Not much to say for the beginning of this chapter :) Here's the info to know:

Title: Lockdown

Rating: T/M

Pairing(s): 5927, slight 8018

Summary: Tsuna always saw Gokudera as his friend, and nothing more. He could always go to him whenever he needed to, and could always count on him. But after the incident that happened at the Dining Hall, Tsuna started noticing things he never thought or felt before about and around Gokudera. Now, whenever the silver haired boy is in the same room with him, all he could think of is how to get away from him. And to make things worse, people are noticing. But it is not like he could just come out and admit it - he doesn't even know what he'd be admitting to. But he is running out of time... the longer this goes on, the worse it gets.

Disclaimer: I do not and never will own Katekyo Hitman Reborn. It belongs to its respected owner.

Warning: Includes Shonen Ai. Lots of it. If you don't like or don't know what it is, please do not read. I know how it is to read/view something that you don't like, and it isn't always pretty. So there is no need for flames :3

*Note - There is a bit of info to be acknowledged at the end, including a few quotes from the next chapter.

Enjoy!

(For some reason, the line seems to not want to stay, and I have tried fixing it for ten minutes straight... so this is just here for it to stay...)

LOCKDOWN

Day 1 - Lockdown

Tsuna had managed to somewhat relax and sat against the back wall further into the closet. His mind was raveled around school and he was thinking about all of the Vongola victories in both the past and present. "We did it..." he thought smiling." And I'm glad we won, now we can finally spend the holidays in peace..." he laid back a little more and looked up at the dimly lit ceiling. "Though knowing Reborn, nothing is ever peaceful..." His smile grew. He wasn't going to lie - Reborn had made his life a living hell. But without him, he could never had gotten the chance to meet all the great people he now knows, or became stronger. Before him, the slightest glance from a bully could have made him wet his pants. But now he could stand up to the bully without hesitation and destroy them. ...Not that he wanted to. It was just comforting to know that he had the option.
And all of the people he had met so far and soon will meet, made Tsuna know that somewhere deep (deep deep) down in the Sunny Arcobaleno, he was truly a heroic good guy. From Byakuran to Reborn himself, he knows that he had truly gained a family that he has come to love. He didn't know what he would do without of them, no matter how annoying they could be.
Minutes passed by and Tsuna thought about each member of the family. Before long he landed on Gokudera, who he surprisingly thought about longer than anyone else. He thought about how Gokudera was willing to do anything to destroy Tsuna when they first met, to destroying anything trying to touch a single hair on him how they are now. "Gokudera-kun has really changed... especially after what happened with the future..." he closed his eyes and sighed. He left his mind to rest and listened closely to the leaky pipes in the walls. It somehow made him feel at peace, even though he may be locked in a closet for the rest of the night.

"Juudiame? Juudiame!" Tsuna opened his eyes in record time and stood. Was that Gokudera's voice...?

"Gokudera-kun? Gokudera-kun! In here!" He yelled while dusting himself off. "Thank goodness, I can finally leave! Even though this time alone wasn't that bad..." he thought. "But I'd rather not be in here!"

Within moments, Tsuna could hear footsteps near the supply closet and the knob twisting. Gokudera opened the door in a hurry and scanned the room. Once he spotted Tsuna his face brightened, and so did Tsuna. "Gokudera-kun!" Tsuna smiled while looking at him. "I'm so happy you found me!" Gokudera returned the smile and stepped in. "I thought I was going to be stuck in here forever."

"I-I'm glad that I could be of your service, Juudiame!" He replied. Tsuna continued to smile until he noticed the door slowly shutting. He gasped before sprinting to catch it.
"G-Gokudera-kun! Don't let the door-!" But it was too late. Before he could reach or Gokudera could understand, the door slammed shut and he felt his stomach dropped. "Close." It took Gokudera a bit to apprehend and he stared at his boss in slight confusion.
"...why?" He blankly asked. Tsuna groaned and slid down the door again.
"It's jammed. We are stuck in here until someone comes and find us...again." After he realized, Gokudera blushed and fell to the ground. He started to do his "so sorry I don't deserve your acceptance" bow while banging his head on the ground for emphasis. Tsuna knelt down to his storm guardian's side and shook his head. "It's fine Gokudera-kun; I know you didn't know about the door, or you would have kept it open."
"But now it's my fault that you are locked in this place! I should have never took my eyes off of you..." In general, someone would find this statement as creepy or even stalkerish, but it made Tsuna smile. Even though he was still in the supply closest (and may be there all night), he felt a little better that someone he trusted was there along with him. Tsuna smiled and offered his hand to his bomber friend.
"It's okay, Gokudera-kun. There is no need to bow to me. It was an accident. Besides…" Tsuna said, before looking away with a sour look. "I somehow think Reborn knew that this was going to happen." Gokudera stopped banging his hand and took his friend's hand. Once he stood and dusted himself off, he looked around the big supply closet.

"But why would Reborn-san purposely send you here if he knows the door is broken?" Tsuna sighed and stood as well.

"I don't know; that is just how Reborn thinks. Maybe he's doing this as a punishment for me failing the math test…" Tsuna walked towards the back of the closet again and sat down. Gokudera sat against the door with a distressing look on his face. "G-Gokudera-kun! There is no need to be upset. I'm sure someone will eventually come to find us." Gokudera only nodded and stared at the wall. Tsuna sighed and scooted closer to Gokudera. "Come on, let's do something while we wait for someone to come find us."

"…like what?" He asked. Tsuna looked up, not even knowing himself.

"I don't know… let's just… talk."

"About what?" Gokudera asked. Tsuna could hear the unnerving sound while he spoke.

"I need to make him feel more comfortable, but at the same time not pester him too much…" Tsuna leaned back and supported himself with his hands. "Why don't you tell me about your life in Italy? You already know everything about my life here in Namimori, but I don't know too much about yours." Gokudera flinched. "He twitched… maybe we shouldn't…" "B-But we don't have to if you don't want-!"

"It's okay, Juudiame." Gokudera simply replied. "I usually don't talk about it because my life was boring in Italy." He lied. Tsuna could tell it as well, so he decided to just let it go and thought of something else to talk about. But before he could suggest, Gokudera started to confess. "All I did was live on the streets since my family is really screwed up there. I personally left after finding out about being a bastard from nosey maids and my father arranging for my mother to be killed." Tsuna looked at his silver haired friend surprised.

"I'm so sorry Gokudera-kun… I didn't know."

"And to make it worse, I would always see her for piano lessons, but I did not know who she really was until my ninth birthday; when she died in an accident." Gokudera admitted. He was glaring up at the ceiling light, with no emotions swimming in his seemingly lifeless eyes. Tsuna wondered why his friend could say something without showing any sign of sadness. All he could feel was anger and regret permeating through his aura. "And my father… he only cared about image. That's why he forced me to play for his and her crowds, and forced Bianchi, their love child's, food down my throat. …Which is why I left. I would rather be poor and independent for myself rather than be dependent and put up with his family."

"Well you have me now, Gokudera-kun. You are part of my family now." Tsuna managed to say. He couldn't really think of anything else, aside from placing his hand on his shoulder to let him know that he was not alone, and he was there for him. He had never heard Gokudera talk like that since the other boy was always doing everything in his power to please the other and not even consider his issues or needs. A small frown grew on the bomber's face but it was quickly replaced by a genuine grin. He nodded and looked at his boss.

"Thank you, Juudiame."

This one's kind of short, but it is because where it is placed in the overall story. I believe I'm going to post the next one very soon though, and that's where all the romancin' happens :D

Sneak Peek for Next Time:

"...How the hell are you going to have to break out instead of break in?"
