Disclaimer: I do not own the TMNT Movies (This one is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Secret of the Ooze) or anyone in them, or the plot. I only own Scarlet and whatever changes I make to the plot.
I managed to separate the next part into two chapters so here's the fourth chapter after SOOO long.

"There you go." Mikey said as the Professor climbed down the later into their new place.
"Amazing, guys. And I thought all the really good dungeons were in Europe." Raph said.
"Wow guys, how'd you find this place?" I asked looking around in amazement. "This place is awesome!"
"I found it." Mikey said coming over to me. "We were walking along and I happened to find it."
"Yeah by falling in." Donnie said. Mikey hit his arm.
"This is wonderful!" The Professor said in amazement.
"Yeah, okay." Leo said. "We'll give you the tour later. Right now we've got a few questions."
"A few inquiries." Donnie said crossing his arms.
"Yeah, Yeah, a few...uh" Mikey said going around to the front. "We'll give you a tour later."
"Give him room to speak." The guys moved to show Splinter. "The professor has much to tell us."
"Of course, laboratories were crude back then... and an accident was just waiting to happen." The Professor said as we all said around and listened.
"Wait a minute." Donnie said getting up. "You mean to tell us... that the formation of the ooze was all just a big mistake?"
"Well, let me see. Donatello, isn't it? An unknown mixture of discarded chemicals... was accidentally exposed to a series of radiated waves... and the resulting ooze was found to have remarkable... but dangerous mutagenic properties."
"Eh?" Mikey was confused.
"Big mistake." Raph clarified. Donnie walked away dejected.
"Please continue, Professor." Splinter said.
"Yeah."
"Well, on our way to bury them, a near collision caused us... to lose one of the canisters down a sewer 15 years ago."
"Professor Perry, what's happening at TGRI now?" Leo asked.
"I imagine they're trying to remove any evidence... of the disposal process and evacuate the premises... which is standard procedure when a mishap occurs. And as we know, Leonardo, one or two rather big mishaps have occurred."
"Yeah." Leo said. "Tokka, Rahzar and the Shredder."
"And he's obsessed with the idea of destroying you all."
"Yeah, we got that impression, all right." Raph said.
"Michelangelo." Splinter said.
"Yeah?"
"Show the professor where he may rest."
"Righty-o!" He said before going over to the Professor "This way, dude." He said showing him an empty train car. "It ain't the Hilton… Let's face it. You'd be better off staying at the Hilton."
"What troubles you, my son?" Splinter said to Donnie.
"I don't know. I just always thought there'd be more to it... to the ooze... to, you know. us!"
"I know." Leo said.
"I always thought there'd be something." Donnie said. "I thought we'd find out we were special."
"Do not confuse the specter of your origin... with your present worth, my sons."
"I don't believe him! There's just got to be more to it!"
"Perhaps the search for a beginning... rarely has so easy an end."
"But our search will have to wait."
"Tonight's encounter has left us with.. larger problems." I went over to Donnie.
"You guys are special. You're awesome butt-kicking ninja turtles." I said putting an arm around Donnie's shoulders. He looked up at me and smiled. "No more sadness." I said before kissing his cheek. He smiled.
"Thanks Scarlet."
"So," I said looking to the others. "When do I get to sleep over?"
"As soon as all this is over we'll definitely have a sleep over. You can use my room." Mikey said with a grin.
"You guys have your own rooms?" Mikey nodded. "Neat."
"Bet you can't tell whose is whose." Mikey challenged with a smirk.
"What do I get if I win?" I asked.
"Hmm… my favorite comic book."
"Mikey I don't wanna take something like that from you." I said shaking my head.
"Okay… then… I'll teach you to use my skateboard."
"Okay." I nodded. "and if I lose?" I asked.
"If you lose…" He suddenly smirked. "You have to do one thing I tell you." I nodded.
"Alright then."
"Alright you two go play while the grown-ups work." Leo said.
"I'm older than you Leo." I said in sing-song. He rolled his eyes with a sigh. Mikey took my hand.
"Come on."
Mikey brought be over to one of the train cars.
"Obviously you won't be able to guess Raph's since he hasn't had time to set his up yet." Mikey said. "But you can still guess everyone else's." I nodded and looked into the first room. I saw a bunch of books and a few boxes that were still filled with a few things. I walked to the next car and saw it was very clean already but hadn't really been unpacked. The next car had everything out of the boxes and from the comic books and skateboard it was easy to tell whose room it was. The next two cars were empty, with the further one being where the professor was staying, then the next was obviously Splinter's. "Well?" Mikey asked.
"Donnie's, Leo's, Yours, Raph's, empty, Splitter's." Mikey blinked.
"Dang it…" He said. I smiled.
"It wasn't that hard to guess." I said.
"Yeah I guess." He said with a shrug. "The empty one is supposed to be yours." He said. "It's a guest room if you could call it that."
"Aw, thanks."
"Of course." He said putting an arm around my shoulders with a smile. "We should have another movie night some time." He said as we walked back over to everyone else. Donnie was on the phone with, by what he was saying, April. Raph walked past us to get to his room. I moved from under Mikey's arm to follow him.
"Hey Raph, can I help you unpack?" I asked with a smile.
"Sure." He said before stopping, as if remembering something, and turning to look at me. "Uh-! Actually no." I frowned.
"Aww." I whined. "What, don't want me to see something?"
"Uhh…" He hesitated as he started walking again.
"Come on." I said as I walked next to him. "Nothing can be that bad. Hiding your porn collection?"
"What?!" He stopped and looked at me with wide eyes as well as a deep blush. "N-No! I don't- I don't have-!" He cleared his throat and looked at his brothers and the professor who were looking at him. He started walking to his room again.
We entered his room and I leaned against the wall.
"So what's so bad you don't want me to see it?" I asked crossing my arms.
"It's none'a your business." He said picking something up out of one of the boxes. He started setting it up.
"Really a hammock?"
"What? It's comfortable." Raph said with a shrug. I walked over to one of the boxes on the floor and couched to look through it. He turned around and saw me. "W-What are you doing? I can unpack myself." He said walking over. I stopped and picked something up causing Raph to freeze. I blinked at the photo Mikey had taken of Raph and me and when we were asleep. My cheeks went pink and I looked up at him to see his face had gotten darker. He swallowed and snatched the picture from me. He wouldn't look at me. "I-I uh…" I cleared my throat and stood up. I rubbed the back of my neck.
"This is awkward." I said with a nervous laugh.
"You're telling me." Raph muttered.
"Is that what you didn't want me to see?" Raph didn't say anything. "Ya know, if you didn't want me to find it you couldn't put it in this." I picked up a playboy magazine. Raph's eyes widened and his face went darker.
"That's not mine!"
"Right, it's Leo's." I said with a chuckled.
"I was gunna say Mikey's." Raph said rubbing the back of his head. I giggled.
"Raph, I don't really care that you have that picture." I said with a shrug. "I mean I don't know why you kept it but that's your business." I said looking down at my hands for a moment. I looked at him. "So, I saw what you didn't want me to, can I help you now?" Raph blinked.
"Uh… yeah I guess." Raph said. I picked up another two magazines. "Uh-! Let me handle that box." He said taking from me. I giggled, rolling my eyes.
Later that night April came to the guy's new place. She explained how she was attacked.
"And they said if you don't meet them... at the construction site tonight..." April said. Everyone was sitting around her in the extra car.
"What?" Donnie asked.
"He'd send Tokka and Rahzar out again. This time into Central Park."
"Oh, man!" Raph said getting up.
"Central Park? How are they going to avoid all those… people?" Donnie said.
"Then there is no choice... but to meet as the Shredder wishes."
"He's just trying to force you guys... Into fighting Tokka and Rahzar again." April said as the guys went to leave.
"We know." Leo said.
"But You can't!" Raph stopped her.
"April, there's no other way." He said.
"You guys don't stand a chance."
"Wait!" The Professor said getting up. "Wait just a minute. There might be a way." Everyone looked at him.
The professor and Donnie were cooking something.
"Temperature?" The professor asked.
"uh 338 Kelvin." Donnie said shaking the thermometer
"Michelangelo, pass me the dimethyl chlorine please."
"Huh?"
"That." The professor said pointing.
"Oh! You know, not to criticize science or anything... but wouldn't it be easier to call it "the pink one"?"
"Oh Mikey." Donnie groaned putting a hand on his head. The professor walked over to one of the pots set up.
"Donatello, continue aeration." He said after pouring in the pink and blue liquid.
"Continuing aeration." He said with a salute before getting an egg beater. Keno stood next to him with a slice of pizza, mixing the other pot. Raph leaned in and smelled the contents.
"Man! This stuff is rank."
"Yeah, try carrying it on the subway sometime." Keno said. "I never got a seat so fast in my life." Leo smelled the pot and made a bleh noise.
"Thanks for doing the shopping for us, Keno." He gasped out.
"No problem. Hey I hope you guys didn't mind me picking up a few pies."
"You're forgiven." Mikey said. Suddenly he dropped his pizza into the pot. He, Donnie and Keno froze before Mikey walked away and Donnie started humming while he mixed in the spot where Mikey dropped his slice. I rolled my eyes. Keno walked over to me.
"So Scarlet." He said with a smile.
"Hmm?" I hummed with a smile.
"Uh, well, I was wondering," He said with a smile. "If maybe you'd like to go to the movies sometime." He said with a hopeful smile.
"Ooooooh." Mikey said loudly. "Keno's asking Scarlet out on a date." Mikey said in sing-song. Leo and Raph looked up from whatever they were doing and looked over. I bit my bottom lip.
"Heh, so what do you say?" Keno asked.
"I'd love to-"
"Great!" Keno said with a big smile.
"But, I kinda already like someone else." I said looking down at my feet. "So, would it be okay if we went as friends?" I looked at him with a small smile. He nodded.
"It's alright." He said. "We can go as friends. But that means you have to buy your own popcorn." He added. I chuckled.
"Deal." I said with a nod. Mikey came up to me and put an arm around my shoulders.
"So, Scarlet, you like someone?" He asked with a grin. I blushed. "Would this person happen to be anyone we know?"
"The guys you know are each other, Keno, Casey, and Danny."
"Well it's obviously not Casey." Donnie said stilling mixing the pot. "One, he's with April and two he's too old for you."
"So that leaves Leo, Donnie, Keno, Danny and yours truly." Mikey said.
"What about Raph?" I asked.
"What about Raph?" Mikey asked.
"You didn't say his name."
"Oh, I didn't? My bad." Mikey said with a chuckle. "So who is it?" Mikey asked.
"Like I would tell you."
"Is it me? Come on you can tell me, I know I'm the attractive one." Mikey said with a smirk. I laughed as Keno chuckled.
"You do realize you all look the same, right?" Keno asked.
"No they don't." I said. I patted Mikey's head. "They're each a different shade of green and they're all adorable." Mikey grinned.
"I don't think Leo and Raph want to hear they're adorable." Donnie said with a small chuckle. Leo and Raph looked away and pretended they weren't listening to the conversation.
"Is it Danny?" Mikey asked.
"Huh?"
"Is they guy you like Danny?" He asked. "You still talk to him don't you?" I nodded.
"Yeah, we hang out sometimes too." I said with a shrug.
"It's Danny?" Leo asked.
"The brat?"
"He's not a brat." I said crossing my arms. "I happen to like Danny. Ah-! N-not in that way though!" I quickly corrected. "He's my friend."
"Right." Mikey said nodding. "Friend." He said doing air quotes. I sighed.
"Believe what you want. I won't tell you who I like." I said.
"Awww. Come on. I won't tell, I promise!" Mikey said. "Please?" I shook my head.
"Not happening." I said. Mikey sighed.
"Fine… then I'm just going to assume it's me!" He said with a grin before kissing my cheek. My cheeks went pink and he chuckled.
