I am sorry if this was a bit of a wait.. School has been difficult ;A; but now I'm gonna try and keep my writing up and cutting my time on tumblr yea. C:

now I hope you guys enjoyed this fanfiction as much as I did writing it!

Warnings: OC, swearing, will be sex in the future of this fanfiction, this is a mixture of all Zelda games for this plot, I got creative on how the conflict will happen so I tried so no yelling! ;A;

Third Person Omniscient

Previously:

"What do you think Layna will do for the Demon?"

"I don't know.. Layna is a peaceful goddess but.. she's known for keeping promises and bringing them to the full no matter what." Zelda sighed.

"And I'm assuming since Ghirahim is back.. He'll want to raise his master again some how. Since that's what he's tried in the past. What should we do about this?" Link asked as Zelda led Link to the stone slab in the middle of the clearing.

Zelda didn't answer her friend right away but enjoyed the view then turned to face Link.

"Link I'm going to summon a portal to the Twili realm and get help."

"Link I'm going to summon a portal to the Twili realm and get help." Zelda said as taking the bag she had on taking a small object wrapped out. "Can you hold this?" Zelda offered her bag to Link.

"Yea." Link took it then watched Zelda walk up to the smooth stone table stand up onto it. Taking the cloth around the mirror, Zelda let it fall to her feet revealing a small mirror; holding it out she starts to chant slowly. As her chant became faster, long dark blonde locks of her hair rose and the mirror floated up from her hands growing bigger and bigger; shining brightly Zelda stopped and let it rise more as she backed off the stone table to Link.

Just as she reached Link's side dark glowing stairs led down to their feet.

"Ready?"

Link nodded and they walked together up the stairs side by side into the bright circle. As soon as they got to the other side the small mirror and cloth was back in Zelda's hands. Wrapping it up Zelda put it into the bag and took it back from Link able to carry it herself.

If you would look around the area there was nothing but vacant nothingness except a small path on the floating land leading to a huge palace; the Palace of Twili.

Link felt a hand go into his. Looking over at Zelda he saw her blush.

"Do you mind? I'm just very nervous.." She admitted. Never before had she talked to the royals of Twilight so she didn't know what to expect of them; would they even help?

Link smiled and nodded supporting his friend in the small way he could squeezing the hand gently as they walked the path that led to the grand stair case leading inside the huge palace.

The time went back quickly as they walked into the chateau.

On the top of the stair case the two found the door open. Zelda squeezed Link's hand one more time before letting it go and they both walked in.

Link was ready to spring into action any moment walking very close to Zelda ready to protect his friend.

The room they walked in both Link and Zelda assumed that it was the throne room. When they walked in they found a fair beautiful queen sitting on the throne and a male next to her leaning against the throne but glaring at Zelda and Link like they've done something horrible.

Link just looked back confused but didn't call anything out.

"Princess Zelda." The queen stood with a friendly smile on her face standing from her seat. "I saw you come to the Twili. Is there a certain reason?" Her voice was smooth and crisp, and for some reason Link found it familiar in a very odd way.

"Yes. My kingdom-" Zelda was interrupted.

"Did you not remember the peace treaty was cut! Do you just expect our help?!" The male moved from his spot by the throne chair. Link looked him over, he seem strong willed and had midnight black hair, pale skin and deep blood red eyes. Strangely he looked almost similar but yet very different to Link.

"DARK." The queen glared at the outburst the man named Dark made. "They are guests here until I say so. Quiet." The queen said the last part in a threatening way sending shivers down everyone's back but hers.

"Yes Midna.." He muttered and pouted off near the throne again.

"Please. Princess go on." Midna smiled kindly at Zelda and Link ushering Zelda to continue.

"What wait.. The peace treaty is gone..?" Zelda blinked. Rage boiled within her. What did her father do.

"Oh my.. You do not know? … Your father insisted we break treaty no matter the case and would break war if we did not listen."

"He did what." Zelda tried to hold back her anger.

Midna knew this would need some explaining in private and then walked down to Zelda.
"Zelda, let's go talk over a drink or something and leave Dark and Link to entertain each other." Midna offered her arm to Zelda in a polite way as they walked quickly out into a different room.

When they left completely Dark waited a total of 5 seconds before sighing and moving from his place over to Link.

"So... What's your name?" He said as he put his hands behind his head.

"Link.. You're Dark right?" Link said keeping the gaze Dark and him shared.

"Yea." Dark thought for a second. "Well are you hungry? Tired.." Dark asked. Things were getting awkward pretty quick.

Link was about to denied food but before he could his stomach growled very loudly. Link blushed not knowing what to say.

"Well... Food sounds good. Really good."

Dark laughed slightly to himself. "Not only that but new clothes and a bath." He informed Link who just nodded agreeing fully. "You're right." He was starting to feel the affects of not bathing for quite awhile.

That's when Dark motioned Link to follow him and he led Link to a room and when he opened it a bath was revealed.

"Here wash up.. I'll bring you some new clothes I suppose." Dark said shrugging and left the room leaving Link to his own privacy.

Link nodded and started to strip his grimy clothing from his body. Folding them and placing them in the corner, Link walked up to the bath and stepped into it almost moaning from the way the hot bath felt. Closing his eyes Link took a deep breath and moved his head under the water and started scrubbing his skin and massaging his head cleaning himself. Finding soap next to him Link scrubbed himself with that. Finishing up, Link leaned against the edge for a few moments. It felt like forever since he had time to himself like this; But soon it headed ended when the door opened and Dark walked in with clothes.

Putting them on the ground the shadow started to strip himself. Link looked over his shoulder and saw him instantly freaking out a bit.

"Dark?" Link turned around completely water moving around him.

"Yea?" The shadow folded his clothes and placed them by Link's and headed towards the bath.

"You're undressing.." Link muttered and blushed at how obvious he sounded.

"Yes." Dark chuckled as he got him himself and sat down on the opposite side where Link was. "I thought it would be nice to join you."

Silence was over the two, not awkward but consolatory.

"So.. um, I'm just wondering but what exactly do you need our help for?" Dark asked. He was curious but not sure weather it would be good to ask or not.

"Err.. It's quite a long story actually." Link said sighing.

"Well I can hear through the explanation, we have time."

Link nodded. Why not. He needed his help anyways. He explained everything from venturing into the forest with Zelda and Ilia and as well as Ghirahim and the Lost Goddess.

"That, is some extreme shit going on. And I know Midna will help." Dark said nodding and felt gleefully at the fact that made Link look a lot more relieved at that said.

"We should probably get out." Link said looking at his kinda pruned up hand.

"Yea and get you something to eat. Sorry I've kept you waiting." Dark surprised himself, he actually apologized for something.

Dark stood around the same time Link did and they both walked over where the clothes laid. Link dressed in the new clothes, finding a green tunic, tan pants (undergarments as well of course) his boots and his leather straps that would go around his tunic.

By the time he was finished dressing Link adjusted his straps and looked over at Dark who was doing the same but applying a sword as well.

"Follow me." Dark said opening the door as Link nodded, feeling hungrier then ever knowing he's going to be fed.

After venturing down some halls Dark spoke some more.

"Do you have a preference on what you eat?"
"No. Link answered as they entered another door.

"Good. Because we never get a choice here in this place.." Dark mumbled.

Soon enough Dark led Link into the kitchen which had a few tables set up for random people to eat.

"Hey go sit down. I'll be back with good food." Dark said and left right after that to do as he said.

Link sat down at a fairly sized table probably big enough for three to four people.

Not waiting too long Dark walked in pushing a cart holding a black caldron full of soup on top of it. Pushing it up to the table, Dark handed a bowl and a spoon to Link after filling it and the one himself. Sitting down, Dark joined Link and the two ate with a small conversation as well. By the time they were finished with the soup, Link was full and content.

"Thanks for the food." Link sighed out happily.

"No problem." Dark noticed that he was smiling..

Shortly after moments of silence, Dark then leaned over the table closer to Link.

"Hey Link, want to go spy on the princess and Midna?"

"What? Why." Link knitted his eyebrows together confused. "Shouldn't we just wait for the two too get done discussing?"
Dark rolled his eyes.

"But that's boring." He put a hand on Link's arm. "They'll never find out, I know the perfect hiding place." Dark gave the blonde a killer smile as Link sighed and couldn't find himself to say 'no' to him.

"Fine. Now let's get going before they talk about anything remotely interesting."

Dark stood up instantly and grabbed Link's hand excited that they were going to do something fun together. Leaving the mess of the dishes they made for someone else to clean up. He kept his hand around Link's and led him to the place they needed to go to over hear the two female royalty.

The two past the throne room and into a small room on the side of it. Walking in Dark slowed down and let go of Link's hand to walk to the far end of it and went to his knees and opened a tile of it revealing a hole big enough for someone like he or Link to crawl through, but it would be a tight fit.

"I'll go in first, but when we get to the end I want you to settle on top of me so we can both see what's going on. If that's okay with you."

Link just nodded now really getting what he was saying yet.

Dark crawled in and Link waited a few minutes before doing so himself so he wasn't just exactly behind Dark. After a bit of crawling Dark laid completely flat and said; "Lay on top of me."

Link blink and then blushed. "What?"

"Lay on me." Dark said again. "You'll be able to see better."

Link the hesitated as he moved over and got on top of the shadow being getting comfortable and snuggling on him.

"What are we looking at?" Link leaned his chin on Dark's shoulder. Might as well since this couldn't get anymore weird.

Dark moved a tile from the floor and picked up a small mirror. "This."

Dark then muttered some words from another language as it raised into the air by itself and glowed dimly as the two got ready to watch what it was going to show.

"So you don't know why this all happened either?" Zelda sighed out as her shoulders slumped.

Midna shook her head, "No, but I do have an assumption." Midna leaned in closer head in her hands.

"He might be trying to raise up the reincarnation of Dimise, Gannondorf, like many of his underlings as before."

"I can see that." Zelda said sighing. "But now, how are we going to stop it?"

"Ya know.. Remember what I was saying earlier." Midna trailed off.
"You don't think Link will be mad?"
"Maybe." Midna didn't continue but Zelda kept worrying.

"Will Link be okay on going on himself?.."

"Ya know, I think that Dark can join along, he's been quite bored lately. Saving a world wouldn't be that hard."
Zelda thought for a second. "Yea. Only if he wants too though, it's not his problem."
Midna nodded and smiled. "Now, off too the throne room in five minutes, or else."
Zelda blinked confused.

Dark cursed feeling anger pit in the bottom of his stomach knowing what the two royal females were talking about. Link was back out and into the other room as Dark packed away the mirror and followed behind not far behind, when he got out of the crawl space with Link waiting, he sealed up the opening and motioned for Link to follow him into the throne room next to him.
