Andy sat under the bleachers trying to make sense of his feelings. He couldn't believe that his friends just hung back and let Brian go off at him. He couldn't believe that most of the wrestling team were actually afraid of John Bender. He couldn't believe what he had done to Allison and the other people who thought he was their friend. He realized that, he couldn't give up being popular to be the person he was hoping he could be and that Allison was not as important as being a top dog. He just stood quiet but oddly didn't even shed a tear. He looked at the empty spot on the arm of his jacket and said "Damn It!" before he punched the bleachers and walked away.

As he walked away, he smelled the familiar smell of marijuana and heard a familiar voice, "Well Clark, busted again!"

Andy dropped his head down and whispered, "Shit!" as he turned around and saw Principal Vernon stop out a joint.

"What the hell is this shit Clark? One day with John Bender and you're acting like him? You're lucky that this Saturday is state championship! You'll still compete. I'll see to that! However, you will be spending Saturday morning with your friend Bender in detention for this stunt! It's all good because the meet is here at the school! So, you'll have the rest of the day to practice! I'll talk to Coach Nelson and set it up! Now let's go!" Vernon shouted and grabbed Andy by the collar of his jacket to drag him to his office.

Andy was now scared about Saturday. He knew that the last time they tangoed; it was a cheap shot on Bender that got him to the ground. Andy knew had Bender been looking at him, Bender would have knocked him out.

After dealing with all the stuff pertaining to detention, Vernon sent Andy home for the rest of the day and banned him from the campus for the day. What he didn't know was Bender saw him get caught by Vernon and told Allison.

As lunch began, Andy was leaving the administration office and saw Allison standing next to the door. When he looked at her, he quickly looked down and away. Allison slammed the patch from the jacket into his chest, with tears rolling down her face. She then ran away. Andy looked up and shouted, "Ally?" She stopped, turned around and replied with, "Drop fucking dead Sporto!" And she continued running.

Vernon stepped out into the hallway, having witnessed everything and murmured,
"God damn punk kids! If I could I'd drown every last one you! Dirty punks hanging out with Scumbag Bender! A venereal disease! Every one of you!"

Meanwhile Bender made his way to the parking lot. Claire was waiting for him. She got to borrow her dad's car for the day. They decided earlier that day to go off campus. When Bender got to the car, he saw Allison and stood baffled for a moment. He was almost angry because he had been hoping to have alone time for once this week but defused when he saw that she was crying.

"What's up with Ally girl?" He asked trying to be polite.

"She just broke up with Andy!" Claire informed him.

"Oh damn! I'm sorry! For real I am. For what it's worth, Satan… I mean... Vernon, caught the dumb ass skipping class. I can straighten him out on Saturday if you want," He offered.

"That's a nice sentiment John but don't. He's not worth it," Allison replied.

"I'm sorry babe but I'm going to have lunch with her today so that we can talk. I'm sorry," Claire said.

"It's all good darling. Do whatcha gotta do," He said trying to hide his irritation.

Allison kissed Bender on the cheek and thanked him before Claire drove off. Bender walked off to go find Brian. On his way he stopped when he heard that jocks talking. He smiled when he heard the conversation.

"Did you see that nerd go off on Clark?" Jock 1 asked.

"Yea. I was there. It was funny as Hell!" Jock 2 replied.

"I heard you guys just stood there! Was it because Bender was there?" Jock 1 asked.

"No! It's because Clark thinks he's hot shit! Bout time he gets put in line! By getting punked!" Jock 2 replied.

They both shouted, "Bout Time!" and high fived.

Bender found Brian and playfully took his sandwich. They watched Andy being escorted off campus by the security. Not much was said at that moment. Bender hit Brian on the shoulder and signaled for him to follow. Brian questioningly followed Bender to the other end of the football field. He was unsure of what was going on until Bender pulled out a joint. Brian reluctantly but then excitedly said yes.

The bell rang to go back to class. Bender as usual waited by the end of the football field until the end of school. His day was too perfect to go be bored in class. He was trying to figure out how he was going to mess with Andy on Saturday. As long as Vernon didn't lock him back in the closet.

School ended for the day and Bender walked up to Claire and Allison.
"How was your lunch?" He asked with a, somewhat, forced smile.

"I owe you one John. I really needed someone to talk and vent to. I'll make up the lost time to you," Allison promised.

"No! No! No! She's your friend and you needed her. It's all good," He tried to politely reply.

He found out that Claire and Allison were paired together on a project for a class due at the end of the week. Brian was still grounded and couldn't hang out. Bender decided to do something spontaneous that would take him the rest of the week to do. Everything was quiet.

As for Andy, he was grounded and could only go to practice, the gym and home. His mind wasn't there though. He was afraid for his life. Because he knew that Saturday it was just him and John! He prayed someone else would be there. Whoever wasn't Allison.

OK so since it'll take forever to go day by day, I will be jumping ahead here and there or else this story will never end and we all know that it's boring when a story goes too long. Right? So I hope you'll be ready to find out what happens on Saturday!
