Biar's POV, 1 minute ago

This is, by far the most dangerous thing I have ever been in. It is also one of the most fun things I've ever been in. We're on a giant Nevermore, how did we get to this point?

Ruby brings out her scythe, positions herself with twirling the blade facing down at an angle, and loads the scythe, or gun? I don't know.

Ruby looks back at us, "Hold on to Cresent Rose, you two!"

We do that, but Weiss hesitates, "Are you sure its safe?"

Ruby just smiles at her and looks back at me, "Biar, is it safe?"

I nod to her question.

Weiss is concerned, I go to hold out my hand to Weiss and smile at her, "Well, if you insist."

Ruby, now having a grin on her face, "Hold on to your butts!" she fires Cresent Rose and we're launched to the Nevermore.

1 minute ago

Oh, right.

The Nevermore hadn't noticed us on it, I think we're in the clear. I thought to myself.

Weiss says otherwise.

"This is insane idea Ruby!" Weiss shouts to Ruby.

"This is perfect! It's faster and we get a better view! So stop worrying!" Ruby replies with an oddly joyful tone.

Weiss doesn't feel the mutuality, "I'm am so far from worrying!"

"In a good way?!"

"In a bad way! A extremely bad way!"

"Biar agrees with me! Right Biar?" I stared wide-eyed to Ruby while trying to hold onto feathers like my life depended on it, mainly because it does.

"Biar!?"

I have no idea what's happening.

Why are we arguing? Why are we on a Nevermore? Why do I feel weird around Weiss!?

Ruby then asks, "Well, why don't we jump off then?!"

"What are you, insane!"

We look back to Ruby only to find that she jumped.

"Oh you got to be joking! At least you're here Biar! Huh!?"

I jumped just as Weiss looks at me.

I can faintly hear, "Oh are you kidding me!?"

Now, currently falling and skydiving

How did we even get here?

I got into Beacon; I have new weapons, made new friends, Yang is crushing on Randell and I think I have a crush on Weiss! We're being initiated, I haven't got the hang on the weight of my axes, I still haven't found Randell, I met up with Ruby and Weiss instead, we got on a Nevermore and jumped off the Nevermore.

This is by far the most craziest moment of my life. I love it.

And Ruby is shouting out her lungs "Heads up!"

I look at my axes and see a shotgun barrel? I quickly take a through look at my axes and I see triggers right above where I handle them.

We only live once right? I thought to myself.

I see Ruby get hit by a guy with blond hair mid-air? Ok, weirdest moment of my life.

I took my chances and I pull out my axes and I position myself like those skydivers and I thought to myself, please don't be bullets, let it be shotguns. I close my eyes and flick them to see they turned into shotguns push the left trigger and I rapidly spin to the left!

I was glad that it was a shotgun mode; I push the right trigger to balance myself and lodge my axes into the tree where Ruby and that blond boy landed, well crashed into.

I fail to lodge both and, once again hanging with one axe and I have a crowd. This is more embarrassing but I'm glad that I have shorts instead of... those things.

"Hey, name's Jaune Arc." The blond said with confidence, I've ignored him. I look down and see I look to see ruins and Blake and Yang holding a knight piece; I'm guessing those are the relics. I unlodge my axe and drop to a thick branch.

Ruby looks to me and I wave at her, "Hi Biar. Bye Biar." She goes to drop down and tries to hug Yang but a girl with orange hair stops them and I hear her say, "NORA!"

Randell's POV, 55 seconds ago

We heard a scream in the distance but Blake is more focused on the sky. I go to see why she's looking and I see… Ruby! And Biar! Falling from the sky! This is by far the most weirdest thing that happened to me.

Why am I here again? Oh right, to give Biar support and 'changing our lives'.

Yang is waving at us, "Guys, do you hear that, what should we d-" but she stops mid-sentence when we points to the sky and she looks up.

Ruby is falling to us screaming, "Heads up!"

We just stand still in shock but Ruby then hit by… "Was that… Jaune?"

We just stare to Ruby and Jaune's direction and trying to figure out what just happen, "Did Ruby just fall from the sky?"

"I-" she gets cut mid-sentence when we hear gunshots from… Biar?! We look up, she's twirling around with shotguns, she also crashed in the tree that Ruby, and Jaune crashed into.

"Did Biar just shot herself to the trees?"

"I-" I also get cut off then we hear trees falling and Grimm noises, we look to the falling trees and see a Ursa, flailing around and pink smoke from its back. Its drops dead with a girl riding on it? She jumps back on its head and a guy in green comes right behind it. She quickly disappears from the Ursa to the ruins.

We look back at her and see she's eyeballing the white rook and hear, "Ooooh!"

She snatches its and holds it up and sings? "I'm queen of the castle! I'm queen of the castle!" she gets cut off when the guy shouts, "Nora!"

She simply giggles and playfully salutes, "Hehehe, coming Ren!"

"Did that girl just ride here on an Ursa?"

I go to open my mouth, I haven't even said anything when a Deathstalker comes out following a redheaded girl, its tries to snap her with its pincers but she dodges through it.

Now

She shouts out, "Jaune!" she must be Jaune' partner then. We see Ruby drop and roll down to us.

"Ruby?"

"Yang!" they go to hug each other when Nora goes, "Nora!"

We just stare at the Deathstalker trying to kill the redhead, with Nora just joyfully bobbing and Yang looks like she's about to explode, until Blake asks the final question, "Did she just ran all the way here with a Deathstalker on her tail?"

Yang finally explodes with her literally exploding in fire and her lilac eyes turning red, "AAARRRRGGGHHHH! I can't take this anymore! Could everybody just chill out for 4 seconds until something crazy happens again! What are the chances! Starting now!"

Surprisingly, it worked.

Ruby goes to tap Yang's shoulder, Yang slouches in defeat and exhaustion, "Um, Yang?"

We see Weiss up in the sky. Holding on to a Nevermore' talon, she shouts out, "How could you two leave me!"

"I said jump…"

Blake joins then, "She's gonna fall." I join in, "She has to fall." Ruby goes, "She'll be fine." Ren join, with an calm tone, "She's falling."

Biar's POV

I straighten my hair from the fall and I look to the blond who smiles for some reason, I look to the reason why, Weiss is falling. He goes for a run up and jumps to her, Oh no you don't! I thought to myself.

I run up and use my shotgun-axes to propel myself and I jump on the blond and use him as a platform, I use my shotgun-axes to propel myself to her while bring the blond down by smacking them to him and activating the shotguns on his back and he goes straight down to the ground.

Nice try, blondie, I'm moving to Weiss and I hold her, bridal-style. She looks to me and I grin to her. She realized that I have no floor touching my feet, I go to hold her over my shoulder, "Hey, what are you doing!"

She does not like it, but I use my shotgun-axes to propel us down, and fired it up to keep my bones from breaking. I go to hold her again in a bridal-style. Luckily, someone was able to cushion our fall, the blond.

Weiss goes, "Thanks Biar."

I blush and look away from her, not before I sneak her a smile. I let go of her and she goes to land on her two feet.

I can faintly hear the blond with a pained tone, "My back." I pat his back for reassure. "AGH!"

I look to the ruins and I see Randell, I joyfully smiles and run up to him, "Biar!"

I go to hug him with joy, "Oum, you had worr-owowowowowowow!" and anger as I squeeze his spine back.

I let go of him and I look at him, angry that he didn't try to find me with my arms crossed, "Look, I'm sorry I didn't try to find you."

I pout, "Hey, least we found each other. So how did Weiss feel?"

I punch him in the gut, "Ok, just making sure."

He looks back at the blond, "Oum, you didn't have to hard on Jaune."

I stare at him at he knew Jaune with a look that says 'you know that loser?'

"Yes I do know him. Back to the task at hand." I nod

We go to see the redhead throw to us by the Deathstalker, Yang snarks out, "Great, the gang's all here! Now we can die together!"

Ruby, with a grin says, "Not if I can help it!"

She pulls out her Cresent Rose and propels herself to the Deathstalker to kill it, but it blocks it with its pincers and gets hit at the same time.

We hear her shout, "I'm alright, totally ok!" she looks back at the Deathstalker and fires at it to launch her back to our direction, she deactivates Cresent Rose and runs to us, with Yang running to her.

Ruby and Yang are cut off by the Nevermore throwing its feathers at us, Yang gets surrounded while Ruby gets caught on one.

I look at Weiss and she looks at me, I nod and she realizes what I'm implying. I grab her hand and Weiss activates her Semblance to get to Ruby faster, who's currently about be smash by its pincers!

Weiss just makes it and makes an ice wall around one pincer while I… hold the other one.

"You are so childish." Weiss says to Ruby.

Ruby looks to Weiss, "Weiss?"

Weiss continues her rant, "And dimwitted, and hyperactive. and don't even get me started on your fighting stance. And I suppose, I can be a bit… difficult to handle. But if we're going to do this, we're going to have to do this together, like Biar and Randell. So stop trying to show off, I'll be… nicer."

Ruby says, "I'm not trying to show off. I just want you to know I can do this."

Weiss says with reassurance, "You're fine." And Weiss walks to me, "You alright?" I nod with wide-eyes.

I can hear Ruby quietly say, "Normal knees…" and she looks at me, I'm holding one of the pincers in my bare hands, with the tips near my face.

It roars at me, I feel tingly, like there's some energy flowing in me, and I overpower its pincer and slam it to the ground, shortly pinning it.

Randell's POV

We go back to our 10-person group with Jaune pointing at the Nevermore, "Guys, that thing's circling back. What are we gonna do?

I say to Jaune, "Easy, grab the relics and getting out of here."

Ruby joins in, "He's right. Our mission is to bring an artifact and getting back to the cliffs. We don't have to fight the Grimm."

"Run and live. That is an idea I can get behind."

"You're the embarrassment to us, you know that Jaune?" I say.

Ruby, Jaune and Biar go to the ruins and grab a relic, Ruby has the white knight, Jaune grabs a white rook and Biar snatches the black king.

Ren points out to the Deathstalker, "Time we left."

Ruby takes point, "Right, let's go."

We go to follow Ruby but Yang just smiling, "Something wrong Yang?" I asked.

She just smiles again, "Oh nothing…"

We run to the cliffs and we see the giant Nevermore following us and perch itself on a tower and screeches at us.

We take positions at the columns.

Yang with a hint of sarcasm, "Well, we're gonna be fine!"

I hear some footsteps and a hissing noise, Jaune looks at the direction where the noise came from. The Deathstalker broke out and alongside of it was a King Taijitu, "Oh, man, run!"

We run to the tower as they corner us, "Nora, distract the Nevermore!" she goes shoot at the Nevermore.

While the others go for the tower, the Deathstalker goes for her, but Ren and Blake stop, the Taijitu goes for next but Biar stops it in it tracks by punching it.

Weiss goes to grab Nora and we make like a tree and ran.

Biar's POV

The Taijitu is gonna be a problem, but the Nevermore smashes into the bridge causing Pyrrah, Ren, Blake and Randell to be trapped on the other side. They don't have a chance against it.

"Man, we need to get over here, they don't have a chance!" Jaune says.

Nora and I come to Jaune, "Let's do this!"

Jaune looks at the broken bridge and the abyss, "Yeah, I can't make that jump."

Me and Nora give each other grins and Nora whacks Jaune with her grenade launcher and turns it into a Warhammer, while I turn my axes into one giant battleaxe.

Nora and I go for a run up and smash a section of the bridge to launch Jaune, while we use our giant weapons to send us forward to the other side.

Nora screams, "Ah, smash!" and smashes the Deathstalker on top of its head. It goes to pierce her but she fires back to us and accidently push off Blake in the process, luckily she makes it out alive going to Ruby, Yang and Weiss.

Ren, Jaune, Nora and Pyrrah go for the Deathstalker, Randell talks to Jaune, "Go for the Deathstalker, me and Biar have the King!"

Jaune questions, "How are you gonna get there?"

"Just go!"

Randell points at the Taijitu, I grin and I give one my axes to Randy and we hold hands and send ourselves to the Taijitu, Randell fires his to swing us around and lets go of my hand to launch me to the Taijitu to do a spinning attack.

I pierce the scales of one side but the other goes to snap at me, Randell fires at it and throws my axe to me, I grab it and I switch my two axes for my giant battle axe, Randell attacks the white side while I have the black.

We dance in the battle with Taijitu, it goes to strike me, I jump forward and it lodge its fang in the ground and I snap its lower jaw more down, expanding its mouth. It hisses in pain, I can feel the energy again, flowing to my arms, I fire myself up, and I see the axe heads converging to each other to make one long blade the shotgun barrels form into a hammer on the other side.

I go to swing at its throat, it pierces the skin and I fire the shotgun hammer, the blade fully passes through it, decapitating it.

The other half hisses in pain, Randell takes the opportunity to jump on the other head and stabs it in the eyes, and it tries to fling him off. Nevertheless, he holds and goes into the mouth and he smashes both his swords to create a great sword and slams the sword into the upper jaw and into the head.

The Taijitu falls to the ground and its mouth closes. I run to the dead Grimm and I see the mouth moving and a blade protrudes through the mouth and comes out Randell, "Well this is by far the most weirdest thing I've been in."

We look back and see that Jaune and the others have finished the Deathstalker with Nora slamming the now detached stinger to its face and falling to the abyss.

The Nevermore is the last slain, with Ruby running up the cliff face with the help of Weiss' Glyphs, and she finishes it by slicing its head clean off, she stares at the ruins and we stare back.

Randell's POV, Beacon, Auditorium

We wait for our announcement as teams, with Ozpin on the stage, "Russel Thrush, Cardin Winchester, Dove Bronzewing, Sky Lark. The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as… Team CRDL. Lead by… Cardin Winchester." The crowd claps to them.

I look to Biar and see she's fidgeting with her feet, "Hey, I'll be right next to you. Don't worry, just imagine that they're not there."

Her smiles comes back, 'Thanks Randy.'

"Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Prryha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as… Team JNPR. Lead by… Jaune Arc."

Jaune, team leader? I thought. I clap with the rest of the crowd.

"Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Yang Xiao Long. The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as… Team RWBY. Lead by. Ruby Rose."

Yang goes to hug Ruby, while Weiss stares at them in shock.

"And finally, our duo team, Randell Slate and Biar Ice, the two of you retrieved the black king pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as… Team IR (Ivory)."

The crowd claps and one of them says, "Kiss already!"

Biar stumbles in embarrassment and she nearly fall off the stage, I go to hold her hand and pull her to me, a little too much to the point where our bodies are touching each other, the crowd 'woos' and chanting "Kiss!"

Ozpin simply says, "You two will a lot on your plate. This will be an interesting year."

Beacon, Nightfall, Dorms

We head to our assigned dorms and we see Team RWBY and JNPR going in the dorms in front of us. We enter to our dorms and its huge, Biar freaks out on how large the dorm is. We put our weapons on the weapon stands and we hear a knock on the door, Biar goes under the bed to hide.

I open the door and see Ozpin and Glynda, "How are you warming up to the room Mr. Slate?"

"It's alright Biar. It's just Ozpin."

Biar peeks out and comes out under the bed, 'We're settling in, Mr. Ozpin.'

I notice that Glynda is holding something, "Are those clothes, Ozpin."

Ozpin just chuckles for a bit, "They're your school uniform Mr. Slate."

Glynda hands us our uniform, Biar unexpectedly drops her, Glynda gets a little angry, Ozpin just questions, "Is something the matter, Miss. Ice?"

'I don't want to a skirt. Can I get a suit like Randy?'

"Suit?" I blurted out, with a curious tone.

Ozpin brings out some "That is why I brought two pairs of suits."

He hands me the two pairs of suits, "Thank you, Ozpin."

"Be prepared for education, you two."

I close the door and I go to my bed, I glance at Biar who's sleeping like a log.

For a while, I stay awake out of habit. Darkness consumes my eyes and my conscience falls away from me.

White Fang members' POV, Nightfall, Unspecified Warehouse

"ARG! We been waiting for hours for this human to come!" the Faunus in black exclaims.

The Faunus in black says, "Calm down sister."

The Faunus in red yells to the Faunus in red, "I told Alvan, we shouldn't trust humans."

The Faunus in black walks up to him and cup her cheek, "Will a kiss soothe you sister?"

The Faunus in red looks away and looks back to the Faunus in red and goes to kiss each other but stop when our lookout calls, "He's here."

The human comes in and has terrible taste in hat wear, "Do you know how many warehouses are there in this dock? Quite a lot."

The Faunus in red places her left hand on her hip and the Faunus in black does the mirror opposite, "You have the Lien?"

The human pulls out 5 Lien cards and the Faunus in red snatches it from the human, "You didn't have fetch the Lien, sister. Nonetheless… I suppose you deserve a reward."

They go to kiss each other, we ignore it but the human didn't, "Eww, you just call her sister and you kiss her!"

The Faunus in black turns to the human, "Love can exist anywhere, it's all unexpected."

She look to the Faunus in red who's looks down in sadness, "What's the matter sister?"

"It doesn't feel the same without Lupus."

"We'll find him sister."

Wow, didn't expect myself to have that in the end. I can be bloody messed up sometimes. And yeah, I'm not gonna reveal their names, for now we'll shorten them as FIR and FIB.

But hey, over 3,000 words, don't expect this, but I'll try to not to take shortcuts.
