, hearing billions of screams bombarding her mind. Harry and Hermione tried comforting her.
"Gone… the entire galaxy is gone, the lives of billions extinguished by the darkness, their souls are forever damned in eternal torment, the worse kind… slaves to their own lusts, there is a… there is a great nethervoid outside my realm, anger, vengeance, lust, gluttony and every negative thoughts empower this void, this is what gives the darkness so much power, infinite amounts of power~"
"Then we should go out and strike deep into the heart of darkness~"
"I know what you are thinking Hermione, but you only delay the darkness not destroy it outright, as long as inhabitants of this multiple universes continue thinking destructive thoughts, the darkness will only...multiply… even as I speak many other universes are being infested with the power of the dark pantheon, their power grows with every planet, solar system, galaxies and universes.. Many months will pass before they knew what is happening, but it will be too late, they are destined for~"
"But you the Goddess of Light, You are the Light itself! Those deaths could be prevented, you did it for us, you can replicate it for them." Said Hermione firmly.
"Hermione, you don't understand what was in their souls when they died, did you know they were outright destroying themselves with disgusting orgies, merciless violence, plotters, schemers, the innocents suffered for decades under them, their government oppressed them, they attracted the darkness, when this happens, the innocents are pulled with no chance into the ever-burning lake of fire, while these disgusting former humanoids whom committed these atrocities are elevated into the dark army, living only to spread their vile will throughout other galaxies."
"But there is a way…" Elsa bit her tongue, wishing hard she never said those words, but knew it was for the best, for no one can do what was needed to be done.
"Elsa?" Said Harry, She glanced at both of them, she tried speaking but no words came out, she tried again.
"Harry and Hermione, you must retrieve the elder wand and the sword of Gryffindor, once you have them both, I require you to bring them to me, this is the first phase… the planet you are heading towards you won't find the inhabitants going crazy with bloodlust or infested with the madness of darkness, but something far worse, in the midst of this, you must remain sane by any means if you desire to accomplish this task."
"But Harry's wand, he is defenceless against what is out there, you must restore his wand." Elsa motioned for him to give him his wand.
"Let what was broken be restored, for its power will be empowered further, in the most dire situation, when everything seemed bleak and hopeless, Hermione your wand if you please."
"For knowledge is power, and you shall receive, power untampered!" Elsa imbue both wands with a very tiny fraction of her power, tiny flashes of light glittered from the tip of the wands, it grew steadily until a short burst of white beams emerged from them, the beams hit the ceiling, growing in its intensity, white sparks of lightning formed around it, Elsa saw upon closer inspection, golden veins grew around them like small vines reaching the handle of the wands, reaching critical mass they exploded like a supernova, the fusion was now completed as the wands reform back into their original form, descended into their hands, Harry and Hermione took their wands, feeling a powerful gust of wind blew at them.
"Whoa… what does this mean?" Said Hermione.
"Your wands are no longer just an instrument, they are an extension to your will, depending on how strong or weak your spells, its all up to you, but I warn you the power in your wands can cause devastation if your emotions are left unchecked, your spells are twice as lethal as before, it should give you a fighting chance against what you are going up against."
"But Elsa, if our wands are empowered we can defeat the darkness… why do we need the elder wand or the sword?" Asked Harry.
"Harry, the power in your wands are defence against what you are facing, never was it intended for any kind of assault, I know you are powerful, so are you, Hermione, however in my eyes sadly… it's not the case, the lack of the proper term is fodder for the darkness, if they find out who you are, they won't hesitate for a moment to use for their nefarious schemes."
"The elder wand and the sword are the key weapons in defeating the darkness, their power will obliterate the darkness at the heart, in the right hands cut it off the source, once its link to the nethervoid is severed the darkness becomes weaker, I can't empathise how crucial your task is, there is one last thing which may help you." Elsa wingle her hands together, forming two chunks of golden ice on her palm. Five small beams emerged from her fingertips cutting them forming a shape of two rings, within five minutes they were completed, she added two tiny white diamonds on the top before handing out to them.
With these rings you both have a eternal or infinite bond with yourselves, you are connected on a level beyond anything and everything. Allowing yourselves to always be connected to each other as their bond transcends everything regardless of its nature including space, time, distance, separation from reality, death, non-existence. This connection goes beyond soul-mates, beyond the collective unconscious, beyond even the fabric and foundations of reality.
Your bond cannot be broken, destroyed, manipulated, removed, separated, or severed. Even if your souls are destroyed the connection will remain, also if your complete existence and/or memory is erased from reality/history the connection will still remain. Nothing can ever separate you from each other or your bond with each other."
"Hermione, your hair is exceptionally curly, keep it away from my face, I barely sleep at wink last night." Said Harry mentally.
"Keep up your snoring and you be sleeping on the floor the next morning Harry."
"Yeah? Too bad there is no charm or spell for snoring is there?" Scowled Harry.
"Are you testing my knowledge, if you are… I can demonstrate there IS a spell for your snoring don't make me use it on you, Harry."
"Harry, your thoughts and mine are intertwined I know every single one of your thoughts, feelings and what you think, and you don't get to dictate what I felt about Luna, we are going to talk about your relationship with her later."
"Luna is my friend, a good friend, she understands but you'll just~"
"Harry! Don't be naive, she is only interested in you because you are the chosen one, if you weren't she won't be bothered about you, she is a freak."
"I really don't care, freak or not, you've no right~"
"Harry Potter! I am your best friend, we are in this together! Get it in your head! When it comes to the crutch she won't be there for you, I WILL!"
"But Luna is my friend too!" Hermione mentally and physically slapped him across his face. At this point, Elsa intervened, creating a non-lethal shock wave between them she spoke her voice sounded like thunder.
"Both of you stop this NOW! GALAXIES are counting on you, put this quarrelling of yours behind you." Elsa seeing them calm down, took a deep breath spoke in a tender voice.
"I am not trying to separate you both, I am trying my best to help you, truthfully, you both are the finest examples of friendship, the truest best friends in all my years being a embodiment of light myself! If only I done the same with Anna when we were children and not discard our friendship."
"And you are the very best sister I ever had Elsa, even now!" Said Anna, revealing herself in a bonfire, her eyes fiery with compassion and love place her hand on her sister's shoulder.
"Harry, you and Hermione are both strong individuals, you faced down many dangers with courage, determination and defiance against impossible odds…be safe…" it was Elsa's turn, placing her hand on Anna's shoulder pulling her gently aside. Elsa's hands glowed, conjured a black crimson portal, the portal swirled violently, its energies thundered like an angry lion, from the other end of the portal were screams, Harry and Hermione steel themselves, Elsa and Anna started into a song, which they sang as children, within the years of mourning.
