Chapter 4

Naruto woke up with some drool on his chin. His eyes snapping to check his surroundings. Only managing to take in the empty classroom that he was occupying.

The blond forced himself up, a little confused until he realised he was in a maths class and due to boredom he fell asleep.

..Oh, Shoot.

He forgot how ridiculously boring school was that he couldn't manage to keep awake himself throughout the entire period.

He heard the sound of opening the door of the classroom. He saw there was standing a handsome young man, prince of Kouh Academy, Kiba Yuuto. Yes, he was a most wanted boy in a school.

Kiba opened the door of the classroom and saw there was a certain blond boy sitting on his desk and looking at him.

He moved towards the blond's desk. He was slightly nervous, his king told him to invite the third-year student to her club for discussion about Kokabiel's incident. As he was moving in his way, he found the fallen angel's eyes looking sleepy. Did he sleep in the classroom?

Naruto knew, why Kiba was here. He didn't give any information to Rias about a few days ago incident. But man! He was hungry, his stomach also grumbling because he hadn't had a chance to eat breakfast and in the lunch break. He didn't want to go anywhere before having some delicious ramen. He wa-

"Hello, Uzumaki-san. Rias Gremory wants to talk with you. So if you don't mind, could you please come with me?" Kiba requested politely. He saw the other blond's eyebrow was twitching. What happens, Did he say something wrong?

Naruto had an irritated face. Does everyone have to interrupt him while he was thinking about the food of Gods? Ramen. He calmed himself, he couldn't give the bad impression of him to soon to be his new friends. He was sure of it. Dattebeyo!

"Why not? Lead the way, Kiba San." Naruto stood up from his chair and put the books inside of his bag and followed Kiba.

It was easy. He didn't even argue to come with me. Well, I think he is different than any other fallen angels. As Kiba was leading the way. He heard his name called out by the senior blond, he turned back to see the blond.

"Ah, Kiba-san, how about we go to eat some ramen first. I am really hungry, we can go to your club after that."

Was he serious? Hadn't he eaten in the lunch break? Kiba stared at a blond boy with a blank face for a minute. He released a sigh. There was no point in arguing against something so small. Also, he did not want to go back empty handed. He eventually gave in regardless.

Naruto gave him a cheesy grin. Both of blond duo now exiting the main school building. Naruto saw some students of his class, second and, first-year students were still in the school.

It seems like school has ended a few minutes before I woke up.

Naruto heard whispering among the girls as they were walking out of the school. Most of the comments were for Kiba. And the handsome blond just gave them his sweet smile. Not that he was against his sweet smile.

Naruto feels like he wanted to punch the Kiba on the face and break his exterior. How can anyone not blush a bit on comments like lovemaking? But Kiba just gave them smile or ignore them.

Naruto was really annoyed. Kiba was just behaving like his old teammate Sai, who always had a fake smile on his face which irritated Naruto.

Then Naruto saw a ramen stall near the school and his mood changed from annoyed to full of joy.

Kiba sweatdropped at the sudden change in blond's demeanour.

Rias Gremory was in a bad mood and had an angry expression on her face.

All of the occult research club members were in the club room except Kiba who was eating ramen with a blond fallen angel. Like they knew about it. Also, there was a new addition to Rias's peerage. A blue haired girl, former exorcist.

They all were watching their king in nervousness. She was covered in her black-red aura. The reason she was angry at..

"This isn't a joke."

The one who spoke was raven-haired beauty, Akeno.

Rias calmed herself before speaking.

"Indeed, even though it was decided that the meeting of devils, angels and fallen angels would be held in this town, to think that suddenly the governor of the fallen angels and another seraph level fallen angel would intrude in my territory and interfere with our business." Rias was again trembling in rage as she spoke last part in a venomous tone.

Everyone present in the room took a step back away from her.

"And to top it off, to try and lay a hand on my cute Ise. The price is death! I had heard that Azazel was extremely interested in the sacred gears. It's definitely because my Ise possesses the Boosted Gear that he came in contact with us. It's going to be all right Ise. I will definitely protect you Ise." Rias said that while petting the Issei's head.

Issei was smiling genuinely. Rias always cared about her servants and friends. She treats me quite adorable.

Issei was happy, but it's kind of complicated because he yearns for her.

But buchou probably doesn't think about me the same way. It's a master-servant relationship between devils.

As he was in his train of thoughts. He stared back to Rias and others and said in a confused expression.

"Seems like Azazel is eyeing my sacred gear after all. He's the Governor General of the fallen angels. Right?"

"I heard from someone that Azazel has deep knowledge about the sacred gear holders." The blue-haired girl Xenovia said looking at Issei.

Akeno moved towards Issei with a smile and put a hand on his shoulder.

"You don't have to worry. We will protect you from fallen angels and all others danger."

Issei gave a nervous smile, still had some doubts.

Akeno leaned forward and pressed her breast against Issei's hand.

Issei's eyes widened in shock and the feeling he was having of something soft on his hand and heard a voice in his ear.

"Now that, how could we let hurt our cute Kohai, eh Ise-kun~" Akeno whispered in loud enough to heard by all.

Issei was trying very hard for not to get a nosebleed. But before it would happen, he felt something besides him.

Rias was glaring daggers at Akeno with releasing her power. Akeno moved away from Issei with a seductive smile on her face.

"What happened Rias? Can't I also adore my cute kohai? It seems like you are jealous." Akeno said giggling.

Rias calmed down but still glaring at Akeno. She doesn't what happened to Akeno since Kokabiel's attack. She comes to like and did such things to make her feel jealous.

No, I'm not jealous. Why should I be? It's not like she going to take him from me. She just likes teasing me.

She put those thoughts on the back of her head. Looking at her servants, she coughed into her hand to get everyone's attention.

"However, I wonder what happened…besides not knowing their movements, it's difficult to move here as we're. The other side is the Governor of the fallen angels. We can't even come in contact with him."

As all of her servants were thinking about the situation. Suddenly they heard a voice that belonged to nobody among them.

"Azazel has always been like that, Rias."

Everyone looked at the director of the voice came from. A crimson-haired male was smiling pleasantly. But before anyone could speak they heard a knock on the door.

Naruto was happy now that his stomach was full. The ramen was delicious but not on par with Ichiraku's. Now he can talk with Rias and her group. As they arrived at the front of the club room's door. He felt two enormous energy signal. Kiba knocked on the door and he heard a feminine voice from inside.

Kiba opened the door and gestured the blond to enter.

Naruto entered the room and saw the room interior was a wood panelled room with Victorian-style couches and chair along the walls. The large magic circle was also there in the middle of the room.

His eyes land on the members of the club and two new people he didn't know.

He saw a white-haired girl sitting on a couch and a blond haired girl was sitting across her. Akeno was standing beside Rias and Issei was standing near a blue-haired girl he saw during the kokabiel's attack.

Wait, what? His eye widened seeing the blue haired girl. Wasn't she an exorcist? Why she is here. Wait, her energy feels like a devil. Don't tell me.

"Welcome to Occult research club, Uzumaki-san." Rias greeted him with a smile.

Naruto came over his shock and looked back at a red-haired devil.

Thank you, Rias-san. But I didn't expect to see a former exorcist girl and two more new people." Naruto said with a straight face while glancing towards the two people.

"I'm sorry about that but it was unexpected for me too," Rias said while glaring at the crimson haired male who was giving a nervous smile to her.

"Let me introduce ourselves." Rias said to the blond who nodded in response.

"He is Sirzechs Lucifer, one of the Four Maou." Rias introduced the crimson haired devil who was smiling to him.

Naruto's eyes widened at the name but his it very well.

He was a handsome man who seems to be in his early 20's. He had a shoulder-length crimson red hair and blue-green eyes. In fact, Naruto would describe as the male version of Rias. He wore a black two-piece suit with a white undershirt and a red tie.

Azazel once told him about the current Lucifer. he told that he was a peace-loving man and deeply cared about his family and friends. And he also the strongest devil alive who was in a top 10 strongest beings in the world.

Naruto saw the man giving him a calculating gaze.

"My name is Uzumaki Naruto, a fallen angel. Nice to meet you!" Naruto introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you too, Uzumaki-san and she is my wife and queen, Grafiya Lucifuge." Sirzechs introduced the silver-haired woman.

Sirzechs could feel the power of a blond boy. The blond was stronger than him. He didn't want to fight the fallen angel in front of him if the situation called. He was sure the boy would defeat him.

The woman standing beside Sirzechs was a beautiful woman appearing to be in her early 20's with back length silver hair that features a long braid on each side with small bows at the ends. While the rest is let down which ends in twin braids and silver eyes.

Hmm, she is strong. On the level with Azazel but why they are here.

After all the introduction between them. Sirzechs started before cut off by Naruto.

"Uzuma-"

"Just naruto is fine, I am not one of the formalities." Naruto could feel annoyance rolling of the silver-haired devil when he interrupted bet master as if he didn't care about his title.

"It is rare to find a fallen angel who is as considerate of devils as you Naruto." Sirzechs said grinning.

"I can imagine. Many of my factions members aren't the nicest people. But I believe in peace and harmony. Naruto said straight looking at in his eyes.

Everyone couldn't believe what they were hearing. A fallen angel was talking about harmony and peace. They must be dreaming or something.

Sirzechs smiled genuinely. He could tell that the blond wasn't faking. He meant every word. He had the eyes of a warrior who fought numerous battle and lost loved ones in his life.

"I see, But I didn't hear about you before. Where did you come from? You were quite a mystery before you revealed yourself." Sirzechs questioned the blond. It was unlikely that one of the younger fallen angel and risen up the ranks so quickly. Even those who fought in the great war hadn't achieved that level.

"Oh! I was a human before reincarnated into a fallen angel." Naruto said to Sirzechs who was troubled by the news. Not many races who had the system to turn human into theirs. Heck! Only devils had the ability tot turned most of the races into their race. Till now, now after hearing the news.

Naruto saw the faces of everyone who had many expression from shocked, troubled to confusion.

He decided to assure them. "Don't worry about it. Azazel said that he doesn't have resources to replicate the process that made me into what I am now."

"I see." Sirzechs responded. He didn't know if he could trust young blond. But he knew well Azazel well enough.

"if you don't mind may I ask, why are you here? I mean, didn't you supposed to come on a meeting day?" Naruto asked the leader of the devils who raised an eyebrow.

Now that Rias thinks about it. She almost forgot to ask her older brother for coming here.

"I came to here for an open house of Ria-tan and also to explore this town where the meeting will be held. After, all this place is going to be the center of supernatural activities." Sirzechs explained to them for his reason to come to the human world.

The older devil was correct. Two younger sisters of Mous were staying here, the red dragon emperor was also. And kokabiel attempt to start another war, Three faction meeting. And how could he forget about himself, the problems always finds him. This place became quite important if he thinks that way.

Whatever, why he is here? Ah, he has a conversation with Rias.

He saw rias was arguing with her brother about the open house. And Sirzechs was acting like a child. His eyes land on Xenovia.

"Hey! Rias-san, why did you turned Xenovia into a devil? Wasn't she a member of the church?" Naruto asked in confusion. He was curious about this the whole time. How could a Holy-sword user agree to become a devil? Didn't she believe in God?

Rias looked towards Xenovia for permission to tell him about her story. Xenovia allowed Rias by giving a small nod.

"You see, when kokabiel revealed that God has died in the previous war. She went back to church after collecting the Excalibur fragments. When she asked the higher-ups for hiding the truth about God. Instead of answering her, the church ex-communicated." She paused for the blond to take in the information.

"She didn't have a family and goal for her life. So, she came to me and asked if I could reincarnate her." Rias finished with a frown on her face. She didn't like the way church used.

Naruto nodded in understanding and turned to face Xenovia.

"Hey! Xenovia then what happened to your Holy sword?" Naruto asked.

"I gave them back my Excalibur but still have the Holy sword Durandal since I'm a natural user." Xenovia answered with a straight face.

Naruto nodded and turned back to Rias. "Well Rias-san, can we start the conversation."

Rias nodded but something came in her head and asked right away.

"First of all Naruto-san, could you tell me why Azazel was in my territory?"

Naruto's eyes widened at what he heard from Rias. Did she say Azazel was here in kouh?

"Did you say Azazel? If yes then how can you tell he was here in kouh?" Naruto questioned her.

"Yes, Issei was summoned by him every day since the kokabiel's attack and he revealed himself yesterday to him." Rias said with a glare.

How could she not be? The enemy faction leader was in her territory and not only that, he had an eye on Issei's sacred gear.

Naruto sweat dropped at the intense glare and others too minus Issei and Asia. That damn old pervert. He didn't know why he was in Kouh.

"Sorry, Rias-san I didn't know he was here. But I take full responsibility that he won't harm you and your peerage in any way." Naruto said with a straight face.

Rias didn't know if she could trust him, but he seemed friendly till now and didn't cause anything in her territory and to her peerage since the day he arrived.

"I'll take your words, Naruto-san now the other question. Why did you hide your identity to us?"

Naruto scratched his cheek with an awkward smile.

"I was assigned to a mission to captured Kokabiel. Although Azazel allowed me to disclose my identity. But I didn't want to. Devils and fallen angel are natural enemies. Even if I told you about my reasons for staying. You guys wouldn't believe me and stayed on edge all the time which I don't like."

All devils in the room understood his reasons. He was right, devils and fallen angels were natural enemies.

After the conversation concluded, Naruto left the club room. But Rias and her group were still wary of him.

Akeno was in a bad mood. She hated the fallen angels. They were the cause of her mother's death. Rias tried to convince her that not every fallen angel was bad but she didn't want to let go.

Later Sirzechs asked to stay in his house for a night which he gladly accepts.

There were two people sitting on a rectangular table in a big hall. There were seem to be in a serious discussion. On the head of the table was a handsome man with blond hair and green eyes. He wore a red robe with a gold cross on the front of his white alb. He had golden plates with a white sash and a golden halo set above his head. He was an Archangel Michael and leader of the Angels.

The next one who was sitting on the corner of the table next to Michael was an extremely beautiful woman with curly blond hair and a voluptuous figure. She was Gabriel, one of the four great seraph.

"Why do you think brother about new 12 wings fallen angel? Do you think father had created him before you?" Gabriel asked titled her head cutely.

"I don't think sister. Father should have told us. We can only find the answers in a meeting." He said in a sad tone.

Ever since God had died. His eyes were always in a sad manner. He deeply cared about his father. He always tried his best to run the God system efficiently. But without God, the system was not as effective as when God was still alive.

They both fell into silence thinking about their own things.

A few days had passed since the open house. The two figures could be seen on the construction crane. They both were starting at a town in midnight.

"Azazel, do I have to attend tomorrow's Conference as well?" The voice came from a handsome silver-haired young man who was leaning on the pillar.

"of course, Vali. Since you're the Hakuryuukou." Azazel answered the young man while staring at tall buildings.

"isn't Nato coming with you?" Vali said in annoyance.

"He is, but I want him to sit among the leaders." Azazel said. He knew the reason behind Vali's annoyance. Ever since he Vali saw Naruto, he wants to fight him. But Azazel stopped him because he knew that Naruto would easily defeat him. He didn't want to lose Vali.

"….Hey, Azazel. Are wars not going to occur anymore?"

"You just seek battle. You sure got attached to an ideal dragon. You're the type that won't live long." Azazel said in amusement.

"That's fine. I don't have any interest in living long. Just feel regret being born in the age. A world without God, I wanted to try defeating God."

Azazel heard the boring tone coming from Vali. He sure was a battle maniac but couldn't do anything. His past made him like this and also his heritage.

"That's really like the Hakuryuukou. And, defeating all the strong guys. What will you do?" Azazel frowned on the answer.

"…I'll die. I don't have any interest in such a boring world."

Early morning, Issei and Gasper doing time skipping training in the forest surrounding the old school buildings.

Gasper was an androgynous-looking male with platinum blond hair and pinkish-violet eyes. His hair was styled in short bob cut with several small fingers over his forehead, and he had pointed ears.

He was a cross-dressing male Dhampir, a half-vampire and half human before reincarnated into a devil. He was a mutated bishop of Rias Gremory

After the open house, Sirzechs told rias to unseal the Gasper. The reason he was sealed in one of the old school building room because of his sacred gear Forbidden Balor view. He was unable to control it and also Rias wasn't enough powerful to control Gasper's power at that time.

He had a shy personality and lack of confidence. When he was unsealed by Rias and told him to come outside, he denied immediately.

He thinks if he will go outside the people will abuse him and beat him.

In the end, with Naruto's help. He told Gasper about his story when he was also abused and was beaten by people because he couldn't control the power he had. And left the part that he was from another world and about Kurama.

Because of Naruto's encouragement, Gasper began to gain confidence and bravery.

Rias was sad that she couldn't help the member of her peerage and unknown person to Gasper helped him. Though Naruto told her that he will always help them. Which made Rias a little bit trust him.

"Guuu…Ise-senpai…i-I am tireeeed." Gasper was rubbing his eyes.

"Don't let out a weak weak voice! We have to fulfil our dreams." Without minding Issei kept on throwing the balls.

"Ise-san, here are the balls."

Asia was accompanying them early in the morning by passing on the balls to Issei.

It was training where Issei threw the ball to Gasper and he stopped it in mid-air.

He was now able to succeed once every 20 times. Compared to the first time when he stopped Issei.

After seeing Gasper's sacred gear. Issei had made an objective by using his sacred gear.

He had to somehow make him be able to use his sacred gear. If he didn't, then his objective wouldn't be fulfilled.

Issei wanted to make him be able to use time stoppage at will as soon as possible and touch the stopped girl's body.

He feel some discomfort in his arm. He tilted his head to see, only his arm was unable to move. Huh somehow, it seemed Gasper accidentally stopped his arm.

"E, Eek, S-Sooryyyy!" Gasper leaned on the ground and curled up.

"That's why, didn't I say not to mind it even if you stop me? We're in the middle of training and you're a novice so it's fine. Well if my whole body gets stopped then I will be in trouble. The number of times that's occurred has also gone down. Right? Let's continue this pace." Issei said it while smiling bitterly.

However, Gasper said with a complicated like expression.

"….S-Since I am incomplete both as a human who has a seemed sacred gear and as a vampire as well, I only cause trouble to everyone…..I-I have to control my power more…. What a halfway incomplete existence I am….sob"

Aah, he cried.

"Gasper! I like you! Don't mind it! Before you start brooding, come strike me! If you think, you'll lose. I also don't much about that, so it's fine."

Issei could only say that, his true thoughts. No matter what Akeno's true identity was, no matter who Gasper was, he didn't have any reason to hate them.

"We're both members of the same club and Rias buchou's servants and comrades! Come at me with a bang!" he said it while puffing out his chest. He couldn't say anything like Naruto-senpai did, he was like he prepared speech beforehand. No matter what, he thinks it was best to say it.

Gasper wiped his tears and stood up.

"Ise-senpai, I-I'll do my best…!"

Today is the day of the conference of the three great powers.

The location will be Kouh Academy's new school building's staff meeting room. The time is late at night. Each faction's top are on standby in the new building's lounge already.

Also, the school was enveloped completely by a strong barrier and no one able to enter and exit.

Outside the barrier, angels, fallen angels and devils' troops are surrounding the school. The atmosphere seems like a critical situation.

Rias knocked on the meeting room's door.

"Excuse us"

She opens the door and there is…

A gorgeous and pompous looking table and as if surrounding it, people who they recognize are sitting. The air is enveloped by quietness and everyone had a serious face.

Gulp.

Issei also swallowed his spit due to the feeling of nervousness. Asia also grabbed the ends of his clothes as if uneasy. He lightly clasped her hand to ease her.

Devil side. Sirzechs Lucifer, Leviathan and Grafiya in her usual maid outfit. She was on standby beside the tea preparing cart.

Angel side, the golden feathered Michael and twelve white feathered extremely beautiful woman, Gabriel.

She's an amazing beauty.

Every number of Rias's group thought.

Fallen Angel side, Azazel with his 12 wings unfurled and Vanishing Dragon, Vali and there was an empty seat beside Azazel.

Glancing at Issei, Azazel's lips end rose as if happy.

"My younger sister and her family" Sirzechs introduced Rias to the VIP of the other factions. Rias also bowed to them.

Sona and her queen Tsubaki were also there, standing near the wall.

Everyone fell into silence. They heard a knock on the meeting room's door.

The door opened and was appeared to be a young handsome man at the age of 18-19. He had azure blue eyes and spiky sun-kissed blond hair. He also had jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. Three whiskers like lines on each cheek. A long black forehead protector with a swirl design embedded on a metal plate on the forehead protector.

He wore a long-sleeved black t-shirt and orange pants up to ankle-length and black customized shinobi sandals. He also wore a short-sleeved long white hair over his attire, closed in the front by a thin orange rope. The haori decorated with red flames like motifs on the edges of sleeves and bottom. With kanji for 'Sage' written vertically down the back.

Every woman in the room blushed except Grafiya.

Naruto had a smile on his face while nervous inside about the meeting. He didn't like politics and all but he will do it for peace.

Also, he had to sit with the leaders because of Azazel's stubbornness and the logic he had given him. Naruto couldn't denied it.

He saw the atmosphere of the room was tense. Everyone was staring at him. Every person was present there waiting for him.

That damn furball.

Gabriel was shocked when she felt the pureness of Naruto's soul. It was almost like he was an angel who hadn't fallen.

I have never seen such a pure-hearted fallen angel.

It took a lot of her not to express her shock. To her, it felt like Naruto was a bright sun.

On the other hand, Michael also felt the pureness of Naruto's soul. He couldn't believe such a fallen angel could exist with a pure soul.

Sirzechs and Azazel gave a smile on seeing Naruto.

"Sorry, everyone for coming late." Naruto took a seat beside Azazel.

"What took you so long, Naruto" Azazel asked the blond who was observing everyone.

Naruto turned towards Azazel with a cheesy grin. "An old friend came back"

Azazel grinned widely. He knew what blond was talking about. The bijuu who was sealed inside him.

Flashback

Naruto was at his apartment. It was an afternoon of the meeting day. He lay down on the bed and start thinking about his life in this world. Then suddenly he lost his consciousness.

When he opened his eyes. He came to see the familiar place he didn't see since the fourth great ninja war.

He walked in the sewer and stood in front of the cage. In the shadows, there was laying a mountain-sized kitsune. His head was on his paws. Naruto expression changed to a big smile and tears rolling down on his cheeks. He ran towards the fox and hugged the paw tightly.

"Oi Kurama, are you all right buddy?"

Kurama opened his blood red eyes only to see Naruto's was falling on his soft orange fur. The giant fox swung his paw sending Naruto on the ground.

"Do you have any idea, how much time it took to grow these silky and smooth furs." Kurama yelled at Naruto and rubbing his paws on the ground with an annoyed face.

Naruto chuckled scratching the back of his head. "Sorry, I just got carried away."

Naruto saw eight more shadows coming from behind the Kurama with loud thud noise his eyes widened at a sight. There were eight other bijuu looking at him.

"Ugh, what happened to you? Your chakra feels different now brat." The one-tailed bijuu asked him.

"huh, Shukaku? What are you guys doing here?" Naruto asked the other eight bijuu.

"One moment we were trying to save you after you went through Kaguya's space-time portal. Luckily we were able to do that because of that, we used up all of our chakra. We had to completely reform ourselves in the same state when you received our chakra" The four-tailed bijuu explained to him.

"But we feel better now so you don't have to worry about us." The two-tailed bijuu said getting a nod from him.

"I see, I am very happy for you guys and to know that you all are good." Naruto said in joy and all other bijuu were also happy to know that their one and only friend was okay. "The reason why my chakra feels different because of Azazel"

"huh, who's Azazel brat?" Kurama asked not recognizing the name, he shifted himself into a sitting position. Although from the look on Naruto's face he could tell this was going to be a lot so he prepared himself for anything.

Naruto told Kurama and the other bijuu the story of what happened to him. He was now a high ranking fallen angel and about all other factions, God, devils, angels and other different mythologies. Every bijuu's eyes widened when they listened to Naruto's story.

Flashback end

After a few minutes of introduction to Naruto of people he didn't know and about how he turned into a fallen angel.

"Now that everyone has arrived. I'll say the preconditions for the meeting. The people present here acknowledge the most important event and forbidden subject I.e. The non-existence of God." Sirzechs said while looking at everyone.

"Then, acknowledging that, let's continue the conversation." Like this, with Sirzechs's sentence the conference between the great powers began.

The conference was progressing smoothly.

"Like that, we angels…" Michael said that.

"That's true. That way would be better. If it's like now certainly the great 3 powers will go down the road of destruction…." Sirzechs also said that.

"Well, we don't have any particular thing to fuss over."

Naruto shook his head. There were instances when this place would freeze when Azazel said sentence occasions as well but he thought that he was purposely making that atmosphere and enjoying it.
