Family Visit
A few weeks after my first job with Bisca and Alzack everyone in the guild started looking at me differently, not paying attention I acidently bumped into a short blue haired girl as I reach the exit, it was Levy, the leader of the Shadow Gear team
"Sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going" I say helping her up
"It's okay I wasn't paying attention either" Levy says picking up a book as I walk passed her
"Hey are you going on a job, mind if my team joins you" asked Levy
Taking of my hat(western Cowboy hat) Off, I look at Levy with a fake smile
"Sorry but I'm not going on a job, I'm just going to visit my parents, tell the master I'll be gone for then next week" I say putting my hat on and make my way to the station
12 stops and a 2 days walk into the woods, I soon find myself standing in front of a big stone house. Walking around the house I'm met with the sights of my parents, my father Vul stood best to my mother Ava, standing in front of them I immediately sit down setting a bouquet of flowers at their feet
"Hi mom, Hi dad, it's very good to see you guys, sorry I didn't come by sooner, some things came up" I say looking at their gravestones
"I ran into my brother a few weeks ago, still up to his old tricks" I say tears running down my face
"I met a girl about 3 years ago you-you would have loved her"
"I-I mi-miss you guys" I say not holding back my emotions
"Hey this is private..."
A lone echoing gunshot was heard as the man's rake was blown to bits
"Wait?...Aries? Is that you" asked the old man
As steam formed from my gun I immediately recognized the man
"Caretaker Thomas, I'm sorry" I say holstering my gun
"No it's my fault I didn't recognize you" Thomas says standing behind me
"They were good people, they didn't deserve this, especially not from Wrath" Thomas said placing a hand on my shoulder
"Thomas, please don't say that Bastards name here" I say in anger
"I'm sorry Aries.."
"I don't go by that name anymore. I'm called Mcree now" I say getting up
Turning around I look at Thomas and give him a hug
"Thank you for taking care of the place in my absence" I say walking behind him
"Your father left behind something for you" Caretaker Thomas says informing me
"I'll come back for it...once Wrath is either behind bars or dead" I say leaving
"It was good to see their is still someone I care about" I say walking through the forest with my bag over my shoulder
"Mcree you shouldn't go down the path of revenge, trust me my son went down that path and it killed him mentally and physically, your pain won't heal until you do one thing" Thomas says with a sincere tone in her voice
"And what would that be?" I ask looking at the Caretaker
"Forgive him, you'll always be hurting until you forgive what Wrath did" said Caretaker Thomas
"You know how much I loved my family, then you know that I can't forgive him until he pays for what he did" I say hearing back to the guild
On the train as we stop at Oak town I get a unsettling feeling when the train starts moving again I see a man in the streets, he wore black clothes and had long black spiky hair, seeing that man gave me a bad feeling, which only grew as I approached Magnolia, on my way to the guild hall I see my guildmates at the Southgate Park. As I get closer I look ahead in horror, hanging from the tree was Jet, Troy, and Levy, all injured, looking closer I see a mark on Levy's body it was a guild mark, it was Phantom Lord
