Chapter Three:

After a long day of death defying escapades and a good scorning from Sakura about her reckless behavior. Hinata was happy to have return to her family's estate, that was located on a mountainous rang a few miles outside the city of Tokyo.

"Hello...Is anyone home?" Hinata asked as she took her shoes off by the front door.

"I'm in the garden my dear." An elderly male's voice replied.

Hinata made her way through the living room, the dinning room, and a few hallways until she had arrived in her family's massive garden located in the middle of the estate. The garden had an assortment of flora and fauna from all over the world, and just above the garden was a massive green house roof that appeared to be retractable so that the plants may get a perfect amount of sunshine during the spring and summer months.

Inside the garden Hinata saw an elderly man carefully tending to a small Bonzi tree.

"Good evening Grandfather." Hinata said as she repectfully bowed to her grandfather.

"And a good evening to you too my granddaughter." The elder Hyuga replied.

"Where are mother and father?" Hinata asked.

"Ah, you know how it is, having to run a massive multibillion dollar company like Hyuga Corp is like. I'm afraid that they were once again called to attend a meeting with the board of directors, over in their American branch and won't be home for a few days."

"Oh...I see..." Hinata said with a disappointed look.

The elder Hyuga then placed his hand on Hinata's shoulder while giving her a warm smile.

"Do not fret my granddaughter, they send their love and even promise to bring you something special when they return."

Hinata's spirits were slightly raised as she looked up to her grandfather.

"Any how, I was thinking that we would go out to the city. And have dinner at your favorite restaurant tonight, what do ya say?"

Hinata giggled.

"Sounds great." Hinata replied.

"Oh grandfather I've been meaning to tell you something." Hinata said as she and her grandfather grabbed their coats from the coat hanger next to their front door.

"Oh and what would that be?" The elder Hyuga replied.

"I met some one today."

"A boy perhaps?" The elder Hyuga asked.

"Well...Y...Yes...A...Actually...He...He saved my life."

"WHAT!" Hinata's grandfather shouted.

"Are you alright, any cuts or bruises, when did this happened?"

"Please calm down grandfather." Hinata said as she tried to calm her grandfather.

"I'll explain everything on the ride into the city, and I can even show you a picture of the man who saved me."

"Well is there anything you can tell me about this young man right now?" The elder Hyuga asked.

"Well...All I can say is..."Hinata began to say.

"That where ever he is...I hope he's safe."

Meanwhile deep within the Myoboku mountains, we see a young man in an dark orange and black toad themed hooded vest. Scaling the side of the mountain, he suddenly felt his nose tingle and let loose a small sneeze.

"Ugh...I better not be getting sick." The young man said as he looked down towards the valley thousands of feet below him.

"Hmm maybe I'm getting Vertigo?" The young man said.

He then continued to scale the mountains as the setting sun shined brightly behind the young man as he admire the beautiful scenery of the forest surrounding the mountains.

After the young man had reached the top of the mountain, he continued his journey through the forest, crossed massive rivers, and climbed the one thousand steps that would lead him to his Master's secluded Dojo.

"Nine hundred and ninety seven, nine hundred and ninety eight, nine hundred nine," The young man said as he climbed the remaining steps.

"One thousand!"

As the young man reached the final step, he was happy to see the home he had grew up in once again.

The Dojo was actually split into two buildings, one building was the Dojo itself and the other was a simple two story building that was used for housing.

"Ah, it's good to be home." The young man said as he took in a breath of air.

"HEY GRAND PA, GRANNY TSUNADE GUESS WHO'S BA..." The young man shouted as he ran towards his master's home.

But suddenly from one of the outside walls, a sudden burst of smoke and a loud crashing noise had interrupted the once peaceful scenery. As a mysterious man in a black hooded cloak, and animal themed mask came crashing through wall.

"WHAT THE..."The young man shouted.

"THAT'LL SHOW YOU!" A feminine voice shouted from inside the house.

Suddenly a woman in a light orange kimono, with lone blonde hair that she kept in two pony tails had leaped from the building.

"GRANNY TSUNADE!" The young man shouted.

"Naruto?" the woman replied.

Then another crashing noise came from the house, as another man in a black colored hooded cloak came crashing through the building. But this time the man was accompanied by an elderly man with a long spiky ponytail, in a long red kimono and dark green undershirt.

"HOW DARE YOU BARGE INTO OUR HOME LIKE THAT!" The elderly man said as he pressed his foot against the cloaked man's chest, and kick him with tremendous force.

The man in the black cloak was shot through the air and skidded across field next to the Dojo.

"PERVY SAGE?" The young man shouted in a confused tone.

"Naruto, hey welcome back buddy."

"Grandpa Jiraiya, Granny Tsunade what the heck's going on, and who are those strange men?" Naruto asked as he dropped his backpack to the ground and entered into his fighting stance.

The man that Jiraiya had kicked out of the Dojo slowly rose to his feet while tightly clenching onto his abdomen.

"My, my Jiraiya...That last kick actually hurt a little." The man said with a devilish grin.

The man then slowly pulled back on his hood and to Naruto's shock he knew who the mysterious assailant was.

"No...No way!" Naruto said in disbelief.

The man had long black hair, pale white skin, and eyes like a snake's with purple rings around his eyelids.

"You...YOU BASTARD!" Naruto shouted.

"HOW DARE YOU RETURN TO THIS PLACE, WHERE YOU STAINED YOUR HANDS WITH THE BLOOD OF MASTER SARUTOBI!" The young fighter could feel his fists tightly clenching until his knuckles began to pop.

"NARUTO CALM YOURSELF!" Jiraiya said.

"Aww...Does the poor little boy miss his adopted great grandfather?" Orochimaru said as he laughed manically.

With out warning Naruto suddenly rushed towards Orochimaru with his fist pulled back.

"SHUT UP!" Naruto shouted as he threw his punch towards Orochimaru's head.

With lightning fast reflexes Orochimaru's underling ran in front of his master and quickly grabbed Naruto's fist. The force behind Naruto's attack created a small shock wave, that sent strains of grass and leaves flying through the air around them.

"Such raw power!" Orochimaru said to himself while trying to keep his calm expression.

"Sorry boy, but this fight isn't like any in the tournament. This is a life or death struggle." The masked man said in an ominous tone.

"Good!" Naruto said with a grin as he lifted his lower body into the air while extending his right leg.
"THEN THAT MEANS THAT I DON'T HAVE TO HOLD BACK!"

The mysterious masked man quickly crossed his arms above his head, as he prepared for Naruto's upcoming attack.

"Idaina hikigaeru ono kikku!" Naruto shouted as he drove the heel of his right foot down towards the masked man.
The mysterious man was able to catch Naruto's attack, but the raw power behind the young warrior's kick had created a small crater beneath the two combatants.
"WHAT THE..." The masked man said while gritting his teeth.

But Just before the masked man could do anything to counter, Naruto quickly created a hand sign and focused his energy.

"Kage Bushin!"
A massive cloud of smoke had engulfed the young fighter and from the cloud of smoke two clones of Naruto leapt out of the smoke and surrounded the masked man.

"He even knows the Kage Bushin Tecnique!" The masked man said to himself.

The first clone lowered his body while quickly spinning his left leg clockwise underneath the masked man's legs, the second clone leapt into the air while kicking the mysterious fiend into the air.
Both clones then caught the original Naruto by his arms, and also threw him into the air as he chased down the masked man.
It wasn't long until Naruto had caught up to the fiend, he the quickly raised his arms into the air while tightly grasping his hands together.

"EAT THIS!" Naruto shouted as he used his raw strength and slammed both his hands against the masked man's face. The force of the impact was so great, that the man's masked was shattered into a millions of pieces.

Orochimaru watched in horror as his watched his underling sent crashing to the earth below.
"HEY DON'T FORGET, YOUR BATTLE IS WITH US!" Both Jiraiya and Tsunade shouted as they both charged straight towards him.
The snaked eyed fiend nearly avoided a flurry of punches from the two masters, by moving his body similar to that of snake.
"Stop running you coward!" Tsunade shouted as she gathered her breath and held her fingers against her mouth .
"San misuto gijutsu!" Tsunade shouted as an acid mist was spewed from her mouth.
Orochimaru then attempted to leep away from Tsunade's acid mist, but was unaware of Jiraiya as he prepared his next attack similar to how Tsunade had.
"Kaen bakudan!" Jiraiya shouted.
But unlike Tsunade had had shot out an acid mist spray from her mouth, Jiraiya had created a massive ball of fire and shot it straight towards Tsunade's acid mist. The combination of the acid mist, and the massive fire ball had created a massive chemical explosion that slowly engulfed Orochimaru.

Both Jiraiya and Tsunade were pleased that their combined attack had successfully made contact. But as they watched Orochimaru's body burn within the flames, there were shocked to see the snake eyed fiend slowly crumble to the ground.
"He used the Snake Skin Substitution Technique." Jiraiya shouted.
Suddenly the master could feel the earth below him shaking, as thought something was rapidly burrowing right below him.
With only seconds to think, Jiraiya quickly retreated a few feet behind him, while at the same time preparing himself for Orochimaru's attack.
The fiend quickly breached above ground, while spinning his boy towards Jiraiya. He then threw his right leg towards Jiraiya, who quickly blocked Orochimaru's attack by using his arm guard himself.
Orochimaru had a discourage look on his face as his diversion failed.

"Hey you might want to look up." Jiraiya said with a grin while struggling to keep Orochimaru's leg from making contact.

Orochimaru quickly gazed behind Jiraiya, only to be shocked as he saw Tsunade flying through the air with her fist pulled back.
"YOU KNOW THIS IS GONNA HURT!" Tsunade shouted as she gathered all her strength into her fist.
"Tengoku no hasai-ken!"

As Tsunade's fist had made contact against Orochimaru's face, the force behind Tsunade's punch was so great that not only did a stream of Orochimaru's blood flew out of the fiend's mouth. But a massive shock wave rippled throughout the grassy field.

Orochimaru skidded across the land until his body came to a crashing stop, as he collided against the side of a small hill. Piles of debris and dust had burred the snake eye fiend, as the small hill quickly began to collapse.
Tsunade appeared to be out of breath, ans she quickly landed on her knee after her last attack.
"Hey are you alright?" Jiraiya asked as he and Naruto quickly rushed to her side.
"I'm fine...Just...Over did it...That's all." Tsunade said as she tried to catch her breath.
All three fighters suddenly heard Orochimaru's muffled voice from underneath the boulders and and rocks that were burying him.
"Henkan Gihō!" Orochimaru shouted.
Suddenly an enormous pale white snake had emerged from the pile of rocks.
"HE USED THE TRANSFORMATION TECHNIQUE!" Jiraiya shouted.
Orochimaru's giant snake form, slowly opened it's massive jaws and used his head to strike against the three fighters.
"QUICKLY EVERYONE GET OUT OF THE WAY!: Jiraiya shouted as he wrapped Tsunade's arm around his neck.
Naruto, Jiraiya and Tsunade manage to just barely avoid Orochimaru's strike, as all three of them had lept high into the air.
But what shocked all three fighters was that Orochimaru wasn't intending on using his new snake form to continue the battle, but rather he used his massive jaw and clasped onto his fallen comrade in his mouth.
"You may have won for now Jiraiya, Tsunade." Orochimaru said. "But remember this, I am not the only one seeking the power that lies dormant inside the boy!"
Orochimaru then used his massive snake form to burrow his escape underground.
"LET'S GO AFTER THEM!" Naruto shouted as he began to chase the snake eyed fiend.
"No Naruto that's enough!" Jiraiya shouted as he carried Tsunade's weary body in his arms.

"We can't just let them get away!" Naruto argued.
"We'll deal with Orochimaru and his lackey another time. For now let us just enjoy this victory for now"

Naruto had a discourage look on his face, but after seeing Tsunade in her condition he had agreed with his master.
"Alright Pervy Sage, Granny Tsunade comes first." Naruto teplied.
"Good now help me get her back to the dojo." Jiraiya said as he and Naruto began to carry Tsunade by her arms.

Naruto quickly looked towards the enormous hole that Orochimaru had created.

"Something feels off." Naruto said to himself.

"Were they even trying to beat us. And what did he meant by the power that lies dormant inside of me?"
