Lucy was pacing in her room. Kendall and James could be here any minute. She hoped they didn't bump into Dak. She sighed and made a braid in her hair. She had to do this. It was for Carlos' own good... Or did she just do it because she suddenly wanted James so bad? She couldn't remember. She sighed and listened carefully as the doorbell rings. She chuckles slightly to herself as she could hear Logan and Carlos bouncing off the stairs. She glanced at the clock. Dak would be here in 10 minutes. She hoped that the boys would've left then. She casually made her way down the stairs in her dress and her heels. She smiled at Kendall and James and waved. Carlos whistled playfully and Logan frowned, crossing his arms.
"Why do you look so fancy?" Logan asked.
"For your information, you're not the only one who has a date tonight." She answered and smiled sweetly.
Logan narrowed his eyes. "Don't tell me it's Dak."
Lucy groaned and crossed her arms too. "Dammit Logan, you can't decide for me who I can and can nt date! If I wanna go out on a dat with Dak, then I'll go out on a date with Dak!"
Logan took a step closer. "We both know why you're doing this, Lucy." Logan hissed.
"And I don't care what you say. I got my reasons." She hissed back.
Kendall frowned and glanced between Logan and Lucy.
"What's going on, Logie?"
Logan dropped his arms. "Nothing. My sister is just making a huge mistake. And she's going to regret that."
Lucy bit her lip and looked down. She knew what would happen if she continued this plan. But she just had too. But for sme reason, her heart agreed with Logan and told her to just stay home and blow off Dak. Lucy shook her head. She was going through with this, it had to be done.
Logan turned back to Kendall, Carlos and James.
"Let's go." Logan said.
He gave his sister one last glare before grabbing Kendall's hand and dragging him out of the house to his car, followed by James who pulled a confused Carlos with him.
Lucy walked to the couch and sat down, bouncing her legs. She was glad her parents weren't home. They probably would come home when they all got back from there dates. Lucy looked up as the doorbell rang again and she walked to the door, opening it with a smile. Dak grinned back at her and chuckles.
"You ready to go, date?" He asked her smiling.
Lucy smiles nervously. "Yeah..."
Lucy grabbed Dak's outstretched hand and they walked to the car. Lucy got in and buckled her seatbelt. She took a deep shaky breath and tried to ignore the guilty feeling.
Logan smiled as they arrived at the restaurant Chez Magnifique. He got out and felt the wind blow against his face and sniffed the fresh Spring air.
"Sweet building." Carlos said. Logan nodded in agreement.
Logan heard another car pull up and he turned around, recognizing Dak's car.
"You gotta be fucking kidding me..." he whispered as Lucy got out and grabbed Dak's hand, smiling at him.
Carlos cocked his head and James waved at them.
"Same idea as us, huh?" James chuckled.
Logan walked to them and took Lucy's hand. "Excuse us for a moment." he said and pulled Lucy away.
"What do you think your doing?!" Logan hissed.
"I have no idea what you're talking about. I am just herento enjoy my date." Lucy stated.
"Do anything to break Carlos and James up and I'll never forget you. I won't hesitate to tell Mom and Papi wha you did." Logan threatened.
Lucy looked down but didn't back down. "Again," she said. "I have no idea what you're talking about."
Lucy pulled herself free and walked to Dak, grabbing his hand again and walking inside the restaurant. Kendall walked to Logan with a worried look on his face.
"Did something happen, Logie?" Kendall asked and placed his hand on his shoulder.
Logan smiled and shook his head. "No, nothing. Let's just enjoy our double date."
He grabbed Kendall's hand and walked inside, followed by James and Carlos who had they're arms wrapped around each other. They took a seat in the back of the restaurant. Lucy and Dak sat a few tables away in the front. Logan glared at them and watched as they talked. Dak made Lucy laugh and she would glance towards their table every moment. Logan shook his head and talked with Kendall who said across from them. They had a great dinner and the four boys got to know one another better.
Dessert was served and it was time for their plan to start. Lucy glanced at Carlos and James who were laughing and James placed his hand on top of Carlos' which was laying on the table.
"Alright so in half an hour you can dance here. You're going to the toilet and I'll text you when James and Carlos are about to dance. You'll bump into him and kiss him. Carlos will be heartbroken and I'll be there to pick up the pieces. Deal?"
Lucy looked in his eyes for a mment and then shook her head. "No. I can't do this. He might be my step brother but he's still family. I'm not doing this to him."
"What?! Now you're backing out? What are you for a weak little bitch?!" Dak snapped.
Lucy stoof up. "Excuse me?!" she grabbed the sorbet the waiter brought them and dumped it over his head.
"Get the fuck lost, jerk!" she yelled.
Logan was smiling at Kendall and listened to his story about ice hockey. Suddenly he heard Lucy screech. He looked their way and saw just in time that Lucy dumped her drink over Dak's head.
"Get the fuck lost, jerk!" he heard her yell.
Dak stood up and was clenching his fist. Logan stood up and stormed their way, stepping in front of Lucy.
"Hurt my sister and I'll kick you somewhere the sun doesn't shine." Logan threatened in a deep low voice.
"You better go now, Dak." Kendall jumped in.
"Don't you know how to treat a lady?" James backed up.
"Touch my step sister again and you won't be able to make little kids." Carlos growled.
Dak growled and stomped out of the restaurant. Lucy let a sigh of relieve escape her lips. She looked up at Logan who turned around to look at her. A smile broke through on his face.
"Thanks you." Was all he said, but she knew rxactly what he meant.
Lucy smiled too. "No problem."
Logan chuckles and pulled her in for a hug. Carlos joined them, wrapping his arms around his step brother and step sister.
"I'll call Camille if she can pick me up. You guys enjoy the rest of your date." Lucy waved and walked outside, fishing out her phone.
The boys walked back to their table, chuckling.
They enjoyed their dessert and danced for an hour afterwards.
Logan laughed as Kendall told him a joke as they walked up the front porch of Logan's and Carlos' house. Carlos and James were walking ahead, holding hands and laughing. Kendall and Logan trailed behind. None of these guys wanted it to end. They ended by the front door.
"I had a really fun time." Kendall said, holding Logan's hands.
"Me too Kendall." Logan squeezed Kendall's hands.
"What was that with Lucy though?"
Logan looked over Kendall's shoulder at James and Carlos who were liplocked. Kendall followed his gaze.
"That... Doesn'tnmatter anymore." Logan said smiling, looking at Kendall and squeezing bis hands again gently.
Kendall smiled shyly and strokes Logan's cheek, making Logan blush. He then looked from his eyes at his lips, back up at his eyes. Logan chuckled.
"If you wanted to kiss me, all you have to do is ask." Logan whispered.
Kendall grinned, cupped Logan's face, his thumb stroking his cheek. Then he leaned in, his lips brushing against Logan's. Logan sighed in satisfaction to finally feel Kendall's lips against his. Logan wrapped his arms around Kendall's neck and moves his lips with Kendall. Kendall hummed in response and wrapped his arms around Logan's waist, pulling the shorter brunette closer to him. Suddenly the door busted open, causing the two couples to jump away from each other.
"P-Papi..." Carlos stuttered.
Mr. Garcia grabbed James by his collar and pulled him close so that their noses were touching. James gulped and his eyes shined with fair.
"Listen here boy. If you ever, in WHAT kind of way or whatsoever, I'll rip your freaking bones one for one out until your nothing but a little piece of hopeless meat. Understood?" Mr. Garcia threatened.
James gulped and nodded. Mr. Garcia smiled and patted James' head.
"Good boy." he said smiling.
He then turned to Logan. "Same counts for you. Hurt my step son, and I'll get you." Mr. Garcia said in a deep low voice.
Kendall nodded. "I'll never hurt Logan, sir. "
Mr. Garcia smiled again. "Good. Carlos, Logan. It's passed your curfew. You guys have school tomorrow. Say goodbye to your dates and go upstairs."
He ruffled both Logan and Carlos' hair and walked inside. Carlos pecked James lips and hugged him tightly, whispering a soft goodbye which James returned.
Logan kissed Kendall again and whispered a goodbye to before he and Carlos got in the house. They both waved at their lovers, smiling brightly when they waved back and then closed the front door. They both leaned against it with a smile on their lips and sighed happily.
"Best date ever." They both chorussed.
Camille dropped Lucy at her house. Lucy got out and waved, watching Camille drive away. She sighed and got n the house.
"I'm home!" She said and walked to the livingroom where Mr. Garcia and Joanna were watching a movie.
"Hello dear." Joanna smiled.
"How was your date?" Mr. Garcia asked.
Lucy rolled her eyes and dropped her back. "He was a jerk."
Mr. Garcia stood up. "Want me to teach that boy a lesson?"
Lucy shook her head. "No. You don't have too. I dumped my sorbet over his head." she added, chuckling.
Mr. Garcia laughed and ruffled her hair. "That's my girl. Now up to bed, it's late."
Lucy laughed. "Yes, papi."
Lucy walked up the stairs and went to open the bathroom door when the door suddenly opened and Logan got out. Logan smiled at her.
"Hey," he said. "What did you and Camille do?"
Lucy shrugged her shoulder. "Just watched a movie."
"I'm proud of you." Logan said.
Lucy smiled shyly. "You were right... Carlos is my brother and... Dak is just a jerk."
Logan ruffled her hair and walked to his bedroom. "Goodnight!" he called.
Lucy chuckles and walked into the bathroom. "Goodnight!"
Carlos layed on his bed, texting James.
James (10;43 pm): I miss you :(
Carlos laughed and types a response back.
Carlos (10:43 pm): Miss you too Jamie. :(
They texted each other back and forth, sending each other cute, sweet text messages. Logan was reading a book in bed and could here the Latino's happy giggles from his room. Logan smiled. He was glad Lucy decided not to go through with the plan to break James and Carlos up. He was proud of Lucy. It was silent and Logan figured Carlos fell asleep with his phone in his hand. Logan put his book away and turned his nightlamp off. He snuggled in the blankets and smiled. Today was really one of the greatest days of his life. He was so glad he got to know Kendall. He was so unbelievable lucky to date someone like him. He knew that Kendall loved him and he loved Kendall. It was simply to early to say that to each other. They just had their first dates. He just hoped that James wouldn't hurt the smaller boy. Carlos meant a lot to him, he knew that. But if James ever broke up with him Logan wouldn't be scared to hurt him. If you hurt his brother, you hurt him. But he knew James would never do that. He loved the Latino boy far too much. Logan was happy that Carlos found someone who truely belonged to him. Logan yawned and closed his eyes, falling asleep happily.
