Each God of Chaos ruled his own domain, Khorne ruled a domain of wars and bloods, Nurgle ruled a territory of filth and decay. Tzeentch ruled a territory of erudition. And Slaanesh ruled his domain with pleasures and lusts. While the Anointed Child God still ruled his own domain in his floating fortress. Each one of them dominated the Inmaterium at their own whim, since the Warp is a place where negative emotions are absorbed by this world, making a large number of demons grow and feeding the Lords of Chaos.
When the Soul Society was recovering from the betrayal of one of its Captains, Sosuke Aizen, a lot of negative emotions had been formed in each Shinremi of the Sereitei, including Divisions and Districts.
